In "Beyond Science" Epoch Times collects stories about these strange phenomena to stimulate the imagination and open up previously undreamed of possibilities. Are they true? You decide. There are, and have been for some time, claims by UFO disclosure supporters that there is in existence a fleet or fleets of human spaceships charged with monitoring alien traffic throughout our solar system and even defending our solar system in the event of an extraterrestrial attack. Perhaps this is science fiction or the result of an overactive imagination. But some have said they’ve seen evidence of this alleged project, commonly called “Solar Warden.” If Solar Warden is indeed real, it would require advanced technology several generations ahead of what our military currently uses on the battlefield. Some speculate that backwards engineered alien technology is responsible for the rapid development of these types of systems. Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, is probably one of the most high-profile persons to have come forward regarding the existence of alien beings visiting Earth. He has addressed the topic in several interviews, saying there are indeed extraterrestrial civilizations beyond our solar system, they have indeed visited Earth, and the United States government may have collected and backwards engineered alien technology. “I suspect that in the last 60 years or so, that there has been some back-engineering and the creation of this type of equipment, that is not nearly as sophisticated yet as what the apparent visitors have,” stated Dr. Mitchel during a Kerrang Radio interview on July 23, 2008. I suspect that in the last 60 years or so, that there has been some back-engineering and the creation of this type of equipment. , Astronaut, NASA — Dr. Edgar Mitchell In 2001, a hacker named Gary McKinnon used a series of clever techniques to hack several government computers, including and probably not limited to NASA and U.S. Navy computers. His original purpose for hacking U.S. computers was to seek out hidden data regarding the existence of free energy, or “zero-point” devices, he told Wired in a 2006 interview. In his digital travels he allegedly uncovered an excel spreadsheet with a list of names and a heading of “non-terrestrial officers,” he told Wired. Another document was listed as “fleet-to-fleet” transfers, according to a 2006 Project Camelot interview. McKinnon was unable to cross reference the names with any U.S. Navy ships and believed these were off-world or “Space Marine,” type officers. He allegedly uncovered an excel spreadsheet with a list of names and a heading of “non-terrestrial officers.” “If you look at DARPA [Defence Advanced Research and Projects Agency] literature at the moment and in the last few years it’s all about ‘space dominance,’ that is the final frontier,” McKinnon told Project Camelot. “So, I think it’s natural for them to want to control space and be developing a space-going force in secret, but I think most likely using technology reverse-engineered from E.T. [extraterrestrials].” McKinnon told Wired he was in the process of viewing a UFO image on a NASA computer in Building 8 of the Johnson Space Center remotely when he was discovered. Some months later (in March 2002), authorities showed up on his doorstep in the U.K. Severe hacking charges were brought against him and he was facing about 70 years in prison and $2 million in fines. But in the years following his discovery, the U.S. government extradition request stayed in limbo until it was eventually dropped. Project Camelot speculated that McKinnon was holding “ace-in-the-hole” information he gathered during his hacking journey that he may have held as leverage against his extradition. McKinnon wouldn’t comment on whether he had such information. The name “Solar Warden” is a term that generically refers to the ultra-secret space fleet. It’s presently unclear where exactly the name originated. If the program does exist, it would require a tremendous amount of capital to construct its fleets. Last year, the United States’ black budget for secret programs spanning dozens of agencies was $52.6 billion. Solar Warden – The Secret Space ProgramUK News Darren Perks reports since 1980, a secret space fleet code named ‘Solar Warden’ has been in operation unknown to the public that allegedly includes key world governments. While conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with the DOD (department of defense) in 2010, I had a very unexpected response by email from them which read:
“About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President Obama. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DOD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.
The program not only operates classified under the US Government but also under the United Nations authority. So you might be wondering, how do I know this information? Well there are a few people and many others that have tried hard to find out the truth, and have succeeded by leaked information or simply asking questions and have government departments slip up and give away information freely, just like what happened when Darren Perks asked the DOD. One notable contributor is Gary Mckinnon.
When Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of “non-terrestrial officers” and “fleet-to-fleet transfers” and a secret program called “Solar Warden”, he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed “the biggest military computer hack of all time”, and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy’s Space Fleet. McKinnon also found out about the ships or craft within Solar Warden. It is said that there are about eight cigar-shaped Motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small “scout ships. The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the US Naval Network and Space Operations Command (NNSOC) [formerly Naval Space Command]. There are approximately 300 personnel involved at that facility, with the figure rising.
On July 24, 2016, •Theresa May became the new Conservative Party leader and second female prime minister, taking charge of the UK. So how did Theresa May become popular enough to become the Prime Minister of the UK?
The Obama Administration was forcing the UK to extradite Gary McKinnon to face trial in the US with a possible seventy years in prison.
“Mrs. May as the Home Secretary took the highly unusual step of blocking the extradition of Mr. McKinnon making her popular with the British people.
McKinnon claims Solar Warden is said to be made up from U.S. aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some contributions of parts and systems by Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. It is also said that the program is tested and operated from secret military bases and includes personnel from many countries including Russia.
We have a space fleet, which is code named; ‘Solar Warden.’ There were, as of 2005, eight ships, an equivalent to aircraft carriers and forty-three ‘protectors,’ which are space planes. One was lost recently to an accident in Mars’ orbit while it was attempting to re-supply the multinational colony within Mars. This base was established in 1964 by American and Soviet teamwork. Not everything is, as it seems.”
The name “Solar Warden” is a term that generically refers to the ultra-secret space fleet. If the program does exist, it would require a tremendous amount of capital to construct its fleets. Last year, the United States’ black budget for secret programs spanning dozens of agencies was $52.6 billion, according to the Washington Post. However, if the government did decide to build a space fleet of exotic technology and design, the money could be utilized, especially if more than one nation is involved and funneling money into this program as postulated by some disclosure advocates.
Allegedly, “We have visited all the planets in our solar system, at a distance of course, except Mercury. We have landed on Pluto and a few moons. These ships contain personnel from many countries and have sworn an oath to the World Government. The technology came from back engineering alien-disc wreckage and at times with alien assistance.” William Tompkins and others claim this is true. So should we just write this off as utter nonsense?
No we shouldn’t and as time goes on the truth will slowly come out. Many people around the world are now witnessing craft moving around in the skies and sub space that completely defy gravity. Whether they are part of the Solar Warden secret program, military experimental aircraft or not, thousands of people know what they see. In my view is very real and a very strong possibility. Sensitive is an understatement. This program would change the world and our views on space exploration and travel, so no wonder that it would be kept a big ‘secret’. We should all keep it in the back of our minds… for now at least! Thanks to Darren Perk’s investigation work here: www.ufoshropshire.co.uk

"Someone" always tries to stop my "forays" into this area of "investigation". Until fairly recently, (for some reason) I couldn't even "entertain" ideas on just how many satellites were up there, from what countries, just how countries "agreed" to have "what not" up there, etc. etc.
As far as I know, we got "distracted" from the G.McK story.
Keep it coming. 😁

Last year, the United States’ black budget for secret programs spanning dozens of agencies was $52.6 billion, according to the Washington Post. Currently, the U.S. government’s various military branches all have their own space commands, such as the Air Force Space Command and the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare System’s Command (SPAWAR). These departments have public websites and they help coordinate the military forces on the ground, in the air, and at sea. It is unclear if these departments may be linked with the so-called Solar Warden project, or if this alleged project would be separated into its own covert and isolated department. www.theepochtimes.com/the-solar-warden-covert-space-project-fact-or-science-fiction_1253536.html

mysteriousuniverse.org/2019/07/the-controversy-of-the-secret-space-program/ The Controversy of the “Secret Space Program”by Nick Redfern / mysteriousuniverse.org/author/nredfern/July 1, 2019 Even a brief surf of the Net will show that there is a great deal of information on what has become known as the “Secret Space Program.” Much of it is made up garbage, created and promoted by nuts and charlatans. But, not all of it. Are powerful people controlling our access to what is known about outer space and the possibilities of alien life? A study of the available data strongly suggests the answer is a definitive “Yes!” Taking things even further, there are good, solid indications that some secret element of the government is clandestinely running a secret space program. When, on July 20, 1969, NASA astronaut Neil Armstrong took his first steps on the surface of the Moon, it began a new era in the United States’ space program. Further manned missions continued until 1972. Plans were formulated to establish a permanent, manned base on the surface of the Moon. Then, in 1973, NASA launched its first space station, Skylab. Eight years later, the Space Shuttle was unveiled. Today, however, things are very different. NASA no longer has a manned space program. The only way for U.S. astronauts to head into Earth orbit, and spend time at the International Space Station, is to hitch a ride with the Russians. What went wrong? Some say that nothing went wrong. Rather, the theory is that although NASA’s manned space program is largely no more, there exists – maybe deep within the heart of the military – a secret group that is running a clandestine space program. We might even be talking about highly classified return missions to the Moon, and possibly even secret flights to Mars. Is a powerful group controlling what we know – or don’t know – about the secrets of outer space? Yes. UFO authority Richard Dolan says: “Over the years I have encountered no shortage of quiet, serious-minded people who tell me of their knowledge that there is such a covert program. Are there bases on the far side of the Moon? I do not know for sure, but I cannot rule it out.” One person who is convinced that there is a secret space group is Gary McKinnon, a British man who had a ufological Sword of Damocles hanging over his head for the best part of a decade, after very unwisely deciding to hack the US Government for secrets of the UFO kind in 2001. According to McKinnon, while wholly illegally surfing around classified systems of both NASA and the U.S. military, he came across a list titled “Non-Terrestrial Officers.” McKinnon said of this discovery: “It doesn’t mean little green men. What I think it means is not Earth-based. I found a list of fleet-to-fleet transfers, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t U.S. Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.” McKinnon was not the first to hint at the idea of a secret space group, however. As an experienced hacker of numerous computer systems, Matthew Bevan took the decision back in 1994 to uncover the long-rumored “crashed UFO” secrets of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. Stressing that Wright-Patterson was “a very, very easy computer system to get into,” Bevan was utterly amazed to uncover astonishing information relating to a top secret project to design and build a truly extraordinary flying machine of UFO like proportions. “The files,” Bevan said, “very clearly referred to a working prototype of an anti-gravity vehicle that utilized a heavy element to power it. This wasn’t a normal aircraft; it was very small, split level, with a reactor at the bottom and room for the crew at the top.” Having accessed and carefully digested the fantastic information, Bevan duly exited the Wright-Patterson computer banks and began to doggedly search just about here, there and everywhere for the alien answers that he sought, including the less than secure computer systems of NASA itself. Bevan had got into the systems, he had carefully read the files, and he had then made good his escape, all without any form of detection whatsoever. Or, so Bevan had assumed was the case. History, however, has shown that Bevan’s initial assumptions were very wide of the mark. For approximately two years there was nothing but overwhelming silence. Then, on a particular morning in 1996, everything suddenly changed drastically in the life of Matthew Bevan. At the time when things began to go distinctly awry, he was working for an insurance company in Cardiff, Wales, and on the day in question he was summoned down to the managing director’s office. On entering the room, Bevan was confronted by a group of men in suits who seemed to practically ooze intimidation. Bevan recalled what happened next: “One of the men outstretched his hand and I shook it.” “Matthew Bevan?” the man asked. “Yes,” replied Bevan. The man identified himself as being with Scotland Yard’s Computer Crimes Unit: “I’m placing you under arrest for hacking NASA and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.’” Bevan was in deep trouble. On being taken to Cardiff Central Police Station, the line of questioning became decidedly curious and worthy of an episode of The X-Files: “What does the term Hangar 18 mean to you?” Bevan was immediately asked, in stern and intimidating tones. “That’s a hoarding place for alien technology,” he replied, in a quite matter of fact fashion. Bevan’s recollections of that exchange were more than eye-opening. “Throughout the interview, they kept coming back to Hangar 18: Did I see anything on the Wright Patterson and the NASA computers? Did I download anything? Well, when they asked me if I saw anything, I said: ‘Yes, I saw emails talking about an anti-gravity propulsion system.’” Needless to say, this did not go down too well, at all, with Scotland Yard’s Computer Crimes Unit, as it was known back then. Bevan correctly realized that he was in very hot water with the authorities, and a date was subsequently set for a hearing at London’s Bow Street magistrate’s court. But: it was not just Bevan, his defense, and the prosecution who were present at the trial. There was also a man present representing the interests of the U.S. Government and NASA. A curious exchange occurred when the man took the stand – as Bevan remembered only too well. “As the hearing continued, the prosecution asked him what the American Government thought about my motives regarding my hacking at NASA and at Wright Patterson.” The man replied: “We now believe that Mr. Bevan had no malicious intentions and that his primary purpose was to uncover information on UFOs and Hangar 18.’” Bevan said: “Well, everyone had a bit of a laugh at that point, even the judge; however, when the prosecution asked: ‘Can you confirm if Hangar 18 exists or if it’s a myth?’ the man said: ‘I can neither confirm nor deny as I’m not in possession of that information.’” The final outcome of the affair was that the case against Bevan completely collapsed. The magistrate overseeing the matter stated in no uncertain terms that a jail sentence was utterly out of the question, and that any financial punishment he might be able to impose upon Bevan would be meager in the extreme. Coupled with the fact that neither NASA nor the American Government as a whole was willing to divulge any and all information concerning the contents of the material on the Wright Patterson computers to the British court, and the cost of prosecuting the case was perceived as being as high as $10,000 a day, the prosecution grudgingly elected to offer zero evidence. Bevan’s last word on the matter: “Although I didn’t print or download anything – I read it all online – I know what I read: America has a secret space plane.” mysteriousuniverse.org/2019/07/the-controversy-of-the-secret-space-program/

www.ufoinsight.com/the-secret-space-programs-conspiracies-a-case-study/ The Secret Space Programs Conspiracies – A Case Study July 10th, 2019 Written by: Marcus Lowth Perhaps one of the most intriguing, if at times, outlandish elements of the UFO and alien question are the claims of secret space missions, black-budget projects, and even alien-human collaborations taking place across time and space. Indeed, many volumes of books can and have been written on the subject such is the depth and complexity of the claims. What we will do here, then, is to look at several aspects of these claims, where they come from, and how much potential truth they may contain. While we have examined some of these previously, this will give us a chance to not only go over some of the most intriguing ones again but attempt to project a speculative timeline of these apparent top-secret, black-budget programs, as well as how they might, in theory, connect to each other, and to other fields of interest and influence. Space ConspiracyAnd while some are more credible than others, what makes these conspiracies thrive are the connections NASA have to the US military. They are, in fact, for all intents and purposes, another wing or organization of the military. What this means is at any point, the US government or military can ensure that NASA files are kept out of the public arena in the name of “national security”. Now, with people increasingly using Freedom Of Information requests to fight such obvious censorship, these secret space programs officially operate as “private companies” who work on behalf of NASA. Private companies, of course, are not subject to Freedom Of Information Acts, and so legally can refuse to make any of their work public knowledge. Maybe the words of George Bush Senior are worth remembering. When asked about government knowledge of UFOs he would reply in all seriousness, “You don’t know the half of it”. The Murky Origins Of A Cosmic ConspiracyIt would perhaps be wise to briefly remind ourselves of the basis of the alleged circumstances that would lead to such top-secret and otherworldly programs. The widely accepted beginnings of such secret projects based on recovered, and then later “gifted” technology, go back to the summer of 1947 at Roswell, New Mexico and the infamous crash that occurred there. However, as we looked in our case study of The Battle of Los Angeles in 1942, as well as the many rumors of alien technology retrieved by the Nazi regime in the mid-1930s, these roots might stretch further back than even many in the UFO community think. While we will examine the Nazi connections in more detail in a future case study article, some rumors surfaced in the wake of Operation Paperclip of a crashed and recovered UFO in the Black Forest in 1936. Indeed, it is from such postwar programs as Operation Paperclip that, if we assume for one moment the rumors were true, that such alien technology first entered the United States. We have examined before, for example, the apparent claims of the highest-profiled of those transplanted German officers, Dr. Wernher Von Braun, who would state to UFO researcher Allen Greenfield in response to a question as to why the Nazis were so far advanced at the start of the Second World War than the rest of the world. According to Greenfield, Von Braun, while motioning upwards to the sky would state “We had help! From them”. When Greenfield pushed Von Braun as to whether he was referring to extraterrestrials, he simply and matter-of-factly replied, “Yes”. Perhaps, as speculative as this suggestion is, it wasn’t only scientists and their work that made the journey from war ravaged Germany across the Atlantic Ocean in the summer of 1945? What “Really” Happened At Roswell!Back In the United States, though, there are several claims and apparent whistleblower reports of UFO crashes in the early-1940s. And what’s more, not only were these crafts recovered by the US military, so were the apparent extraterrestrial occupants of them. Some of them, alive. How much truth resides in these claims is difficult to grasp. What is more certain, however, is that there was much more of a UFO presence in the skies of the United States in the years prior to the Roswell crash than we might think. Regardless of what those UFOs might one day prove to be. Perhaps lesser known, however, are the apparent claims passed on by alleged whistleblower, Victor Martinez. One of which would claim a slightly different version of events at Roswell. The events were passed onto Richard Doty in November 2005 who would report on them. And it would seem, as we have suggested before, that the “messy” way in which the military dealt with the press regarding the Roswell crash may have been quite purposeful. According to the report, two crafts would come down that summer’s evening in 1947, although one of them would lay undiscovered until 1949. The Roswell crash of 1947, though, was much more eventful than “just an alien craft” that crashed in the desert. When the US military arrived at the Roswell site, there were several dead alien crew members in and around the wreckage. There was, though, a surviving alien pilot, who the military would discover “hiding behind a rock”. While it wouldn’t accept food from the soldiers, it did take a drink of water. It was then, along with its five dead crew members, transferred to Los Alamos Air Base. The dead crew were placed into deep-freeze storage. Conflicting Claims Of Contact?According to Martinez’s claims, the alien crew member would survive for several years until 1952. During that time, it would manage to communicate with its hosts, assisting them in reverse-engineering the ruins of the alien crafts they had in their possession. By the time of the creature’s death, US scientists had learned so much they were able to continue with the reverse-engineering project. Here is where we begin to get several alternative claims and theories possibly crashing somewhat. Martinez would state that the reverse-engineering programs would continue, including the repairing and utilizing of an alien communication device. This would, according to Martinez, result in contact with an extraterrestrial race known as “The Ebens” in early-1964. This meeting would take place at an undisclosed military base in New Mexico. The Ebens wished to collect their dead, but also offered to enter in to a strange “exchange-program”. This would, if the theories are true, result in twelve Americans returning with this alien race to study them and their world, while a single Eben would remain on Earth to assist the American government – or at least the shadow element of it. And if we accept this event did indeed occur, where would that leave the claims of an apparent meeting between President Eisenhower and an alien race most agree to be “The Greys”? While both claims are exactly that, events that would unfold on Earth, namely the plethora of alien abductions that would seem to begin from the early-1960s onwards, would make the Eisenhower meeting the more likely of the two. And what’s more, several respected UFO researchers have voiced their belief of the credibility of the accounts. Or might it be that both encounters took place? After all, many researchers suggest there is more than one alien race on Earth.
