Why Are They Here? | The Richard Dolan Show
Richard Dolan Intelligent Disclosure
Aug 29, 2023
With all the news happening relating to UAP/UFOs, we still neglect the most fundamental questions. Even if this is speculative or hypothetical, it's incumbent upon students of the phenomenon at least to wonder: Why Are They Here? What's going on?

Who's Out There - 1975
Sep 2, 2009
Renowned actor, writer, and director Orson Welles — with contributions from scientists George Wald, Carl Sagan, and others — examines the possibility and implications of extraterrestrial life. In examining our perceptions of alien 'martians' from his "War of the Worlds" broadcast, to then-modern explorations of Mars, this film from NASA provides a unique glimpse at life on earth, and elsewhere in the universe.

Tom Thompson🛸 (CORTEX ZERO) @cortex_Zero ➡TIMELINE FOR UPCOMING DISCLOSURE RELATED EVENTS AND UPDATES⬅
October 17 NASA is set to convene a public session to delve into the conclusive findings of the ESAC Subcommittee's UAP Independent Study Team.
Late October to Early November Senator Gillibrand hints at an imminent UAP report from AARO, which was initially slated for August 2023 but got postponed. Alongside this, Senator Gillibrand also alluded to a potential hearing coinciding with the report's release.
November 17-18 Stanford University will host the SOL Foundation's inaugural conference. Esteemed personalities like Avi Loeb, Charles McCullough, Cristopher Mellon, Garry Nolan, Jacques Vallée, among others, will discuss a spectrum of topics, from UAP scientific analysis to the philosophical and security implications arising from it.
December (Projected) The NDAA for FY24, encompassing the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 as an amendment, has been approved by the US Senate. However, a consensus between the Senate and Congress on the NDAA versions is awaited, with most analysts predicting a resolution by December 2023.
Date Undetermined Congress members Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have consistently expressed their ambition to conduct field hearings to bypass the Pentagon's resistance. The exact date remains uncertain. Rep. Moskowitz (D) remarked, "We [Congress] should aim to access one of these UAP evidence sites... If denied entry, we should organize a field hearing right outside... and let the military justify their stance."
Date Undetermined Several independent reporters suggest that numerous direct witnesses of purported UAP legacy programs are gearing up to present their testimonies and proofs to the concerned bodies or are on the brink of publicizing their statements soon.

www.howandwhys.com/former-us-airman-claimed-there-is-top-secret-alien-structure-on-moon/?123This US Airman Claimed To See Top Secret NASA Photos Of Giant Alien Moon Base On Far SideLast updated: 2023/05/07 By Vicky Verma / www.howandwhys.com/author/vicky-verma/The disclosure has probably been going on for some time, but most of us have been oblivious to it. Bill Nelson, the administrator of NASA, made the most startling claims about extraterrestrial visitors. He thinks there is intelligent life beyond Earth, on worlds that might be just as sophisticated and well-organized as ours. Mr. Nelson expressed his hope that some of the unexplained UFO sightings are not evidence of an “adversary here on earth.” He suggested that it is more likely that these sightings are evidence of life existing on other planets. NASA conspirators/whistleblowers have a full assurance that the US space agency has been covering the evidence of UFOs since the first Apollo mission. Donna Hare claimed to have worked for NASA contractor Philco Ford in the early 1970s. She had a high-security clearance to walk into NASA’s photo lab and other departments. During the Disclosure Project press conference, Hare revealed that NASA covered up and eliminated space anomalies such as UFOs from satellite photos. Hare has got several awards in space programs. She dedicated most of her time as a technical illustrator to space programs. She created lunar maps, and landing slides and had been working for 15 years as a sub-contractor for NASA. Former NASA scientist Robin Brett, who was among the first people to study and direct research on moon rocks said: “It seems easier to explain the non-existence of the Moon than its existence.” Besides, according to scientists, the Moon is older than the Earth by nearly 800,000 years, which raises a lot of questions. Former US Air Force Sergeant Karl Wolfe, who died in a bike accident in 2018, was another person who shared a story similar to Donna Hare. He also had top-secret clearance and worked at Langley Air Force base in Virginia, the USA. He worked as a precision electronics photograph repairer for NASA’s Lunar Orbiter Project. One day, he was taken into a lab by another worker who showed him a photo of artificial buildings at the lunar base. These photos had been taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969. “…At any rate, I was in a color lab one day when my boss, Staff Sergeant Taylor, came over to me and said that they were having a problem with some equipment on the base and it was the first lunar orbiter program, where they had a mission to pretty much locate the first landing sites for the 1969 lunar mission for the astronauts. So he said they were having some problems with equipment over there. it was similar equipment to what we had- it was computerized contact printing equipment. He wanted to know if I would go over and take a look at it. He said to me, It’s an NSA facility. At the time, I didn’t know what the NSA was – I was pretty naive. I thought he said NASA. So in my mind, for a long time, I thought it was a NASA facility that I had gone to, but I remembered him saying NSA and converting it in my own mind to NASA…” Wolfe claimed that one day, when NSA photographic equipment failed, he was asked to assist them with the important repair work that was needed to keep the machines on the job. He was the only person who was readily available at the time and was trained in the type of equipment that had failed. This was really a coincidence. In the regular course of events, he would be breaking protocol by entering NSA territory. www.nextgov.com/digital-government/2024/02/national-archives-tees-new-rules-ufo-records/393982/National Archives tees up new rules for UFO recordsDAVID WALL/GETTY IMAGES By Adam Mazmanian, Executive Editor, Nextgov/FCW FEBRUARY 6, 2024 05:42 PM ET New legislation mandates a governmentwide repository of records dealing with "unidentified anomalous phenomena."Congress wants to know what agencies know about UFOs, and, under a new law, agencies have to tell them. New records management provisions included in the recently enacted 2024 defense policy bill require federal agencies to organize and tag records related to what the government calls "unidentified anomalous phenomena" or UAP. Agencies have until the end of the current fiscal year to "review, identify, and organize each UAP record in its custody for disclosure to the public and transmission to the National Archives," according to a memo sent Tuesday afternoon from Laurence Brewer, chief records officer for the U.S. Government, and Chris Naylor, NARA's executive for research services, to federal agency records managers. A new, central collection of UAP records will be housed at the National Archives and Records Administration. The law passed without measures sought by backers, notably Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., that would have set up a presidential commission with the authority to declassify records pertaining to UAP. "For decades, many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained and it’s long past time they get some answers,” Schumer said last July when the bipartisan legislation was introduced. "The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena. Brewer and his team at NARA are tasked with providing records officers with guidance on the information required to set up the UAP collection and with creating a form agencies can use to tag records for collection in the UAP archive. The memo gets into the weeds about what records officers can expect from the metadata requirements, including information on classification levels and restrictions, as well as what can and can't be publicly disclosed. NARA is asking agencies to get started identifying relevant records and to expect further instructions on tagging and transmitting records to the Archives. www.nextgov.com/digital-government/2024/02/national-archives-tees-new-rules-ufo-records/393982/
