This is almost comical. No date or time given. It is a launch of a Japanese rocket into orbit. The flare plume is the rocket's empty first stage staging and jettisoning - illuminated brightly silhouetted against the sunset. The large plume is the second stage firing as predicted.
The same has occurred in videos from southern California when Vandenburg AFB makes a launch in similar light conditions. The object allegedly by the video title being fired at in upper right is none other than a 3/4 waning Gibbous moon a quarter of a million miles away!
The witnesses vantage point and their mild hysteria or the UFO 'buffs' have twisted the interpretation of events (again).
All launches in general by international treaty and law (especially so in the Korea area and surrounding neighbors) must notify the intention of a launch. Why? This prevents accidental nuclear wars. By the video hiding the date and time conveniently, the ufo advocates are themselves being deceptive with a hoax on You Tube. The ufo people of course will state "the world has concealed something from us", when it is these hysterical folks who really have labeling the article as such. Ufo conventions sadly are full of them. If the date and time was given, it could be easily checked. Once more they will say "it must have just slipped our minds". Stepping back from all this has been very beneficial for me. Others might consider stepping back and view the whole sad landscape.
Because almost all launches are generally to the east (or sometimes to the south for polar orbits) to save fuel taking advantage of the Earths spin, the video was probably taken to the south looking north north/east because the missile is rising and going to the right.
The video was probably taken on the island of Yakushima, or on the southern end of Tanegashima where the Tanegashima Space Center is located.

That's why the world needs UFO investigators...to restore some sanity amongst the chaos. I remember seeing that same video several years ago...either right after we started this forum or the one we were at before. It still looks pretty much the same.

It was several years ago when we saw it. I think it was shortly after we started this forum. I remember we were all trying to figure out what the woman was saying because she was obviously frightened. I think way back then whoever posted it said it was from someplace other than Japan which is why we were debating what language she was speaking. That's the only reason I remember it.
