Stumbled into this on YouTube. Maybe you all already know this but I wanted to share for friends that maybe want to try it. Certain MHz heal cells and helps regeneration. I’m going to try some of the music based on this theory.

Hmmmm, I have watched the first video... and it is informative on many levels. I’m a fan of yoga stretches, and a big fan of controlling ones’ breath 😊. It’s simply science!
However, I don’t believe a person has to “get into” certain types of yoga or yoga positions to do this “controlled breathing”. Once someone gets the “idea” of controlling their breathing, it’s good to research 😊.
~ laughing again~ I use controlled breathing (sometimes) to relax before sleeping. So I’m laying down in whatever position!
Ha! Ready to watch the next video about sleeping 😲😉🤣

Ok! Wow! It’s just the actual music for sleeping! Cool! (Wouldn’t hurt to try it)
I used to have a CD that I could pop in my car in the morning, and it was just music to help me wake up more and focus!

I admittedly don’t know much about this, I just came upon it. There’s certain levels of MHz that do different things. For example a certain number of MHz can activate the pineal gland while a different level of MHz can heal damaged cells. Still investigating this. I’m trying to avoid the words of Cher in “Gypsies Tramps and Thieves” when she’s singing of her papa selling a couple of bottles of, “Dr. Good.”🤡
