JoKelly and I talked about “them” noticing when we were particularly sad/ had a bad event in our lives…. Especially as children.
Now, along those lines, I firmly believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross at Calvary for me. And then rose from the grave; defeating death. So my life belongs to Jesus Christ! I am a child of God.
So, WHO, is this “interloper” who is trying to make some claim on my life? What do “they” want?

I don't really want to get into 'religious stuff' here on a chat thread, and I avoided it as much as I could in my first two books, because I want to dedicate a whole book to the subject if/when I get around to it. Right from the start of my conversations with the Big Yin they had said that they wanted to talk to me about 'Everything' (and after challenging whether that was even possible) I said that I was happy to talk about anything except religion because even though I knew it was very important to many/most people here, I was totally unreligious myself and didn't feel equipped to have any kind of logical discussion about it. The Big Yin was happy to let me avoid the subject completely for the first few days of our chats, but eventually they said 'We still want to talk to you about Everything, so obviously you know that we will have to talk about religion at some point!'...We did end up talking a lot about religion, and I do intend to write a book about it if there seems much point, but I am still going to avoid discussing the main stuff in a forum like this _ only a full explanation would do justice to our chats on the subject. I will however say this:
A few weeks ago I wrote a post about the time that the Big Yin had explained to me that 'Good deeds earn signs and bad deeds break chains' (if you scroll up you can find the post I am talking about). As usual, I was confused. I asked;-
'What kind of signs?'
'Whatever kind of signs your people want! If they want to believe in extra terrestrial life then they will see signs that make them believe more. If they want to believe in ghosts and that their relatives can still contact them then they will see signs for that. If they want to believe that God exists they will see signs to help them believe that. It's really up to your people what kind of signs they want."
After I posted that part of the story I expected some people to challenge the logic in that response from the Big Yin, because I certainly challenged them on it as soon as they said it! :-
'Where is the logic in sending such different signs as that to different people??? That's just a recipe for confusion down here!'
The Big Yin replied, 'Not everyone is like you Wee Man. Not everyone wants to understand Everything! All most of your people want is a sign that what they already believe in is right, so they are happy with the signs we send them.'
'Aye, OK, I can see that some people would be happy about that, but what about the rest of us? What about people like me?'
'That problem doesn't often come up Wee Man because there aren't many people like you down there. Most of the people who aren't easily satisfied by a sign that they are right don't really believe that there could possibly be an explanation for Everything, and most of the ones who could imagine that there could be an explanation just don't think that they themselves would be clever enough to understand it.'
'Uch, stop trying to blow smoke up my (can I say A R S E on here?), I want a straight answer here! Where is the logic in sending totally different kinds of signs to different people?'
'But are they totally different? Or could they all lead to the same place?'
'Of course they are totally different! I would say they are complete opposites, except that there are three of them, so I'll say that they are all heading off in different directions that are 120 degrees from each other!'
'OK Wee Man, talk us through your logic when we started to send the signs to you a few weeks ago. What did you think it was?'
I took some time to think.
'Well, when it first started I had no idea what it was, I just knew that something weird was happening, but I was determined to avoid jumping to any conclusions so I just kind of tried to study the weirdness to see if I could work out what was going on.'
'So where did that logic take you?'
'Hmmm...In the early days a lot of the weirdness was linked to things that happened on my laptop, my mobile phone or my email account, so I began to suspect that someone might have hacked me, but I had no idea why anyone would go to so much trouble to pick on me. It did cross my mind that I worked for Siemens, who were involved in hi-tech stuff, but I just didn't believe they were capable of being so organised...And there was loads of other weird stuff happening out in the street which had nothing to do with any kind of tech, so I abandoned that idea. Then there was a spell when I realised that although the weird stuff was annoying me, it actually seemed to be trying to help me in some ways, so it did cross my mind that maybe the spirit of my dead father could be involved - that was totally against everything I thought, but according to what I thought, everything that was happening to me should have been impossible, so I had to start considering 'impossible things'. And then there was the time when all my CDs somehow managed to arrange themselves into a perfectly formed spiral shape on my sitting room floor when I had only left my house for a few minutes. That was amazing, but it also bothered me a lot because someone/people had been in my house while I was out...I could only imagine that an organisation like the CIA could have managed something like that, but why would they be interested in me?...Then there was that night when 'something invisible' pulled me off my sofa and dragged me accross my floor before crashing me down onto my garden path when I tried to leave the house - I knew that other people would describe that as 'poltergeist activity', but that was a totally meaningless 'explanation' to me because it didn't explain anything! Nobody knows what a poltergeist is or even whether they exist, if they do exist then no one really knows why nor do they know how to get rid of them, so poltergeist is just a word, it's no kind of explanation!'
'OK Wee Man, and where did your logic take you next?'
'Well, after I managed to crawl in from the garden path all that weird stuff came on my TV, where they were talking about time travel and whether it was possible to bring the future back to me - that made me consider whether some humans from the future was trying to send a message to me...especially when they implied that they could send back the cure for AIDS! Who knows what future humans might be capable of? I still couldn't understand why they were picking on me, but at least I could see some kind of logical reason why they might want to pick on someone!...And then the next day you said 'Hello' and we started talking...at first I went back to my CIA-type organisation theory, but then the way the early conversation went I really believed that I was talking to 'something extra terrestrial'!...But then the following day came 'Groundhog Day'!...Could humans from the future do that? Could Aliens? All I know was that anyone or anything that could do that would have god-like power over us, so maybe it could have been a god-type thing!'
There was a loud round of applause which came from all around me, and then the Big Yin said,
'So how many different chains of logic did you have to tie together to get to that point?'
'How many chains? It was all one single chain of logic. My logic! I just had to adapt what I believed or what I thought based on new information that came to me, but my logic never changed, it was just how I think - just as I have always 'thinked'.'
There was another loud round of applause before the Big Yin said,
'So now do you understand that whatever signs we send to any of your people they will all lead to the same place as long as the person follows the signs logically?'
I had to admit that I could see it if they were going to put it that way!
Wow, that was a longer post than I expected. Hope you find it worth the read
