This incident was reported in the January 2011 issue of the MUFON journal in an article written by Chase Kloetzke. Supposedly it took place in May of 2010 somewhere in Tennessee. The location of the encounter has not been revealed but it supposedly happened in the middle of a cornfield that had young, six-inch tall stalks of corn just starting to grow. two MUFON investigators and the original witness were present. After setting up their cameras and field equipment they waited for what turned out to be an interesting night. The article goes on to describe the encounter like this... Almost immediately we started to notice lights in different colors and different locations in the sky. At one point we could turn in any direction and see the lights. We then spotted a "set" of lights that appeared to be coming closer. They quickly grabbed their cameras and data recorders but found out that none of the equipment was working. The batteries were all dead. The article continues... The craft came closer and we easily could see three white lights in a large triangle shape with a red light in the center. A clear outline was visible. The object was completely silent and never changed direction or speed as it flew directly over our heads. After fumbling with the malfunctioning camera equipment the investigators suddenly had a feeling that they were being watched. The encounter with the being came next... Thirty seconds later I felt a complete fear that I have never known capture every cell of my body. It was almost a "blind terror." We all seemed to turn to run at the same time.As they turned to run the beam of their flashlight illuminated something extremely unusual... Standing there about six feet away from us was a being about three-and-a-half feet tall. For one second--one, one-thousand, two... It was only one little tick on the clock, but we all saw it!They then fled from the scene as fast as they could, which has to make me wonder exactly what kind of investigators they are. Here they are standing face-to-face with the thing they have been searching for all of their lives and all they can do is run? What kind of investigator would do something like that? On the other hand, it kind of reminds me of a certain experience I had in a cemetery a few months ago, so maybe I should shut up. It's not easy to maintain your composure in a situation like that. There wasn't much of a description of the being in the article other than to state that it had extremely skinny "twig-like" legs, and eyes that were not big, black and almond-shaped. It did not say what they were shaped like though. What interested me the most about the article is that they actually printed it. This is not usually the type of thing that you would read in the MUFON journal. Actually there were quite a few articles on abductions and encounters. I was pleasantly surprised for a change. Usually it is just the same old boring lights in the sky routine. There is one small but significant error that I noticed in the article that harmony provided the link for. It describes Chase Kloetzke as a man when she actually is a woman.

Sky... that's why you should have brought your flashlight. Oh she's a woman? Thanks for pointing that out.

Angelia Joiner interviewed Kloetzke last week on her show. This event was one of the topics. The archive should be available to listen to soon on Joiner's website.

I just came from my thread, stating how the aliens sucked up my neighbors corn. ;D and found this article next.
Thank you Harmony! Many have seen aliens but without a witness.
Too bad they did not get a live photo.. That would of been more amazing. Some times I feel the alien photo in Canada is real.. and the one this sheriff in the south who got out of his car and got off two shots of his aliens. One with the helmet on and the next he had taken it off..No one knows what became of him. The sheriff
Steve like I said last night, if you wait in that meadow, no telling what may happen.. ;D

Maybe the aliens didn't come for us after all...they came for the corn. We just keep getting in the way. ;D
