Casper this is for you. Does it look like a ghost maybe from a drowned victim in Japan?
Or a piece of paper blowing in the wind? I sort of see legs climbing in a way. Could be a hoax but I have my doubts Enlarge the screen.

WoW!! That was freaky looking! I don't think it was a ghost. It looked too solid and freaky looking. Ghosts don't look like that. Not that I know of anyways. Did somebody drown in the flood? Maybe it was a sea monster of some sort. They might have weird sea monsters over there.

Thanks for posting this, Lois. I was researching tsunamis not long ago, and also came across this. Now that I have looked at it slowed down so many times, I do have a tendency to see "two human-looking legs". Otherwise, I was thinking "shapeshifter". Which, in these kind of circumstances, we can understand why even some "fish" want out of the water.

Did look sorta ah, protoplasmic. And completely became invisible inbetween being able to be seen. Hmmmmmm.

Yep. The veil is being lifted.
The "true" shapeshifters are "nature spirits", IMO. yeah, they can get "angry". Can't say I blame 'em.
