...she's gonna eat me....? Great. This is the first time that I've heard that Jo's experiences gave her an appetite for humans. I am hoping she has perfected the evil stare to ward off certain aliens, and it's something we can all master! My arm bruises have disappeared and nothing new there. I have a nice purple bruise on my r knee, but know EXACTLY where that came from (corner of low table-sheesh). The two places on my back have scabs right now. But same size as before and no further healing. Might go see a dermatologist about them...at my age I have a lot of "sun freckles". No new moles or raised skin areas since childhood (that I'm aware of), but I just started wearing sunscreen in the last 2 years. I almost never have a "red" burn color to my skin, and recall very little sunburn pain, but do get a lot of sun. Anyway, my stomach and back are white (to me) and I have the tank-top and shorts sort of tan right now. (a gardeners' tan as opposed to a farmers tan ?) I only went swimming once this summer! Anyway, I've been told that I hold some tan all year long but think of golfers, or fishermen....I have to have fresh air, so... Also, Lorelei has mentioned that she doesn't like her bedroom clutter-free. I don't either. I keep a few simple things (like books; magazines) on the floor next to the bed. I always hear my kids come in my room and I've taken to keeping a lamp on in my room at night. This lamp thing is new. I've slept for years with no lights, no electronics except my cell phone as my alarm clock. Room darkening shades, no tv , no radio, etc. Having some trouble staying asleep and I don't remember my dreams (but know I have them). Last week my parents room and my daughters room on same side lost their top lights for a couple of days, and my brother fixed it while I was at work. No animal damage to wires in attic...and the tv below my daughters room took an extra day to get satellite back, while the tv in kitchen (below my parents room) never had a problem. Old house, huh. It's about 50 yrs. old now so having to repair/replace things from normal wear and tear. My left ear is ringing a lot. It doesn't ring constantly. Just getting that high-pitched tone that no one else seems to hear. Even heard it in my right ear recently. I've let my big dog (Alaskan Husky) stay out all night after such a hot summer and finally getting cool nights. He doesn't like it (?). I put him in his kennel last night and he was so happy! My toy poodle barks the second he goes outside (?). Both are taken for neighborhood walks and have no issues with that. I am seeing more deer evidence lately...but thats normal for the fall. I'm starting to think this "weirdness" is fall related

Well that worries me a bit more. My left ear has buzzed since the encounter I had when I was 6. There is no medical or dental reason for it (I've had it checked many times over the years) and it never stops. It is louder sometimes if my mind is quiet...which isn't so often If other ears are starting to ring..for a reason I'm not sure of..it bothers me. Maybe it's HAARP..we could blame it on that! My bruises have faded too but I keep acquiring nicks and sore spots I can't really account for. Day before yesterday..I found the skin on my face 'pitted' like I'd been hit by flying gravel..that's fading too but still annoying. Nah..I've no taste for 'humans' although I'm sure Lorelei would be just a ducky dish I'd have to go through all the trouble of cooking her..nah..nah..nah...much easier to grab a carrot ;D I'm guessing also...'they' would not be put off by evil stares

Lorelei said her left ear was buzzing also, and that's the ear that I always have problems with too. It is kind of amazing how the people here have so many things in common. I wonder if "normal" people have to put up with all of this nonsense? I just remembered what happened to me the other night. I forgot about it for some reason. I was getting ready to go to bed and it felt like there was like a war or something going on in my head. I could here the blood pounding in my ears and it was like my whole head was vibrating. I know that sounds kind of weird but that's the only way I can explain it...it was just weird. I seemed to be really pumped up that night too...like on edge or wired. I ran five miles that evening and I was flying along like it was nothing rather than my usual huffing and puffing and feeling like I'm going to die jog. I had huge amounts of energy that night. Don't know why though. Everything is pretty much back to normal now though.

My ear WAS ringing... it was doing it for a couple days after the sleep paralysis incident I had when I heard the beeping sounds in that ear... but it's OK though now... o.O For about three days it would start ringing and the sound would cut out for a few seconds then I would regain my hearing in that ear again. I dunno WHY... it doesn't hurt or anything... but it's OK for right now... Really strange. Four of us with ringing/buzzing in our LEFT ears... all FOUR of us...

Yes.. I have ear ringing all the time. Don't know if it is from the encounter or not..
What do you people hear when you but both hands over your ears very tight. Let me know please. As you won't believe what I have heard when I do this ever since my encounter.
I mean a sound coming from within..

Yup. Crickets in my head. But I figure, I danced too close to the big speakers in my youth.

Ringing in the ear doesn't happen very often to me, but about 8-10 months ago the oddest thing happened ,when I mentioned the word "implant" to my fiance immediately afterwards my left ear started ringing .

I hear the ringing I always do but the pitch is a bit lower. I also hear a bass pulse plus the sound of my own pulse.

I hear the ringing also. Sometimes it is a steady constant pitch and other times it sounds more like what you would here if you dialed a fax machine. It seems to be coming from the left side of my head which is the same ear that I have always had problems with. I wonder if everybody hears ringing sounds?

It's always been my left too Sky..a lot of people have problems with the left. If they like right brain dominant people (intuitive) and they monkey with something there to trigger something it might effect left hearing. Ok that's a stretch but maybe they're trying to mess with more right brained individuals to 'jog' the telepathic side for some kind of eventual communication or some dumb alien lojack...they do seem to be able to locate their lab rats at will. Maybe that tweaks the left ear somehow..and makes it ring for bloody ever

One of the few "memories" that I have from my encounter is that they shoved something inside my left ear. It felt like it went all the way into my brain. Maybe that is how they access people's brains to make whatever modification it is that they want to make. Most of the people I have read accounts from also say they did something to their left ear. I think I only remember one person on the forum who said it was their right ear instead of the left. It might have been citizenk but I'm not sure.

I also hear the sound of my own pulse (it seems), quite loud, and sound akin to blood rushing in my head, which is like a 'whoosh whoosh'. I'll try Lois suggestion tonight when it is very quiet . And yeah, I occasionally hear the "fax" type noise, and the occasional 2-3 beeps; like a "code". I used to relate some of this to my childhood neck/head injury. Used to. I don't want to argue with any one about these symptoms being related to hearing loss. A physician told me and my parents that I and my brother would most likely be wearing hearing aides by adulthood, due to watching skeet shooting too much without ear protection. My left ear had significant hearing loss already and a scar on the eardrum. I also made it to the front row of some concerts in my teens.... My 46 yr. old brother wears hearing aides in both ears. I don't. Somehow, I have been "healed", and sounds are often irritating because I hear better than most people (confirmed by a physician). I also as a child had a small retinal tear (a visible hole in the inside lining of my eye) in my left eye that "resolved itself", which is possible, but I don't even have a scar. Skywalker, that's what I recollect about citizenk also. I hope we hear from her . I have worried about her since she went through a reporting experience( that I'd rather not go into). I don't mind saying I'm scared. I've now gone beyond being fearless because being that way closed my mind off from things I was supposed to learn. I just feel like Skywalker's experience, and his roommates, in their bedrooms, was a total mistake. Something went wrong. Maybe someone else nearby was taken, like "business as usual", but whatever device "they" were using had effects on occupants of nearby houses. With resulting things like depression. Something that couldn't be helped. Like, not just Sky having issues with "what the ?", but also like taking a medication and depression is a side affect. Not saying "alien beings" and their technology is perfect, but I'm thinking that I need to take my "visions" of men in suits (not men in black) visiting me a little more seriously.

What now?
I can't let this depress me. We all have to function day to day with the realization....and find joy in day to day life.
And I do have joy. THAT feels like luck; a blessing; from no effort of mine.
so, again, what now?

oh sky. If we ever have a misunderstanding, no matter how minor it seems to us or anyone else, please please come to me about it. Even if we have to agree to disagree. I am so glad that I didn't seem to offend you with MY impression of your bedroom experience, because that's all it is, is an impression. But to me, this is such an emotional and physical experience for every one that I'm eventually going to say something to someone that "hits a raw nerve". Especially if I'm trying to be in denial...etc, etc I could be a "basket case" right now....somehow I'm not

It was my left ear that the creature put something in when I was 6. It didn't hurt..but it sounded like an angry buzzing insect crawling up into my ear and I started screaming my head off. I remember pain in my ear for a couple of days like a really bad ear ache and it hasn't been quiet since. I'd almost be willing to bet that is how they located me when I was out with my friend years later. We all have so much in common it seems.

That's what happens when people stop talking to one another. Let's hope that never happens again. You don't have to worry about me getting upset with anybody because I'm in charge of the "boot" button. ;D Having that power has caused me to look at things from a different point of view. I have a lot more patience and tolerance now than I used to.

Wow! I've been wanting to reply to this thread, but I've been pretty sick for the past month. It seems my immune system is lacking and I was catching just about everything that drifted by me. First, I wanted to respond about the bruising on the arms. I spoke about how I had the three bruises/marks on the underside of my left arm back in July. Then when I was first sick I went to the doctor's. When I straighten my arm for the nurse to do my blood pressure, I saw more marks on the underside of my left arm. There were three marks again, but more bunched up (rather than spread out like before). That was on Sept 1st. Then last week, I lifted my arm to put my hair up and saw the same marks, but on my right arm. Again, there were three marks. I have no idea where I am getting these. They look a lot like puncture marks..., almost like the bruising when you give blood from the crook of the arm. Except, these are on the underside of my upper arms. Second, I also have intermittent ringing in my left ear. It is hard to describe. It is like I will suddenly lose all hearing in my left ear, then the ringing will start and last from a few seconds to a minute. When the ringing stops then the hearing will return. Sometimes it almost seems like the pressure in the rooms changes. It's weird, but I never thought that much about it. I just always thought it was just one of my "quarks" until I started reading about others.

Swell..bruises and ear ringing ..anyone else having monster headaches? Another just recent thing..I don't usually get bad headaches but these have been doozies at the base of my skull..and I'm still so darned tired. Sky watching has become an obsession like I am subconsciously really looking for something. I catch myself wandering out to the porch and looking up. So we need to keep posting things odd that we notice...I think. I am not someone who believes in coincidences but we sure have a lot of them.

Are you sure that is why she left? I wondered why she has not been on.. She posted many good articles and I wish she would come back too. Not because of the articles, but I liked her very much. I get mad sometimes at post, but I kept it to myself.. Last argument I had was with Rike.. That was a very long time ago.. every one argued with Rike, right Auntym? ;D ;D

That sweetheart Rike?? 'shudders' That man was just a torment. I miss CitizenK too Lois..but you can't let differences in opinion on a forum chase you away or you won't ever be able to be a part of one. I don't know exactly what the problem was but we have to all agree to disagree on occasion and sometimes people just do have bad days. I hope she'll reconsider and come back one day.
