I think I'm going to have to express some doubts about this story for several reasons. One is that they refused to show any documents because they claim that foreign spies might go after the scientists involved in the program. If this came out of Russia like they claim the Russians wouldn't give a rat's rearend about whether or not "foreign" spies (which would include them) would have access to it. The second reason is because it seems to really exaggerate the effects of global warming by saying that government scientists are predicting that North America's climate would go out of control in one year. That is total nonsense and any scientist who would dare to make such an idiotic statement should be drug out in the street and hung up by his test tubes. The third reason is because the article claims that this so-called chemtrail program is design to stabilize the climate over the US while having adverse effects on other parts of the world. This is a nonsense statement also since any chemicals released in the air over North America are going to be blown by the jet stream and dispersed all over the planet. The author apparently has no clue how the Earth's atmosphere works.
The main reason why I disagree with this though is because the government's chemtrail program isn't that much of a secret. People have known about it for years. It's kind of like Area 51 and Roswell...everybody knows about it but the government just won't admit it.

"any scientist who would dare to make such an idiotic statement should be drug out in the street and hung up by his test tubes." LOL, excellent imagery. Alarmism (exaggerated alarm about a real or imaginary threat) is common territory in most societies, although ours seems to take it to new heights of hysterical zeal. It's vaccinations, or terrorists...fluoride in the water, or what people *think* the Mayan calendar signifies. You name it, it can have an alarmist spin applied to it. Yes, we should direct a critical eye toward everything we do as a matter of procedure, because while we can come up with (what seems at the time to be) some cool ideas, we rarely comprehend the consequences of our inventions and behaviors. It's a pity that article can no longer be accessed. I would have loved to read it.

I was unable to access it using Firefox and Chrome until late last night. Now that I've had a chance to read it, I concur with sky's take on the article. I also find it rather odd that Snowden, who has been dealing with high profile media outlets, would choose to deal with this particular blog on a whim. It smells like a fabrication.

I've come to the conclusion that there are people out there who just can't live without the idea of some conspiracy or impending doom. Why they need this fix of negative flow is beyond me..it eventually unhinges the brain. As for Snowden..I don't believe the article without some science back up but I don't have an objection with the idea

Here is a video claiming to show a plane landing while still spraying chemicals from it. They claim that the pilot forgot to turn them off as he landed. I can't really be certain what's going on by watching the video. I hear sirens in the background and it looks like it might be smoke possibly coming from the plane so maybe it is on fire? But why would smoke be coming from the wings instead of the engines? The engines looked like they were fine. Then we also have this photo that I found on the net that reportedly shows another plane spraying chemtrails.

See the foggy sky the plane is landing in? Those are your chem trails....lol. Fog!
The lift created by the high lift configuration on landing (wing tip wing lets, spoilers, Fowler flaps) working together in concert compresses the air (the moisture in the air too) over the wing we call lift (Bernoulli's Principle). The moisture in the air (fog) is compressed. If you fly often and gaze out the window, often on takeoff, it is a common sight. The fog is making the dynamics of flight visible to the naked eye and camera.
The vast leap to assume these are chem trails is another example why UFO's and many conspiracy theory's so lack credibility. The problem is pre-baby boomers grew up without adequate science and math teachers.
From many UFO cases, I have learned reflecting back on the whole UFO problem - it is as much about inadequate science and math teachers that educated the witnesses of many of these reports.
I have never seen any evidence yet to convince me these paranoid chem trails exist. I'm sure the myopic conspiracy people will say...See, there are chem trails in the 1930's video!. LOL! (the smoke in the 1930s tests conducted at NASA Langley Research Center's 6 by 19 inch Transonic Tunnel here during the pre-NASA - NACA era.)

Sky, the bottom image looks similar to a missile defense mechanism used on Air Force One. Besides seeing crop dusters spraying malathion directly over my head in California back in the day, there is one time I saw a jet releasing a huge black cloud over a wide swath here in SouthWest Missouri. It's altitude was maybe a few thousand feet and it kept banking left, right, left, at 90* turns. I have photos of this and will share once I get this computer running quicker. I have no idea what was happening with it. This happened in the summer of the Joplin tornado if my memory serves me correctly for time reference . Edit/ Correction - 180 degree turns

I haven't prowled into this much but two summers ago you could watch planes doing criss-cross patterns of chem trails. Every time they were up there...about two days later it rained. BUT I'm not so sure there wasn't more to it. California is in the middle of a very bad drought but no one seems to be up there flying. Or its not worrisome enough yet.

Here's what I think, I may be totally off base, but here goes. If the Government was actually seeding the air with chemtrails, you would think it would be in their best interest to drop some chemicals on humans that would make them happy and more productive. Afterall, the more productive people are, the more taxes they will pay, the more money that the government will have. Imagine seeding metropolitan areas, where there are high unemployment rates, and getting people off their butts, making them happy and productive.
Conversely, people that say chemtrails cause sickness and ill health, doesn't make sense. Why would the government poison their only source of revenue? I mean, if people are sickened and don't work, taxes go down, productivity comes to a standstill, and eventually the country would crumble. So, whether or not there are such a thing as chemtrails, who knows? But the bottom line is that, if there are chemtrails, it makes more sense for them to be used in a constructive way than to be used in a counter productive way. And so it goes.

Man, Sorry in advance to anyone that believes in chemtrails, but they obviously haven't heard on contrails. Everything about them has been debunked, and as far as the ones that linger goes, as mentioned above it's simply atmospheric conditions that permit them to stick around...
I have heard there was one incident where the government admitted to spraying something, which actually fell onto the town. I'm not going to waste my time finding the news article, but this was an isolated incident where the trails left were VASTLEY diffwrent, lower, smaller, think cropdusting trails, than the contrails mistaken for "chemtrails".

Ya ever hear of Angel-Hair? Look that one up. I researched that subject for an extended period. I found an interesting correllation between the genesis of the original chem-trail event, the resultant lore and Angel-Hair. I have often wondered if the plethora of chem-trail reports are not, in part being promoted by an element of disinformation designed to obfuscate and to bury authentic Angel-Hair chem-trail events inside a great big cloud of disinfo BS. I also studied disinformation campaigns, and many chem-trail reports fit the signature fairly well. When I get some time from my 3D Rostock printer project I am working, I'll share my chem-trail documentary experience with y'all. I seem to recall that I posted that story here on the TEOR, ?? five years ago?? The ProblemBoard search engine stinks. plutronusET Investigator

Yeah the stuff connected with UFO's or sightings of the Virgin Mary. Or..migrations of spiders who spin webs and 'parachute' with them from place to place (I've actually seen that and it's a mess dodging spiders coming at you like paratroopers..webs hanging all over the place. Doesn't happen every year but now and then it does at our local airport. Seems when they run out of names they use 'angel hair' it's also a name given to an orange colored parasitic stringy plant that chokes the life out of our local sage brush if we've had water enough for it to grow. Should have been some 'devilish' name instead of an angelic one. Guessing you mean the UFO connection. Our world is full of little mysteries and I for one am sure glad it is otherwise it would be pretty boring. I like the version of the atmosphere being just right and a plane being just high enough and on those particular days it's so cool looking. Or maybe UFO's are up there finger painting for our benefit

I don't see what that Anonymous story has to do with chemtrails. It sounded to me like they were testing alternative fuels to either cut down on pollution, or to eliminate the creation of contrails which would give away a drone's position in the sky if it were accidentally leaving them behind while flying on some secret mission over enemy territory. Contrails (which are produced by atmospheric conditions) are not the same as chemtrails (which would be produced by deliberately spraying chemicals. Everybody knows contrails exist. There's nothing super secret about that. This sounds to me like people are jumping to the wrong conclusion.

You got it, Sky! Pollution is what we should be complaining about. not some mysterious chemicals!
If you want to complain about what the Air Force is "spraying", then complain about the right thing!
Just look at these comments from air force vets:
AL: I am amazed the amount of JP 8 I put on the C17s while deployed
MH: What's even crazier is these B-52s can carry more fuel than a 17, by like 70K.
JH: Looks like they're burning coalMH: Not doctored at all. Early models injected water into the engines during take-off to increase thrust. It made them burn black like this. Even the H model, which runs turbofans and no water injection are still pretty dirty. These were G models

What the!!?? Court Takes Child From Mother After She Mentions Chemtrails At School'I can now only see my daughter with a social security worker standing over me taking notes, and the judge said this was so that if I mention chemtrails they would put a stop to that.'
Posted on May 2, 2016 by Baxter Dmitry
A Boulder, Colorado judge has removed a child from her mother’s care because the mother believes chemtrails are being sprayed into the atmosphere, court documents reveal.
Boulder Judge D.D. Mallard told Becca Vandb that ‘99% of people would know those are just contrails,’ and said that she is ‘so immersed in a fringe subculture’ that ‘she is a danger to her daughter.’
‘I can now only see my daughter with a social security worker standing over me taking notes, and the judge said this was so that if I mention chemtrails they would put a stop to that.’
Becca pointed out that there have been no neglect or child abuse allegations from the court or her daughter’s school. There have been no criminal charges and no protective services visits.
‘I am being railroaded for expressing my views about chemtrails.’
Becca Vandb’s daughter wants to be with her mother, but is being kept away from her, with only supervised visits allowed, because Judge Mallard believes Becca is ‘immersed in a dangerous fringe subculture.’
‘I bought up chemtrails at my daughter’s school and was immediately banned from the premises. Schools and courts in Boulder, Colorado have flat out denied there is any such thing as geoengineering or chemtrails, so has my kid’s dad who works in atmospheric research at the University of Colorado – seriously.’
DANGEROUS PRECEDENT ‘The school helped him take away custody because I had the gall to argue with them when they severely embellished my comments (made to adults only) about chemtrails.’
An historic lawsuit has been filed in Canada in an effort to expose and halt the practise of chemtrails being sprayed into the atmosphere.
The suit claims that the Canadian and US governments are conducting a geoengineering program that aims to spray toxic substances and particles into the atmosphere – endangering the lives of millions of citizens.
Meanwhile in Colorado a judge has removed a child from her family home because her mother expresses her belief that chemtrails are being sprayed into the atmosphere. Something is not right here.

I deplore the court taking action against parents but on the other hand...I also don't believe in spreading panic or conspiracy ideas to children. At least until they are old enough to research and make up their own mind. Wrong handedly I imagine that is what the judge was up to. Parents don't always think of the mentality of their child. They parrot but don't grasp...they shout to the world that 'this is what my mama says' ...and conspiracy theories can stir panic. I remember what it was like growing up during the 'cold war' days. We were all afraid as kids that bad russia men were going to kill us with bombs. Made for an uneasy child hood of the era. Here..well can't she just be a kid and play and skin her knees without the worries of her mom on her little shoulders? Maybe if someone just pointed that out to the mother..helped her to see..
