Bedrosian on Sun, 12/26/2010 - 02:03 This one page notice appeared in the Transactions of the American Philosophical Society vol. 6 Part 1 (Philadelphia, 1804), p. 25. At the time it was written, Thomas Jefferson was president of the Society and also Vice President of the United States. Apparently it was written and submitted by the naturalist William Dunbar, and communicated or presented to the society by Jefferson. Unfortunately, the plate referred to is missing. The entire volume (21 MB), which is in the public domain, may be downloaded from rbedrosian.com/Downloads/TAPS_1804_Jefferson_Ufo.pdf Though only one page, this is an invaluable and historic document. Sounds like a meteor to me...

That is an interesting account, and at first it does sound similar to a meteor, but there are several discrepancies that should be noted. A meteor would not have taken a quarter of a minute to traverse the sky. They generally move so fast that they are usually only visible for a few seconds. Another thing to note is that they said the object was travelling 200 yards above the ground, which implies that it was travelling horizontally which meteors never do.
It sounds a little bit like the phenomenon of the green fireballs, which are not meteors and do travel horizontally, however they are usually only observed for a few seconds, and they never leave any impact or debris residue. The green fireball phenomenon is still unexplained. I would guess that this red fireball that they witnessed is also a type of as yet unexplained phenomenon, possibly even more rare than the green fireballs.
Of course, there are always other possibilities...

www.digitaljournal.com/article/301883 President of the Republic of Kalmykia, RussiaLights over Kalmykia, Russia; president to write book on UFOElista - Hundreds of locals claim to have seen a triangle of rotating circles in the skies of Elista, the capital of Russia's southern Republic of Kalmykia. According to RT, the sightings have been seen by hundreds of locals every ten days this month, and if true, would make the next sighting on New Year’s Day. The last sighting was on December 22. Spotlights over a shopping center is the apparent reason for the odd lights. But in another twist, the President of the Republic of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, claims to have been abducted by aliens from a Moscow apartment, in 1997. RT reports Ilyumzhinov saying they are a friendly type, and are not ready to meet humans. He remembers walking through a long tunnel that led to a space ship, where he met aliens in yellow spacesuits. In an interview with New York Times on November 18, 2010, he says that “it is no coincidence that every year NASA registers over 4,000 contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations.” He plans to write about his experience, releasing the book in the United States in 2011. The multi-millionaire wrote an autobiography twelve years ago, with chaptert titles such as "Without Me the People Are Incomplete", "I Become a Millionaire," and "It Only Takes Two Weeks to Have a Man Killed". He is also the President of FIDE (or the "World Chess Federation") and believes that chess is a gift from the extraterrestrial. According to RadioLiberty or RFE/RL, Ilyumzhinov was stepping down from office in September 2010, after 17 years of rule. Kalmykia, population of 300,000, is one of Russia's poorer regions. Ilyumzhinov has faced fierce opposition to his eccentric rule, which his opponents say was marred by corruption and gross mismanagement. But according to Wikipedia, he is still president. The Guardian reports that Kalmykia is the only Buddhist region in Europe, populated mostly by descendants of the Golden Horde that never returned home after the Mongol Khans retreated from Russia. The politician who is not afraid to talk about aliens, feels we are not alone. Read more: www.digitaljournal.com/article/301883#ixzz19WjO8scI

Yes Morgan, that's an interesting idea... but... (I'm playing scientist now... space and astronomy were always a fascination of mine... I read a lot of sci-fi books too hehehe) ~puts on her labcoat and adjusts her nerd glasses~ If the meteor didn't plunge into the earth's atmosphere at a steep angle, say it just "grazed" the ionosphere during its journey, would it not have appeared to be traveling horizontally? It may have remained in orbit for a long time... perhaps it was a very slow-moving piece of space debris... The word known as "orbit" is a fancy word for "Slow falling"... this is what I have heard from scientists and my former science teacher at the university. Every satellite in orbit around the earth is very slowly "falling". They fall in a circular motion around the Earth. This is what causes the "weightlessness" experienced by astronauts. They are perpetually falling. But... then again, you're right. It is moving rather slow... My father, sister and I witnessed a satellite coming down to Earth when I was in middle school. We were all sitting in the living room watching television, then all of a sudden there was this brilliant white FLASH followed by a BOOM that caused the three of us to look out the window and exclaim, "What was THAT?!" The next day, the newspaper had the answer. A satellite crash-landed about 6 miles away from our house.

According to the report, they said that they could feel the heat from it and that it crashed very near to them, so they must have gotten a very close look at it. If it were still traveling horizontally that close it could not have been a typical meteor, especially at that slow of a speed.
I saw a satellite fall to earth once also (at least that's what the papers said) and when it fell it came straight down and lit up the sky as bright as daylight. (it was night when it happened) Satellites don't exactly put put along either. I don't know what that red fireball looking thingy could have been. It's definitely very interesting though.

www.allnewsweb.com/page1199999469.php My Great Grandfather Ike Knew about UFO and Alien visits to EarthJanuary 20, 2011 Laura Eisenhower laurameisenhower@allnewsweb.com Secrets are not healthy and perhaps it is time the secrets of contact with aliens on the part of the US government and knowledge of UFO visitation be revealed. Yes, that's right, the US is in contact with ETs and knows full well that some UFO sightings are of alien origin. As my name suggests I am a great granddaughter of President Dwight D Eisenhower and I should say from the start that I am fairly certain Ike was aware of aliens visiting Earth. In so many ways it was obvious. For starters there were the little comments here and there. Mamie, my great grandmother and former first lady, was even said to have divulged something about the topic to the father of noted ufologist Ed Grimsley (a distant relative), for instance. However I believe things do change and we can create global transformation, firstly, by demanding our leaders tell us what they know about beings from other worlds. She is a passionate advocate of ending secrecy regarding aliens and establishing a new, humane order on Earth. Laura also writes for All News Web TO CONTINUE READING CLICK ON ABOVE LINK

Came across this article. Again, there is no way to tell if it is true, but it is interesting none the less. www.foxnews.com/scitech/2011/04/21/article-cia-cover-alleged-jfks-secret-ufo-inquiry/?test=facesCIA Cover-Up Alleged in JFK's 'Secret UFO Inquiry' A story that combines UFO cover-ups with the assassination of John F. Kennedy is a gold mine for conspiracy theorists. And that's just what author William Lester says he uncovered while conducting research for a new book on Kennedy: a memo written by JFK and addressed to the CIA in which the president requests confidential information about UFOs. In the never-before-seen, top secret memo supposedly written on Nov. 12, 1963, the president ordered the CIA director to organize the agency's intelligence files relating to UFOs, and to debrief him on all "unknowns" by the following February. Ten days later, Kennedy was assassinated. The newly surfaced document is bound to add fuel to the undying fire surrounding the president's death. But first things first: Is the document authentic? The rest of the article can be found at the link above.

That's a very interesting find Sanseed. It's actually from an acredited news source (Fox News) so to me that's helpful. The thing I found odd (since I wouldn't know about the ink or stamp) is that in that memo he talks about a joint effort with the Soviet Union and our relationship with them was still pretty tender for a joint anything. As a side note, this was just ten days before his death. I found this article about the era. "The relationship between the two superpowers of USA and Russia worsened between 1959 and the summer of 1963 ... " (because of Cuba) I'm thinking UFO's wouldn't be the number 1 concern at this point of tension. It's still an interesting article but I'm guessing it's someone's lame attempt to link the government to UFO conspiracies www.coursework.info/GCSE/History/Modern_World_History/International_relations_1945-1991/The_relationship_between_the_two_superpo_L119021.html

I agree, the tension with Russia was definitely a number one focus at that time. If there was a government conspiracy to kill Kennedy, then it was more than likely due to that. Kennedy was about finding ways to make peace. Others in the administration and military didn't agree with him. So, trying to find a link between the UFOs and Kennedy's death would appear to be pretty weak. Anyone who would want to push forth with this idea better have some pretty heavy evidence. Yet, it is an interesting idea. What if there was a group that didn't want him digging into the UFO files, and didn't trust him with the knowledge (maybe they feared discloser). There was so much political and social turmoil brewing at that time, it would be easy to pin his death elsewhere. Kind of like not seeing what the guy in the corner is doing because your attention is drawn to the clown in the middle of the room jumping around.

www.ufodigest.com/article/president-united-states-aware-alienufo-activity-0Is the President of the United States Aware of Alien/UFO Activity?Submitted by divineadvancedh... on Tue, 05/10/2011 - 08:28 Written by J.S. Thompson Every president of the United States who has taken office since Harry Truman, has been made aware of, or has personally met and has been in contact with aliens/advanced beings (AB's)! All presidents since Harry Truman, have without exception, when asked by the uninformed about involvement with these beings… have denied any involvement, as they should! Why do I say that? These advanced beings operate on, in and around the earth with impunity and there is nothing that the U.S. government can do about it. There is no logical reason why any government official should ever reveal this unless a solution to this intrusion can be discovered. When confronted with a problem by its citizenry, a president must provide a solution and the president does not have a solution at this time. This denial will change when a solution is found, if ever! From my perspective, the question becomes, why I am telling you this? It is not my intention to frighten anyone or act irresponsibly by divulging knowledge of these issues that cannot be resolved. However, there is a solution and hoping that the U.S. security service has its ears on. It's important that they listen! First of all, the website site: divineadvancedhumanbeings.com where my articles are published, is a site where those who visit are truth seekers, seeking information. Those who read my material are those who have already considered the existence of aliens/technologically advanced human beings (AB's). Therefore, the existence of these beings does not frighten but rather intrigues and mystifies. My readers seek information independently but the "group think" of the general population, the status quo, is quite different. People who are frightened of aliens don't seek out the object of their fear but rather, are content to remain within the cocoon of self-deceit and social psychosis. These AB's begin to fear us when our technological development reaches the nuclear stage. This is when they begin contacting the leadership of all countries who are on the fast track to modern technological development. They initiate this by radio transmission and then follow up with a personal visit from an AB diplomat, with representatives of the government, to include; the chief of security, his representative or the president himself. During this meeting, the AB's ask diplomatically; for our government to avoid nuclear testing and to uphold declared no fly zones, in specific areas. If we cooperate, the AB's pledge to assist us in the development of advanced technology. Some presidents have taken a combative stance with the AB's and other presidents have cooperated completely. In all communications with the AB's, the U.S. government has also asked them to respect certain strategic areas of ours, such as military installations, citizen civil rights, etc. TO CONTINUE READING CLICK ON ABOVE LINK

www.openminds.tv/spielberg-confirms-reagan-705/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitterSpielberg confirms Reagan extraterrestrial commentAlejandro Rojas | Jun 06, 2011 Ronald and Nancy Reagan speaking with Spielberg after the screening of ET. (image credit: Ronald Reagan Library) The rumors are finally confirmed, during a special screening of ET: The Extra-Terrestrial at the White house in 1982, Ronald Reagan did make a comment about everything in the movie being true. However, Spielberg says he is pretty sure Reagan was only joking around. Quint (aka Eric Vespe) of Ain’t It Cool News used the promotional push for Spielberg’s new movie, Super 8, as an excuse to get an interview with Spielberg to talk about Quint’s favorite movie, Jaws. At end of the very long interview, Quint asked Spielberg about the rumor that Reagan had whispered to Spielberg that ETs were real during the movie screening, and for the first time ever, Spielberg commented on the incident. An excerpt from the interview: Quint: Now, I’ve heard a story that I wanted to run by you. I have no idea if it’s true, but an effects friend of mine told me about a special screening of E.T. for Ronald Reagan. Have you heard this story? Steven Spielberg: I was there! Quint: The story I heard is that when Reagan saw it he started talking about how close to reality it was and he was quickly ushered out of the room. Is that true? Steven Spielberg: No, he wasn’t ushered out of the room. He was the President of the United States! Nobody could usher Ronald Reagan out of the room! It was in the White House screening room and Reagan got up to thank me for bringing the film to show the President, the First Lady and all of their guests, which included Sandra Day O’Connor in her first week of as a Justice of the Supreme Court, and it included some astronauts… I think Neil Armstrong was there, I’m not 100% certain, but it was an amazing, amazing evening. He just stood up and he looked around the room, almost like he was doing a headcount, and he said, “I wanted to thank you for bringing E.T. to the White House. We really enjoyed your movie,” and then he looked around the room and said, “And there are a number of people in this room who know that everything on that screen is absolutely true.” And he said it without smiling! But he said that and everybody laughed, by the way. The whole room laughed because he presented it like a joke, but he wasn’t smiling as he said it. The room did laugh and then later on I’ll never forget my conversation with the President. He pulled me aside, he said… and I can’t do Reagan. I wish I could do that breathy, wonderful voice of his… And Nancy Reagan was standing right next to him and the President said to me, “I only have one criticism about your movie,” and I said “What’s that?” He said, “How long were the end credits?” I said, “Oh, I don’t know. Maybe three, three and a half minutes?” He said, “In my day, when I was an actor, our end credits were maybe 15 seconds long.” TO CONTINUE READING CLICK ON ABOVE LINK

The Sarasota Herald Tribune
Devoid
Confirming another Reagan obsessionby Billy Cox June 9th, 2011 06:10pm This weekend’s premiere of “Super 8” triggers the latest round of Steven Spielberg’s fascination with extraterrestrials. His “Falling Skies” series begins June 19 on TNT, and the Spielberg-produced “Cowboys and Aliens” is scheduled for July 29. What’s got the small circles buzzing this week is how he unexpectedly divulged the details of a White House scene following his 1982 screening of “E.T.” for Ronald Reagan. Rumors about their encounter went public in 1987, when researcher Bill Moore announced at a MUFON conference how, after the film ended, the president confided to the young director, “You know, there aren’t six people in this room who know how true this really is.” Were it not for Reagan’s repeated allusions to space aliens during the ‘80s, the remark might’ve been dismissed as an early Alzheimer’s moment. But a number of nerds, including yours truly, attempted to verify the incident by contacting Spielberg’s office. And we all got blown off by PR flacks (“Mr. Spielberg does not wish to discuss any private conversation held with the President”) for the next 20 years. Suddenly, on Monday, Spielberg revisited that moment when directly questioned by film critic Eric Vespe, and he was quite specific in correcting the record. “[Reagan] just stood up and he looked around the room, almost like he was doing a headcount,” Spielberg recalled, “and he said, ‘I wanted to thank you for bringing E.T. to the White House. We really enjoyed your movie,’ and then he looked around the room and said, ‘And there are a number of people in this room who know that everything on that screen is absolutely true.’” The kicker: “And he said it without smiling! But he said that and everybody laughed, by the way,” Spielberg said. “The whole room laughed because he presented it like a joke, but he wasn’t smiling as he said it.” The “Close Encounters” director proceeded to slough it off as a joke as well. And maybe that’s it. Sometimes a cigar is just cigar. But in a field as contentious as UFOs, some folks are naturally suspicious. Take Robbie Graham. A graduate of the New York Film Academy who also holds a cinema studies masters degree, Graham is a doctoral candidate at the University of Bristol whose dissertation concerns Hollywood’s historical relationship with ET themes. He writes a Silver Screen Saucers blog and his take on Vespe’s interview is headlined, “Reagan wasn’t joking, and Spielberg knows it.” Graham argues that Spielberg was caught off guard by Vespe’s line of questioning, that he was compelled to answer truthfully, but was obliged to downplay its significance due to his reputation for discretion. “If I were a betting man,” he added in an email to De Void, “I would bet good money that Spielberg will at some point have asked his close friends the Clintons about the UFO issue. As we know, Bill Clinton dropped a lot of hints publicly about UFOs and was frustrated about his lack of access to classified UFO information. “And so I’d also bet good money that, behind closed doors, Bill Clinton has strongly indicated to his friend Spielberg that, yes, the UFO issue is very real, and very serious. I’m not suggesting Spielberg’s ‘inside knowledge’ goes beyond such an admission on Clinton’s part, but that in itself would be good reason for Spielberg to tread very carefully on the UFO subject with journalists.” Bottom line: Great way to promote a movie. NOTE: Thirty-two people attended in addition to Ronald and Nancy Reagan, with Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, baseball commish Peter Uberroth, and Michael Deaver among them. But given the circumstances, the most interesting luminaries were shuttle astronaut Joseph Engle, NASA administrator James Beggs, future NASA administrator Richard Truly, and former CIA deputy director Vernon Walters. This is great. Nobody can write and create movies like Spielberg and not have some convictions about other realities. I hadn't realized that E.T. was a Spielberg creation - his stuff is usually darker. I look forward to what he is producing about the topic now.
Nixon was not much of a joker - much of the stuff he said (that people laughed at uneasily) was his attempt to share information (that was weird information.)

Topics:The Real Reagan, War Room Ronald Reagan claimed to have seen UFOs on at least two occasions, according to reports from sources as disparate as the Wall Street Journal, Lucille Ball and the National Enquirer. He alerted the Navy to one of his sightings, and he and Nancy believed that Egyptian hieroglyphics referenced extraterrestrial flying crafts. In 1985, at the first summit meeting between Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, Reagan surprised the Soviet premier with this odd line of questioning: “From the fireside house, President Reagan suddenly said to me, ‘What would you do if the United States were suddenly attacked by someone from outer space? Would you help us?’ “I said, ‘No doubt about it.’” “He said, ‘We too.’” “So that’s interesting,” Gorbachev said to much laughter. That hypothetical space invaders scenario — a sort of “this island Earth” fantasy that sounds profound to either the screenwriter of a 1950s B picture or a very high college freshman — was so compelling to Reagan that he repeated it in public speeches, on multiple occasions, while president. I like Ronald Reagan. He was the most honest president we have had in a long time. If Ron said he saw a ufo then I believe him. Did any of the presidents ever see any ghosts? I read that lots of people see ghosts in the white house but i don't know if any presidents saw them.

Screen legend Shirley MacLaine says the actor turned politician spotted a UFO in the 1950s... and the extra terrestrial being told him to switch careersBy Daily Mail Reporter PUBLISHED: 19 September 2012 An alien may have been behind Ronald Reagan's becoming president, according to screen legend Shirley MacLaine. Reagan had a close encounter of the third kind back in the 1950s when he was still an actor, MacLaine says, and the extra terrestrial being told him to ditch Hollywood for politics. The 78-year-old, who claims to have seen many UFOs from the front porch of her New Mexico home, says the 40th President of the United States was a fellow believer. According to MacLaine, Reagan confided in 'I Love Lucy' star Lucille Ball about the eerie encounter, which took place when he was on his way to a party in Los Angeles with wife Nancy. Ball told her that a UFO landed and the alien emerged telling Reagan to quit acting and take up politics. But Reagan wasn't the only president who believed in unidentified flying objects, according to MacLaine. In an interview with the UK's The Daily Mirror, she says that President Eisenhower had three secret meetings with extra terrestrials at a New Mexico air force base in 1954. The actress claims to have seen numerous UFOs in her time. 'One famous day, a friend of mine was sitting in my hot tub out there, and three UFOs came over and hovered for about 10 minutes,' she says. 'They are definitely there – the only question is 'why?'' MacLaine, who now features in the hit British period drama Downton Abbey, added that she's keen to share her knowledge of UFOs with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. 'It's very important she knows who else is out there looking at her,' she says, adding that she is used to people thinking she's crazy for believing in aliens. I doubt the president has any real idea of what is going on with aliens. He is an elected being here to day gone tomorrow. What we know about the aliens is probably a military top secret known only to a few people and no others. Trusting that data to a politician is a huge risk he could spill the beans for political gain at any time. the president may not have the mental stability to handle reality. Most likely he is told nothing or disinformation to play him off. I truely doubt Obama could handle the reality of things. I have never told all i know as people could not believe it. The mind can rule all.,

Luckily, The Daily Telegraph, filmed a discussion with the former official concerning his forbidden knowledge. According to McElroy, President Dwight David Eisenhower was briefed by intelligence agents about the existence of extraterrestrials on earth and in actual contact with people. The President was supposedly asked to also view a highly classified film on the shocking revelation. This important disclosure by a former White House official with an impressive track record leads one to many implications and possibilities that will be discussed here. There are other corroborating facts that do indeed indicate that Eisenhower if not sharing an interest in UFO’s was indeed aware of their alleged presence already from his past war experiences. In World War II the appearance of “Foo Fighters” inexplicable aerial lights that had spooked fighter pilots and bomber crews on both the Allies and Axis Forces were widely reported and disseminated among the staffs of high ranking officers. General MacArthur is said to have been involved in the formation of the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit which investigated these weird and alarming sightings in the Pacific theater of war. Over Europe during Allied bombing missions, several B-17 crews had been paced by these unknown airborne enigmas to the point of throwing crews in hysterics as they withdrew after surviving German fighter attacks and relentless aerial bombardment to drop their bomb loads. Both the Axis Forces and Allied armies thought that each other had deployed some secret weapon, but the true explanation was even stranger than that. With the “Battle of LA” occurring just weeks after the Japanese sneak attack on Pearl Harbor where unidentified flying objects passing over a tense blacked out wartime southern California coastline created havoc. The US armed services were becoming aware of something out of the ordinary. There is a striking photo that appeared on the front pages of the LA Times newspaper showing a disk shaped object illuminated by shore defense batteries spot lights that is being bombarded with antiaircraft fire. 1400 rounds are reported to have been expended by nervous defense regiments resulting in property damage and the known death of at least one man after being struck by a falling artillery shell. Although the incident lasted several hours and alerted shore defenses and ground forces all over Los Angeles and surrounding areas, by dawn, no crashes of enemy aircraft had been reported. Witness accounts reported that the unknown aerial objects took direct hits from antiaircraft artillery without apparent affect noted as they slowly drifted over defenses that fired upon them. One could assume that our capabilities were being tested on that bewildering night. A detailed report of the incident was delivered to Supreme Commander, General George C. Marshall, who in turn was to explain the chaotic events to President Roosevelt. The official report seems to corroborate that something indeed happened, but that no enemy aircraft were shot down or even confirmed, only that someone was flying over southern California and creating mass hysteria doing it. It would seem that Dwight Eisenhower, soon to become Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in the Atlantic theater of operations, would have been briefed, but military intelligence is highly compartmentalized so this can be speculation as well. In 1952 President Eisenhower was present as NATO high command aboard a flag ship during operation “Main Brace” the largest combined oceanic fleet maneuver since World War II. With the Korean War still raging, tensions were high. The fleet was undergoing joint operations with the British navy who were conducting aircraft carrier launches themselves. Gloster Meteor jet fighters were flying air support over the fleet that day. CONTINUE READING PART 1: www.ufodigest.com/article/former-eisenhower-aid-president-knew-space-aliens-part-i[/color]

I'm surprised that a prominant politician would even say anything related to UFOs. As bitter and antagonistic as the political scene is right now you would think the news media and his political opponants would be all over him trying to make him look like a nutball because of it.

www.ufodigest.com/article/former-aid-eisenhower-admits-president-knew-about-aliens-space-part-iiNovember 21, 2012 Former aid to Eisenhower admits President knew about aliens in space Part IIBy Doc Vega Still, who or what is supposed to have intervened in human affairs and aided the Germans in their quest for world dominance through an advanced technical lead in military capability, particularly aerial flight? It is said that the first to be approached by an alien presence on earth were the Germans who had made a deal for the secrets of advanced flight. Werner Von Braun, who was adamantly against weaponizing space and spacecraft supposedly leaked personal knowledge of alien existence to a few close workers in statements that he made expressing his fears that the balance of the free world could be affected by such struggles. If you missed Part I in this series click here: Former Eisenhower aid President knew of space aliens Part I: www.ufodigest.com/article/former-eisenhower-aid-president-knew-space-aliens-part-i#overlay-context=article/former-aid-admits-president-eisenhower-was-informed-about-extraterrestrialsThere are rumors and testimonies that in all these developments that President Dwight D. Eisenhower was also witness to an alien landing at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, and that there was an exchange of policy and intention between the two civilizations. It is also rumored that Eisenhower’s administration was approached by more than one alien society. With McElroy’s disclosure of alien contact during Eisenhower’s presidency these allegations now have more credibility. It is said that one alien civilization approached the President and his staffers offering advanced technology and even certain miraculous medical cures to cancer and so forth. However, in the midst of the “Cold War” and America’s struggle with Russia for an uneasy truce through out the world, “Ike” made a potentially bad decision choosing to reject the offer because the alien society wanted complete nuclear disarmament in return for their gifts. A second and much more sinister allegation is that the Eisenhower White House was offered a more sinister deal that once again involved an exchange of technology for certain conditions being met. The President feared for America’s future in the height of cold war aggression. As well, UFO’s had demonstrated marked superioriority over US fighter jets often returning deadly fire when fired upon, causing undiagnosed in-flight failures, or complete disappearances. The US Air Force was reportedly desperate to get their hands on such technology before the Russians could. The President was in a weak negotiating position at that time in the mid-1950’s. He made a deal that was admittedly a sinister compromise. In exchange for advanced aerial technology and particle beam or laser capability the US government granted a limited human and animal harvest to the alien civilization with the guarantee that if humans were abducted they would be returned to their original location with no memory of the event. Animals were not allowed such a concession. Are these events corroborated by facts? Yes. There has been an ongoing cattle mutilation program that has gone on unsolved for decades with the FBI frustratedly declaring that the majority of suspected mutilations, are in actuality, examples of predatory action from coyotes to pumas ripping out the softest organs from carcasses. There’s just one question that tends to contradict that simplistic explanation. How do cattle in the prime of their lives just drop dead and die sometimes with evidence of having been picked up off the ground and being dropped? Why are these animal’s bodies showing signs of delicate and accurate incisions impossible for modern surgeons to achieve? Why are these incisions cauterized or seared shut-bloodless? Why are the carcasses often left with no blood in the body or spilled on the ground beneath them? Why are there nocturnal aerial lights or UFO’s being seen by ground observers in vicinity of the cattle mutilation sites? In his responses, Medvedev not only confided that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us. He went even further to say that the Russian documentary, "Secrets about Men in Black", could give you more details about this issue.

It is recorded history that a flying shield as they called flew low over the army of Charles the Great while marching on the road. the force of its passing tore the lances from the hands of the knights and buried the tips deep in the ground. UFO with strong magnetic field could do that

www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_bush02.htmfrom PresidentialUFO Website George Bush 41st President January 21, 1989 - January 20, 1993 " I know some. I know a fair amount." George Bush replying in 1988 to a question about UFOs while campaigning to become President. " I am very careful in public life about dealing with classified information." Bush in 1988 debate with Dukakis Of all the Presidents that have been faced with the UFO problem, George Bush seemed, on the surface, to be the best qualified President to have been given the secret. He spent a year as Director of Central Intelligence, the head of the entire United States Intelligence Community for President Ford. Then as DCI, he was in charge of giving intelligence briefings to Jimmy Carter during his transition to the Presidency in 1976. Only four years later Bush was again receiving the President’s Daily Briefing while a running mate with Ronald Reagan during his candidacy for the Presidency. For eight years, while vice-president under Reagan, "he read the current intelligence publications every day and requested a great deal of additional support (from the CIA) for his meetings with foreign leaders." While President he limited the number of people who could read the Presidential Daily briefing, "to ensure that the Agency felt free to include more sensitive material." He started each day with a briefer from the CIA presenting him the latest intelligence. Besides limiting the number of people who had access to the Presidential Daily Briefing book, all briefing books had to be returned the same day. The security conscious Bush wanted to prevent leaks. Who better to know the ultimate Top Secret about UFOs, than the man the CIA named the headquarters compound in Langley Virginia The George Bush Center for Intelligence? The CIA spoke glowingly of him: "CIA’s relationship with Bush was undoubtedly the most productive it had enjoyed with any of the nine presidents it served since the Agency’s founding in 1947... more than any other President, he was an experienced consumer of national-level intelligence... President Bush was uniquely and extraordinarily well informed." The numerous actions of George Bush may have been the reason that for the entire time Bush was Vice-President and then President rumors ran through the UFO community that Bush was a member of the Majestic Twelve Group that controlled and managed the UFO situation. The UFO incidents in the Bush Presidency were few and far between. This lack of disclosure may have gone back to George Bush’s term as the head of the CIA for Gerald Ford. Bush had learned the reasons for keeping secrets, and remained tight-lipped about the UFO situation while President. Part of the lack of UFO incidents was undoubtedly due to the fact that President Bush only served one term in the White House. The addition of Dan Quail as Vice-President only added to the apparent weakness of the Presidency. In a letter from the Bush library they informed this author that there was only one UFO document in the entire Presidential collection. Does these mean that the UFO phenomena went away during the Bush years, or that Bush was able to deflect all UFO paperwork to other agencies such as the Air Force, NASA, or highly classified black-budget programs set up to specifically deal with the UFO situation away from the probing eyes of the public? In 1988, during his campaign to become President, George Bush broke with his standard silence on the UFO issue. The incident reawakened all the Ufologists who had believed for years that George Bush was one of the key members of the MJ-12 group that was covering things up. The incident occurred on March 7, 1988, during a trip to a George Bush for President Rally in Rogers, Arkansas. George Bush was about to go into a building to meet with reporters when a UFO researcher approached him by the name of Charles Huffer. In the days before 911, Huffer and his tape recorder were allowed to walk up to the Vice-president and ask him the UFO question all the conspiracy buffs had wanted asked for years. "Mr. Bush, Mr. President," asked Mr. Huffer (in the excitement of the moment Mr. Huffer called him President). "Will you tell the people the truth about UFOs?" "Yeah," replied Bush. Then realizing what he has just said Bush added, "If we can find it, what it is. We are really interested." "You’ll have it, you’ll have it." said Huffer. "It’s in there. (I meant it would be in his briefing when he became president) Declassify it and tell us, ok?" "OK," said Bush, " alright, yes." Bush then entered the building where he met with the local Arkansas press. Huffer remained outside waiting for Bush to come back out. When he did emerge from the building, Huffer his tape recorder running told George Bush, "Going to hold you to that promise." "Alright," replied Bush. "OK," said Huffer, "you’re going to get it." (I meant the UFO information) "Why don’t you send me some information about it? " asked Bush. "Naw," said Huffer, "you’re a CIA man. You know all that stuff." " I know some," replied Bush. "I know a fair amount" The Bush Huffer encounter quickly sped through the UFO community. No one, however, had the details. UFO newsletters and magazines wrote that someone had asked Bush the UFO question, and that he had confirmed something. Many of the stories had him confirming he was with MJ-12. By the time George Bush entered the White House the story had died down. CONTINUE READING: www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_bush02.htm
