Here's what a Qabalah Master has to say about the subject in reply to others who were asking about strategy to use at the moment of phyiscal death.

Post Subject: WOC Rehearsal for death
"<<<post about the rehearsal:
I have read here Daniel Feldman advising rehearsing for our death by focusing on the
heart chakra, visualizing a Yosher leaving our body behind. Could someone elaborate further?

<<<a reply by Daniel Feldman, Abe's Kid's list owner:
Generally, it is a matter of one's spiritual constitution and
the grace of one's Sadguru. Most devotees (appx +/- 95% of spiritual
aspirants) would most naturally leave through their heart center while
focusing on their Chosen Ideal. Jnanis (appx +/- 5%), who can maintain
conscious awareness during passing, would most naturally leave through
their forehead, or better through their crown center. Swami Vivekananda
was a classic example of leaving through the crown center (though his
would be more aptly described as explosion). Keep
in mind that when the VAST majority of embodied souls vacate their
physical space suits, even those who have had lifetimes of yogic
practice, they will spend some limited time centered in their Geviyah in
Yetzirah. When the mazal (kharma) that brought them there is exhausted, they
will return for another physical incarnation. Mother Amma says that this is
typically for a max of 2-3 earth years (although for some the turn
around can be immediate).
Kind regards,
Daniel Feldman"
