I have been having a lot of weird dreams lately (as usual ) and people keep telling me I need to keep a dream journal, so I am going to do it here. Every time I have a weird dream I will post it here so people can see exactly what goes on in this warped little brain of mine when I am asleep. This is my most recent one. It doesn't have anything to do with UFOs or aliens, but it was weird just the same. December 27, 2010I was standing on the bank of a river watching a little military PT boat demonstrate some acrobatic maneuvers. I think it must have been some type of a show or demonstration because there was a crowd of people watching.
The boat made a few high speed turns and spins then tried to do a U-turn right in front of me and lost control, slamming into the bank right next to me. The wood and metal shattered into pieces and the boat quickly sank. I immediately rushed over to where the boat was and jumped into the water to try to help.
As I was about to start diving down to look for survivors a team of military rescue divers showed up and told me to stay back so they could get to work. I grabbed onto part of the railing of the boat that was still above the surface and waited as they started diving down.
I was watching them go down over and over again looking for people when I happened to look down in the water directly under me and noticed that somebody was trapped down at the bottom. I could see their arm sticking out from the wreckage, but nobody else seemed to notice, and I couldn't get anybodies attention so I finally decided to go down and help the guy myself.
I took a deep breath and dove down...the water was about fifteen feet deep...and when I got to the bottom I found that there was a young boy pinned beneath the boat. I managed to get him free and pulled him out then noticed that one of the rescue divers was looking at me so I held the boy up for him to see. He gave me the thumbs up sign, which means go up, so I carried the boy up to the surface and handed him to some paramedics.
After that I went back down again to see if I could find anybody else. That is when things started getting weird, because when I got to the bottom the rescue divers were still down there, but all of a sudden I was able to breath under water! It was like the water just melted away sort of and there was air there and I was able to breath just as normal as I always do. The other divers could too, and they started to tell me something, but that is when I woke up.I have no idea what this crazy dream means, or if it even means anything at all. It might have just been a silly dream. It was pretty weird though.

I had another weird dream last night. What is really weird is that this is the first dream I have had since my last one almost two weeks ago. I usually have dreams almost every night but for some reason they stopped. I haven't been getting much sleep recently though.
January 9
I was in an upstairs room at a ranch house out in the country when I heard gunshots and people screaming. I looked out the window and saw that a group of armed men were terrorizing and murdering all of the people who were at the ranch. I did not have any weapons so I could not fight them. Instead I ran out the back and tried to hide in the woods. The men saw me leave and started coming after me.
As I was trying to find a place to hide in the bushes I saw a bright blue ball of light that zoomed by me just a few feet above the ground. I watched it disappear and then a few seconds later it zoomed past me again, like it was trying to get my attention. It was almost like it wanted me to follow it.
With the men with guns closing in on me and there being no good places to hide I decided to follow the light, and it proceeded to lead me away from the people who were after me. Every time one of them would get close to my position the light would lead me to safety. It kept doing that until it got dark at which point I was finally able to make an escape. That little blue light saved my life...in my dream anyway.

dreammoods.com/Gun To dream that someone is shooting you with a gun, suggests that you are experiencing some confrontation in your waking life. You feel victimized in some situation. Blue Blue represents truth, wisdom, heaven, eternity, devotion, tranquility, loyalty and openness. Perhaps you are expressing a desire to get away. *~*~*~*~*~*~ Lorelei wants to say this: You are wanting someone or some higher power to help you with your current life struggles. You are wanting to put faith in something or someone who will guide you to safety or comfort. I'm not so good at interpreting dreams, but my sister is. This is just my thoughts though.

I had another weird dream last night, and once again something was chasing after me. This seems to be a recurring pattern lately. January 12, 2011In this dream I was hiding out with a few other people, although I never saw any of them, but I knew they were there. We had a hideout dug under the ground next to a set of old railroad tracks, and it was camouflaged so that nobody could see it from above. We were just on the outskirts of a small town.
I was outside keeping watch and off in the distance there was an old world war 2 type fighter plane that was zooming back and forth over the city firing its machine guns at the buildings. I knew the plane was searching for me and the others and I was hoping it wouldn't find out where we were.
As I was sitting there some guy came walking down the tracks towards me. He was wearing old clothes and a tattered old army jacket, like he was a homeless person or something. I got the feeling he was a spy. I could hear music coming from within the hideout because somebody was playing a radio and I was desperately wishing they would turn it off but there was no way I could warn them without alerting the stranger. The guy walked directly past me and continued on as if nothing had happened, but as he walked away I had a horrible feeling that our secret had been discovered.
A few moments later the plane turned and started heading ominously in my direction. I knew that we were in trouble...and that is when I woke up.

Because the dream you had sounds a lot like something that would happen in that movie.

Sky, in your dreams someone is always chasing you. When I had these dreams as a child I did not know where they came from. but now that I have seen a ufo with some kind of contact, and witness one as a child, I believe I was always worried they would come after me..
How long have you been dreaming of some one out to get you so to speak?
I still dream of some one after me now and then but I forget once I'm awake who it was..
Mostly monsters of some sort. I know sounds like a child who has seen too many horror flicks. But I NEVER watch this stuff today.. I don't even watch si fi movies unless based on an encounter with a UFO.
Maybe I did encounter praying mantis type aliens. It seems so.

I started having nightmares about sharks after I had my first abduction experience back in 1988. I just started having dreams about people chasing me just recently. Lorelei seems to think I am going through some personal crises in my life that is causing the bad dreams. Maybe she is right.

Were you watching the Terminator movie recently skywalker? Now that you mention it, that dream about the plane does sound kind of Terminatorish. If the plane were one of those hunter/killer flying machine things it would have been just like that movie.

Well personally, I think that your brain is trying to process more of your experience (which can continue to happen for years) and that just maybe your mind is translating that into someone (or thing) trying to get to you. You have a bit of on going history with the unusual Sky so your dreams don't surprise me. I went the other way and I tend to suppress mine unless they just downright disgustingly sweet. Instead of dreams I have the flash backs. Take a person (especially a man because protection is his 'job') make him vulnerable and absolutely unable to protect himself..and you will most likely stumble on a ton of mental triggers. I am no professional psychologist but my step daughter is in college for exactly that and it's interesting to note that abduction victims (just the regular ole human type) can produce any and all of the same kinds of reactions. The situation is similar although the added fillip of the macabre or unusual would ratchet it up a bit I imagine. Especially now Sky with the retreat from the other forum under less than pleasant circumstances and trying to get this one off the ground, it's probably stressed you enough for the creepy dreams to surface. We're all normal people (define that would ya) with just a bit of added 'spice'

More suggestions - definitely not answers.
There are books on dream symbols - the trouble is, our sub consciousnesses have not read them (maybe not even "over our shoulders while the left brain was trying to pass a psychology course.)
Dream symbols are what they are to YOU. Sit with each symbol and write down what take you have on the scenario being pictured, your emotions, what (for example) water or train tracks mean to YOU.
Example: First dream. One sentence at a time, first person, present tense: " I was standing on the bank of a river watching a little military PT boat demonstrate some acrobatic maneuvers." (what shape was this little boat? Was it metallic??)
At that moment - what is the dreamer doing? Watching. How emotionally involved is he? Interested bystander, not involved in the action (neutral emotional state)
Are there any other people around? A crowd of other watchers. (emotional state, alone in a crowd)
I'm not going through the whole dream but note how just the story of the emotions changes: neutral - shocked - the crash - rising excitement
involved but told to step aside by experts -
Continuing involvement acting on your own observations excitement!
"I managed to get him free and pulled him out..." - relief, sense of accomplishment at own efforts (positive emotional state)
"...then noticed that one of the rescue divers was looking at me so I held the boy up for him to see. He gave me the thumbs up sign, which means go up, so I carried the boy up to the surface and handed him to some paramedics." (Clue - everyone in the dream is about YOU.)
Gave job back to the experts. But ...
"After that I went back down again to see if I could find anybody else. Still engaged and active and confident (positive)
"That is when things started getting weird, because when I got to the bottom the rescue divers were still down there, but all of a sudden I was able to breath under water! It was like the water just melted away sort of and there was air there and I was able to breath just as normal as I always do. "
Water subconscious?/Air (conscious) barrier down. Able to function underwater/access under mind. Sense of wonder?? Empowered
The other divers could too, and they started to tell me something, but that is when I woke up
That is where we always wake up Skywalker. Right when we are being handed the Grail, or the keys to the castle (or universe) or the translation.....You became an expert diver and improvised your own way of doing it. You were as effective as the "experts". Perhaps you saved yourself....
Story of dream: sideline observer, drawn in by precipitous event, pulling back to let experts do it their way, discovering you were effective doing what you do (rescuing, brings stuff up from "below":0
General dream over-all feeling? You did good.
Feeling in your life and functioning here (yes right here right now)? Positive strokes from the right side of your brain. Trust your instincts and dream messages. Attaboy!!
But that's just my answer. Not your answer. Talk to your dream elements. Check out what the other folks are doing. Ask self, what is going on right now that I am unsure about or would like direction or help with?
Trust your own answers.

That's an interesting idea, Paulette. I never thought about interpreting my dreams one piece at a time. I usually just judge them by how they make me feel overall. It is also interesting to think that a dream might be influenced by things that are happening in real life, like Jo suggested. Maybe dreams are just a subconscious way of trying to process information. Just for the fun of it though, I am going to analyze that dream I had about the boat and see if I can apply it to anything happening in real life. Let's say that the PT boat is actually a metaphor for the Ufomania forum, and I am standing there watching the people at the helm doing some pretty daring maneuvers with it. Suddenly, JJ flash takes control of it and smashes it into the bank! The forum breaks apart and starts to sink. The members are falling overboard and starting to go under! I quickly dive in to try to help save the forum and the people who are being dragged down with it, but the experts (the moderators) tell me to stay back and let them handle it. Things continue getting worse and I finally realize that the "experts" don't have a clue what they are doing, so I go down and start pulling people out. After a while I have a bunch of people clinging to a little life raft waiting patiently for me to build a bigger forum, like maybe a luxury yacht, or a giant ocean liner, or my personal favorite, a battleship! I would love to have one of those, that way I could go back and blast the evil pirate Cap'n Flash right out of the water, which would make me feel very good. Yep, I like this dream analysis stuff. ;D

I had another dream last night and once again I was being chased by something. That makes three in a row.
January 19, 2011
I don't remember much about this dream, except that I was with somebody. I don't know who but it was a woman. I never got a good look at her.
We were walking through what appeared to be an old junkyard, or a field behind somebody's house that had some old cars in it. It was summer time because there was green grass and weeds, and leaves on the trees.
Suddenly this vicious dog came running out of the bushes and started chasing us. It was kind of an off white colored animal with big teeth and black eyes. It looked like it had rabies and it was growling and baring its teeth at us. I helped my female companion get up on one of the old cars so the dog couldn't get her then I hopped over to one of the other cars and picked up this long steel pipe.
The dog kept barking and growling and growling and snarling and trying to get at my lady friend so I moved closer to it and whacked it as hard as I could with the pipe. I hit it on its back and I could tell I hurt it, but it leaped up and started climbing up on the car to get me. So I swung the pipe like a baseball bat and hit it so hard it flew through the air and over a fence.
I was waiting to see if it was going to come after us again, and that's when I woke up.
I admit this dream had a better ending than most of the ones I have had lately. For me anyway. I'm sure the dog probably didn't think so. It's an improvement.

Do you dream in color, I have never had a black and white dream in my life.
strange.
My son would dream he woke up and seen himself in his own room walking around. Once he saw himself sitting on the book shelf just smiling back at him..
what do these type of dreams mean. Rike told me once but I do not remember. He is not out of his body I don't believe.

I don't know who or what is chasing after me in real life. Jokelly said that it might be my abduction experiences from long ago that are still haunting me now. Or maybe I am just running from myself? Who knows? My dreams are always in color. The "experts" claim that people only dream in black and white but they don't know what they are talking about. I sometimes also feel, hear and taste things in my dreams too. Those are other things the experts say we can't do.

jo might be right.... a few years ago i was always dreaming of waking up and thinking i didn't lock my front door....i'd actually get out of bed & go check my door.....knowing full well i'd never go to bed without quadruple checking my doors & windows..... but in my dreams i left them unlocked..... after a few days, someone said to me " you have a security fear". well, why didn't i think of that? my subconscious mind knew i had one, but not me in my conscious mind.... i don't know, does that even make sense?

When I was a child .. I dreamed aliens were coming from the sky and I always hit in the same place my neighbors garden. I would watch as this sound come over me and it would always be an airplane. So I would say to myself it is only a plane you can go out of here now. But then I never knew why I had those dreams.
I did not know I was hiding from aliens ships. but my subconscious always knew they existed. I had many ufo experiences as a child, sightings I mean. But never remembered any abduction. There must of been a few or why was I always fearing that a ship would show up?? I never knew what those dreams meant. Until as an adult I had my encounter with missing time.. Sure it all made sense then.. I was not surprised even when I seen it as an adult.. I thought like Oh here you are again came over me..
My subconscious mind remember them and likewise again when I seen them in 72. I think when you are abducted you remember all past abduction and even maybe the same aliens are in the craft that you met as a child. but once they put you back. All is forgotten again..
It is like being regressed, you remember the missing time but all the other abductions fall into place. You will be telling the therapist, Oh I know these beings I have seen them many times.
So if I ever remember one abduction on my own I will remember all of them.. What a mind blower that would be.. My chase dreams of aliens do not exist as an adult. Maybe because I know they are real now.. In my chase dreams I run but I get no distance. Just stay in the same place and fear so much because I don't seem to be running away. This is another type I had..
I have read about this type of dream and it stated, it was anxiety dreams. Aliens would give you those type of dreams...
Lois
I hope someday I will be able to come here and tell everyone I remember it all.. I believe it could still happen.

It makes perfect sense auntym. I had that dream once too. The only difference was when I walked to the front door to lock it, I put my hand on the lock, and the door started to open from the outside. I screamed and tried to push it closed, but the door forces its way open from the other side. Whoever is there is stronger than I am. I wake up screaming. Because of this dream... I am still afraid to lock the door. I cringe every time I do it because I feel like it might happen again... the dream was years ago... but it still makes me upset.
