The weird numbers are still showing up. Yesterday I stopped for lunch to get a hot dog and they were on sale 2 for $2.22. Last night I went running and my shoe came untied so I stopped to tie it. When I stopped I stopped the timer on my watch and when I looked at it it said 11:11. Lately the numbers always seem to be twos and ones.

Well...here's another number theory. I think our minds have clocks in them - that can be set to awaken us or that just keep track of time like a digital clock. Sometimes we start paying attention to numbers for some reason (like we wonder if it MEANS something) and our minds obligingly show up a number that we are interested in seeing - 1's, 2's, 666's whenever and where ever they occur. A story from far far back in my past. I was about 23 and a group of us were under the influence of a hallucinogen that generally results in a "distorted time sense" in that everything can be in slo mo. I personally think we can shift to that on our own - and do so when we are in an accident or crisis moment. Anyway. Someone asked me (as a joke!). What time is it? Since we had been high for about a zillion years (obviously not really) this was funny. I said, "It's two fifty seven.") My friend looked at his watch and said, "You scare me." It seems to me unlikely that among all the number combinations I could have made up, I "guessed" the right one. I agree with this theory, paulette. I think our brains do have the capability of telling time. I think we look at the clock so many times during the day that sooner or later we just know what time it is without even looking. I often wake up at the exact moment that my alarm clock is about to go off.

I often wake up at the exact moment that my alarm clock is about to go off. That happens to me all the time too... even when I'm "sleepwalking". My ex fiance used to get aggravated with me because after the first three nights of his new job, I started to wake him up two minutes before his alarm went off and tell him to go to work. I had no recollection of doing this, which means I was asleep while I was doing this. At first he thought it was amusing and joked about how he didn't even have to set his alarm. Then he got annoyed because I would do it to him on the weekends too. ~smirk~

This whole week I've been waking up at 3:30am. This has happened before and tends to go in spurts. Why 3:30? Who knows, but it drives me crazy because I am usually up for awhile afterwards.

More weird repeating numbers. I recently started my truck up and the engine hour reading came on the dash saying 1111 hours. The odometer at the same time said 51115. I just ate dinner at a restaurant and the bill came to $11.11 Lots of 1s showing up. I still don't know what that means...

Coincidences are often where you find them. Restaurant bill of only $11.11... that is a great price.

About a week ago I woke up with a couple of what appear to be puncture wounds. One is on the inside of my left arm in the crease of the elbow joint and the other is behind my right ear. They were both pretty painful for a while but luckily they are finally starting to heal. This is the third time I have had these weird wounds appear on me in the past couple of years and they always show up in pairs but in different locations. The first time was back when we were on the old MUFON forum. I had one wound show up at the base of my throat right in between where the collar bones come together, and at the same time their was a wound on the back of my neck directly over the spine. Some MUFON investigator named The Captain asked me about them because he said he was working on an investigation where three different people had developed the same same type of wound as the one on my throat. Naturally he would not give me any info about the case he was working on. Typical MUFON. The second time I had a wound show up on my left calf and another one under my left armpit. The night that they showed up I had a nightmare that I was being abducted by weird terminator machines. In the dream I felt a horrible pain in my calf like something was tearing part of the muscle out, and I felt something like a needle being stuck in my arm pit. When I woke up in the morning there was still pain in both areas, and the wounds were there. Now I have these two recent wounds. I did have a dream about UFOs right around the time they appeared but I know it was just a dream. Don't know if it had anything to do with anything or not. Who knows?

I've found similar puncture wounds located in the crease of the arm and in the inner wrist area. It looked like someone was attempting to draw blood from both locations.
What's most interesting is how fast they healed.

~hugs to sky and mdaisy~ I've never woken up with puncture wounds to my knowledge. I have woken up with purple welts on my legs before though... but not in awhile. I always thought it was like a spider bite, or bumping into things during sleepwalking and stuff like that. It hasn't happened lately. I did however find a "scoop mark" on my left calf (inner side) last week... and one on my left arm last month but didn't really post anything about it. ~shrug~ Could be from anything really... right? Looking at the one on my calf right now... it has turned white... whiter than the rest of me which is very white... right Satansrini? (hehehe he thinks I'm the whitest person he's ever seen) weird... Are they healing fast sky? I hope they do heal fast...

They are starting to finally. The one behind my ear is almost healed but the one on my arm is still there. It does look kind of like somebody tried to draw blood or something. It's very close to one of the veins. I'm not claiming that these have anything to do with aliens or abductions...I just think it's weird that they show up in pairs like that. I don't know what else could be causing it.

Last year I had some puncture wound looking things on my wrist. There was three dots, almost in a straight line, but not quite. They lasted for about four days and where gone. They weren't painful, but they were really red. I never did figure out how I got them. Just showed up one morning. I noticed them as I was reaching into the shower to turn the water on.

Glad I'm not on the receiving end of these types of events. I will say that spiders bite (little house spiders not tropical poisonous ones or even brown recluse or whatever) - often it doesn't hurt until later and then makes a red marks or marks close together that sting and itch.
I've never seen a spider bite me but definitely have had evidence and people say, "Oh that's a spider bite."

The day before yesterday while I was in the shower, I noticed a sore on the exterior of my lower left calf (the left side). I have had a sore appear there and have two purple scars from the sore that has often reappeared on that part of my leg from years ago. I don't know why it always reappears in that same place.
It's a raised, and very sore red bump with a bright red circle around it. The circle is bigger than the bump itself... about half an inch thick. I showed it to my parents and they said it's a spider bite.
I'm going to go to the doctor today to get it looked at because one of my customers scared me. We're not supposed to have Brown Recluse spiders up here (I saw one in my bathroom in NC and squished it) but one of my regular customers came into the store on crutches a couple weeks ago and I asked him what happened. He said, "I got bit by one of them Brown Recluses!"
I exclaimed, "Here?!"
He replied, "Yea. They're up here you know. The tourists bring 'em up here with them in their luggage. They die in the winter, but more people bring them up with them every summer."
I'm kinda nervous. My whole leg is sore... and red...
I called my doctor's nurse yesterday before I went to work and asked her if I should come in. My parents told me this morning she had called right after I had left for work last night and said, "Tell Lorelei she needs to come in and see us."
So yea... ~sigh~

My parents told me this morning she had called right after I had left for work last night and said, "Tell Lorelei she needs to come in and see us." So yea... ~sigh~ Brown Recluse venom is necrotic - that is, it destroys tissue in the vicinity of where the venom was injected. Different people have different experiences with a Brown Recluse bite but as a rule, you will notice a progression of tissue damage over the span of a few days where a bite occurred. As far as the effects of the venom itself are concerned, there is nothing that a doctor can do; all they can do is manage the bite site itself. Secondary events such as infection of the necrotic area are more damaging than the venom itself, so dressing the wound and keeping it free of bacterial invaders is of paramount importance. A staph infection is a common complication of recluse bites. Keep your hands and fingers off of the suspected bite, clean the area with alcohol, and cover it with gauze. Of course, it may not be a bite at all. It might be something else.

Thank you Bewildered for your concern. This brief post you made was very informative to me or anyone else who might have such a spider bite.
The PA however suspects it is only a "Recurring Staph Infection" (hence the sores which have appeared and disappeared in the same place for about a year now) which he said he has seen a lot of. It's been "Floating around town" in his words. He took a culture just to make sure, but put me on expensive anti-biotics for it. He told me to keep it clean and change the dressing and do hot compresses to draw out the infection.
Yay for me. Staph infection.

I know I posted on here somewhere about the nightmares and nosebleeds that I have been having for the past couple of years but I can't find where I put it. Anyway, for the past couple of years, starting about June of 2009, i have been having nightmares and nosebleeds each month during the full moon. They always seem to coincide. I can go for three weeks without any nightmares or nosebleeds and then when the moon starts to get full they start happening. It has happened every month for the past two years except for June 2010. Nothing happened at all that month. Now there are some new developments that I just now noticed. For the past several months for some reason I have not been able to remember my dreams. I have no idea why. usually I always remember my dreams but now they just vanish as soon as I have them. I sometimes remember dreaming but can't remember any of the details. What's really interesting is that since I stopped remembering my dreams I have not had a single nosebleed. Nothing at all for the past several months. Coincidence that they both stop at the same time?

Sky, in my book, coincidences happen extremely rarely. I think the two are connected... but then again I'm a paranoid basket-case. ~shrug~

Jo does not believe in coincidences...listening for the eerie music...number multiples have been popping up a LOT lately for me. I see multiple ones a lot but 2's also...222. I think they are meant to get attention..make people start paying attention to their gut feelings and the universe around them..more than the day to day frustrations we all face. If we're tuned into something more then maybe we'll see more. Lorelei..I know you and Sky both already do that but I think they happen more when we are getting to 'grounded' or depressed. So maybe when you see them..try stopping and taking a deep breath and saying..hey whatcha want? I'm listening.

Sky.. that's toooooooooo weird.. you gave me a thought. Nosebleeds I mean. I never had any in my life. Only in my teen years with this alien contact thing. I would wake up and my pillow would have blood on it at times. I will have to add that to the post..
A doctor will tell you a bunch of things which causes nosebleeds. My husband had them all the time. Come to find out it was all the aspirin he was taking by putting them in a hurtin tooth. Lord knows how much he swallowed of those pills. He did it many times in one day.. silly man
Of course we know what some of our nosebleeds could be from. I thought the only abductees that had them had a bb put up their nose. My MRI on the brain showed nothing..
Have you ever had you sinuses xrayed?

I started having nosebleeds when I was a little kid because I broke my nose. I had them a lot when I was young but they slowed down as I got older. For the past few years they have only been happening a few times a month, usually all within the same week, but recently they have stopped completely for some reason.
I did have my sinuses X-rayed once. I was having a lot of problems with my sinuses so they took an X-ray and saw a little round cyst or something inside of my sinus cavity. I had to have surgery to have it removed. Never did find out what it was. This happened way back in the 90s.

I only got nosebleeds when I got hit in the nose... which only happened a couple of times... ~shrug~
My dad used to get them very very often... blood would be on his pillowcases frequently when I was a little girl. He doesn't have that problem anymore now... but he does bleed from his legs now because of psoriasis... and he's on blood thinners too so... finding him sitting with a puddle of blood at his feet is not an uncommon sight in my house unfortunately... time to get a tea bag out to stop the bleeding again... ~sigh~
I did have a cyst in my sinus cavity too though like skywalker did, but mine wasn't small, it was huge and filled with "clear fluid" according to the doctor who drained and removed it. He said that those cysts form when you have frequent sinus infections, or "sinusitis". I had to have it drained and removed a second time because the same cyst formed in the same place two years later... my right cheek cavity.
I get a lot of sinus headaches and ear troubles, but no nose problems or nosebleeds... ~shrug~

It's happening again. Yesterday I woke up at four in the morning after having a bad dream and I had a nosebleed. This is the first one I have had in the past several months. This is also one of the few times that I have remembered a dream that I had. And once again, the full moon is almost upon us. I had another nightmare last night which makes two nights of bad dreams in a row. Once again...coincidence?

I might say that I am trying to prepare myself for sharing some experiences. Last night after I posted on this forum I purposely went into the bathroom and raised my bare arms over my head in front of the mirror. To check for bruises before I went to bed. There was nothing. Ten minutes ago I was washing my hands at the same sink and casually raised my arms again. I now have a circular, pinky size bruise under my left arm near the elbow. IF I have more than one bruise it appears like more fingertips holding me (or guiding) me at the elbow. This time it looks like I have been prodded by a "wand".
I also have 2 wounds just below my middle back; one directly over my spine and the other about 3 inches over. They are small like an injection site, and I can touch them by reaching back there. I am constantly taking care of these particular wounds but they seem to be reluctant to heal. I have had a new (this week) red mark on my neck just below my ear, and my entire neck is really sore. Weird. I had a spider bite two weeks ago on my face to the right side of my mouth so I'm familiar with them.
This thread reminds me of events. I had forgotten about a time when my former husband noticed that I appeared to have an injection site in the crease of my left arm.
