We're all waiting eagerly for proof. For me, and I think a lot of people, it will less important that there are proveable identities (besides us) around and more important to realize that I'm not crazy. I know from my counselling that there are many events in a person's life that can make him or her feel like they cannot trust their own perceptions. Often these are sad - the child senses that no matter what he or she does, one's Mom or Dad or both aren't well connnected to them and don't listen to them and are inconsistent in providing care. The child cannot take that in - that level of abandonment is a death sentence - so the child adjusts his or her version of the universe and decide that their perceptions are wrong. A sad but necessary defence against overwhelming hopelessness. (we need connected people to survive physically and emotionally)
These folks are the ones that disregard the inner voice that says - get away from that person - or it feels dangerous here, I think I'll leave. Often when quizzed (by me) they remember thinking things like that but not acting on them.
Thinking that I saw and later had some sort of interaction during missing time has been a kernel of "maybe I'm crazy" that has colored my life since them. These boards allowed me to consolidate other memories and realize that if indeed something happened - it happened more than once! That fact that it is no longer happening is interesting too - as a sort of personal proof. My last curious event happened while I was still in child bearing years. After my hysterectomy - nothing. I would deduce from that that "they" are not interested in our aging process! For me, proof of vistors = proof of sanity. In spite of the complications that might arise from a proven interaction somewhere, I welcome the chance!

Paulette said: "We're all waiting eagerly for proof." Yes. I'm right there with ya girly. Cliff: that's a great photograph of the moon! I am looking forward to a high resolution photo of a triangle from you!! I'll buy a plane ticket, fly all the way down to your house, and when you answer the door, I'll hug and smoochie you if you post one. Paulette: Thanks for sharing about your knowledge and experience with psychology. It's something I don't know a whole lot of.

Doesn't matter to me if there is 'proof' or not. I know what my friend and I were put through but I don't go out of my way to convince anyone. If they want to believe it fine...if not..well it's not meant for them to. I do understand though that it matters a LOT to others to have this validation so..I'm rootin' for you Cliff and I hope it's one heck of a Pulitzer shot

yes, thanks from me too paulette !! Its hard to accept things that are out of the norm. There's things in my life ,your's,and others here that have been experienced that is hard to describe or explain .Im glad they finally quit messing with you .
lol lorelei and Jo, I just had something happen last night and a few minutes ago that is at least worth mentioning .
A couple of friends came over last night saying they'd just saw several ufo's so I grabbed the camera and went with him towards town where they were seen.
On our way there I started seeing several lights in the sky and there were patterns . It didnt take but a couple glances to notice they were chinese lanterns being let off at the college in remembrance of 9/11 but I thanked him for showing me because he knew how much I studied and researched this stuff, which also brought up a great conversation about his grandmother being abducted but ill leave it at that for now til I find out more .
Because of her, he was very familiar with the different types of visitors this planet may have experienced .
The second thing happened just a few minutes ago when I was outside with the camera in hand while taking my 3 dogs out when I noticed this oval "cloud".
Except for that one small cloud in the east the sky was perfectly blue and as I was about to take a picture of it the thing disappeared before I could take the shot.
I dont know how fast a cloud can dissipate but if thats what it was evidently really quick.

I swear they have some kind of camera radar gizmo thingy going for them and if they even posses a sense of humor they're probably laughing themselves sick over our humanly measly attempts to document them. Maybe that's it..we are one giant cosmic joke like zoo creatures they come to see

thanks sky but I think I just figured it out. I kept previewing the image before posting and that's where I was going wrong. This is one of the astrophotos I have taken. Right now im only taking photos of the moon because Im still trying to figure out how to photograph stars with only a digital camera. The t-adapter is homemade and Im just using the telescope at low magnification with a digital camera. Cliff . Sky has never seen the man in the moon face.. ;D I tried tonight as I could see the two eyes an mouth very clear. But my camera failed to see it. Of course this photo is very good, but too close up to see a face. I told him it is like a smiley face two eyes and a nose. I never knew there was folks who has never seen it. Of course one has to use his imagination... I ask my grand daughter if she ever seen the man in the moons face? She said grandma I have seen it ever since I was a little girl. I must be crazy or just take too much for granted.. ;D

I have several pics of the man on the moon face but ive been continually having probs loading on the forum.
lol Jo, I know these little critters are messing with me, obviously they do have a sense of humor because ive pictured the same thing with them dudes laughing at me saying "here I am , j/k ,,,psyche",,,lol .
Honestly though, that "cloud "was strange in appearance and no other clouds formed the entire day til last night and this one was oval in appearance and very small but I guess its possible that its all it was.
Lois, last night kelly and I went out and took pics also of the moon, it was beautiful rising in the east, awesome sight !

I think 'they' have been very, very busy but only a small percentage of people remember or come forward if they do.

Finally ! Ive made repeated attempts to find comet Garrard and just did but it wasnt near as impressive as others ive seen in the past . As unpredictable as comets are (magnitude wise), it may get better as time passes .

I think maybe sky is thinking of him as full body or something like that.. It stuck with me so much as he has been the only person in my life who has not seen the man in the moon and I been around for a vey long time. ;D

After having one of the most sever earraches Ive ever experienced I just woke to a horrific bloody mess. For the last couple days Ive had a minor earrache but then early this morning it became so severe that I put extra virgin olive oil in it and used a hair dryer on it then laid down and prayed non stop for about an hour between 2-3 a.m. Then while I was laying down I felt a drain hit the cotton I had stuffed inside and I immediately got relief, and thank you God ! Not realizing it was blood I went to sleep for about 2 hrs. and awoke to a terrible bloody mess. Ive never seen this much blood come out of anyones ear before ! The pillow I was laying on has a huge spot and well,,,,,anyways, it was bad! Im thinking that my eardrum may have ruptured . Anyways, it still hurts intermittantly but not like it did so here I am back at the computer starting another day with my morning coffee at 5 a.m. Good morning world, what a beautiful day,,,lol.

OMG Cliff...
You should go see the doctor about that...
My new supervisor at work (who is a 19 year old army wife) would use the word "Def."
When she first used that word I raised an eyebrow at her and she said, "Uhm... definitely?"
Gawd that woman makes me feel old... lol...

That is very unusual, touched. How are you feeling? Any other symptoms? Have you noticed hearing loss?
I hope your fiance' is able to persuade you to go get it looked at...
I hope it is no longer painful. I had such pain in my ear once that I took a heating pad with me to work and did 10 min. on and then 10 min. off for most of the day. I heard a "pop" eventually but only had enough liquid to moisten a q-tip. Went to the doctor and it wasn't my eardrum but an abscess in the canal. I still had to take antibiotics for a week.
Please let us know how you are doing!

For the 1st time in years I went to the E.R. and the doc said I ruptured my eardrum. They gave me antibiotics and painkillers.
Thanks for your concern Lorelei and Jc. Jc, you was right ,according to the doctor it is rare at my age to have this happen . There's a chance it may heal but no gaurantees. I have some hearing loss but hopefully it'll come back.
I haven't had an earache that painful since I was about 9 years old, that was horrible ! I've been fighting a cold and some flu symptoms for well over a week now and the doc said that's probably what 1st brought it on.

I just prayed for you . It's weird how infection can decide to settle in one part of this body even though to you (and the doc) you have had a cold. Maybe too much info on my part, but when I rinse (or attempt to) my nose, sometimes I feel the saline travel quickly through that "tube" to our ear, and I almost panic. it's like "wait! isn't that solution supposed to either come back out my nose or down my throat??" Anyway, I don't ever recall having earaches, but my mom says I had some major ear infections as a baby. She once had to travel to CA. by train while the rest of the family flew... I'm glad you went to the E.R. Even at our age our body can heal so let's hope for the best!

It read like a ear infection, but felt it would be irresponsible to suggest a diagnosis in this setting. Glad you went to the ER. You caught something that somehow got up your eustachian tube that runs between your mouth and your inner ear. The eustachian tube blocked and unable to drain normally, the infection swelling had nowhere to go except the ear drum, the path of least resistance, as you know too well. So glad you will be better very soon. Steve

Thanks all ! I still cant hear too good out of my right ear and Im having flash pains but hopefully after the infection goes away ill be able to hear normally again . Im glad I got antibiotics in me yesterday because I woke up feeling rough but it could've been much worse. I usually get sick about once a year but this is the second time already. Hopefully the worst is out of the way.

I know about ear pain.. it is so horrible. You were not sticking any thing in your ears were you? My husband is always putting Q tips in his till he stops them up so bad he cannot hear a thing. It causes all sorts of ear problems. I guess yours was from the infection. Let us know how your hearing later on. Get well soon !!

The cold and flu symptoms could have been caused by the ear infection too. I woke up a couple of days ago with a really bad eye infection and I developed symptoms similar to the flu also, but not as bad. I'm still feeling a little crappy but at least I can see now. I hope your ear drum heals ok.

Thx Lois and skywalker ,I appreciate it everyone ! That was a painful experience. Sky, I hope your feeling better too. Im starting to get better now but still cannot hear very well and my equillibrium is still messed up. Within the next few days (when this goes away), Ive decided to come forward with another sighting that I recently witnessed on the evening of Oct.20th. It took some time for me to decide whether or not to go public with this sighting, especially since it seems so many weird/strange things have happened to me but I feel its necessary to report them as it happens.
