I woke up this morning and the end of my index finger on my left hand was numb. It still is. It's been like that all day. It feels kind of tingly, like the way it would feel if I were touching something radioactive. I don't think it's anything paranormal related but it is weird. Anybody know what might cause that?

I keep hearing weird beeping noises...or actually a weird beeping noise. It only beeps once, kind of a very low "booooooop" then it stops. I've heard it at least three times in the past 24 hours. I heard it once when I was driving yesterday, once when I was getting ready for bed, and then again when I was waking up this morning. I've checked all of my electronic devices to see if any of them might be doing it but can't find anything wrong with any of them. Don't know what this silly beeping thing could be.

No help from me. The snake part is funny though. I used to be afraid when I bicycled in the dark that I'd run over a live rattler (lying on the asphalt soaking up warmth) and that it would be entangled in my spokes or latch onto my pedal. Not a happy thought. The only rattlers I saw on my bike had been run over earlier. Different situation in a car - one saw them streaking off - and many drivers swerved to hit them.
I often think about something and then it shows up later - usually in a slightly different form or format than I expected. That's the precognition thing.

I ran over a snake on my bicycle once. It was a bright green grass snake. Somebody had just cut down all of the weeds along the side of the road so there was bright green weeds lying everywhere and I saw this one big green weed just lying there so I ran right over the middle of it. You can imagine my surprise when the weed suddenly started squiggling all over the place. You can also imagine my surprise to discover that my bike is capable of hitting warp speed if I peddle fast enough...

My Mother did not like when we brought them in the house. ;D Bike riding huh? that is good for your body.

I can't believe I haven't posted on this thread since July. I have so many different threads spread around all over the place I'm constantly jumping from one place to another. I had something weird happen recently regarding my wristwatch and since I don't know where else to put it I will put it here. I bought the watch about a month ago and set the date and time on it. Last week on December 8 I was checking into a hotel and noticed the watch said December 7. I know it was the 8th for sure because I had been watching Pearl Harbor documentaries the day before. The desk clerk said it was the 8th also. I reset the watch to the correct date again. Then just yesterday on the 14th I was at the airport and looked at my watch and it said the date was Saturday December 15. That is twice in the past week the date has changed. I think Bogey asked a question about wristwatches being affected strangely. His was losing time here and there. Mine is changing dates somehow. I have no idea what would cause that to happen neither.

That's very odd indeed...
I've never had watches act weird on me- but I've had cash registers and computers act weird on me before...

My watch changed the date again...or at least the time. It was 12 hours off this time so it said PM instead of AM and showed the date from yesterday instead of today. That's the third time it has gone wonky. I wonder what's up with it?

It is 11:24 right now and my computer says 9:23. I have changed it now six or seven times . I give up on it. When it all started my computer was backed all the way to 8:30 pm. So I moved it up and it went back to 8:30 pm again. So I made it 10:24 a few days ago. Nope it is back to 9:34 right now. I was not going to post it. I figured let it do what it wants to do. Wonder what it will say my post is. ;D ;D

I had kind of sort of something weird happen the other night. Don't know if it is worth posting but since nothing else is going on I may as well. I've been having nightmares the past couple of weeks. That isn't really unusual since I have them all the time but normally for the past couple of years I have only been having two or three each month. Now I have had twice that many in just two weeks. One morning after a particularly rough night of tossing and turning I awoke to find that there was a cut on the end of my thumb. It started at the thumbnail and went straight down for about a quarter of an inch. It was the very first thing I noticed when I woke up and I'm pretty sure it wasn't there when I went to sleep. When I originally saw it it looked fresh and even had a small drop of blood on it. Within a few hours it had closed up and almost healed completely. I'm not saying this is anything alien related but I have no idea how it managed to get there. While I was sitting there looking at my hand I noticed something else strange. On each of my hands right in the fold of skin in between the thumb and forefinger there is a tiny little dark dot that looked kind of like a puncture wound froma needle or something. They are the only marks on the palm of my hands and they are in almost the exact same place on each hand. This is also something that I had never noticed before and for which I have no explanation. I don't remember doing anything to my hand that could have caused that. All of this stuff I only noticed a few days ago. Since then both the marks have disappeared. left hand.............................................................right hand............................................................ Like I said, I don't know if this has anything to do with anything. Just something else to add to my "what thu...?" file.

I would be suspicious because of the healing time. And the wounds/marks being identical on each hand.
I keep saying that these "buggers" are still around. Just more "sneaky". People (including myself) don't want to accept the idea of more covert activity because we want to think that they could be helping us do a paradigm shift as a human race. Maybe, but they also check on their "specimens"..

Just like the puncture marks under my armpits last year... Identical marks under each arm...
Creepy!

Those dots are each hand are so weird. It is strange they appeared on both hands. The thumb is even weirder. I really have no answer for you sky, Let us know about the dots if they change or go away very fast. I do know my sister in law had accu puncture done one time and had two dots on her palms ..

The two dots are already gone. They both disappeared within just a couple of days. I have no idea what they were. I remember one time a year or two ago I had two small wounds appear behind both my ears too...one on each side of my head in almost the exact same locations. I have no explanation for that one either. I just remembered something else that happened just a few days ago, before the dots on my hands appeared. I think it was two days before that. I woke up in the morning to find that the bottom of the toes on my right foot were really raw. It was like the skin had been scraped right off of them. It was very sore too and hurt to walk on it. It only lasted for a day then it went away. I didn't take any pictures because I didn't think anything of it at the time. I assumed it was just something that happened from all the running that I do. I have never had anything like that happen before though. Kind of a coincidence that all this stuff would happen within just a few days. Weird.

I had a slightly weird experience a few nights ago but I forgot to write it down here. I was asleep in the truck when I heard what sounded like a thump. Then a few seconds later there was another one...and another... I could actually feel the thumps as well as hear them which made me wonder if somebody was messing with my truck so I got up and looked around. There was nobody in sight and there was plenty of light outside to see because of the street lights and the full moon. I finally laid back down and went to sleep. The next time I woke up about 30 minutes later I had a nose bleed...once again during the full moon. Don't know if the weird thumps had anything to do with the nosebleed but it was still weird.

I never noticed this thread before, so while looking it over I noticed this had went unanswered. As you're probably aware, certain areas of our body host numerous nerve fiber terminus points, and the hands, along with the face, are such an area. This makes sense since our hands are capable of wonderful things...and those nerves and the attendant musculature make that possible. Our face is capable of a wide range of expressions because of a similar arrangement. Pressure exerted upon the major network "pipeline" of nerves can produce strange effects further down the line, typically at the terminal points. A peculiar sleeping position is typically to blame for what you reported in this post, sky. Odd things like that happen to most of us now and then, and you can blame the nerve fibers being pinched for it.

Thanks, BW. I figured that out. It's not just my fingers doing it now. It first spread to my hands and now sometimes I will wake up with my whole arms numb. It doesn't happen very often but when it does I have to move my arms around and shake them back and forth to get the feeling to come back. Apparently my nerves are not very happy.

That happens to my wife often, especially when she sleeps in certain positions. I've had it happen to me over the years, sometimes with very sucky effects... Like the time I woke up, swung myself out of bed, then fell down because one of my legs were "alseep" and completely useless. That took some time to remedy. One morning, I woke up to discover that my entire left arm was out of commission in a similar fashion. This was a very disturbing thing, because I managed to move my left arm off of my chest only to have it swing through the air and slam into the metal portion of the bed frame. Oooo, I thought to myself, when the feeling returns this is going to hurt. I was lucky, though. By the time feeling and movement returned to my arm, nothing hurt.

I have problems with that Sky..my doctor says nerve pinched somewhere in my back or shoulders. He recommends massage maybe you could stand a trip to a chiropractor. I've had nerve damage for a long time. It first started when I pinched a nerve in my shoulder while playing football in college. That was later made worse when a stupid Nazi federal agent practically ripped my shoulder out of the socket while "interrogating" me about 10 years ago. Stupid government! I've also hurt my back several times either while lifting weights or while running. Sometimes there will be a low spot in the road that I don't notice and my leg will accidentally lock for a second and when I land it's like...Kerblammo!! It jolts the heck out of my back. The nerve damage seems to be getting worse as I get older. At first it was just my shoulder and neck...now it is affecting my arms, hands and fingers too. Recently I've started having problems with the nerve in my left foot. It hurts pretty bad sometimes, usually after I first wake up or if I sit for long periods of time. Getting old sucks. I visit a chiropractor every once in a great while when the pain gets really bad. It helps some but they haven't been able to put a stop to it. I'll probably start falling apart pretty soon.

I have had a pinched nerve also in my shoulder for 30 years now. In my case it is between the shoulder blade and spine. Doctors just let it be. Never gave me any advice just go home and take some Advil .. sometimes it goes all the way up my neck and into the back of my head. It is impossible to carry any kind of object. My purse strap goes across it and will start it going sometimes. My Niece once had the same think and they hooked electric wires to her thumb and send shock waves up her arm. She cried all night in pain. She called me constantly about it. It was a neurologist who did this to her. And I always wanted to see one my self. No way after her ordeal. Yes Jo heat helps. Warmth helps any kind of nerve. If my neck goes out in the winter and catches any air it brings this on so horribly bad with pain. Does it feel like your shoulder dislocates if you try to reach out with your arms? I would like to know more about how to treat this. I stopped wearing a shoulder strap and it did help some. All my nerves are like this. I have that neuropathy sp.

Seems like a lot of us have pinched nerves. I hope that's just a coincidence and not another characteristic shared amongst abductees.
