These series of pictures are from my files. They where taken by a witness in June 2005 aboard a South West Airlines Boeing 737 between San Francisco and Denver. Photos are a series of three taken over Utah over several minutes off the port (left) wing (looking North) as the aircraft flew east. It shows something flying along side the aircraft, maintaining position off the port wing for several minutes. The back ground shows its position relative to the horizon in background....it is maintaining a level altitude and ...remarkably the apparent object pitching like a falling leaf effect seems to have no bearing on its flight path. Flying parallel to the aircraft irregardless of any aerodynamics influences we would understand or expect. Any thoughts? These are from my personal files. Not a 'you tubey'. It to me seems as if it is a disk and its stealth is hard to maintain around its sharp edges deflecting or projecting the light behind in effort to be invisible. It seems to be in a kind of 'bubble' isolated from aerodynamic forces around it. Using propulsive forces that are not aerodynamic in nature in any way. It may seem like a streak, but it holds there for many minutes. It hints at a form of flight using dynamics unknown to us and exciting to imagine. I always found these images compelling. I will be away on Vacation for a week, but should be able to have a WiFi connection somewhere there. (Maui). Enjoy. Steve

Awesome pictures! And you noted that it was there for several minutes! The only thing I need you to add is what it looked like to the witnesses naked eyes, and maybe how he/she first noticed it? Whoever still had to be 'on-the-ball' with a camera! Have fun in Maui! Wear sunscreen even if you don't go to the beach! Lol

Get a suntan for me Steve... I can't recall any photographs of UFOs which were my "favorite"... most of the ones I have seen have been labeled "hoaxes"... ~shrug~

My favorite UFO photos? Hmm...I'm going to have to think about that a bit. I've seen quite a few and like Lorelei pointed out many of them have been accused of being fakes. The fake ones obviously would not be my favorites. I'll get back to you when I find the ones I really like.

The comments about the 35 mm. slide of the Belgium Triangle photo by scientists unafraid to comment always blows me away. That is another. That slide might be quite authentic.
Maui was great. Well...da!
Hiking through rain forest, jumping into water falls, a helicopter ride, sailing. Wore plenty of sun screen. Experienced Pacific ocean water for the first time that was actually 'warm'.
There were plenty of local news on sharks there. A week earlier, a person killed. Shark warning signs on beaches, yet surfers played. The last two days there, one local newspaper headline stated a woman having a large bite taken out of her surf board. Then the next days headline...a woman lost her arm surfing - bitten off sadly.
The woman on the sail boat who was also a scuba diver said the sharks are usually docile and shy, not territorial. It's the striped tiger sharks that are the squirly ones - unpredictable. She said Tigers don't see too good. LOl.
Still, statistically you are more likely to be killed on Maui from a falling coconut than a shark attack. Or so the guides told us.

That is a tough question, since I have been looking at photos for 40 years now. I guess I would have to say the one in my head Steve from last summer I witnessed. It was like no other. I wish I could imprint it here for every one. It came from a very dark black storm cloud . I was sitting directly under it with my camera in a bag around my waist. I had just sat down and put my head up against the back of the lawn chair. I know ufos come out of storms so I go out when one is approaching. This one had a tornado only a mile from where I was sitting but it was a half hour later. The lightning glowed in this black storm cloud . It was very low. And it was beautiful to see as it was a very strange type of lightning. I did not hear any thunder with it. Soon as the cloud lit up out comes a ship going sideways coming east straight at me or over head almost. Soon as the far side of this ship cleared the cloud it stopped on a dime. It came out fast and it just stopped so fast it was nothing like I will ever see again. I was so amazed and knew no time to get the camera . I would have to unzip my belt to get to it and also stand up. I stared and studied it for four or five seconds . You could tell it had a nose like in front which was pointing upward. Sort of like a hatch or cockpit. It was the color of a submarine and almost resembled one. Down its middle was a straight line running vertically.
Like maybe it could open there somehow. Not sure. It slopped as it went toward the back or tail side. It was a tan sort of gray in color. Kind of like army color. It had windows which looked black inside of them in the ship. On zoom I cloud of brought those windows up to my face. Then it started to climb upward not so fast as I could follow it with my eyes but it went beyond a tree limb out in front of me. I jumped up and as I ran out from under the tree limbs I was getting my camera out but could not see where it went only a tiny black line in the sky. Yes I took two shots of it. One it sat horizontal and the other it was sitting vertically in the two photos. One could not even tell it was a spaceship . I was so disappointed I was sick. I turn my video on and kept searching the skies, then I ran to the house and told my husband about it. All that time the video is running and the camera is showing my feet running down the driveway. You see my door way and hearing me tell my husband the blank blank camera was in the case.
I sit out doors all the time when storms are right over head if there is no rain yet . My camera stays on with my finger on the record button. The darn craft did not even give me time to do so. It was so clear and so close to me. I have had them close to me before but at night time.
Yes this will stay with me always. If I had gotten the light inside the blackness it would of showed that this craft sort of was force out by this flash. You could tell it was.
It would of been called a hoax I know it was just too darn good to be true. Not just seeing a ship but the inter reaction it had with the cloud..

Some of my favorite UFO photos would be from the Amaury Rivera sighting that took place in Puerto Rico on May 9, 1988. I like these photos for several reasons. One is because they have never been demonstrated to be a hoax. Amaury was just an ordinary average guy who just happened to have a camera with him when he saw the thing and started taking pictures. This was back before the digital camera age revolutionized UFO hoaxes by making it so easy to do. He took the photos with a regular film camera. I also like the photos because of the drama they show as US fighter jets are buzzing the craft...which is what I suspect fighter jets would do if they ever saw such a thing. Another thing I like about these photos is that the UFO appears to have a small circle or hole right in the center of it. This is something that I have noticed in other photos of UFOs that I have seen but is rarely mentioned in any of the sighting reports about them. I doubt that a hoaxer would have included a hole in the center of a hoaxed UFO. Amaury Rivera claims to have been abducted and other abductees from Puerto Rico have confirmed parts of the story that he told although they didn't know Amaury personally. That leads a little bit of credibility to his story. Of course it could still all just be a hoax but until it is proven to be so these photos will continue to be some of my favorites.
