Ghost Pushes Dog Across Floor?
By Tim Binnall, October 10, 2022
A spooky piece of footage circulating online appears to show a dog being pushed by an unseen force that sends the puzzled pooch sliding across the floor and the animal's owner suspects that the strange shove could have come from a ghost. The weird video was reportedly shared on Reddit by a user who explained that the incident occurred "a few years ago" while her son was playing with their dog Tucker. In the footage, the animal appears to be agitated by something in the room that cannot be seen when, suddenly, it inexplicably slides along the floor and then looks back over its shoulder seemingly to see whatever had just pushed him.
According to Tucker's owner, the family did not notice the weird occurrence until they later watched the video, though it was also not altogether surprising since their home had been the site of some eerie paranormal activity in the past. Specifically, she recalled seeing someone exit the bathroom out of the corner of her eye and, thinking it was her daughter having gotten out of bed, discovered that not only was the youngster sleeping, but there was no explanation for the eerie interloper she had just noticed. The subsequent day, her husband had a similar experience wherein he passed by their bedroom and saw what he thought was his wife, but then realized that she was actually in the kitchen.
The family ultimately moved out of the house and the spooky activity did not follow them, which led the woman to muse that "we definitely had something else living there with us" in their home. As such, she suspects that this resident spirit could have been responsible for her dog's strange slide across the floor. Skeptical observers, of course, will contend that the animal's movement was a merely natural occurrence and no paranormal explanation is necessary for the purported 'push.'

Tesla's Humanoid AI Bot Makes Its DebutOctober 01, 2022
As he promised back in June of this year, Elon Musk introduced Optimus, the humanoid robot his company created, to the world at Tesla's AI Day yesterday. After Optimus walked out onstage to greet the crowd at the event, a video demonstrating its completion of various tasks was screened. One of the primary benefits of its bots, the company has said, is that they can take on repetitive or dangerous work in environments like factory floors.
And a lot's riding on Musk's investment in AI: Tesla expects its robots will eventually make the company more money than its cars will. What's different about Optimus from its competitors? It purports to be much more capable in its "thinking" and productivity—with a much lower price tag. Though it remains to be seen exactly what the impact of humanoid robots on society will be, it appears that Tesla may have just raised the bar in the AI game.

Classified UFO videos would 'harm national security' if released, Navy says
By Brandon Specktor published Sept. 7, 2022
The Navy admitted it has a lot more footage of UFOs — but won't share them anytime soon.
The U.S. Navy holds unseen videos of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) — or unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), as the Department of Defense (DOD) prefers to call them — but will not release the footage publicly because it would "harm national security," a Navy spokesperson wrote Wednesday (Sept. 7).The admission came in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the government transparency site The Black Vault, which has previously shared thousands of pages of UFO-related documents received via FOIA requests to the CIA and other government agencies. The Black Vault filed the FOIA request to the U.S. Navy in April 2020 — just one day after the Navy declassified three now-infamous videos shot by Navy pilots showing high-tech aircraft moving in seemingly impossible ways. The Black Vault requested that the Navy now turn over any and all other videos related to UAP.
More than two years later, the government responded with a letter that both confirmed that more UAP videos exist and denied the request to turn them over due to national security concerns.Interestingly, in its response to The Black Vault's request, the Navy did not make any attempts to conceal the existence of additional UAP videos. There are clearly more videos of inexplicable UFO encounters in the Navy's archives, but how many and what they depict will have to remain a mystery for now. It's clear, however, that the U.S. military takes the potential threat of UAP very seriously. In May 2022, the DOD held its first public hearing on UFOs since the 1960s. The hearing primarily discussed a June 2021 Pentagon report that revealed U.S. Navy pilots had reported 144 UAP sightings since 2004. More recently, the DOD announced that it will receive federal funding to open a new office focused exclusively on managing reports of UFO sightings by the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force.

A Facebook PostLeslie Kean
The CNN series on UFOs, which I helped produce with Break Thru Films, has NOT been cancelled. It has been postponed. This was only due to the CNN merger, which put the network through a huge reshuffling, and the loss of its streaming platform CNN+. The CNN executives love our five-part series, and are definitely going to air it. It's just a matter of when. We are doing what we can to make it happen, but it will likely be a few more months.
