That's ok, Jo. Everybody who hangs around me long enough ends up that way. It's not permanent though.

I think animals can sense changes in the magnetic field..they sense quakes. How come you haven't been on Lois? I do not understand I was on here all night last night on Steve's investigations and that darn cross on the door. My husband told me the Celtics were pagans were they? If so I don't care to read any more symbols of theirs ;D I mean all these ancient crosses were from the Celtics site. including the one on the door. I said Guarding Angel last night. Boy. I don't think so now.. Hope the sign on the door is not from some dark world of belief's . It said the one that was just like the one on the door had the meaning Alpha, Beginnings.. Abraham.. Its top was closed on the X.. Now here I go again.. I'm moving on ;D

She's been on the forum just not on this thread. The world would come to an end if Shami left us for that long. Well my computer is hanging on by a thread.. so I may have to leave for awhile. otherwise nothing could keep me from the forum Lorelei. I got the stupid explorer on finally, now the drive is worn out from loading 69 more updates ;D.. when it got to the 21st one, it said downloading explorer 8, hey that is better than seven.. ;D ;D I had to give the computer a rest it would not even download yahoo with the explorer browser ;D ;D My memory is low Norton says but what I have 1KB is all it has ever run on.. I think it is the hard drive.

" My refrigerator magnets would stick to my arms and chest. the lightweight ones did. " (from page 1) Ok, I'm feeling like I'm in another reality right now. I can't believe I found this just this evening. I almost never undress all the way at night, but did tonight. A hot bath sounded good. When I took off an underthing something small fell out and hit the bathroom floor. I heard it. Found it. Couldn't figure out what this small round object was, and then opened up the med cabinet to try something....yep. A magnet. Lol. JC.. what was a magnet doing in the medicine cabinet? My falls off the door some times it is a metal cabinet and the magnet holds the door shut tight against the frame on the wall ..Are you saying it should not of been there. Sorry!

I wish you were close Lois..every time I have to scrap a computer for whatever reason I cannibalize it for parts and I could refurbish yours.. I'm thinking of calling it the 'Walker confusion'....but I think you may have some help. I've been waking up with little 'wounds' again..and sleeping like the dead (not something I do). Yesterday I was so out of it that I had bought this little package of pepperoni to make my husbands favorite bread sticks. Went to make them and I tore the kitchen apart trying to find that pepperoni..I gave up..and was walking by in defeat..something called my attention to the snake tank and there it was on top of it. I wasn't even in that room with the pepperoni to my memory... ~sigh~ I'm loosin it

I'm always putting my coffee cup into the refrigerator to warm it up, the micro is right next to it.. What kind of marks appeared? You got me curious now.. When I sleep sound I know there is something wrong with me as I hear a pin hit the rug I will wake up.. I have this habit my husband past on to me.. He always slept with a fan going.. Now my kids and I still need a fan today.. ;D I mean without one I don't fall asleep ever..

Same here Lois, I need a fan to help me sleep too... Jo: what kind of wounds? I've been getting more forgetful lately too... but this is a pretty common thing with me... forgetting my keys, losing my lighter, losing my shoes etc. All my friends do a "Lorelei Check" before I leave their houses... "Oh, here's your sock!" ;D ;D ;D And... I can't blame old age... not yet anyway... ~smirk~ I'm just absent-minded... I drive people crazy all the time... myself too.

Hi Lois. Back to your question for me: I don't know where the small round magnet came from that fell off my body. The inside of my bathroom medicine cabinet is metal, so on a whim, I just tried putting the little thing up to the metal and it stuck. Thus, proving to myself that it was a magnet that fell off of me. Curious. Jokelly, I so appreciate your sharing . I've had a few marks lately myself, but just the one really heavy sleep that I detailed with trying to wake up after a dream. That day it took me almost 4 hours to feel totally awake. I hate this. How am I supposed to function day to day? I think some forgetfulness is normal (we get preoccupied) but you? Leaving pepperoni on the fish tank? I bet that's a one time deal .

I'm extremely forgetful also...like the absent-minded professor from the Walt Disney shows. I could spend hours searching for my car keys and later find out I was holding them in my hand the whole time. Like Shami and Jo, I also put things in the wrong place sometimes. (like putting the ice cream in the cabinet instead of the freezer... what a mess that made ) I think it is just because I am always so preoccupied thinking about so many things that I don't pay attention to what I'm doing. This trait seems to be one that a lot of us here share. I wonder if this is something the aliens look for when they are selecting their human Guinea pigs? If some people are naturally forgetful it would make it easier for them to be manipulated into forgetting their encounter...or could it be that the forgetfulness is a result of the encounter? Anything is possible I suppose.

sky we need a Friday's joke on here like the other forum, not Friday but Sat. maybe . we don't want to be copy cats do we?
This husband and his wife were in their 90's and could not remember a thing. When they went to the doctor and ask him if he could help them he answered. I'm afraid not, but you two are going to have to write everything down you have to do, so you can remember.
A few days later the husband and wife were sitting in the living room. She said I would love some ice cream and he said I will go get you some from the kitchen. She replied now write it down like the doctor told us to do. He said no need to I can remember ice cream. She replied again. You have to write it down as I would like to have some strawberries on my ice cream. He told her. Ice cream with strawberries got it! She once again told him he had to write it all down as she wanted whipped cream on the strawberries. He replied again I can remember it all . Ice cream strawberries whipped cream. right? He got up out of his chair and went into the kitchen. He was gone for quite a while and she was getting worried about him. But he finally came into the living room with her plate. As he lowered it on her lap. She replied again, eggs and bacon, told you, you would forget. and asked him WHERE IS THE TOAST?

LOL Lois!! lol... Sky- that's a good question. Are we absent-minded naturally... or are they making us that way? It's amazing how much we all seem to have in common...
