ufodigest.com/article/growing-men-black-0514GROWING UP WITH THE MEN IN BLACKBy Rainbow Radaelli May 14, 2015 Somehow, this has become quite the quandary to write about. I thought this would be easier then other topics in the past but in the back of my mind, the blurry memories, concealed and guarded by the child within, won’t budge, basically revealing meager flashbacks. Loyalty is perhaps the problem here or the understood dialogue of suppressed fears along with stern consequences. One thing I do remember is that sometimes I was a willing pupil and other times I was about as feral as an undomesticated barn cat, hissing with claws out. I remember three different types of these so called, “men in black.” Why this is so, is really the million dollar question. All three seem to serve a purpose that has nothing to do with the other. I often wonder if they convene with each other. I think not. Sunglasses have always been important to me since I was a very young child. I liked the feeling of hiding behind them, the obscure and apprehensive thoughts reflected in my eyes, hidden behind blackness. It’s a comforting habit that has never left me. The blacker the lens, the more I like them. As crazy as it sounds I have often thought this is why the men in black wear sunglasses. One group hides their dark objectives, while another hides the fact that they invoke fear as a reminder of consequences. The last group seems to have a more obscure purpose in mind. To me, they are the “real” men in black because their frequency or vibe is not familiar or comfortable to be around. In some ways I always preferred them to the other two who I call the imitators. Sometimes what a child doesn’t understand is easier to handle then the familiar and nightmarish routine of brutality. The reality of iniquity can be the breaking point that shatters the conscious mind into fragments of a once balanced and unbroken psyche. When a child enters the equation, the end results are usually surreal because reality acquires an off-kilter sentiment that makes daily living seem like a divergent existence. There’s a reason for this contradictory life and I think its creation is by varying family dynamics, the kind that stipulate, children should be seen but not heard. The most memorable and startling experience as a kid, that demonstrates this ideology was when I was ten or eleven years old. One ordinary day, walking home from school, I encountered the infamous black car many people talk about seeing. In some ways I feel lucky to have this memory. Weird I know, but for some reason I don’t think what I saw was the typical black car most people see when they experience the “real” men in black. Walking halfway through my neighborhood, I started to feel very anxious. I felt them before they came up on me and I knew “they” had an unusual agenda that day. The car was quiet beyond belief so the only way I knew they pulled up beside me, was by the horrendous feeling in my gut. The car itself was interesting to say the least. It had a very long hood that extended out in front of it, three feet beyond a regular car’s hood. It was black with what seemed like silver detailing around the windows, front of the hood, tires and the back end of the car. Funny, I almost thought that they created an authentic cartoon car because it was so out of proportion. One long front door came swinging open almost blocking my path. It was pitch black inside, almost like a vacuum of some sort that reminded me of total darkness, void of space and time. A voice that sounded humanoid and male called out to me and told me to get into the car. I felt the presence of three people in the car even though I couldn’t see them. Now mind you, this happened in broad daylight around 1974 or 1975. A few cars drove by but the strange thing was, nobody seemed to notice or look at the odd looking car. I remember I had a premonition that very morning that something was up because I really didn’t want to go to school that day. My instincts were right on the money and I knew that I was in big trouble. In some ways I wasn’t necessarily afraid of the three beings in the car, I was completely terrified of their intentions. They weren’t the regular men in black that I had remembered seeing in my past, their intentions seemed to be more ominous by nature. I vaguely remember seeing a long arm stretched out towards me and that’s when I ran for my life, literally. I was so flustered when I ran through the front doors of my parent’s house, that my Mom had to calm me down as I was talking a mile a minute, gasping for breath.

A co-worker told me that some UFO investigators may be alien beings hired by the government and military. Is this true? I ask because something happened to me in early May that I cannot explain. I live near Muskegon, Michigan, close to the Lake Michigan shoreline. Over the past 2 years (we've lived here since 2012) several neighbors and ourselves have witnessed many weird lights above the lake. During the last week of April there were several 'strings' of red and white lights moving north above the lake. I noticed the lights twice on different nights. The man across the street contacted a UFO group (I don't know the name of the group). He told my son that he had also seen unusual 'people' in his backyard from his bedroom window late one night. When he went out to confront them, they were gone. This happened just two days after he filed a UFO report online. On two consecutive nights my son and I saw spotlights shining from the shore of the lake. There was a field, narrow road and a berm between our house and the lake. It looked like the spotlights may have been mounted on vehicles. On both nights this occurred around 11 PM and lasted for only a few minutes. A few days later (May 4th about 2 PM) I was out in the backyard working in my garden. A man dressed in black military garb had entered through my back gate and walked towards me. I stopped what I was doing and waited for him to say something. He wore glasses that were tinted yellow, which stood out because everything else on him was black. He also wore a plain black cap - there was no insignia. When got close he looked directly at me, without expression, and asked if I had noticed lights over the lake. I explained what we had seen and any other information I thought would help. He wrote everything down in a small notebook, rarely saying a word, other than 'anything else?' shivering . . .
Thank You, leo
Sometimes, is it the other way around? I mean, you dream of something "unreal" (and it doesn't have a bunch of drama in it; just weird) and then something in your daily life reminds you of that dream? Like the dream was a premonition, something to prepare you, but you never would have believed that before, but something in your brain just clicks (while you're awake) and suddenly you see the connection . .

and, I have to say (shiver) that "our world" has also been presented to me as full of zombies (when I'm dreaming).
I think I have posts about this in the dreaming thread, but it might be in my personal one.
For the longest time, when anyone mentioned "the greys", I pictured the zombies I see, because they are "gray".
And I actually once met a "grey man" at a dream-learning conference I attended. I didn't think to ask anyone else if he appeared "gray" to them, but we were all very aware of him because he just showed up in the middle of our conference and asked for us to pray for him. He told us he was "under a curse".
Most of the time, my "gray men" (zombies) have faces, their clothes (uniforms) are tattered as if they are in a war, and yes there are tanks and other artillary around.
But sometimes, they are faceless.

www.johnkeel.com/?p=679JOHN KEEL NOT AN AUTHORITY ON ANYTHING Thursday, May 26, 2011 Were Some “Men In Black” Ufologists With Asperger’s?Many readers of The Mothman Prophecies will remember a disturbing “Man In Black” named “Tiny,” who visited a family in New Jersey in 1967. (It’s in Chapter 8, if you want to look it up.) John sent a detailed report of this encounter to other researchers shortly after it happened. He included some details that didn’t make it into the book, such as Tiny’s penchant for sing-song recitations of verse. One of these researchers, Charles Bowen (the editor of Flying Saucer Review), wrote back to say that Tiny reminded him of an unpleasant UFO buff who had visited him the year before. Do we, then, have an explanation for one of these creepy visits? I’ll reproduce the relevant section of the letter below. After some reflection (and discussion with someone who knew Bowen’s visitor), I’ve decided to delete the name. As you can gather, the man in question is not a healthy specimen, and nothing would be gained by naming him. And don’t fret, the actual letter was not harmed in the deletion process. It’s dated July 3, 1967. No one's trying to push that, IMO.
In fact, this article goes into great detail about one particular guy, experienced by someone, that reminded someone of someone else. And if you read all the comments from normal/everyday people (I always read those) below the article, you'll find that some people were "offended" etc.
And then you have to know the kind of stuff that Keel eventually brings your attention to. For example, names on "victims" being similar, like one of our "known ufo" people having the name Valentich, and another character in another place dying in suspicious circumstances, and that person also having the last name Valentich.
Anyway, one of the comments below the article, a guy mentions that yes, that particular MIB reminds him of his sibling, that has a diagnosis of Aspergers.
Can we get someone on here that tells us how Dr.s know for sure that someone has "Aspergers" or "Autism"? If they have a definite answer on that, or speculations that can be half proven, then why did a bunch of people join in on that band-wagon of immunizations being a cause?
we don't know what MIB are. I think we can agree that the Saturday Night Live "blues brothers" is NOT how they act, or acted.
But I think its normal for people to try to find a rational idea on why some people "act" a certain way.
*******
A good friend of mine's son has had some "odd behavior" since childhood. Nothing criminal, and we didn't worry about him harming himself or his siblings (or other children). I can't tell you what the behavior was, other than it was just sometimes embarrassing for my friend. Simply, it could be seen as a "social quirk". The boy went to school, he walked, he talked. He looks like the rest of her kids, too. I "felt" a difference, but didn't know a thing, until one day we were all at the pool, and he sat by himself and repeatedly flexed his biceps, and admired them, over and over. No big deal, he's a kid. His mom pointed it out to me, and , well, I didn't get it. You guessed it, there were other such quirks, and eventually he was diagnosed. To me, he was just kind of a soft-spoken, sweet kid.
Now, do I believe that there is some human illness, condition, where the person is still smart, and detail-oriented, and can be directed into being a "MIB".? (or something else).
Its possible.

mysteriousuniverse.org/2015/06/mib-are-not-from-the-government/ MIB Are NOT From “The Government” June 23, 2015 by Nick Redfern As someone who has written extensively on the mystery of the Men in Black, I know for sure that many people within Ufology take the view that the MIB are agents of some arm of government. That’s to say, dark-suited figures whose job it is to intimidate and terrorize witnesses to UFOs. But, in reality, there is very little evidence to suggest that the majority of the MIB are from any government. Yes, there are exceptions. They are, however, most definitely in the minority. The truth is that government agencies are as baffled as we are. John Keel was not only the author of the acclaimed book, The Mothman Prophecies. He was also someone who dug very deeply into the matter of the MIB, who they were, and where they came from. In February 1967, Keel had the opportunity to speak with Colonel George P. Freeman. Colonel Freeman, of the U.S. Air Force, made the following, written statement about the MIB. Keel took careful note of it: “Mysterious men dressed in Air Force uniforms or bearing impressive credentials from government agencies have been silencing UFO witnesses. We have checked a number of these cases, and these men are not connected to the Air Force in any way. We haven’t been able to find out anything about these men. By posing as Air Force officers and government agents, they are committing a Federal offense. We would sure like to catch one – unfortunately the trail is always too cold by the time we hear about these cases, but we are still trying.” Less than one month later, specifically on March 1, 1967, Lieutenant General Hewitt T. Wheless, USAF, penned the following memo. It was widely circulated within the military: “Information, not verifiable, has reached Hq USAF that persons claiming to represent the Air Force or other Defense establishments have contacted citizens who have sighted unidentified flying objects. In one reported case, an individual in civilian clothes, who represented himself as a member of annaD, demanded and received photos belonging to a private citizen.” The document continues: “In another, a person in an Air Force uniform approached local police and other citizens who had sighted a UFO, assembled them in a school room and told them that they did not see what they thought they saw and that they should not talk to anyone about the sighting. All military and civilian personnel and particularly information officers and UFO investigating officers who hear of such reports should immediately notify their local OSI offices.” Moving on to the FBI… CONTINUE READING: mysteriousuniverse.org/2015/06/mib-are-not-from-the-government/

The article above mentions Albert Bender " Albert Bender, in his 1962 book Flying Saucers and the Three Men, described something similar. Not an implant, exactly, but an “impulse” produced in his body by his extraterrestrial captors. “No matter where you may be or what you may do, this impulse will not leave you until we decide to remove it by means we have at our disposal. We have found it necessary to do this in order to keep you under our constant surveillance. If at any time you reveal our secret we need only press a button in our laboratory and your body will be destroyed. It will disintegrate and very little will be left of it.”
Bender never revealed the secret, until he was signaled that the “impulse” had been removed, and so he never disintegrated. He did, however, suffer from recurrent, excruciating headaches. I can’t help thinking that he–or the persona he created for himself in Flying Saucers and the Three Men–would have understood very well what it meant for Paul to have a “thorn” embedded in his flesh, a “messenger of Satan” whose function was to harass him.from www.davidhalperin.net/tag/albert-bender/and " On June 24, 1967, Dominik Lucchesi told the authors that Bender seemed to be a changed man after the three man in black had visited him. "It was as if he had been lobotomised," Lucchesi said. "He was scared and later he suffered from tremendous headaches which he said were controlled 'them!' Whenever he would think about breaking his silence, one of his terrific headaches would just about knock him out."
"The three men shut him up and he stayed shut-up," August Roberts added. "Today Bender manages a motel in California. We still correspond, but he still refuses to discuss flying saucers."
"In my opinion," Lucchesi said, "the men in black are representatives of an organisation on this planet, but they are not from any known bureau in our government. I believe both these men and the UFO'S come from some civilization which has flourished in a remote area of the Earth, such as the Amazon, the North Gobi Desert, or the Himalaya Mountains. It is possible that these are underground civilizations." " from www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc1704.htm

Ever watch The Adjustment Bureau. That movie has the same screen opinion as Lucchesi's written opinion. Yes. And that movie has mysteriously (dvd case and all) disappeared from my home. Also, the movie (as I understand) was only released to a few movie theaters, and only for a brief period of time. Just another one of those "straight to DVD"?

(had to go give my daughter a quick hug. She turned 18 on Monday, and is getting her 1st tat today. . she hugged me back but I'm not invited to go along). I really liked the movie. Matt Damon and Emily Blunt pulled it off so well; showcasing both of their talents. I think the story did give credit to the writer Dick, didn't it? If only we could "put on a different hat, and turn a knob the wrong way" . Did you like the movie?

www.smh.com.au/nsw/skywatcher-who-filmed-ufos-says-he-was-quizzed-by-men-in-black-20150821-gj4ma9.html NSW skywatcher who filmed UFOs says he was quizzed by men in black August 23, 2015 Tim Barlass / Senior writer / www.smh.com.au/nsw/by/Tim-BarlassThere's a movie being screened in Sydney next week that is sure to polarise its audience. It's called Australien Skies. It's a documentary about some of the unexplained stuff seen by people who call themselves skywatchers. The timing is good. Earlier this month Russian billionaire Yuri Milner announced he would spend at least $US100 million ($138m) to see if there really is anything "out there". Australia will contribute to the effort using the CSIRO's Parkes radio telescope. There is an intriguing story in the documentary from Kiama told by Liam Freaney. He's a builder, married with two kids and is a pretty regular kind of guy who, two years ago, had no particular interest in UFOs or staring up at the heavens. But in March 2013, he and a workmate saw in the daylight, bright stars gathering around a ball of white light which disappeared and reappeared before being approached by what he describes as a F18 Super Hornet. Then everything vanished. A few months later he started seeing objects regularly and bought a video camera to film them. But then things, he says, took a slightly sinister turn. Helicopters started hovering low over his house. "I would see and film an object then directly afterwards I would get home and a helicopter would show up and sit over the house," he said. "So I started filming the helicopters as well as the unidentified flying objects. It happened over and over again, 20 or 30 times at least. "When they hover the height of a lamp post above your house and lean out the window it's definitely not military training." "These things will go invisible in front of you then reappear then shoot across the sky into a pinprick and then come straight back in front of you at incredible speed. Maybe I have filmed something I shouldn't have. That's a possibility." He got in touch with Damien Nott and with Mariana Flynn, president of UFO Research NSW. She said they had reports of black helicopters flying over numerous homes. "There have been reports of people leaning out of the helicopter with a camera and filming," she said. Mr Freaney was last year going to give a talk about his experience to her UFO group. The event had been publicised on the internet. It was two weeks before the talk and he was near home when he noticed a car behind him. "It had flashing lights inside the front grill. It was a black car. I stopped. Two guys got out of the black Holden Statesman with a Canberra plate. "One approached the window and he said: 'Good day Liam, how are you?' I said 'This is really strange.' He said: 'Yep, but you know what it is about. We'd like it if you didn't do your talk.' They said it would be better off for me to keep my mouth shut and to have a good day and then left." He decided it might be wise not to give the talk. Now he has changed his mind. "I am well aware of the situation I am putting myself in," he said. "The purpose of this whole two and a half years of contact that has happened to me I believe is for me to pass on the message that it is happening and that it is real. The only thing I have got out of it is to tell people what I am seeing." WATCH VIDEO: www.smh.com.au/nsw/skywatcher-who-filmed-ufos-says-he-was-quizzed-by-men-in-black-20150821-gj4ma9.html

copycateffect.blogspot.com/2016/04/Bender-obit.htmlThursday, April 14, 2016 The Man Who First Saw "The Men in Black" Dies The man who brought the ufo silencers, the men in dark clothing, into modern consciousness, Albert K. Bender, 94, died on March 29, 2016, in California. "Men in Black" (MIBs) are what appear to be male humans dressed in black suits who claim to be government or paramilitary (or even alien) agents and who harass or threaten UFO witnesses to keep them quiet about what they have seen. From portrayals in The X-Files, appearances in movies, references in popular culture and points of debate in UFO conspiracy theories, the MIBs have become part of our 21st Century culture. In April 1952, Albert K. Bender, a factory worker from Bridgeport, Connecticut, announced the formation of International Flying Saucer Bureau (IFSB), whose purpose was to "gather flying saucer information" and to "get all Flying Saucer minded people acquainted with each other...." At the time he established the IFSB, Bender was a 31-year-old bachelor who lived with his stepfather. He was obsessed not only with UFOs but with occultism, horror movies, and science fiction. Bender transformed his part of the house into what he called a "chamber of horrors." Jerome Clark, The Emergence of a Phenomenon: UFOs from the Beginning through 1959 ~ The UFO Encyclopedia - Volume 2 (Chicago: Omnigraphics, 1992: 73) Ufology historian Jerry Clark told of how Bender took "out-of-body trips into deep space," but also worked hard on the IFSB's publication, Space Review. Bender built up the 1952-1953 membership to 1500 people from around the world. "One of the most active was a West Virginia man named Gray Barker." In early September 1953, Bender, who is acknowledged as one of the first pioneers of UFO research, was visited at his home in Bridgeport, Connecticut, by three men dressed in black who warned him in threatening terms to cease his investigations or else. The "silencers," as he called them, scared Bender to the point where he did not publish a report he said was going to answer all the mysteries of the UFO question. Instead, Bender left a warning: "We advise those engaged in saucer work to please be very cautious." Bender's organization - the IFSB - closed down. After pressing Bender for more details about the "whys" behind the shutdown, Barker wrote his first book, They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers, which was published by University Books in 1956. The book was the first to describe the Men in Black (MIBs). Barker recounted Bender's own alleged encounters with the MIBs, who were said to travel in groups of three, wear black suits, and drive large black automobiles. In 1962, Barker and Bender collaborated on a second book on the topic, called Flying Saucers and the Three Men. Published under Barker's own imprint, Saucerian Books, this book proposed that the MIBs were, themselves, extraterrestrials. CONTINUE READING: copycateffect.blogspot.com/2016/04/Bender-obit.html

My brush with the MIB experience was nothing similar with the stories I hear on the 'Net, or here. However I should amend, by adding that Bender's experience was, while vastly different from that of mine, holds the same 'quality' of interference and 'fear-quotient' that I inferred while reading of Bender's experience. My first awareness of the authentic MIB, was well before my own experience with that agency. Bender warned fellow researchers to "be very careful", and I was...frankly, clueless until I was in 'their' cross-hairs. I know that the 'agency' of MIB exists, while I do not know what or how it operates, however it is real and if one gets too close to the truth while yakking about it they will do something really nasty to you.

The day my friend and I were abducted we also ran into a car with 'men in black'. Well, men wearing black suits in a black car. Because of the note we found and the proximity to stations I figured they were FBI. We had a main station and a satellite station here in town in the 60's. They stopped the car got out and yelled at us but we were on horses and running like the devil was close at hand because we were where we shouldn't have been when all of this happened anyway, and we didn't have a clue as to what happened in the first place...we were panicked and not sure why. It was the cold war era but why there were here in my little town is still amazing to me...albeit we are surrounded by Marine and Naval bases.

That sounds like one of the shadow people and maybe it was curious or didn't like something you'd put on the forum. It wouldn't surprise me that different things might be curious about the forum.

www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2016/09/mib-under-chestnut-tree.htmlFriday, September 30, 2016 MIB Under the Chestnut Tree Posted by Lon Strickler Greg in Jacksonville, Florida called in to tell of his weird MIB experience after sighting a UFO and the aliens on board: “I was walking home from school one day. It was me and my brother. We used to walk home from school all the time. Something happened bout two days or three days before. It was on a weekend, I had a telescope out back and I was looking through the telescope. I saw... I didn't know what it was, but it looked like these people were looking out of a craft. They were bald and had big eyes. I didn't know what it was at the time. I didn't know stuff like that. When walking home from school, me and my brother would always walk home together. One day I was kinda... we were talking about it here but on the way home, we crossed Bowery Street where there's a big old chestnut tree. We always used to stop and pick up the chestnuts and all that stuff. But I stood up from picking up chestnuts, but my brother wasn't there. There were two men in black suits standing there and they were asking me questions... You know, it's kinda strange talking about it. They're talking kind of... they were talking funny, kinda robotic and they were asking me what I saw and all that. I told them and they said I wasn't supposed to talk about this and they started saying, you know, threatening me. I took off running. When I looked back, they weren't there, but here comes my brother running and he was asking me what happened. I said, I don't know. It's kinda weird talking about it now too. That was back, oh hell, I don't know, I was probably about 7 or 8 years old at the time. (George Knapp, the host asks where the MIBs went) They were just gone and then my brother was back there behind me. He come running up in back of me. He reappeared and they were just gone.” Source: Coast to Coast AM - August 21, 2016 Transcribed by JLB NOTE: MIB confrontation with children is fairly rarw. I don't what he witnessed or said to others...but the response was immediate and intimidating. Every MIB experiencer I have talked to will never forget their 'third degree' by the MIB. Their stare and manner seems to hit at the soul of the witness. Lon www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2016/09/mib-under-chestnut-tree.html

www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2016/10/were-they-mib.html Monday, October 17, 2016 Were They MIB? posted by Lon Strickler / plus.google.com/+LonStricklerThe eyewitness describes an odd event seen from the window in their living room: “I had a bizarre occurrence happen to me when I was about 10 yrs old. It was sometime I think in the Summer of 2002 when my brother and his friend had gotten home one night and they were staying up late, so I wanted to hang out with them. We ended up downstairs in my living room with sleeping bags laying in front of the window which is pretty big and you can see all of the downtown area. Mind you, I live a small town and it's usually dead around 10 pm so I can't really recall the time this happened, but I know it was dark and quiet. I remember laying there in the sleeping bag in front of our window and I could see all of downtown area. I look at my brother and his friend who had just woken up and there was something bizarre happening. A white car and a black car, both identical to each other, were making the rounds around the block in front of my house when we all see the black one come up to the stop light (there were no other cars in town or on sight) and the light turned green but the car just stayed at the light for some time. Then these two almost identical men got out from the back of the car and started walking in front of the car at the light. That's when it got really confusing and unnerving. My best way of describing to someone what I saw was if you were to look at the front of a car with its lights on from about a block away. Then the lights look like they pop off the front of the car and began to walk. They followed the two men off into the distance before turning out of sight. Since then I’ve seen things happen that are just to out of the ordinary and I think it's because of that moment in my life. I had opened my eyes a little more to see what's possibly out there. I really don't know what happened that night and I would have liked to have snuck out and followed them, but I think we were all terrified and baffled to have witnessed something of that kind." www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2016/10/were-they-mib.html

mysteriousuniverse.org/2016/11/ufo-files-and-a-strange-encounter/ UFO Files and a Strange Encounter November 4, 2016 by Nick Redfern / mysteriousuniverse.org/author/nredfern/On the evening of August 30, 1962, the world was about to change drastically for a teenager named Anne Henson when she was plunged into a late-night UFO/bedroom encounter of a very weird kind. When I tracked her down, in the 1990s, Henson told me about the incident: “At the time that this happened, I lived on a dairy farm and was still at school; I was sixteen at the time. I actually moved back here with my family some years ago and we run a nursery business now. It was the middle of the night and something must have woken me up because I sat up in my bed and I could see through the window what looked like a round ball of light in the sky; my room over-looked the Brendon Hills. It seemed to change color from red to green to yellow and I could see a circle with rays of light coming from it. “At first I thought it was a star, but it wasn’t static. Then I thought that it must be a helicopter or something like that, but there was absolutely no sound from it. Well, it then began moving backwards and forwards and went from left to right. I was very intrigued by it because it was making fairly rapid movements. But it was the colors of the lights that attracted me first; they were nice bright colors. It would come towards me quite quickly and appeared to increase in size, and then reversed and moved sideways at a middle speed. But it always returned to its original position just above the hills. “Over an hour or so, the light gradually receded until it was just like a pin-prick of light. Well, I went to sleep, but the next night I wondered if it might be there again – and it was. This happened on a few occasions and I got quite used to seeing it when it was a clear night. To be honest, I got quite friendly with it, really. I didn’t feel threatened by it, because although it came close to our farm, it didn’t come that close. Now, when I’d seen it a few times, I decided that I would get a compass and graph paper and try to track where it was coming from because this was intriguing me. I thought, this is a bit different.” It was what happened when Henson approached officials that really set wheels in motion:“After I saw the light for a few times and tracked the movements of it, I contacted [Royal Air Force] Chivenor. I told them what I’d seen and then I got a letter saying that my sighting was being looked at. Then this chap turned up at the house. It was an evening when he arrived for the first time, and he pulled up in this old black car; and when he came in the house he was wearing a black suit and tie. I would imagine that he was in his late thirties and I was most disappointed that he wasn’t wearing a uniform. He announced himself as a Royal Air Force official and, of course, I took it as such. To me, he was an authority, put it like that. He actually came to visit me on several occasions. I assumed he was from RAF Chivenor; he didn’t actually say so. I was a bit over-awed that somebody was actually coming to see me. Altogether,” Henson explained, “he came on three nights. On the first night he came up to my bedroom and we sat there waiting for the clouds to clear. Unfortunately, that night and the next night he came, we couldn’t see anything. So, he said that he would have to come back again. Now, on the third night, he saw it.” Did he have any opinion as to what the phenomenon was?“No, none at all, he was just concentrating on looking at it. But he was very cagey. He wasn’t very friendly, but he wasn’t nasty either. But on this night he took some photos of the light. He didn’t seem very surprised by what he saw. It was all very, very low-key, which I suppose is the way to play it if it was something unusual. If he’d have got excited, I’d have got excited. He then left and he took his camera and took my compass drawings and notes – and I never got them back. But before going he said that nobody else would believe what I’d seen and there was no point in me talking about it at school. At that age, you don’t want to be laughed at – and my family had laughed at me, anyway.” Henson was puzzled about her bizarre experience: “I thought originally that it was some military object, but then the Ministry of Defense said it was a planet, although that didn’t explain the way it moved. Now, it all hinges on whether or not you believe in UFOs. I can’t see why there shouldn’t be life on other planets. And if there is, why shouldn’t they come here to have a look at us?” men-in-blackAnne Henson’s case is a classic Man in Black encounter. It started with the sighting of a strange object and was followed by a visit from a dark-suited authority figure who warned her not to talk about what she had seen, and who confiscated her compass drawings and notes that displayed the movements of the phenomenon she had observed. But Henson’s account differs in one striking aspect to many other Men in Black accounts that remain unverifiable. The official files on her experience identify her mysterious, black-garbed visitor as an employee of the British Royal Air Force’s elite Provost and Security Services – the equivalent of the United States’ Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). That an organization of this caliber would take a keen interest in the subject of UFOs is intriguing, to say the least. The files, held at the National Archives, England, state: “”MISS ANNE HENSON, aged 16, said that on 30th August, 1962 between 10.30 p.m. and 10.55 p.m. she opened the window of her room which faces N.N.E. and saw a diminishing star-like object with what appeared to be red and green colored flames coming from it. It was slightly larger than the average star and appeared to be round. After about 21/2 minutes it became very small and she could only see it with the aid of binoculars. She was quite sure that it was not the navigation lights of an aircraft because she had seen these many times and could recognize them immediately. “She did not look for it again until 17th October 1962, when she saw the object again which was partially obscured by fog. With the aid of binoculars she compared the object with several stars and noticed that the stars were silvery white whereas the object was red and green. Near to and above the object she noticed another exactly similar but smaller object. She noticed a difference in the color of the original object which was now emitting green and orange flames in the same way as before. “MRS. C. HENSON, mother of ANNE HENSON, said that she had seen the object described by her daughter. She could offer no explanation as to the identity of the object but was of the opinion that it was not a star. She declined to make a written statement. A visit was made on 1st November, 1962 when the sky was clear and all stars visible. MISS HENSON, however, said that the object was not in view on this particular night. Observations were maintained for one hour but nothing was seen. MISS HENSON was asked to continue her observations and on the next occasion on which she saw the object or objects to compile a diagram showing its position in relation to the stars. This she agreed to do. “On 28th November, 1962, the next available opportunity, [the witnesses address] was again visited. However, although observations were maintained for 2 hours the sky remained obscured and nothing was seen. MISS HENSON was interviewed and said that she had seen the objects again on two occasions and although she had compiled a diagram she had omitted to note the date. She said that she would again watch for the objects noting times and dates and compile another diagram which she will forward by post to this Headquarters. “MISS HENSON reports unidentified aerial phenomena and provides a diagram showing their position in relation to stars. The objects have not been seen by the Investigator who cannot therefore give an opinion as to their identity. It is considered that MISS HENSON is a reasonable person, although at 16 years of age girls are inclined to be over-imaginative. However, MISS HENSON is supported by her mother, a person of about 50 years of age, who seems quite sincere. The matter should be brought to the notice of [the] Department at Air Ministry set up to investigate such phenomena.” The Air Ministry concluded that Anne Henson encountered nothing stranger than a celestial body, such as a star or a planet – a theory that she strongly disagrees with. mysteriousuniverse.org/2016/11/ufo-files-and-a-strange-encounter/

provides a diagram showing their position in relation to stars. The objects have not been seen by the Investigator who cannot therefore give an opinion as to their identity. ***** This was not seen by the investigator; however, the young girl states that on a third visit, the "man" that came to see her looked at the object with her and took her drawings.
Her mom, in the second part of the article, seems to be serious and supports the young lady (her other family members laughed?).
Why would a serious mother allow a "man" to go up to her daughter's bedroom with her, if the mother had reason to be concerned? The "traditional MIB" tend to make people feel uncomfortable...

www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2016/11/daily-2-cents-we-can-find-you-if-we.html Monday, November 28, 2016 'We can find you if we want to...' Posted by Lon Strickler / plus.google.com/+LonStrickler 'We can find you if we want to...'Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - December 1, 2000 - 10:00 am: Several days after witnessing two low flying objects over the area, on two separate night (One of the objects was described as huge, making a rumbling like noise; it had a V-shaped tail with two rows of round and oblong windows and was black, gray, and silver in color.) and after receiving a suspicious phone call from someone claiming to be a General from the Canadian armed forces, two strange men appeared at the door of the witness' residence. They produced wallets, one black, one brown, containing photo ID that stated they were from the Canadian Air Defense. They asked to come inside. The witness extended his hand, but was ignored. Moving into the house took them through the kitchen area, but they stopped upon seeing the microwave. After some questioning, the witness lowered a portion of a counter and they carefully slid through the extra space. Sitting down they produced a small silver colored tape recorder and inserted a small disc, between a nickel and a quarter in size. On entering the house one of the men had noticed an unusual walking stick in the hallway, to which he remarked that the head of the stick's carving, painted red, reminded him of primates back home. The two men were olive skinned and appeared to have slanted eyes. Each wore glasses with thick rims. They wore gray suits with black shirts, one had a white tie, and the other was buttoned up to the neck. The one with the tie had a clip that contained a red "stone" that flickered. The other had a ruby ring surrounded with diamonds. His watch was square but without apparent hands, instead being encircled with buttons that periodically illuminated from white to green to mauve. The strap appeared to be molded into the skin and was a solid steel band. The belt on his pants was of metallic strips with a square buckle. Both had very large feet, estimated to be 14". Each carried a brief case that was heavy and cold. When sitting down they never relaxed into their chairs but retained a stiff back the whole time. Not once during their stay in the house did they speak to each other. The witness' two cats were extremely agitated the whole time during the visitors stay. Also the owner's dog that lived upstairs barked during the whole episode. The men noticed that the witness was wearing a very unusual watch and one of them touched his arm. The touch felt very cold and clammy. They questioned the witness about his sightings, and one of them appeared to be taken short hand notes. When they questioned him they looked into his eyes and seemed to "pierce his brain". As they were leaving they again carefully avoided the microwave. Outside in the yard they spent about 30 minutes scouring the ground with a Geiger counter. As they rounded the corner of the house the witness went from the kitchen to the bedroom, which gave him a clearer view of the driveway and the road. Despite the very short period of time it took him to achieve this, the two men were not in sight, nor was a car leaving, or no car door could be heard slamming, they had vanished. Later they witness discovered that on the windowsill, only six inches behind where one of the men had been sitting, was a Windex bottle and was partially melted as if heat had been applied to it. Alongside was a cassette warped in a similar manner. The witness suffered from a severe migraine type headache after the two men left, his eyes also felt gritty and teary, and his face now appeared sunburned. He also suffered from strange dreams, one that was of lying prone on a table in a round room with a bright light above him then sensing being touched. Two days later, while going outside his house the witness saw the same two men he had seen before in the driveway. Both were dressed in white coveralls. One was carrying a Geiger counter, the other a 12 to 16 inch parabolic dish in his hand, pointing to the sky, plus earphones and a microphone that was attached. He appeared to be searching the sky. The wires all led into a black box at his waist. At one point he had what looked like a camera, although not video, aimed at a tree over which the UFO had been originally seen. During the time they were together neither was seen speaking to each other. Nor was any car seen which they might have arrived in. In December, a few days after Christmas, A man appeared at the door of the witness. He stated that he had come to see his unusual watch. He stated that his name was Mr. Smith and showed some ID. He wore a dark charcoal suit, white shirt, and black tie. He also wore a black fedora. His feet were very large, "size 13, or 14", like the witness previous visitors. His shoes were black and shiny, with no signs of dirt on them at all. He was about 4-feet 8 inches to 5-feet tall, very thin, and very pale skinned with very long fingers. He also wore black wrap around glasses with silver frames. The witness extended his hand but was ignored (again). Upon entering the house the visitor commented upon the carved walking stick in the hallway. He also asked the witness to turn the microwave off before he walked in front of it. Sitting down at the kitchen table he produced a small silver tape recorder, claiming it could record up to 80 hours or more. Using a pick like tool from his breast pocket he examined the witness watch. He opened a black briefcase, removed some paper, a silver pencil with a red top, and a pen like flash light that emitted a mauve, pencil thin beam, which scanned the interior of the watch with. He took a small digital type camera and with it he took several pictures of the watch. During the whole of his visit he spoke very little, and his speech seemed slurred. Again the cats were agitated during the stranger's visit. He again expressed interest in the watch and the witness asked 500$ for it, but he replied that he had to check with his colleagues. The stranger also expressed interest in a computer saying that it had very minimal power. The stranger departed without saying good-bye. The witness went immediately to the window but could not see any sign of the visitor or any car in the vicinity, he had simply vanished. A plastic hair blower nozzle was found melted and a ruler in a drawer close to where the visitor had been sitting was bent into a slight 'S' curve. Again the witness suffered from a severe headache and an eruptive nosebleed. In early January 2001, two peculiar strangers again visited the witness to a previous UFO encounter. These two were different from the others. They were at least six-feet tall, very bony, with head, hands and feet out of proportion to the rest of the body. They wore gray suits that seemed to be "oily", had black ties and hats plus wrap around sunglasses that they never took off. When questioned about the glasses they remarked that they could see perfectly well. Their ears stood out from their heads and their skin was pale white, whereas their fingernails were gray in color. They never removed the hats during their visit. And throughout the whole time only one of them spoke. When asked for ID's they displayed "silver" cases that contained a photo an unusual symbol, plus their names in small print. Upon entering the kitchen they asked the witness to please unplug the microwave, they also told him to turn the computer off. The two Persian cats were going crazy dashing around the room, and trying to get out of the window, which was closed. Each man carried a briefcase with an inverted 'L' shaped handle. The man that did all the talking asked to see the witness unusual watch, he then removed from his briefcase four small containers, each had a different colored top. Opening two he proceeded to pour the contents over the watch. He told the concerned witness that no harm would come to the watch. He was given $250 for the watch and told that they would give him the rest later. He told them that he was moving soon, to this they replied "We know, don't worry, we can find you if we want to." They soon departed without the common courtesies, staring blankly at the witness as he extended his hand. Once again the witness hurried to the bedroom window only to find, as before, no sign of either man departing, nor cold any vehicle be heard leaving. After the visit the witness felt drained, had a severe headache that lasted for two days and a rash on his arms, face and chest. replied "We know, don't worry, we can find you if we want to." Read more: theedgeofreality.proboards.com/thread/834/men-black-mib?page=4#ixzz4RQv58lTs**^*** especially now since almost everyone is carrying cell phones. Ha! So, was the witnesses' watch just an excuse to come by the house again? Was possibly a "message" or some sort of "imprint" left on the watch for the next guy(s) to see? Notice how objects were "melted " around them, and they rarely touch the witness (or anyone), even when a common handshake (which they have probably observed this "custom" many, many times) is offered? Some such, we THINK we can question. But really, as Jacques Vallee reminds us - so absurd! ____ And speaking of Vallee, in a recent article that Steven posted, Vallee says that a particular "mib" incident MAY have involved "them" wearing casual clothing. Did Vallee say "casual clothing" to try and keep our minds open to possibilities (when most likely, these individuals were dressed like "mib"). I'm not saying that Vallee "fudges" any report... I just notice how my mind almost skipped over that part (men coming to get a camera). Almost.

I just came across this again. Oh, auntie, I think this little "mib" visit was gen-u-wine. 😉 Just for YOu. But it brings another thought up (about ME; of course ). What IF, some of the "shadow people" that I USED to see frequently, were "mib" unmaterialyzed?

SO true, Swampster!!
(and some people just can't "handle knowing". Is it better to have the memory "wiped", and THEN slowly get memory back, in bits and pieces?)
