www.ufosightingsdaily.com/2016/10/blink-182-tom-delonge-responds-to-his.htmlOctober 23, 2016 Tom DeLonge Responds to His Leaked UFO Emails: "Big Things Are Coming" UFO by Sightings Daily Date of article: Oct 22, 2016 News source: us.yahoo.com/music/tom-delonge-responds-leaked-ufo-211633773.htmlThis is really odd. Tom Delonge is acting like he's an alien or something that can force disclosure, or that he has created some elite group that could easily compete with the illuminate. I really hope he is successful what ever his endeavours in the field, as long as it helps awaken to public to the reality of the situation. Scott C. Waring News states: Tom DeLonge Responds to His Leaked UFO Emails: "Big Things Are Coming" Last week, it was revealed that former Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge has sent multiple emails to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign chairman John Podesta asking about aliens and UFOs. His questions seemed trivial compared to some of the other information gathered by WikiLeaks, but DeLonge isn't laughing. The longtime UFO enthusiast (who once quit Blink-182 to focus on his extraterrestrial interests) issued a statement regarding the emails Friday afternoon. "I am still here," he wrote on Facebook. "Wikileaks really messed some important stuff up. What seems like ridiculous subject matter to most, is of massive importance to admirable National Security Leadership." Clearly upset with the lighthearted manner most people have taken with his emails, DeLonge continued, "It’s easy to poke fun about the topic from an armchair, but unless you’re invited to the meetings I have been a part of, then…no more laughing. Big things are coming. Project is still on, believe it or not, things just got bigger. #SekretMachines" For now, we're unsure what these "big things" are, but for a closer look into DeLonge's thoughts on UFOs, you can watch his 2012 interview with Larry King on the topic below. www.ufosightingsdaily.com/2016/10/blink-182-tom-delonge-responds-to-his.html

mysteriousuniverse.org/2016/11/the-delonge-delusion-part-two/ The DeLonge DeLusion: Part 2 November 14, 2016 by Robbie Graham / mysteriousuniverse.org/author/rgraham/
PART 1: mysteriousuniverse.org/2016/11/the-delonge-delusion-part-one/ In Part One of this article, I argued that former pop-punk-singer-turned-UFO-Disclosure-icon Tom DeLonge is being used as an unwitting conduit for disinformation and soft propaganda in support of the US national security state. I suggested that the UFO community is being exploited in this context as a fertile testing ground to monitor how disinformation shapes belief in a controllable subculture and that the agenda may relate to psychological warfare—the potential to weaponize belief, domestically and abroad. Before we continue, it’s worth recapping the dominant themes and messages of DeLonge’s emergent national security narrative as conveyed in his first book and in his multiple interviews for print and audio-visual media: The UFO phenomenon is real. Exotic technologies are involved. While non-human intelligences play a part in the long history of UFOs, the modern phenomenon is more the result of top secret human research and development programs. These technologies have been concealed from the public for legitimate national security reasons—multiple nations have long been engaged in a secret Cold War struggle for access to and control of UFO technologies. Naturally, this all has far-reaching implications for global security. DeLonge has also consistently hinted at a ‘non-human’ influence behind the UFO enigma, but has thus far refused to specify the nature and origin of this influence as described to him by his mysterious ‘advisors.’ DeLonge has promised that his transmedia narrative will continue to develop over the next several years, and, as it does, he’ll ‘reveal’ more of this enticing plot thread. We can be certain, however, that whatever DeLonge ‘reveals’ will be wholly unverifiable at our end. We will simply have to take his word for it—for all of it—just as he has taken at face value the word of individuals and agencies who specialize in the art of deception. Listen carefully… that ringing sound, do you hear it? That’s your common sense sounding the alarm bell. Don’t ignore it. If you’ve not yet read Part One, I highly recommended you do so now before delving any deeper with me into the DeLonge Delusion. Here, in Part Two, I’ll be focussing less on DeLonge and more on the documented history of UFO disinformation efforts. It’s a chronology of deception dating back some four decades. We must seek to understand the DeLonge story within this historical framework. This will be neither short nor sweet, but it is necessary, and I encourage you to read every word. We’ll return to Tom DeLonge at the end of this piece. For now, if you’re inclined to read on, make yourself comfortable and prepare for a for a story worthy of the most paranoid of Hollywood conspiracy thrillers. From part 1. :
This is not just a book,” says DeLonge, “[these insiders] are asking me to communicate something that they see as the utmost national security issue that has ever existed.”

Okaaay!
Can we get any more obvious? (That's basically what the author of this article is carefully pointing out).
I don't know who this Delong guy is, but my 27 yr. old cousin does, because of the band.
When some of you were between the ages of 17 and 27, SEVERAL bands may have been subtley used..... is it possible?
With my young cousin, I mentioned ufoes and THEN Delong. (My cousin has a day job, and a night gig with a rock n rock band). He knew all about this "new connection" and excitement filled his voice. We talked more about music but the music ufoe connection was "just fine".

Next question; Do I mention to my youngish cousin anything about disinformation? Would he listen? And if he did, would I just be this old, depressing person?
Even if it is disinformation, shouldn't we be pleased that the ufoe subject is acceptable conversation for our youth? (I'm slowly but surely getting a small sampling 😊). How many years has this taken?
And Delong can be so blunt as to say... more will be revealed, in time. Yep. These little whipper-snappers are coming of age, and they will learn in 2 yrs. what I learned in 20 yrs. Not more; not less.

From part 2:
After this meeting took place on a power boat in the middle of one of the great lakes, Michael Seligman came back and was scared of his own shadow,” Tormé continued. “I mean, it was just kind of unbelievable to see the change in him. He was very, very uptight suddenly. He was very, very nervous. He was paranoid. He would constantly be telling people to keep their voices down when we were talking in the offices. He was obviously worried someone was listening to us.”
***** Below that, the article "says" that whomever told him something, and he accepted it hook, line, and sinker. TOLD him. Not took him out in the middle of a lake and SHOWED him something. (Private, CIA theatrics ?).
Think about other individuals that we know of that have been "shook up". Suicides, suspicious deaths, and never talked or had a show to produce.

Can't explain it ; this "delonge" subject still creeps me out. I guess I am referencing some sort of "mind control" when I think about it.... have to admit though that I haven't looked at anything "delonge" myself.... just reading these articles here about him. Lol.
What possible "fear" could I have about researching it all myself ? (subtle).
I'm weirdly "disinterested" in doing any personal research. Despite enjoying music and seeing my young cousins' reaction...

Well, DeLonge got Grant Cameron's attention. Grant is hawking his new book in this video, but he does offer some interesting items. Angelia Joiner has been listening to some of Cameron's broadcasts and she recommends listening to his new video. She says, "If you watch this film on YouTube it will answer your questions on Tom DeLonge."
When you have 2 hours and 48 minutes, listen!

I don't say De Longe is full of it but this one sentence puts me off some:
If you are working with those types of people..they generally do not like acknowledgement that you are. Often those kinds of comments lead to dark places for the individual if true. If there are higher ups who want to 'share' what they know..are they going to use a punk rocker who admits being high on drugs for a long time? So far..his information is pretty much available online..treasured by conspiracy theorists and ufo hunters.
Like I've said though..you can't discount everything out there..can't sift through the BS and the reality because?? There IS NO PROOF. Of anything either way. I know who I really believe and who just makes me shake my head and wonder. I believe Travis Walton..that horror filled young guy took a trip into a nightmare terror...you can just 'feel' it in him if you tend to feel stuff. I know the ones here touched by it..know they'll never be the same. It's a way of talking about it..a way of presenting it..a familiarization that someone has to have experienced to understand. Sort of like..oh yeah..them...with a shudder through the body that the fakes don't have. It's the emotion of it and the fear and all of the questions in the world..the whys and such.
Why we're on this particular mission..we may never know.

Thomas Matthew "Tom" DeLonge, Jr. (born December 13, 1975), is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, and film producer. He is currently the guitarist and lead vocalist of the rock band Angels & Airwaves and was the guitarist, co-lead vocalist and co-founder of the American rock band Blink-182 from 1992 to 2015. DeLonge grew up in the suburbs of Poway, California (about 15 miles from me)
he's avidly obsessed with UFO's..has chased all over the country trying to see one..area 51..Roswald..etc..not sure if he ever has seen one..but now claims to be 'in' with some big wigs in the government to disclose government cover up stuff.

Yeah well..what they want is for the president to hold a news conference and announce that aliens have been visiting planet earth for decades and on occasion abducting citizens to obtain genetic materials from them for purposes unknown at this time or perhaps they're waiting for that disclosure too...that in reality the DNA taken from abductees has been used to clone individuals (with the sanction of the government) and using those clones as slave labor. Naturally this was condoned to keep the world safe from alien invasion in an agreement forged and signed in blood..in which a third of the population could be cloned for diabolical purposes to save the other two thirds of the population.
Now..if you did happen to have such information would you EVER be stupid enough to admit anything like that??
Honestly...I think most of us here already had our disclosure LOL...and a lot of the world doesn't care one way or the other as long as 'they're' not knocking on their door wanting to borrow a cup of sugar.

I-Team: Rock star plans for announcement on UFOsBy: George Knapp Updated: May 23, 2017
LAS VEGAS - Can a rock star do what generations of investigators have failed to manage -- that is, find out what the government knows about UFOs?
Last year, Tom DeLonge, the co-founder of Blink 182, told the I-Team about his plans to create a multi-media empire based on inside information given to him by military sources he had cultivated.
Since then, DeLonge has taken some lumps, and his grand plan was nearly crushed by the WikiLeaks disclosures.
The rock star life was good for Tom DeLonge. he had millions of fans, sold millions of records, and would occasionally mention his obsession in song lyrics.
But since becoming more serious about UFOs, HE'S MANAGED TO TICK OFF JUST ABOUT EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY THE UFO FAITHFUL WHO'VE ACCUSED HIM OF BEING A DUPE, A FRAUD, A TOOL OF THE DEEP STATE, OR DELUSIONAL. DeLonge has persevered.
"This is the greatest story never told period, you don't even need to sensationalize anything. It's like science fiction, but more like science non-fiction," said Tom DeLonge, founder of To The Stars.
Last year, when DeLonge showed us the headquarters for his new company, To The Stars, he revealed that he had talked his way into a seat at the UFO table, by somehow cultivating a group of high-ranking sources or advisors from within the defense establishment, the keepers of UFO secrets. He says he did it by making this pitch.
"They have been backed into a corner and need a way for this to get out and I went in there saying, there will never be congressional hearings on this. I understand and accept that but what I think can happen is that we can change belief systems," DeLonge said.
What he offered to do was to invest millions of his own dollars into telling a different story. One that explained why the cone of silence had been dropped over UFOs, why misinformation was spread. In exchange, they told him things.
Tom DeLonge: "He says, 'We found a life form..'" George Knapp: "We found a life form?" Tom DeLonge: "When we first found the vehicles, I know we brought in private industry, military, intelligence, a good diverse group of elevated thinkers and said, how do we handle this?"
Defending the military's handling of UFO secrecy was too much for many researchers. They dismissed DeLonge as a profiteer, out to make a buck on flying saucers, and maybe of making it all up.
Then came WikiLeaks Presidential advisor John Podesta's emails spilled out for the whole world to see and in the middle of them were multiple emails to and from DeLonge, naming his secret panel of advisors, and showing there had been high-level meetings of generals and military contractors to discuss UFO disclosure. DeLonge had been telling the truth. In February, DeLonge accepted an award from the UFO Congress in Arizona, HE HAS SINCE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HIS PANEL OF ADVISORS HAD BEEN SHELL SHOCKED BY THE LEAKS, AND THAT HIS PLANS HAD BEEN DELAYED BUT NOT DERAILED.
For the last few months, DeLonge has been almost silent about his plans. On his Twitter feed, he's acknowledged delays in making his big announcement but says it's still coming. There are other hints about who might be helping him. A former high-ranking CIA operative Jim Semivan wrote the forward to one of DeLonge's books.
Astrophysicist and author Dr. Jacques Vallee did likewise. and a former defense department official named Chris Mellon has made public statements about UFO secrecy. If DeLonge has a new team of advisors, he may be inching closer to his original plan of using movies and TV and other media for a program of gradual disclosure, rather than a sudden announcement.
"I think they really do want us to know. I really do think they do. I do, at this point, feel like it's going to be a tough thing to swallow for people and I think there are elements about it that people are not ready for," Delonge said.
HE HAD HOPED TO MAKE SOME SORT OF ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS PLANS BY THE BEGINNING OF JUNE BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THAT WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL LATER THIS SUMMER.
In the meantime, he's reportedly in the studio recording a new album.

What he offered to do was to invest millions of his own dollars into telling a different story. Read more: theedgeofreality.proboards.com/thread/7101/update-on-tom-delonge#ixzz4hvfUuMWP************ And THIS, imo, is the clencher. There are quite a few people who could have, and others who have (behind the scenes), given lavishly of their own money to the "topic". Part of ANYONE's worry regarding this "topic", is always going to be their reputation...... and what kind of reputation does a "rock star" have? Seriously, does anyone ever take them seriously? Yes, we have some "fine rock stars" that have done and will do some awesome things for society in general (besides entertaining us or holding a candle out to choice demonstrations). We have seen actors make their way into political office. More than once than just behind some political statement. (Trying to think of a strictly "singer" who has become strictly a politician, or, how about become a reporter as a choice of career? Scratching head). Seems like a singing/writing lyrics ARTIST, often transition into acting roles? If it's vice versa, it's like we learn later that an actor has "great pipes". 😉 ____________ You might say that I'm warming up to this "Delong" guy. Can't say for sure........

www.theufochronicles.com/2017/10/tom-delonge-and-ufos.html Wednesday, October 18, 2017 Tom DeLonge and UFOs By Kevin Randle A Different Perspective / www.blogger.com/profile/06333125414889883920 I must be doing something wrong. For months I have been hearing about Tom DeLonge, he formerly of Blink-182, who has entered the UFO arena with, allegedly, some highly-place contacts who will assist him in bringing the truth about alien visitation to the public. This began around 2015. According to Rolling Stone: DeLonge contacted [John] Podesta [Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager] again this January [2016], sending an email with the subject, "General McCasland," apparently a reference to a former Air Force official with (according to DeLonge) information relating to the infamous Roswell crash. In the email, DeLonge insisted that McCasland was not a skeptic — despite the General's own previous insistence — and added, "When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago. He not only knows what I'm trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He's a very important man." Of course, I suppose, we could look at this as so much hyperbole. It does sound impressive to say that he was in communication with an Air Force general who was in charge of the exact laboratory where the Roswell material was sent. The problem is that William McCasland didn’t take over the post until 2011, according to his official Air Force biography and the laboratory was created in October 1997. It was, however, a combination of four other labs, but there is no way of knowing if any of them were the ones to which Roswell material would have been sent in 1947 or if material had been sent there it would have remained until 2011. Anyway, that just sort of shows that DeLonge had been talking about UFOs and mentioning Roswell for a number of years. He did have, and does have, the ear of some people with impressive sounding credentials, which, of course, doesn’t mean they have anything of interest to say about UFOs or Roswell, only that they have been around the government for a very long time and moved in some of the rarified atmosphere in Washington, D.C. However, it does seem that DeLonge’s messages have been heard by the UFO community. In February, 2017, at the International UFO Congress, he was named UFO Researcher of the Year. This seemed a tad bit odd since he hadn’t done much in the way of original research or published much in the way of what he had learned that hadn’t been said before. He did say that in a couple of months that he would make an announcement about some “serious sh*t” he was into and that he was making some serious progress. During the next several months, there had been hints about this announcement, some of them centering around Disclosure and some of them hinting about new information or new evidence concerning the Roswell crash. The speculation was that he had some incredible inside information that came about through his association with his former band. Somehow that had resulted in the contacts that provided the information. After months of waiting, the announcement came on October 11. No, there wasn’t anything about new UFO evidence, it had nothing to do with Disclosure or government secrecy but everything to do with making money. Let’s look at that. According to a story in the Huffington Post, by Leslie Kean, there had been “something extraordinary revealed today [October 11].” It told of high-level officials and scientists who had not been seen by many but who, apparently “have long-standing connections to government agencies which may have programs investigating unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP/UFOs). You can read the whole article here: www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/fmr-manager-of-dod-aerospace-threat-program-ufos_us_59de2f4be4b0b992a8214874What strikes me in that very first paragraph is that we have been provided with a number of conditions. They have connections to agencies that may have been investigating UFOs… but then, may not. We eventually find out who these people are, but they are those in middle management or maybe in second tier bureaucrats but not the top people. Then we learn that this is not about Disclosure, or about providing some stunning evidence of alien visitation, but about the “official launch of To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science,” or as they abbreviate it, TTS/AAS which they describe as a public benefit corporation. This organization will have three components, which are science, aerospace and entertainment. That last concerns me. Entertainment is not necessarily restricted to fact and we learn in other places that DeLonge has been planning the entertainment aspect since he left Blink-182. According to Rolling Stone: But since DeLonge parted ways with Blink-182 in 2015, his interest in extraterrestrials has become more than a hobby. "The more I got into it, the more I realized it was all real," he tells Rolling Stone. "Then I was like, 'OK, what am I going to do about it?'" So he started spreading the word. He began creating a multi-part, multi-platform rollout of an entirely new philosophy, one based on the theory that aliens have been visiting Earth for most of our species' existence – and the only way for us to have a prosperous future on the planet is if we take that into account, and soon. The newest addition to this project is the book Sekret Machines: Gods, the first in a non-fiction trilogy he's co-writing with occult historian Peter Levanda. Already we see some promotion for the books that DeLonge is writing which would be incorporated under the umbrella of TTS/AAS and get a hint about the financial aspects of all of this. In fact, Jason Colavito, on his website, looked deeper into the financial arrangements of the organization. You can read his entire analysis here: www.jasoncolavito.com/blog/not-quite-a-ufo-ipo-tom-delonge-is-seeking-your-investment-in-to-the-stars-to-give-himself-a-700000-or-more-paydayColavito lays out, in detail, how money will be raised by selling stock in the company and how much DeLonge is guaranteed for his part in all this. www.avclub.com/why-the-worlds-top-ufo-researchers-chose-tom-delonge-as-1823425421 Why the world's top UFO researchers chose Tom DeLonge as their mouthpieceby Randall Colburn / 3-1-2018 Photo: Christopher Polk (Getty Images) As if we needed more proof that we’re living in the strangest of times, Blink-182 guitarist Tom DeLonge, a man who once wrote a (pretty great) song called “Dick Lips,” has proven himself to be a galvanizing force in the realm of extraterrestrial exploration. Sure, we all had a laugh when DeLonge quit the band and started crowdfunding for a spaceship, but then WikiLeaks revealed he was chatting UFOs with high-ranking political consultant John Podesta and a New York Times report not only confirmed some of DeLonge’s previous ramblings on the subject, but also the legitimacy of some of those involved in his To The Stars Academy. To listen to DeLonge speak on the subject is, to say the least, maddening. He’s articulate in outlining the aims of his academy, and his stories as to how he first came in contact with the government remain remarkably consistent, but, as so happens in this sprawling interview with Joe Rogan, it isn’t long before DeLonge starts spouting off about Greek culture and the lost city of Atlantis and we’re back to rolling our eyes. If you’re in need of a primer on the whole situation, as well as a breakdown of the ambitious science-cum-entertainment plan of To The Stars, The Fader has published a pretty exhaustive rundown. You’ll also read about the encounter that confirmed DeLonge’s belief in aliens and, surprise, it happened while he was camping near Area 51. Probably the most revealing part of the piece, however, is the reaction from the greater UFO community, who aren’t surprised at all that DeLonge has been chosen as the effort’s mouthpiece. “It might seem odd to some people that Tom DeLonge has built up this impressive team of scientists and former government insiders, but it doesn’t surprise me,” says Nick Pope, who used to study UFOs for the British government. “People do get starry-eyed, especially if your whole career has been about secrecy and silence. A rockstar is the absolute antithesis of that, and so it’s appealing.” The International UFO Congress’ Alejandro Rojas agrees. “[DeLonge is] able to get people to open up and talk with him. This is a cool guy you want to hang with and you want to be buddies with.” You can even see the team’s starry eyes in their own quotes to The Fader. Luis Elizondo, who ran the government’s secret UFO investigation program that was the subject of the aforementioned Times article, says, “Forgive the cliché, but this is really a rockstar team.” www.avclub.com/why-the-worlds-top-ufo-researchers-chose-tom-delonge-as-1823425421

“......That’s especially true for Elizondo, whose job was caught in bureaucratic red tape and secrecy for a number of years. He told The FADER that when the funding for the so-called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program came through in 2013, the verbiage was so unclear that another department took it, leaving him standing guard over his post without being relieved of duty for several years. He kept doing his job, investigating UFOs, but the organizational set-up kept him from being able to communicate his findings with his bosses. So he wrote a resignation letter and left. “I had .......” www.thefader.com/2018/02/27/aliens-exist-feature

Dec 16th 2017 WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Pentagon acknowledged on Saturday that its long-secret UFO investigation program ended in 2012, when U.S. defense officials shifted attention and funding to other priorities. But as to whether the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program has continued to investigate UFO sightings since its funding ended five years ago could rank as an unexplained phenomenon. The New York Times reported on Saturday that the hush-hush program, tasked with investigating sightings of unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, ran from 2007 to 2012 with $22 million in annual funding secretly tucked away in U.S. Defense Department budgets worth hundreds of billions of dollars. Its initial funding came largely at the request of former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, the Nevada Democrat long known for his enthusiasm for space phenomena, the newspaper said. Yet according to its backers, the program remains in existence and officials continue to investigate UFO episodes brought to their attention by service members, the newspaper said. The Pentagon openly acknowledged the fate of the program in response to a Reuters query. "The Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program ended in the 2012 timeframe," Pentagon spokeswoman Laura Ochoa said in an email.
