These look like the lights in Texas don't they? Mysteries abound a small patch of forest located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula right outside Paulding, Michigan. Located near the Wisconsin border, Paulding is an area so small that it does not even appear on US census. The particular forest lies in a valley beside Paulding, keeping its mysteries contained and hidden from the prying eyes of the world, that is, until one enters this otherworldly realm. It is a realm often intruded by those with an interest in the paranormal world, or those who believe that science can be the medium to break the barriers between this realm and the rest of the world, or just the plain curious. At dusk, the forest slowly fills with a surreal glow as mysterious lights appear all over the woods. Yes, sort of. The lights in the video are actually headlights from cars driving down the highway. I've investigated the Paulding lights before and that spot where the viewing area is shows car headlights.
People who look for the Marfa lights also sometimes see car headlights because a section of a highway is also visible from the Marfa viewing area. That's not what the real Marfa lights are though. The real Marfa lights show up in a lot of different places besides where the highway is and usually look totally different from the car headlights.
It's possible the area around Paulding may also have other mystery lights but the ones at the viewing area are cars.

I never actually saw any unexplained lights in Michigan but I have seen the Marfa lights numerous times. I have no clue what those crazy things are. Not a clue.

Still, very interesting.
You guys have heard me talk plenty of times about the way things CAN look to me , through the spindles leading to a rail of a staircase, and the spindles of a chair. It just dawned on me that the "effect" happens with WOOD spindles- but they generally are a tad wider than metal spindles. And of course the wood could be "manufactured" wood.
The "light" plays similar on a group of trees in a forest, possibly?
But to me, that "play of light" reveals something else..... 😊

For me, 'Ghost lights in Michigan forest' brings to mind the mysterious 'Light in the Wood' engraving by Gustave Doré.
