That's very interesting JC. "Full-bloods"? I like Native Americans too... particularly the Cherokee... ~smirk~ Samoans are hot too methinks... You know, like the person comes directly from another country? What else do you call 'em? Ok, my sis' husband is a "Native Guatemalan" . Have I ever said what "Native" I married? It was interesting that Paulette mentioned "Micronesia" recently. I know some people from there, and they look similar to Samoans, and no one ever thinks of Micronesia. Do some "Eskimos" look "Samoan" also? I don't believe I have a "preference" in appearances. I'm kind of picky about "looks" in general . I can talk to just about any body, and like them per sec, but it seems there's only a select few that make me contemplate "gettin jiggy with it". . In other words, someone can be "hot", and giving me attention, and I hear thru the grapevine later that I treated them like a "brother". . My sis' husband seems like a nice guy; just very troubled. He has been critical of my sis to me from the get-go, so I will not talk with him AT ALL without her present. And she knows why. This is both their first marriage, so there is something to be said for "older" people being "stuck". I'm sorry if I sound "weird" about all this. I do not think that he (the husband) really wanted to kill himself, but it's definitely not worth the risk of guessing. I'm also irritated with my sister, as I thought we had an agreement, and then she went ahead and told my dtr. that the husband tried to kill himself. One of my dtrs. was crying quite a bit last night. . .they (the dtrs., and my son) have been through SO much with their dad. I had told them that _____ (my sis husband) was in the hospital and was needing some mental help. He doesn't play cards, but he sat with us at the table all afternoon last Sunday. I'm sure it's confusing.

"Eskimo" is the commonly known "old" name for the "Inuit" people... Here's an article about the "Inuit" with a photo of a young mother and infant: racmyers.hubpages.com/hub/The-Inuit-Alaskan-Eskimos. Genetically they are closely related to Asians and Pacific Islanders, but they have distinctive physical characteristics if you know what to look for. You can also tell by their accent whether they are Alaska Native or Asian/Pacific Islander because their language is very different... high pitched vocalizations (compared to American English... even the men speak in a higher sounding voice...) and lots of "k" sounds in the back of their throat... you know words like "Kayak", "Mukluk" "Parka" and "Akashka" (Alaska came from this word...) I'm picky when it comes to guys. I like Samoans but I'm not that into Alaska Natives. Maybe because they're shorter... I dunno... ;D I talked to a guy who worked at the hotel down in the big city and I thought for sure he was an Alaska Native but his accent sounded Hispanic. He told me his father was Filipino and his mother was half American Indian and half Japanese so he had the right Asian looking eyes and the right skin tone as well... he's just not Alaska Native is all and didn't have the right accent... I'm also more attracted to attitude, intellect and charisma rather than physical appearances... Those poor kids. I am irritated too that she told the children about that... children don't need to be worrying about that sort of thing... just saying "Daddy is sick and needs to see a doctor" I think would have been good enough...

" One of my dtrs. was crying quite a bit last night. . .they (the dtrs., and my son) have been through SO much with their dad. " Read more: theedgeofreality.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=encounters&thread=1418&page=10#23644#ixzz1mmi7xkvP____________________________________________________________________________ Just so there isn't confusion on the reader's part. . .I was talking about my own children who are teens, and their own dad who is disabled, an alcoholic with major addiction issues, and has threatened to kill himself and others many times in the past. He has almost died, and been in jail numerous times. My sister and her husband have no children together. My brother-in-law does have a dtr. from a previous relationship that lives in his hometown. My brother-in-law does not drink, do drugs, play cards or any type of gambling, and believes in and uses herbal medicine. He has become what is often called a "legalistic christian" and therefore is very judgmental on my sister. Regardless that he has an out-of-wedlock child, he is overly concerned with my sis and her past. Otherwise, I would have loved to use those "daddy words" that lorelei offered, if my former husband had ever sought help before the law forced him to. ;D (Let me add, for anyone out there, my faults are just as glaring. Not long ago my more out-going dtr. told me she was so scared of becoming like her parents. I understand that, but still had the nerve to ask her "why"? Her answer: "My dad is an addict and I think sometimes that my mom is going insane." The night before, I was really tired, had lost my patience with her on the way home, and had had to pull over the car so I could literally yell without wrecking it. So, I calmly asked her, "you think I'm crazy because I lose my temper for no apparent reason and I act like an idiot". She nods. )

Sigh. The dream I had (posted on this thread) about "police" threatening me and laughing at me, I initially was taken into their custody because I got pulled over driving a stolen car. In my dream it was just the "available car". In real life, this car belongs to my new brother-in -law. No, it is not really stolen. Read more: theedgeofreality.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=encounters&thread=1418&page=10#23645#ixzz1mnf3V1x9_______________________________________________________________________________ Obviously I think he is a "slimeball". Yes, he (brother-in-law) is pretty obviously "controlling". The hard part, is my sis. I've gotten to where I don't let ANYONE vent to me about a bad relationship. It's like they get all that stuff out in the open by talking about it, and they are just ready to get "filled up again". It makes me sick. That's why I purposely said OUT LOUD that I would support my sis, no matter what. To me, that's akin' to a promise (which I try to never make a promise. Period). I knew what was going to happen next . She told me her plans to "send him on his way", I took her on some errands until nighttime, and then home to take a shower. She asked me to have mom stay up to talk to her, as she was planning to spend the night at our house so she wouldn't be alone. All this was HER idea. I only offered to drive her because she seemed disconnected (in shock?). Two hours later, I text her that mom wants to go on to bed, and she tells me she's at the hospital. Duh. The next day, I changed the codes on the doors of my parents house and my old house (partly because we gave the code at the old house to the paramedics). She (my sis) calls my parents and asks "why". They were honest. She had said she was loading up his car with his tools and such, and NOT letting him come back to the house at all after he would get to leave the hospital. I had also told my parents that I planned to get an affidavit stating that only my sister could be in the home. In CA. that would do no good since they are married. . . I'm really trying to not lose my temper and "go off". Because I am a mother, I can't even sound "threatening" to someone else. I'm sure I look insane when I purposely misdirect my yelling to an open field or the sky. You know what though? When I VOICE my problems, and I hear what I'm saying, I feel WORSE; not better. People give way too much credit to that "getting stuff out". For me, it's like if I admit here that I don't want anything to do with my sister, I just confirmed it, and I will avoid her for at least a week. Maybe do text, but won't see her or talk to her. Why, do other people do the "opposite" of what they feel and say?

"change of heart"? Nah. Sorry if I sound cold, but I really think my sis is "empty inside". Otherwise we all have a natural ability to resist someone trying to control us.
What did you and your sis fight about today?

The sooner she leaves the guy the better off she, and everybody else will be. Otherwise the problems will just go on and on and end up hurting everybody else who is around him also. He just wants to be the center of attention and he will keep doing stupid things like that in order to get it. Sooner or later she is going to have to realize that he is never going to change.

And, I don't feel any better about the situation today. I have other family in CA. and can go visit there as I did her, and I was very happy about her finally moving back. I apologize; "venting" has not helped me with my sadness. Our poor dad. This morning I was helping my dad put on his coat for church, and he asked me (again) where ___________ (my brother-in-law) was from. Not that it matters . Before the first time my dad met __________, I helped him look up the city and country in books and the internet. I get the impression though that __________ doesn't care or know a thing about his heritage. Sky, I did get to tell my sis that exact idea. That the "longer" you are with someone, good or bad, your memories and psyche are "imprinted" with that persons' "stuff".

I love CALIFORNIA! ;D ;D I have family in San Diego, Santa Ana (Los Angeles), Pomona, and "Sun City". I am SO thankful I don't have repeating nightmares of sharks, as skywalker does . My sis had lived in Hollywood and worked at Newport Beach. The summer before my senior year of high school, for almost 3 months, I lived by Disneyland and worked in Newport Beach. A cousin wanted to take a summer off of his job to go "trucking" with his dad's company. I was able to fill in at his job to hold it for him! Can you believe it!! I was a "delivery driver" for a dental lab; taking dentures, molds, and such around to local dentists, from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.. Perfect timing to get off work and hit the beach! What a life!

I seem to be comparing myself to skywalker lately . I love the water, but I do have bad dreams about "lakes" in inclosed places, either man-made or natural. Inclosed, in my mind, has been "underground". When I read the book "The Hobbit", I was very bothered by the authors visualizing of the "Golems' lair". Fans of Mr. Tolkien will understand . Anyway, I do have a fear of sharks, and am leery of "dark shapes" in the water of my dreams . So what if "water in dreams" supposedly just represents emotions?! So What! Before the tsunami, I also had a very vivid dream of water just pouring and pouring into a shopping mall . I knew about tsunamis, because my dad experienced one years ago in the Philippines, but I wouldn't have pictured one at the mall. Hmmmmmmm. maybe I'm just very emotive about shopping?? I have to admit that I'm also having some "bloody noses" at full-moon time. Yeah. Not what I'd call a bloody nose (gushing), but blood on the pillow and fresh blood when I blow my nose. More than just a "dry nose", ya know? I like to think I know my body, but this is "new" to me. Past 2 months. Since I am having fewer headaches, I am also aware that I wake up with a bad headache on these mornings, and felt apprehensive when I blew my nose and got fresh blood. Blowing more than once. I am painfully aware (due to 2 nose surgeries and countless sinus infections) how close the inner lining of the nose is to the brain . No hysteria, here. The last full moon we had was exceptionally beautiful! And, i'm "back" to myself not being afraid while outside at night. ;D (Hey, what happened to those up close moon photos we were getting? )

We had a fight over taking care of mom and dad... She has taken it upon herself to offer to my mother (on speaker phone unbeknownst to her) to have her husband get out of the army and move up here so he can get a civilian job so she can "take care of" my parents. Like I'm not even here with them... ~rolls eyes~ So yea... I wonder who she thinks has been doing their laundry, helping make the beds, helping the blind old lady get around... doing the dishes... reminding them to take their medicine... helping my mother bathe because she can't see very well...

JC said: "I am painfully aware (due to 2 nose surgeries and countless sinus infections) how close the inner lining of the nose is to the brain" I'm sure you'll be OK JC... nosebleeds are a very common problem with people, I actually looked it up on the internet while we were in the big city because dad had a bad bloody nose the night before his doctor's appointment... (he has had them for years and they recently started up for him again during the past couple of weeks...) Maybe some saline spray will help... or some Vaseline in your nose (did this for dad and the bleeding stopped almost immediately after I read a post on a home remedy message forum for it...). ~hugz~ Strange that you are also having them around the time of the full moon though...

I use saline. There's something to be said about keeping the nose clean . There are now people who are regularly talking about the "netti pot"? The same company puts out small pkgs. of salt that should be mixed with distilled water, and I'm happy with it. After my second nose surgery my dr. told me what to purchase to make my own solution, and the packets are a lot easier. Thank you, lorelei . I'm glad touched is back with us. I had some problems with my computer shortly after sky did. I know that you were joking about the e-exorcism, sky, and it made me smile . The bible tells us to pray without ceasing. We are encouraged that He knows what we need before we ever ask. So praying, for me, is sometimes just a form of a daily conversation, without asking for anything. In Psalms, there is a simple guide to just be thankful when I wake, and say thank you before falling asleep. Simple, and yet sometimes I forget . We talk about praying for each other here. We don't know for sure that it helps. Does anyone? I don't know; I have extra stress in my life right now, and I decided to pray about my computer. Even though that sounds silly, at the time of my prayer it didn't feel silly. I've prayed about sillier things . . . I apologize that I didn't pray also for sky and touched . My computer is fine. At the time I saw the virus' warning (several of them) I just turned off my computer and decided to go to sleep. The next day was when I prayed. I turned on my computer later, and there is no trace of any problems. Feeling lucky. Blessed. Kinda silly. Thankful.

Absolutely ;D I did think about you while you were not posting here for a few days. Sorry about your chess game! A computer now is relatively cheap compared to a washing machine, or say, a telescope . Or a trip to see a mom. Just when we think we have some extra cash. . . . Have a great day. Every one

I'm happy to see you back Cliff..I miss your posts. ;D Thanks Jo- Even though I wasnt gone that long, I missed all of you ! That week felt like months . Paulette wrote something awhile back which is so true. She wrote in "touched-Cliffs experiences" thread reply # 30 on Sept. 10, 2011 - quote : We need connected people to survive physically and emotionally - end quote. So true ! If I may also add,,,we need family/friends who will understand no matter what the topic or experience may be, even if it is extraordinary and hard to believe or accept.

I have coffee . Extra sweatshirt on, and toy poodle at my feet. Never mind the time. I woke up before 3:00 a.m. and made myself go back to sleep. Not difficult, that. Lamp across room on, warm covers, and know I'll wake up again around 4:00 a.m. Waking up at 3:55 a.m., I'm almost "paralyzed". Very stiff and having trouble getting body to move, and when I get up I have to favor my left foot. I haven't limped for over a month . Worth noting that I woke up straight out of a vivid dream, so my body was "frozen" due to that body/brain mechanism that keeps us from hurting ourselves. IMO. I'm not ready to talk about dream. Just know that first thing on my mind was to get on here and delete my post about the "blue light" on solo's new thread. Suspicious thought: I revealed too much on solo's thread and was "punished" by a bad dream on another "alien related" experience of my own. Trying to push my own internal ignore thought button . Punishment? Blah! The last few days I have been thinking about possible reasons why more people don't actively join us here. I know people are reading, I know people occasionally make a thread and discuss things here and there, but I guess I mean stay active.

I have a lot of cr_p going on . ;D I can tell you honestly that people I work with have no idea. I'm sure that sometimes my voice gives me away, but I haven't quite lost my cool, calm, collected reputation yet. Yet. I'm known as observant, and twice in the last week have been "called on the carpet" because I was in the area at times of incidents. I wasn't really called on the carpet; just right now that's how it feels. My observations were taken seriously and in a positive way . I'm also known as good with "handy-man stuff" when a janitor/electrician staff is hard to find. I've fixed minor things on the copier, projectors, etc. It irritates my new boss to no end. So co-workers have resorted to stopping me in the hall, at the end of the day, when I'm all buttoned up in coat ready to go. People have asked why I can do so much.....I tell them "I come from farm people" . Mechanically inclined? In tune with resident electricity? The other men at my job don't mind. New boss. Principal of school is a man that started with us just before the summer. I like him. Consistent, good reputation, etc. He only speaks to me when I (guess) I need correcting . I see him smiling and talking with others. Most of our staff is women teachers. My old boss, a woman principal, hired me the same year she came on board. I kept telling myself at that time (when I heard grumblings from others) that a rule in business is "give it 5 yrs.". I got along with her great, from the beginning. I irritated her, too, but she was able to use and take advantage (in a good way) of my adhd . . . and I do understand other peoples' issues with her. In fact, we are such a "family" at work, that someone chuckled when I mentioned that my new boss didn't like me. They went on to say (as if deserved) "well, you couldn't do any wrong with the other boss". Ha, ha. So funny. Did i just go on and on about something supposed trivial at my job?? No. Dislike on a job can be reason to find a way to dismiss someone. . Ugh. Girls are not making morning noises.. . I better go make sure they (my dtrs.) are UP

More coffee . Tuesdays are always the hardest mornings. Yesterday I didn't have coffee until mid morning (for taste) and had 2 diet colas all day. Cutting back on caff is difficult . I drink a lot of water. Especially at bedtime. Go figure. I still haven't gone to the doctor about the "shards" in my right shoulder. That "wound" is almost healed. But,. . , I neglected to note here that since then I have had (5) more irruptions, including on top of the initial one . They (the "irruptions") are only on neck and shoulders. Hmmmmmm. So, I showed my therapist on Friday, 2-24. Like a good dr., he said skin wasn't his specialty, but told me to go see a dermatologist. He commented "not like run to an emergency room" and we laughed. I said "don't you think it's logical, that since you are breaking up all kinds of stuff in my neck, that it has to come out somewhere?" He wouldn't take the "bait". He asked me what I was putting on it, and when I said an antibiotic, he just said "I wouldn't put anything on it". So i didn't all weekend, and the "spots" are better. Which makes sense, because I'm allergic to a lot of antibiotics. . . One of the spots is directly over where I had a muscle knot, that we both "worked" on. This particular spot is the most minor, though. I asked him, "Do you see the shiny stuff?" "My sister (an R.N. that has worked in E.R.) even thought that I had been in a recent car wreck and it was glass". Still couldn't get him to comment further. Saw him yesterday and I had covered all the spots, so he just asked how it was. If I pick at the white, minute spots, I still get white spots. I stopped picking. The newest "irruption" is directly over my spinal column, at the top, right before back joins neck . It doesn't hurt; just skin tight. Makes me wonder if this is what I had on my middle, lower spine that kept showing up. . .(2) spots I talked about before. . . This latest "bump" is so big, it shows through a large, latex-free, bandage. Having trouble sleeping last night in general, I tried squeezing it. No blood. Clear liquid only; no smell (oooo Sorry!). A bit smaller this a.m. Looking at tissue used to press on spot; yep. Two little, sharp shards on tissue. I know! Go to dr.!

My dtr. and I saw our "friend" again last night (us driving home in the car from piano lessons). There goes that theory. I had seen our "friend" the triangle from a different angle, and had convinced myself that this was just some "robot" that travels the same route every night, the same way, at the same time. . I am starting to feel bad that its my dtrs. noticing these things outside our car. But, yeah, i'm more focused on the road.

Wow JC - I want to join the voice of reason in your mind and say, "Go to the doctor". Tell him you feel something in the wound (so that he'll probe it).
I had a friend who was in a bad bad car accident (he went off a cliff). He was worked over in the Emergency Dept, bones set etc but noone paid much attention to minor wounds. He still had glass working out of his body (and one tooth fragment out through his chin) 3 years later. Were you ever in the situation with breaking glass? It cannot be incapsulated by the body (too sharp) and so travels. It does not trigger much of an immune response (unlike wood or thorns).
As for seeing black triangles (and your daughters as well) - yikes. Try to get a picture (yeah yeah...I don't even know where our camera is at the moment). I don't have a cell with a camera (I am a dinosaur).
Oh yeah - keep the fragments you've retreived - in a sealed pill bottle in the refrig. Show them to the doctor. I hope you have one that listens to you. Doctors can be tricky if you are outside their usual area of competance. Ask to have it examined by a lab. I had a doctor who listened to me for the years we were in doctor/patient relationship 77- 2010. Other doctors blew me off - even when I had broken bones. I have a new doctor now, female and the jury is still out. I recently fell down in my driveway (on ice) and landed on one hip, obviously tried to brace with one arm and kept my head up. I staggered into her office and she said, "Well I can't understand WHY you can't turn your head to the right (I couldn't). And I can't give you anything for pain." I gave her the evil eye and said, "Well I NEED something for pain so I will be taking one of my husband's painkillers." (she's his doctor too and has no problem giving him pain medication!) "Because I need something now to minimize the spasm. And I'm not a drug seeker but I am in pain now." I then went to a store next door and thought I was buying a feather earring. When I got home, I had apparently had had three the same in the pile and was charged for them without me noticing. (In shock).
So it goes. Be nice to yourself JC. That's something a lot of us IMO here do not regularly do. We assume the "I-can-handle-it-by-myself" persona.

That's something a lot of us IMO here do not regularly do. We assume the "I-can-handle-it-by-myself" persona. I can relate. My next quote (at the bottom of post) will be: Ask. And Allow. (sure.. . ;D ) Thank you, Paulette. But, no more wound probing for me . The new, large wound on top (literally) of spine, I just wipe with a paper towel and wahla! I get either a round, white tiny crystal ball (for an ant to scry with. Lol. ) or a stringy, white strand that only briefly is stringy. On paper towel what seemed movable and stringy is actually a hard piece, that becomes the "glass shard". I can't see this area of neck, of course. Before, at picking at shoulder wound, I thought I was picking at a round dot, which became a shard, or again stayed like a 'dot' (crystal ball). I will keep samples. for someday. I don't know if someone has been praying for me, but today, the therapist "slipped". He said "we are getting this stuff out of your body obviously" after I loudly groaned in a painful movement (I don't normally groan. But getting more "at home" in his office and actually breathing like he wants me to). The other day he did also say "I've seen this before", and when I dumbly commented, "Yeah, I thought maybe you saw the first 2 small ones on my neck that went away weeks ago".......sheesh. Always thinkin' its about me P.S. Years ago, when a friend of mine had her tubes tied, they used a small amount of gas (?) to inflate (?) the area. I don't remember how soon after (days, a week ? ) she had excruciating pain in her shoulders. They told her that the gas had to escape somewhere ? . No pain meds for that? Was my friend making something up?

JC, I had pelvic surgery done on me when I was 17 as well... an Endoscopic surgery they called it. They filled my abdominal cavity with gas and went in through my belly button with a scope to remove little growths on the exterior of my uterus... I was in the most excruciating agony I have ever experienced in my life when I woke up from the anesthesia... I was in SO much pain I was literally SCREAMING and popping pain pills and was STILL screaming as the gas escaped. I was positively MISERABLE for the next 24 hours... I remember this vividly... The gas migrated to her shoulder? Wow... well... as they say, fact can be stranger than fiction, eh? I noticed you had spelled a word "Irruption" in one of your recent posts this morning. I didn't think I had ever seen it spelled that way before so I looked it up. Very interesting to say the least. It is a real word, and it is pertinent to how you were using it... although with this spelling it is most often used to describe migrating bird populations in present day... ;D (lorelei learned a new word and is happy thankyouthankyouthankyou!!) Anyhoo... I agree with sky. Get the girls to take pictures of the triangles!! I also agree with Paulette. (I seem to be a "yes man" today...). Save the shards in a pill bottle. Maybe you can get someone to test it in a lab somewhere... When you say your "therapist" do you mean physical therapist, massage therapist or... *other*? It's interesting that these shards are still irrupting[/u](;D) from your skin... I wonder what it could be... If your sister was an ER nurse, she is used to dealing with car accident trauma victims. That is probably the reason why she first jumped to that conclusion... these shards are most definitely something else though. Maybe crystallized minerals or hormones? I know you said you had steroid shots. I remember back in advanced human anatomy class back in high school that "hormones" (estrogen... testosterone... adrenaline... insulin etc...) are actually "crystalline" in form and can be seen in the blood stream as growing crystal looking structures... hrrrrrmmmmm... Yep. I'm gonna say it. You should see another doctor. ~hugz~

NO. I owe tons of money to my internist, and the hospital for scans from just last February. My regular doctor won't see me until I pay his bill, but yet will fill my asthma medication. I have a lawyer retained $ $ , due to (blah, blah, blah) _______________________________________________________________________ I cannot lie. My "therapist" is a (pause) chiropractor. He takes ins. (they do these days) and I haven't told him yet things like, I no longer need my stomach med (for LPR-reason for internist-hiedel hernia, etc.). My life is already so different ;D . When he took x-rays, I have/had a lot of areas of sub-luxation. Where the bones are forming together and becoming permanent, the bones are joined by white material that shows on the x-ray. All this material is getting broken up . I know my body pretty well. Like any normal person, I was FINE until my sister freaked out. Then my mom said something about a friend of hers having a staff infection, and then SHE freaked out. It is not painful, not bloody, or yellow with infection, and I have even soaked in bath water with hydrogen peroxide in it. (By the way, do that for 20 minutes and you feel energized! Look up hydrogen peroxide on the 'net.) It is interesting. And now that I've gotten my "therapist" to admit I'm right about what this stuff prolly is, no more worries. ;D Thank You, though.

Good old hydrogen peroxide. It is now being marketed and sold under the name "Oxi-Clean" in a powder form. You can buy a jug of the stuff in liquid form for less than a dollar a bottle and only one teaspoon per washer load will do the trick... but if you buy the fancy powder stuff it's much MUCH more expensive... lol... From what I've heard, hydrogen peroxide makes the soap work better somehow... not sure how. ~shrug~ It's amazing how people will spend tons of money on something when they don't even know what it is... I use it as a mouthwash a couple times a week. It removes a lot more plaque than brushing alone and whitens your teeth... but one must dilute it in water and rinse with water after allowing it to foam for a few seconds otherwise it will turn one's tongue black... (oh, and don't gargle with it... the foaming action might trigger your gag reflex and... yea... not pretty...) It works wonders for sure... and doesn't burn like alcohol based mouthwashes do! Well, I'm glad you've solved this little mystery JC. You had me worried there for awhile. I just hope all of that gunk can get out of your body soon so it can alleviate your problems... Chiropractors are awesome.

That problem, anyway . Thanks for your concern. It is time for a yearly check up, but I will try to wait for summer time off. I'm so thankful that otherwise I have been exceptionally healthy this year (flu and colds, etc.). This is the busiest time of the school year, and hopefully my parents are done with surgery on their bodies for a little while (started with my dad's back surgery last summer). Excuse me a sec. I want to delete unnecessary information up above .
