Yes, European males are very spontaneous huggers and I think that's wonderful. I love people who aren't stilted emotionally..and I majorly wish I were not I talk with emotions..I can tell people I love them..but touch me not 'sigh'.

Hi all! European men can most certainly be quite open with their greeting, let alone their displays of affection ;D ! What you will find is that you are looking more at continental Europe rather than the UK where the old 'stiff upper lip' brigade still manages to hold on to keeping feelings hidden! It is changing here though in that it's more accepted to openly show feelings (especially on the football pitch - but that's another story !!). I for one am a touchy-feely person - well into giving hugs (& hopefully getting the odd one or two back ;D ;D !) as to me they are a great way to connect with others and show you're comfortable with them. TTFN! Take care, seek peace and SMILE! Charles

www.exopolitics.org/Exo-Comment-121.htm Men in Black III – Hiding the Truth in Plain Sight[/color] May 28, 2012. Michael E. Salla, Ph.D. In Men In Black (MIB) III, an idea is presented in an outrageously comedic way. Extraterrestrial visitors live on our world and are monitored by a secretive governmental agency that hides the truth from the American public. The movie is based on stories circulating since the early 1950’s of mysterious MIB traveling around in dark suits in vintage cars, persuading people to be silent about their experiences concerning UFOs and alien life. MIB III is a highly entertaining comedy, and well worth the admission price. Yet upon leaving the movie theater, one naturally wonders if any of it could possibly be true? Does MIB III use comedy to hide the truth in plain sight? The most effective way to hide something from others is to put it in front of them in such an outrageous way that they will ignore it. If you are an unfaithful husband wanting to hide the truth of your infidelity, you can hire your paramour as a personal secretary and travel with her to out-of-town business meetings required by your job. If you are a government and want to hide secrets from your citizenry that have, or are about to be exposed, you hire somebody to come forward and publicly reveal the ‘secret’ in such an sensationalist way that people will dismiss it as a lie. When the sensationalist account is revealed to be untrue the original secret is subsequently dismissed and discredited. Those genuinely exposing the secret in the first place, are now considered to be con artists and liars, and their supporters dismissed as foolish true believers. In the world of military intelligence, hiding the truth in plain sight is a time honored strategy used in psychological warfare operations. It is a fact that psychological warfare has been used on the American public to hide the truth about possible extraterrestrial life visiting our world since the early 1950s. Most importantly, Hollywood and the movie industry have been a key part of this psychological warfare program. In January 1953, the CIA convened a panel to review evidence of flying saucers that the public increasingly believed were extraterrestrial in nature – the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH). Named after its chairman, Dr Howard Robertson, the Robertson Panel reviewed cases of flying saucers over a four-day period for a total of 12 hours and found none of them to be credible. Conclusions by the Panel were released in a document called the Durant Report. It recommended ridiculing the ‘flying saucer phenomenon’ and the possibility of extraterrestrial life, for national security reasons. The Robertson panel recommended an ‘educational program’ to remove the threat posed by enemy nations exploiting the public’s belief in flying saucers. This “educational program” is where the movie industry is explicitly mentioned : The Panel’s concept of a broad educational program integrating efforts of all concerned agencies was that it should have two major aims: training and “debunking.” …The "debunking" aim would result in reduction in public interest in "flying saucers" which today evokes a strong psychological reaction. This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion pictures, and popular articles [emphasis added].… Such a program should tend to reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda. The Report issued by the Robertson Panel endorsed a government policy of using the movie industry to “educate” the public that there is no truth behind the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Yet, there have been a number of credible whistleblowers and witnesses that have come forward to reveal that extraterrestrial life is not only visiting us, but living among us! geekout.blogs.cnn.com/2012/05/28/believers-skeptic/May 28th, 2012 Believers vs. skeptics: A great geek divide?I was surprised, leading up to this weekend's top grossing movie, "Men in Black 3," that paranormal phenomena such as UFOs, the Roswell Incident and, yes, the mysterious Men in Black themselves were conspicuously missing from the zeitgeist. When the popular sci-fi franchise launched 15 years ago, it was all anyone could talk about. The first "MIB," along with "Independence Day," "The X Files" and "Roswell," brought aliens and government cover-ups their biggest pop culture moment in a generation. Oscar-winning makeup artist Rick Baker (bottom center) with his alien creations for "Men in Black 3." For one subset of nerd, aliens and "MIBs" aren't just characters in movies While my geeky friends and I were rabid science fiction fans, excited about the proliferation of these movies and television shows, we scoffed at the idea that any of the aliens or UFOs we saw on screen had any basis in reality. When we got hold of a video of purported UFO sightings around the time the first "Men in Black" movie came out, my friends proceeded to take apart the grainy footage methodically, claiming "hoax!" or easily identifying the flying object. So, I wondered, how is it that some nerds can be so interested in science fiction involving alien life forms but can't believe that anything remotely paranormal is actually happening? The divide between some science fiction fans and paranormal believers is very real and hard to bridge, according to Timothy Green Beckley, author of "Mystery of the Men in Black: The UFO Silencers." "Science fiction and UFO people as a rule do not mix," he said. "With very few exceptions, UFO buffs and sci-fi fans seem to have little in common. To a lot of UFO buffs, 'they' have already landed. To sci-fi fans, it's all in the imagination until they are informed otherwise by their Spocks and Mulders. UFO buffs would never go to a sci-fi convention and a good majority of sci-fi fans would walk across the street if there was a flying saucer convention going on," he said. "Me? I like it all." Alien conspiracy theorists such as "MIBeliever" BugEyes (who is portrayed as a nerd in a series of viral videos to promote "Men in Black") certainly exist, but are they considered pariahs even in parts of the nerd community? Where do they fit in as fellow geeks? Skeptics pride themselves on being people of science, so the connection to the nerd community, which is largely respectful of scientific disciplines, is clear. But where does that leave "believers"? COJNTINUE READING: geekout.blogs.cnn.com/2012/05/28/believers-skeptic/

the human that was teaching the group of 4 boys in the base was named John or it could have been a cover name but there were other human like beings in the base as well. usually they were twins. after I and my friend entered the base John and one twin dressed in Army Air Force uniforms went door to door talking about an object that had been stolen from a govt project. when they showed up at my house my father invited them in and they explained their mission and my father questioned the fact that they had WWII uniforms on that were out of date. they made excuses about that and then Johns helper made a grab for me but my father stopped that stuff by stepping between us. he had served 4 years in the Pacific as an hoannary marine and was not going to put up with that. In the navy he had been given a uniform and rifle and they said semper fi mac your a temp marine. John and the friend were not dressed in black suits but they were doing the classic men in black thing for the greys. Some years later a man who could have been John followed my sister and intimidated her and her son. when the police were called he quickly talked his way out of the situation and the police had no real answer for why they let him go. Some men in black are grey agents and may be a form of hybrid. My father being in investigations in law enforcement knew alot of the under cover cops. my sister was for a while hassled by men sitting in cars out side her house watching it. approached the men would drive away. One came to her door and carefully examined it as my sister watched him in a mirror. my father arriving at my sisters home recognized a fed agent sitting out side her home in a car. Talking to him the man was obviously embaressed at being made out and quickly left. so some men in black are fedeal agents and human. the trick is separating them out. Please note on parting that John said something was missing from a govt project. Not a private home or business

I'm noting that whoever they were, they were going door to door.
Did you and your children friends ever discuss this incident?

Before the Hollywood version of MIB came out (which is bad IMO) I saw a b-rated version at a sci-fi convention. Very low budget, guys in trench coats and sun glasses walking in a parking garage. I'd rather see the b-rated version.

I'm glad that we can poke fun at this phenomenon . I sincerely hope that anyone with personal experience with "men in black" can go to a movie and instead of feeling "That's not how it was!" can have a laugh or two. ;D

A pair of twins I first saw the day my friends and I entered the grey star base by the landing bay entrance were dressed in dark suits young mid 20s white with dark hair. they sat opposite a grey and no talking was going on verbally at least. Later I saw one of the twins talking to a grey next to a UFO while three young white women stood at the base of a stairs leading up into the UFO. At that point I was seriously concerned for the lives of the women who I felt were students at Stanford University. I felt the young male was selling the women to the greys. He has a really creepy look on his face of triumph. while in the base I noticed a complete human kitchen set up with a picture above the sink of a mosaic of farm scenes in browns and yellows that is still found in junk shops some times. This could be designed to train grey agents to act human before being sent out into our society. they also had totally human bedroom set ups in the barracks area that I saw that were all white beds with a small night stand and lamp for each bed. Why so human an approach? As a kid in NOvato at Pini Hardware I encountered a sales woman their who totally freaked me out on sight. Looking at her I had trouble breathing and had leave. She at the time told me not to give her away which made no sense to me at the time. late the owner of the store told my parents who knew him well that the womans resume was a total fake and she had been fired. Was she a grey agent I had seen in the base? Some of the maile twins in the base while white and dark haired were short heavy built men who reminded me of doberman dogs and we used to back up John as muscle. At one time while living in northern Calif I saw a neat young white dude walk past our home drinking a coffee like a cool young dude out for a stroll. he seemed very interested in our home checking it over. What was wrong with the picture was that at the time is was raining a cloud burst and his shirt was plastered to his body with the rain. any normal person would had sheltered from the rain. he slowly walked by looking at my house and then went on to use a public phone down the street. he looked like a younger version of John to me at the time.

As a post script I recall that about this time there were a string of grim murders around the area of Stanford University. I dont recall the results of any criminal investigations. Also the kid BL who was a member of the group of four boys I was in one day in an argument with me said his father was a professor at Stanford trying to impress me with his back ground. Even at young age he was a predator type

Two things about Randys recent reply on this thread: I have owned (2) dobermans at the same time (a mother and one of her grown male pups) and loved them dearly. They sometimes snuck into bed with my former husband and I before we had kids . It always struck me as odd that even with this great experience, I had a horrible nightmare involving 2 dobermans that weren't nice to me. They cornered me into a car, and then were somehow able to open the car doors and get in the car with me. . . Secondly, there have been 2 seperate incidents where a stranger seemed to be walking (or running) back and forth in front of my house. The most recent was this past Saturday. I was out front watering flowers and this lady kept jogging back and forth. It wasn't a neighbor. I didn't look to see where she turned around going either way. It was before 8 a.m. and I just thought, "how odd". Then I remembered that this same pattern happened in front of my old house by a lady walking. They don't look over at me, but I feel like I'm supposed to notice them? This is different than what I notice occasionally. . .like, I was walking my dog one evening last week and some young guy was on roller skates on a street a couple of blocks over from my home. He seemed not to notice me, or my big dog. He was on his phone part of the time I saw him, and I thought I was going to have to go another direction because my dog especially gets excited by people on skateboards ;D, but he turned down a big hill, even more away from my home. By the time I got back home, put the dog out back, and then moved the hose in the front yard, he was roller skating in front of my house. Never seen the guy before or since. He didn't look at me. If he had, I would have waved hello.

thebiggeststudy.blogspot.com/2012/09/men-in-black.html A NEW MAGAZINEThe Big Study[/size][/color] MEN-IN-BLACK? Saturday, September 15, 2012 This magazine was the effort of Joan Whritenour, now Joan O'Connell, and her husband Patrick. Joan had previously run newsletters on these topics, especially UFOs, and her old first try, Saucer Scoop, actually began rather well before falling into paranoia about violence and conspiracy. SO.... I "scooped" up a bunch of these NAJs and hauled them off to Wheeling for some fun reading. In the first one that I picked up while still back in Kalamazoo, there was a reported incident of an MIB encounter. It was one of the weird ones. I photocopied it, stuck it in the backpack, and now it has risen from the dead to inspire this post. But before I get to that Out Proctor tale, since there may be some readers who aren't too grounded on what we're talking about here [MIBs aren't really like Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith], I'm going to give a very brief background foundation. The MIB phrase enters the anomalies literature in a modern way with this guy Albert Bender. He was an early UFO club founder, who was not wired too tight apparently. He did attract several well-known individuals to join his organization [Gray Barker was one] way back in 1953. 1953 was, one remembers, the year that the Robertson Panel cautioned the intelligence community to monitor such citizen groups for dangerous activities which could amount to producing hysteria to poking their noses in to places they didn't belong. As it turned out, Bender was a candidate for both. In august of 1953, something whizzed into New Haven CT and blasted a hole in a metal sign. The picture above is from a page in the USAFs Blue Book files. [There's no evidence that the USAF investigated this incident, but pretty good evidence that the Navy did]. Somehow a member of Bender's fledgling organization beat the military to the punch and acquired some metal fragments from the scene, which were not originally part of the sign. These were sent through Bender to a lab for analysis. The analysis report above is also a sheet from the Blue Book microfilm. As the even-though-it-seems-unlikely explanation for this event is probably a wayward piece of military ordnance [from the Navy], this grabbing pieces and having them privately analyzed could definitely be classified as sticking one's nose where it doesn't belong. In September Bender got a visit. And, despite that to all sense these were Navy officers following up on this case, the Three Men in Black legend was energized and on center stage. www.theufochronicles.com/2013/07/is-there-ufo-government-control-group.html Wednesday, July 24, 2013 Is There a UFO Government Control Group? – New Information By Grant Cameron www.presidentialufo.com7-19-13 In my book “UFOs, Area 51, and Government Informants” I spent a lot of time looking at the evidence that backed the idea of an inside control group known as MJ-12. The idea of this MJ-12 group started to appear in the early 1980s, through a researcher known as Bill Moore. Moore had written a book known as the Roswell Incident which sold many copies and was the forerunner of the modern obsession with the Roswell crash. Days after Moore released the book he was contacted by US intelligence which started to tell him the story of MJ-12, the super-secret group that had been established by President Harry Truman to deal with the extraterrestrial presence on earth. Moore was fed information by both USAF master sergeant Richard Doty and a second person attached to the CIA that Bill Moore gave the code name Falcon. Later 10 more intelligence sources would come forward to provide information to Moore. It is believed that some of these may actually have been ex-CIA directors. The Moore involvement with the MJ-12 story culminated in a document release made in 1987 by Moore and two other researchers by the names of Jamie Shandera and Stanton Friedman. The document released, marked Top Secret Restricted, purported to be a briefing document presented to then President-elect Dwight Eisenhower about the 12-person group of high level scientists and military officials who made up the elite Top Secret MJ-12 committee. In “UFOs, MJ-12 and Government Informants” I wrote that I believed the document had been a leak of true and false material that had been authorized by present day MJ-12 type group to desensitize the public about how the flying saucer problem had been handled by the White House. I also wrote that although some of the material in the document did not appear to be correct (like the failure to mention that there was a live alien recovered at Roswell), there was lots of evidence that indicated that this mythical MJ-12 group mentioned in the document had existed. The reason for altering the document was to avoid breaking the law by releasing classified material and to protect the overall UFO program that needed to remain classified. The evidence indicating that there actually was an MJ-12 group included the following items: CONTINUE READING: www.theufochronicles.com/2013/07/is-there-ufo-government-control-group.html

mysteriousuniverse.org/2013/10/mib-alive-and-kicking/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=mib-alive-and-kickingMIB: Alive And Kicking October 9, 2013 Nick Redfern This past weekend, I lectured at the Philadelphia-based conference of the Pennsylvania chapter of MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network. It was an excellent gig, thanks to organizer John Ventre and the team. The presenters included MUFON member Fred Saluga, who spoke about the UFO-Cryptozoology connection, and Bill Weber, who detailed a very intriguing radar-visual-based UFO event. Tom Carey shared with the audience his findings on the Roswell affair, while Bill Birnes and Pat Uskert entertained everyone with a behind-the-scenes look at their TV show, UFO Hunters. Travis Walton discussed his book Fire in the Sky and John Ventre asked the thought-provoking questions regarding UFOs: “Do you know? Should you know?” Antonio Paris dug deep into 21st Century Ufology, Anthony Sanchez shared his findings on the “Dulce Underground Alien Base” saga, Jon Maberry gave an excellent presentation on UFOs and pop-culture, and Richard Lang focused on UFO methodology. And then there was me. John Ventre asked me if I would deliver a presentation based around my book, The Real Men in Black, which I was cool with. As is always the case when I lecture on the subject of the MIB, I always make it very clear that the real Men in Black are actually nothing like their on-screen versions portrayed by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. Rather, the real-world MIB are very creepy, weird, sickly-looking creatures that look part-zombie, part-vampire and part-anemic. Not only that, and as I also pointed out in my lecture, whereas most people assume the MIB only ever target and terrorize people in Ufology, that’s very far from the truth. As I told the audience, there have been MIB encounters at Loch Ness, Scotland, involving cryptozoologists and eye-witnesses to the monsters of the loch. I have several cases on file where people using Ouija-boards received visits of the MIB kind. There are demonic parallels. There is the time-travel theory to explain the MIB and their weird antics. And there are even Women in Black – a subject on which, right now, I’m writing a full-length book. In other words, the MIB puzzle is a wide and varied one that extends far outside of the confines of Ufology. Well, as is usually the case when I do a lecture, write a book, or take part in a radio-show, people contact me to ask questions or to make observations. They also, very often, share personal stories. And, with regard to the latter, that was most certainly the case regarding the Men in Black. realmib.tripod.com/hopkins.htmlrealmib.tripod.com/index.htmlA MIB ENCOUNTER Dr. Herbert HopkinsIn September of 1976, Dr. Herbert Hopkins, a 58 year old doctor and hypnotist, was acting as a conultant on a alleged UFO teleportation case in Maine, USA. One evening, when his wife and children had gone out leaving him alone, the telephone rang and a man identifying himself as vice-president of the New Jersy UFO Research Organization, asked if he might visit Dr. Hopkins that evening to discuss certain details of the case, Dr. Hopkins agreed; at the time, it seemed the natural thing to do. He went to the back door to switch on the light so that his visitor would be able to find his way from the parking lot, but while he was there, he noticed a man already climbing on the porch steps. "I saw no car, and even if he did have a car, he could not have possibly gotten to my house that quickly from any phone." Hopkins later commented in delayed astonishment. At the time, Dr. Hopkins felt no particular surprise as he admitted his visitor, the man was dressed in a black suit, with black hat, tie and shoes, and a white shirt, "I thought, he looked like an undertaker," Hopkins later said. His clothes were immaculate - suit unwrinkled, trousers sharply creased. When he took off his hat, he revealed himself as completely hairless, not only bald but without eyebrows or eyelashes. His skin was dead white, his lips bright red. In the course of their conversation, he happened to brush his lips with his grey suede gloves, and the doctor was astonished to see that his lips were smeared and that the gloves were stained with lipstick! It was only afterwards, however, that Dr. Hopkins reflected further on the strangeness of his visitor's appearance and behaviour. Particularly odd was the fact that this visitor stated that his host had two coins in his pocket. It was indeed the case. He then asked the doctor to put one of the coins in his hand and watch the coin,, not himself. As Hopkins watched, the coin started to go out of focus, and then gradually vanished. "Neither you nor anyone else on this planet will ever see that coin again," the visitor told him. After talking a little while longer on general UFO topics, Dr. Hopkins suddenly noticed that the visitors speech was slowing down. The man then rose unsteadily to his feet and said slowly; "My energy is runnning low - must go now - goodbye." He walked falteringly to the door and descended the outside steps uncertainly, one at a time. Dr. Hopkins saw a bright light shining in the driveway, bluish-white and distinctly brighter than a normal car lamp. At the time, however, he assumed it must be the stranger's car, although he neither saw nor heard it. Dr. Hopkins was very much shaken by the visit, particularly when he reflected on the extaordinary character of the stranger's conduct. Not surprisingly, he was so scared that he willingly complied with his visitor's instruction, which was to erase the tapes of the hypnotic sessions he was conducting with regard to his current case, and to have nothing further to do with the investigation, as for the New Jersy UFO Research Organization, no such institution exists. Dr. Hopkins' account is probably the the most detailed there is of an MIB (Men in Black) visit. MORE: realmib.tripod.com/hopkins.html

MEN IN BLACK - Full Russian Documentary With English Subtitle
Published on Dec 18, 2012
On Friday, December 7, the current Russian Prime Minister and former President, Dmitry Medvedev, made some startling off-air comments to reporters while his microphone was still switched on. He was asked whether the President is given any secret files on extraterrestrials while in office. In his responses, Medvedev not only confided that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us. He went even further to say that the Russian documentary, "Secrets about Men in Black", could give you more details about this issue.

Russian KGB dressed in black because it was more intimidating...The SS Men wore black uniforms with a skeleton's head on their hats to strike fear. From somewhere came the idea that the good cowboys wore white hats and the bad cowboys wore black. Then there was Johnny Cash who wore it for the homeless, the poor, the ones who no one represents. If you see someone dressed in black..you tend to notice. FBI were good about black suits...I have no idea what the CIA wear..probably a secret that could get you killed. The day I was abducted..I was chased by men in black suits driving a dark sedan but I'm almost positive they were FBI because we had two stations back then, here in town. So..maybe it's coincidence..maybe it's our own government..or maybe the idea is to caution people to be very careful about what they say. I have never ever been threatened...or warned or stalked by helicopters. 'shrug' Black material is cheaper and readily available LOL

www.theepochtimes.com/n3/443135-visitations-from-the-men-in-black/Visitations From the Men in BlackHuman? Alien? Or a figment of imagination?By Paul Darin, Epoch Times January 11, 2014 The mysterious Men in Black tend to offer little explanation for their appearance, leaving a trail of doubt and confusion in their path, and people who have encountered them often report having felt intimidated and harassed. The term Men in Black (MIBs) refers to individuals that often show up to question UFO witnesses and witnesses of other strange phenomenon. Usually in groups of three, they are dressed almost entirely in black, often wearing sunglasses. They are usually male, but in some cases have had an equal number of female counterparts. Sometimes they claim to be working within a certain agency of the federal government such as the CIA. These mysterious figures have gained renown in American pop culture and folklore, and a popular trilogy of feature films, Men in Black, staring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, was conceived in 1997. Additionally, Men in Black were often featured in the 1990’s Fox show The X-Files. One comedic episode, “Jose Chung’s from Outer Space” (’95–‘96), guest-starred former wrestler Jesse Ventura and Jeopary’s Alex Trebek as MIBs. The term “Men in Black,” is believed to have been coined by author and investigator John Keel, who is probably best known for his investigative work in UFOs and paranormal activity, and for his book, The Mothman Prophesies (1975). In 1967, Keel wrote an article for Saga magazine titled “UFO Agents of Terror,” in which he describes his investigation into these figures that would hence come to be known as “Men in Black,” according to The Telegraph. Documented VisitationsOne of the first documented MIB cases involved publisher of the flying saucer publication Space Review Albert K. Bender, who in October 1953, abruptly ended his magazine publication. In 1963, he spoke in his autobiography about how he was intimidated into halting all publications by visitors wearing all black, according to an account on ufoevidence.org, a site dedicated to the scientific study of the extraterrestrial. A more modern potential MIB sighting involves actor and UFO and paranormal researcher Dan Aykroyd, who recounted his MIB story in the documentary Dan Aykroyd Unplugged on UFOs: While he was in New York City preparing a show for the SciFi Channel on UFOs and the paranormal, titled Out There, he was having a cellphone conversation with Brittany Spears and saw a black sedan with potential MIBs inside. One MIB stood outside the car staring at Aykroyd, and another gave Aykroyd an unpleasant glance from the back seat. Aykroyd looked away for a brief moment, and when he looked back, the sedan had disappeared. “I turned back a half-second later and it was gone. And that car did not go past me, it did not take a U-turn. … That car vanished,” said Aykroyd. Aykroyd was informed later that day that his show was to be canceled, leaving many ufologists to ponder whether or not MIB influence led to that outcome. Hmm..Dan Aykroyd...comedian...screen writer...actor..who's brother, Peter Aykroyd, is labeled a psychic researcher...who knows how to 'sell' a project. I am not sure I'd believe everything wholesale that he might come up with. I like the guy..he's a great comedian..but..I am positive he also knows how to 'white-wash' and sensationalize..to promote. He was working on a tv show at the time..that had something to do with the paranormal...right?

mysteriousuniverse.org/2014/01/roswell-multiple-realities-and-mib/Roswell: Multiple Realities and MIB January 7, 2014 Nick Redfern If there is only one thing we can say with any certainty about the infamous events that occurred outside of Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947, it’s that there are multiple theories for what happened. And no-one can offer any real, hard evidence that definitively nails things one way or the other. Of course, Ufology has always been like that. But, Roswell seems to typify that aspect of the UFO phenomenon like no other case. The many and varied scenarios involve a crashed UFO, a fallen weather balloon, a Mogul balloon used in the detection of Soviet atomic-bomb tests, an experiment based around high-altitude balloons and Japanese people, some sort of atomic mishap, a Soviet ruse involving mutated kids, crash-test dummies, a flying-wing experiment, a craft flown by time-travelers from our future, a vehicle created by an ancient terrestrial race that lives deep underground in vast caverns, and even a demonic, Trojan Horse-style deception. But, of one thing we can be sure: clearly all of the above scenarios cannot be correct. But, hang on a minute or several. Just maybe they can all be correct, after all. Welcome to the complex world of multiple timelines, alternative realities, and multi-dimensions. Now before I get taken to task (as someone will surely do), I’m not saying – at all – that what I’m about to discuss definitively explains Roswell, only that it’s something worth musing upon and speculating on – and that’s it. There’s nothing wrong with wildly theorizing. And if you have a problem with wild theories, tell it to someone who actually cares, not to me. Consider this: what makes Roswell so confusing is that many of the theories actually have degrees of merit attached to them. The original comments of Mack Brazel (who found the huge debris field on the Foster Ranch, Lincoln County, New Mexico) do seem to suggest something like a weather-balloon came down. And when one takes a careful read of the Air Force’s 1994 “Mogul Balloon Report” some – but certainly not all – of the data does resonate with the Mogul scenario. On the other hand, the so-called “memory metal” strewn all across the ranch does not accord with balloon debris in the slightest. It does indeed suggest something unearthly was in our midst. Dan Aykroyd pretty much started the whole modern MiB look as one of the Blues Brothers. Black suits and ties with dark sunglasses...It's the same look that was later used in the MiB movies. I wonder if Aykroyd's interest in the paranormal had any influence on him when coming up with the costumes for the Blue Bros? Could he have patterned them after reports of real MiBs?

Probably Sky...but I'm just not sure he isn't one who would strettttttttttttch things a bit to capture interest. Sometimes..being a celebrity just might not be the best witness there could be. I'm definitely at the level now that I need to see some proof..not just accounts that could be manipulated either by media or aliens themselves. Shoot..lights in the sky just don't excite me anymore..I think they just tease to keep a bit of interest perking that never has a basis in reality

That's one of the suspicions I've always had about Whitley Strieber too. When people start using their paranormal experiences to start promoting things like books and movies that they can make a profit off of it kind of makes you wonder just how accurate their promotions are. Dan Aykroyd seems to have a genuine interest in UFOs and the paranormal. Would he stretch the truth to gain some publicity? Possibly. Could his sighting really have happened the way he said? Possibly. I've seen weirder things than that.

ufodigest.com/article/ufo-stalkers-0331March 31, 2014 UFO STALKERS AND THE HIDDEN SOCIETY PARTS 1 & 2By Steve Erdmann The term “Men in Black” had become a very popular term in both movies and books depicting mysterious men wearing dark suits, driving somber-looking automobiles and behaving in an outrageous manner, often described wearing dark sunglasses, and threatening UFO witnesses to be silent in talking about their respective UFO accounts. Sometimes they confiscated any UFO evidence. “Could they be secret agents of some covert – but earthly power or, even more fantastic, could they be aliens themselves who are disguised to look human,” said Jenny Randles, “Or, is it all just imagination?” (The Truth Behind Men in Black: Government Agents -- or Visitors from Beyond . Jenny Randles, St. Martin’s Paperbacks, 175 Fifth Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10010, 1997, 248 pages, $5.99.) EARLY STORIES One of the early MIB (Men in Black) cases concerned an Albert K. Bender who in 1953 was head of a group called the IFSB (International Flying Saucer Bureau). Upon learning of a supposed “UFO Secret”, Bender wrote an IFSB member about the mystery. A few days later, August 1953, three men in black suits arrived at this home with the letter that Bender sent out. Their demeanor was very threatening. The men explained to Bender that the Pentagon had known the truth about UFOs for several years. They told Bender that the truth would come out in three years, 1956, but that never took place. The MIB told Bender that he would go to prison for treason if he spoke out. They “intimated” to Bender that Bender’s “sources” of the secret had been “moved out of the way” by various methods such as relocation to high security jobs to “shut people up”. The late Gray Barker in They Knew Too Much about Flying Saucers (Werner Laurie Books, 1956) published the episode in the book. (Later events revealed that Barker, unfortunately, along with the late Jim Moseley, had been involved in UFO hoaxes.) To make matters worse, in 1962, Bender wrote a “tell all” book on the incident. Its contents were just as mysterious: the three men were actually aliens from the planet Kazik. Barker warned others to disbelieve Bender’s book. “Certainly, the version of Bender’s 1953 encounter as told here,” said Randles, “is remarkably different from that initially reported by Barker six years earlier.” Bender no longer seemed interested in promoting his book, and moved into hiding. THE TACOMA UFOs Another early case began on June 21, 1947 in Puget Sound near Maury Island, Tacoma, Washington where Harold Dahl and his 15-year-old son sighted six-donut shaped objects flying over the water. One of the objects spewed material, some of which struck and killed their pet dog and hospitalized the boy. The tale escalated through several characters and included famed UFO witness Kenneth Arnold, the late publisher Ray Palmer, CIA spook Fred Crisman (Crisman was later discovered in numerous covert intelligence escapades best exemplified in Kenn Thomas’ JFK and UFO Military Industrial Conspiracy and Cover-up to Maury Island.), Air Force investigators Brown and Davidson, and others. It was a matrix of intrigue and facts. Brown and Davidson died in a B-25 plane crash transporting UFO fragments. Harbor man Fred Crisman, Dahl’s boss, disappeared, which also included the dilapidation of Dahl’s home, which had appeared to be normal previously. The home appeared to be deserted and derelict for months, though Arnold and Major George Sanders had recently visited Dahl’s place. The “time line” of events seemed extraordinaire. The best rendition was Kenneth Arnold and Ray Palmer’s The Coming of the Saucers (Amherst Press, 1952.) ROOM WAS BUGGEDOn June 22, 1947, about 7:00 a.m., a strange man about 40-years-of-age, dressed in black, driving a dark sedan automobile, ventured to take Dahl to breakfast for, what Dahl presumed, would be a talk about salvage. Instead, the MIB began to tell Dahl that he could relate every detail of the events of the day before. He revealed quite a bit of detail. “…if Dahl knew what good for him and loved his family he would keep quiet about the matter.” Ted Morello, the head of the United Press in Tacoma, knew about everything that was going on in hotel room 502 at the Winthrop Hotel. He had been mysteriously and continually informed. Investigators suspected that the room was bugged somehow. TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER UFO-related photographs taken by Jim Templeton on May 24, 1964 at Carlisle, Scotland indicated that he had unknowingly photographed a “space-suited” figure behind his daughter. This became known as the “Cumberland Spaceman”. Sometime towards the end of June, MIB made appearances, first as a phone call, and then a visit from two men in black suits. The men drove a dark, shiny Jaguar automobile. They flashed identity cards that the men said proved they were from the government. The men began an interrogation about the weather that day, how did sheep and cows also react, what were the flight patterns of birds, wind in the trees, distant traffic, and other strange questions. www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2014/04/men-in-black-bizarre-engagements.htmlMen In Black: Bizarre Engagements Saturday, April 05, 2014 The following narratives are a collection of bizarre MIB encounter reports. A few weeks ago, I posted a strange incident involving a postal worker in Washington, DC...which resulted in several inquiries from readers. So I decided to go back and look for a few other notable 'Men In Black' accounts, as well include some historical information of the phenomenon: I was born, raised and continue to live in the mountains of eastern Kentucky. I have experienced various paranormal activity all through my life. This includes UFOs, alien abduction and other activity I attribute to alien beings. The incident that was the most overwhelming was on the night when Grey aliens came to take me while I was pregnant. I simply wanted no part of this. When they approached me from across the bedroom I jumped up and grabbed one of the two beings by its lean neck. I squeezed as hard as I could until I heard a 'crack'. It dropped to the floor as its head fell back across the spine. The other Grey seemed shocked though it was hard to read an expression. It gathered the injured companion and quickly disappeared in bright light that had originally flooded the master bathroom. I felt very bad about that incident but I had been out of sorts all day and I didn't want to be bothered. When I was a girl we used to live beside an old cemetery. On some nights I would get the urge to look out my bedroom window. When I did I would notice a tall dark figure that seemed to be watching our house. One evening at dusk while in our yard I was approached by a tall black-cloaked being with a glow coming from its face. It stood and watched me for a few seconds then turned and disappeared. I have noticed over the years that large dark-colored cars would follow me on occasion. This would happen on highways and mountain roads. My husband and I have also noticed black helicopters flying above us while driving and over our residence. I saw the video and picture you posted about MIB a few days ago. When I saw the video it shocked me. In July 2006, a strange incident occurred while my daughter and I were sitting on our front porch. I never heard or saw a car, but two of these MIB appeared from around the side of the house and approached us. The pale faced 'men' were dressed in black silk suits, white shirts, black ties, and fedora dress hats. They each carried a thin brief case and walked stiffly as they approached. When they reached the steps they stood still and looked at me. My daughter quickly ran into the house. I then looked into the eyes of the MIB nearest me. The color was a vivid lavender and I felt compelled to continue looking. After a few seconds the nearest MIB spoke in a very clear low pitched voice. It asked if we had 'experienced any unusual activity that I thought that I should report.' It was an odd question but I quickly said 'no'. The being then briefly smiled, thanked me for my time. Both MIB turned and walked toward the road and were soon out of sight. I can't say that I was scared but I have not had any type of paranormal or alien activity since the MIB visited. I was wondering if people who have had paranormal incidents throughout their life realize the activity ceases after they are visited by MIB? Do these MIB usually appear out of nowhere? I'd appreciate some information. Thanks - Cary M. MORE STORIES... CONTINUE READING: www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2014/04/men-in-black-bizarre-engagements.html
