"It's really something that stays in the mind of people as a clear trace, and it's even more clear than a real memory," said Vanessa Charland-Verville, a neuropsychologist in the Coma Science Group at the University of Liege in Belgium. She, along with colleagues, detailed the study online March 27 in the journal PLOS ONE. Mysterious phenomenon Roughly 5 percent of the general population and 10 percent of cardiac-arrest victims report near-death experiences, yet no one really knows what they are, Charland-Verville told LiveScience. Across cultures and religions, people describe similar themes: being out of body; passing through a tunnel, river or door toward warm, glowing light; seeing dead loved ones greet them; and being called back to their bodies or told it's not time to go yet. Some think near-death experiences show the spirit and body can be separated. Others say oxygen deprivation or a cascade of chemicals in the failing brain are to blame. Some believe near-death experiences reveal the existence of God or heaven. But what makes finding an explanation even more complicated is that healthy people in meditative trances and those taking hallucinogens, such as ketamine, describe very similar experiences, Charland-Verville told LiveScience. [Trippy Tales: The History of 8 Hallucinogens] Life-changing events Because it's impossible to monitor these events in real time, Charland-Verville and her colleagues spoke with those who had gone through these trancelike states, sometimes years earlier. "People are transformed forever by the experience," she said. "People say they're more empathic, they changed jobs, they're giving, they want to help the planet." The team gave memory questionnaires to eight coma survivors who had near-death experiences, six who had coma memories but no memory of near-death experiences, seven who had no memories of their coma, and 18 people who had not had any of these experiences. The questions assessed people's memories of imagined events as well as memories of near-death events, comas and emotional events from real life. Even years later, the near-death experiences seemed hyperreal. In fact, they were remembered more clearly and emotionally than all other types of memories. Charland-Verville speculates that these experiences have shaped religious symbols across cultures since the dawn of time. Now, the researchers want to study the brain activity of these individuals. "If it changed people's lives, there must be something different in their brain functioning," she said. www.ufodigest.com/article/being-there-when-it-happens-0526May 26, 2013 BEING THERE WHEN IT HAPPENS: Looking again at Near Death ExperiencesBy Edward Crabtree “It’s not dying I’m afraid of, I just don’t want to be there when it happens” –Woody Allen. When Proof of Heaven by Doctor Eben Alexander appeared in the bookstores last year we could all see its future. It would fly off the shelves in the same way that other testimonies in this American genre have done. It sells reassurance. It answers the big question at the back of all our minds: if all the world is a stage, what happens when the players Exit? Temple, church and mosque alike have all repeated that the coffin is just a stopping post on a longer journey. These religious claims belong to the world of faith: they do not require proof, nor expect it to be demanded of them. Still, proof would be nice. Into the vacuum comes a book like Heaven Is For Real by Todd Burpo. This tells of the author’s son who left his earthly body to meet with Jesus during a fatal illness. Critics have been quick to dwell on the fact that the author is himself a Pastor (Fortean Times, August 2012). Then, at never a more propitious moment the big gun arrives in the form of Doctor Eben Alexander. Here is the man who we would turn to if we were having problems with our brains. He can put the stamp of neuroscience no less onto this very question. He is a brain surgeon who has been there and got the T-shirt. Life must be more than just suffering. A great deal of it, though, consists of a flight from suffering, a fearful vigilance on behalf of our welfare. Little wonder that we mortals all cherish a hope that somewhere exists where this struggle is suspended; a place where our human susceptibilities are accorded some dignity. However, as the playwright john Osborne said: `It is easy to answer the ultimate questions, it saves us from bothering to deal with the immediate ones`. Heaven has a lot going for it in terms of wish fulfilment. It is a powerful motivator: ask your local suicide bomber. CONTINUE READING: www.ufodigest.com/article/being-there-when-it-happens-0526

For some..faith is not a simple matter. The logic minded need proof and belief in God and the hereafter is the very definition of the word faith. I had an NDE when my heart stopped..I already had faith..believed in God..but I'm sure there was a reason..which will become clear I suppose..when I need it the most. I didn't feel inclined to write a book about it..but I share when someone is interested. Still..no matter how many I might share this with..I'm met with more skepticism than a UFO abduction...go figure. I guess some figure if they don't have that binding faith..they don't have to worry about being a good person? Do you suppose serial killers believe in God and heaven? One of my favorite people on God's green earth was severely beaten throughout his childhood..he's one of the most generous people I know but doesn't believe in God. I wonder..if that's because he's a scientist or because God didn't help him escape a painful and horrific childhood. Heck..people blame God when they can't pay the rent..or the dog gets hit..or or or.. The day was bad and I'm over emotional and life really sucks..why God? You could hire a psychic to tell you that by adversity and pain..do we mature and grow but if you're having a bad day, you're over emotional and life sucks...you don't want to hear that. You want it fixed, which is pretty much what I've been saying all day. Then someone paints a beautiful picture of life after death and you either want to choke him or hurry up and get there... Ah..life IS a muddled ..convoluted mystery..

I remember somebody once saying that the reason God puts people through hell on earth is so they will appreciate Heaven when they get there. Maybe these near death experiences where people see all of these beautiful, wonderful things is meant to provide a little incentive. You know...kind of give people a glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel so they know they have something to look forward to. Most of the stories I have read about people who have had these NDEs said that it changed their lives for the better. Perhaps they were feeling a little bit lost and God just gave them a pat on the shoulder and a nudge in the right direction.

www.oddee.com/item_98610.aspx 7 Fascinating Near-Death Experiences6/12/2013 What happens when we die? Is there an afterlife? Thousands of stories from people who were clinically dead, but then came back to life, share similarities: a warm white light, a tunnel, and dead friends or family welcoming them. Check out some of the most amazing near-death experiences on record. (1) Anita Moorjani's NDE, and her amazing recovery from terminal cancer & coma Anita Moorjani, an ethnic Indian woman from Hong Kong, had end stage cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) and was being cared for at home, but on the morning of February 2, 2006 she did not wake up. She had fallen into a coma. Doctors said she would not make it beyond the next 36 hours since her organs were no longer functioning and her body had started to swell up, creating open skin lesions. In spite of this, Anita saw and heard the conversations between her husband and the doctors that were taking place outside her room about 40 feet away down a hallway. She also saw her brother on a plane, having heard the news that she was dying, coming to see her. Both things were later confirmed. Then she claims to have "crossed over to another dimension, where I was engulfed in a total feeling of love. I also experienced extreme clarity of why I had the cancer, why I had come into this life in the first place, what role everyone in my family played in my life in the grand scheme of things, and generally how life works. I realized what a gift life was, and that I was surrounded by loving spiritual beings, who were always around me even when I did not know it. I found out that my purpose now would be to live ‘heaven on earth' using this new understanding, and also to share this knowledge with other people." CONTINUE READING: www.oddee.com/item_98610.aspx

www.unexplained-mysteries.com/column.php?id=252772Those we meet on the wayPosted on Tuesday, 13 August, 2013 Columnist: Mark Dohle It is often true that some of the favors or mercies, shown to us by others, those most remembered, are the small instances that may make the biggest impact. Perhaps this is so because it can be done in such a spontaneous manner, done freely and without any thought of getting anything in return. There was an instance I guess more than a few years ago, when a plane crashed landed, in France (?), I believe. The worst of course was thought to have happened and that there would be many dead and injured. Yet, when the rescue crews got there, all the people were out of the plane, safe and sound. It seemed that those who were passing by in their cars, stopped and helped. Got the people out of the plane and then when everyone was safe, they just left, got back in there cars and drove off…. neither waiting for, nor, wanting any kind of recognition. It happened spontaneously. Now the people who helped out, because the plane was not on fire etc., possibly did not think they did all that much. For after all, they did not risk life and limb in doing their good deed. Yet for those who were helped, I would think this would have a deep impact on their lives and hopefully on those that they would meet for the rest of their earthly lives. I would suppose we all do things like that in our lives, helped out someone without any thought that we were doing anything important and who knows, possibly we do it more than we know, because again, it is done without thought, without ego and without any thought of being seen or watched. In the NDE, whatever anyone wants to make of the tunnel, light, the being of love etc., to believe it is real or not, is in the end unimportant. I say this because I believe the “the life review” is at the heart of the experience, at least for those who came back. If you read the accounts of those who had NDE’s, some of the most important acts done by those having the experience of reviewing their life, were about helping others in ways that were considered unimportant, small and of no significance. It is a strange development and if thought about and deeply pondered, can throw on its head many of the things we think important, but in reality may not be at all. They are modern parables given to be meditated upon.

www.unknowncountry.com/news/nde-discovery-brain-found-be-highly-active-just-after-death NDE Discovery: Brain Found to Be 'Highly Active' Just After DeathThursday, August 15, 2013 The near-death experience reported by cardiac arrest survivors worldwide may be grounded in science, according to research at the University of Michigan. Previously, it was not believed that the brain could be active after death, but now it appears that there is a burst of superconsicous activity for about 30 seconds AFTER its blood flow has stopped. Some scientists are saying that this is proof that the near-death experience is 'all in the brain,' but others aren't so sure. A U-M study showed shortly after clinical death, in which the heart stops beating and blood stops flowing to the brain, rats display brain activity patterns characteristic of conscious perception. “This study, performed in animals, is the first dealing with what happens to the neurophysiological state of the dying brain,” says lead study author Jimo Borjigin, Ph.D., associate professor of molecular and integrative physiology and associate professor of neurology at the University of Michigan Medical School. “It will form the foundation for future human studies investigating mental experiences occurring in the dying brain, including seeing light during cardiac arrest,” she says. Approximately 20 percent of cardiac arrest survivors report having had a near-death experience during clinical death. These visions and perceptions have been called “realer than real,” according to previous research, but it remains unclear whether the brain is capable of such activity after cardiac arrest. “We reasoned that if near-death experience stems from brain activity, neural correlates of consciousness should be identifiable in humans or animals even after the cessation of cerebral blood flow,” she says. Researchers analyzed the recordings of brain activity called electroencephalograms (EEGs) from nine anesthetized rats undergoing experimentally induced cardiac arrest. www.unexplained-mysteries.com/news/262694/heart-attack-victim-there-is-an-afterlifeHeart attack victim: 'there is an afterlife'Posted on Friday, 21 February, 2014 An Ohio man whose heart stopped for 45 minutes after suffering a massive heart attack says he ended up on a heavenly pathway lined with flowers and spoke with his dead in-laws as doctors feverishly tried to get his heart going again. bob Miller, 41, recently suffered a massive heart attack involving his main artery and was doing well after receiving treatment at University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center in Ohio, according to FOX 8. Miller's heart, according to medical staff at the hospital, went into a deadly arrhythmia called ventricular fibrillation. "His heart is just quivering in there. It's not able to pump. It's not doing anything," said Emily Bishop, bob's ICU nurse. "He was down for close to 45 minutes." While this was happening, however, Miller said he got a taste of heaven. "The only thing I remember is I started seeing a light and started walking toward the light," explained Miller, who said he ended up on a heavenly path with flowers and was walking toward the light when his mother-in-law, Kay, who he had buried a week earlier stopped him. "She was the most beautiful thing when I seen her. It was like the first day I met her. [She] looked so happy," said Miller of his mother-in-law. "She grabbed hold of my arm and told me, 'It's not your time. You don't need to be here. We need to take you back. You have things to go home and do.'" He said after what felt like about 15 minutes, he also saw his father-in-law, Jack. "Her husband, Jack, was back there waving at me giving me a smile. And she just told me to go home. And walked me back," he said. Miller's heartbeat returned after that and he recovered miraculously with no brain damage. "There is an afterlife and people need to believe in it big time," said the father of three daughters. humansarefree.com/2015/02/neuroscientist-describes-documented.html#sthash.t9hBA00e.dpufNeuroscientist Describes Documented Cases of Humans “Flying” Outside of Their BodyScientific knowledge is expanding every day at an exponential rate, and the implications of new developments, particularly those that challenge the current framework regarding the true nature of reality, are far-reaching indeed. One area that continues to become a focal point of study for many physicians and neuroscientists is the relationship between mind, brain, and consciousness. Is the brain a receiver of consciousness, or is consciousness a product of the brain? Although science has not yet shown with absolute certainty that consciousness exists separately from our physical organs, there is a lot of evidence (both anecdotal and scientific) which indicates that consciousness is something completely separate – that it continues on even after we have deceased, that it is and can be a separate “thing” from the brain. There seems to be a lot of consistency when it comes to studies that have examined this issue. New findings within this field are rapidly changing how we perceive and relate to the physical world. Below is a video of Dr. Bruce Greyson speaking at a conference that was held by the United Nations. He is considered to be one of the “fathers” of near death studies. He is Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Science at the University of Virginia. In the video he describes documented cases of individuals who were clinically dead (showing no brain activity), but observing everything that was happening to them on the medical table below at the same time. He describes how there have been many instances of this – where individuals are able to describe things that should have been impossible to describe. Another significant statement by Dr Greyson posits that this type of study has been discouraged due to our tendency to view science as completely materialistic. Seeing is believing, so to speak, in the scientific community. It’s unfortunate that just because we cannot explain something through materialistic means, it must be instantly discredited. The simple fact that “consciousness” itself is a non-physical “thing” is troubling for some scientists to comprehend, and as a result of it being non material, they believe it cannot be studied by science. www.columbiachronicle.com/health_and_tech/article_c9d4c8e0-f06d-11e4-9121-5bc920b11d04.html Roots of near-death experiences explored Posted: Monday, May 4, 2015 by Rashmi Shivni The experience of imminent death was first described in the 19th century. In recent decades, this concept of the “life review” or “near-death experience” perceived by those poised on the threshold of death has reached the status of cultural trope even though no empirical evidence has established its existence. A research team led by Jimo Borjigin, an associate professor of molecular & integrative physiology and neurology at the University of Michigan’s Medical School, has published data that seems to pinpoint a biological basis for claims such as “My life flashed before my eyes,” or “I saw a white light at the end of a tunnel.” “Death is such a grave subject— no one wants to discuss it,” Borjigin said. “It was almost like a dirty word, but there’s huge public interest in near-death experiences.” Borjigin said that for a long time, both researchers and the public have viewed death as the process of the body shutting down, but a 2013 study she co-authored titled, “Surge of Neurophysiological Coherence and Connectivity in the Dying Brain,” published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, found that this is not the case. Researchers recorded signs of high-frequency brain waves following cardiac arrest up to the point when patients flatlined. This research may have illuminated the first non-supernatural origins of the near-death experience and why they occur. Borjigin and her team published the next stage of research on April 6 in the same journal. The paper considers what brain activity physically means in the grand scheme of dying. In the follow-up study, the researchers induced asphyxia in nine lab mice using carbon dioxide rather than the anesthetic used on mice in the initial study protocol, and monitored the heart and brain with a new device called the electrocardiomatrix. The ECM was developed at the Borjigin laboratory at UM and is like an electrocardiogram but monitors synchronized brain signals and heart rhythms beat-by-beat for periods longer than an hour. “In previous research, patients were studied solely at the heart,” Borjigin said. “You must look at the brain and heart simultaneously because one has a lethal effect on the other. We are trying to correlate different stages of cardiac failure to what the brain is doing at the time.” These findings suggest the heart deteriorates further when brain signals to the heart increase. According to Omar Mabrouk, research investigator of the Kennedy Group at UM, the euphoric perceptions commonly felt as revelations and second chances are most likely due to the excessive release of neurotransmitters during frantic brain-to-heart communication. dailygrail.com/Religion-and-Spirituality/2015/8/Exploring-Overlapping-Themes-Between-NDEs-and-UFOAlien-Encounters Exploring Overlapping Themes Between NDEs and UFO/Alien EncountersPosted by red pill junkie 25 Aug 2015 Last week I received a last-minute invitation to join Gene and Chris on The Paracast on Thursday. It was the beginning of a chain of SNAFUs on my part, in which I found myself out of home and unable to return at the appointed hour of our Skype seesion, and couldn't even warn Gene because my phone ran out of battery and megabytes on my data plan --fortunately Gene was kind enough to re-schedule to later in the evening. Chris on his part also suffered problems of his own and couldn't join us (it turned out his good friend, Zuni elder Clifford Mahooty, had a sudden health problem and Chris went to his aid. It seems Clifford is doing much better now and is out of danger, but I'm sure many Grailers will still want to send out his prayers and good wishes to him). So in the end it was me, Gene and Curt Collins of Blue Blurry Lines who filled in as guest co-host. Despite the initial mishaps --and the occasional technical problem on my end-- it was a delightful conversation which took on a rather weird spin: We started up with the usual UFOlogical subjects --including "the topic that shall not be named", which is how Gene refers to the Roswell slides brouhaha of May 5th-- but then for some reason I can't fully explain --and bear in mind I came to the interview *completely* unprepared, worried only about getting back home on time-- I shifted the chat into deeper and fringier waters, when I mentioned the apparent similarities between near-death experiences (NDEs) and what is commonly referred to as 'alien abductions' --I guess sometimes it pays to 'play it by ear'! We talked about many other things, in that episode --which you can listen to by clicking here-- but then on the next Friday, Gene sent my a second e-mail asking if I would be interested in writing a little editorial for the Paracast Newsletter, 900-1000 words long, expanding on these overlappings between NDEs and alien encounters. At first I agreed (since I still felt in debt with Gene for behaving so unprofessionally the day before) not knowing whether I would be able to add anything beyond what I had already mentioned on the interview. Then I had the insight of asking Mike Clelland for help; Mike has been looking into the direct contact experience with a very 'out-of-left-field' approach which would be completely unheard of in uptight organizations like MUFON --that's why I enjoy reading his Hidden Experience blog so much, and also look forward to his upcoming book about owls and alien encounters. Mike quickly replied back and pointed to a Hidden Experience audio conversation he recorded with Dr. Suzanne Gordon in 2013, which dealt with exactly this kind of criss-crossing correlations, between the type of liminal experiences that are often regarded as independent of each other by traditional investigation --if an NDE subject were to fill a questionnaire prepared by a UFO organization, the results might conclude him to be a an alien abductee, and viceversa. Mike also adviced me to look into the work of NDE researcher Dr. Kenneth Ring, who was among the first to observe these correlations with an open mind --others who were unafraid to look into these overlappings were the late Dr. John Mack, and of course Terence McKenna, the 'Bard' of the psychedelic movement. With all this I began to expand upon my notes more and more, and then after my mind was 'fully pregnant' with potential I set myself to the task, and did not stop until the 'small' 900-1000 word-long editorial grew into a 4650-word behemoth, which I titled "Charon's Silvery Boat: Overlappings Between Near Death Experiences and UFO/Alien Encounters." Here's a sample of what I wrote, treating both types of experiences as if they were different manifestations of the same phenomenon: WATCH VIDEO & CONTINUE READING: dailygrail.com/Religion-and-Spirituality/2015/8/Exploring-Overlapping-Themes-Between-NDEs-and-UFOAlien-Encounters

dailygrail.com/Spirit-World/2017/9/What-is-Near-Death-Experience-Researchers-Uncover-the-Most-Frequent-ElementsWhat is a Near Death Experience? Researchers Uncover the Most Frequent Elements of NDEs, and the Order They OccurPosted by Greg 01 Sep 2017 We all know what a near-death experience (NDE) is, right? Someone near death suddenly finds themselves 'out' of their body (and 'out-of-body experience'); they find themselves traveling down a 'tunnel'; they see a bright light; they meet with dead friends and family in another realm; they are turned back, and return to life, no longer fearing death. We all know this because it has been laid out many times, perhaps most influentially by Raymond Moody in his 1975 classic Life After Life: "A man is dying and, as he reaches the point of greatest physical distress, he hears himself pronounced dead by his doctor. He begins to hear an uncomfortable noise, a loud ringing or buzzing, and at the same time feels himself moving very rapidly through a long dark tunnel. After this, he suddenly finds himself outside of his own physical body, but still in the immediate physical environment, and he sees his own body from a distance, as though he is a spectator. He watches the resuscitation attempt from this unusual vantage point and is in a state of emotional upheaval.
After a while, he collects himself and becomes more accustomed to his odd condition. He notes that he still has a “body”, but one of a very different nature and with very different powers from the physical body he has left behind. Soon other things begin to happen. Others come to meet and to help him. He glimpses the spirits of relatives and friends who have already died, and a loving warm spirit of a kind he has never encountered before – a being of light – appears before him. This being asks him a question, nonverbally, to make him evaluate his life and helps him along by showing him a paannamic, instantaneous playback of the major events in his life. At some point he finds himself approaching some sort of barrier or border, apparently representing the limit between earthly life and the next life. Yet he finds that he must go back to the earth, that the time of his death has not yet come. At this point he resists, for by now he is taken up with his experiences in the afterlife and does not want to return. He is overwhelmed by intense feelings of joy, love and peace. Despite his attitude, though, he somehow reunites with his physical body and lives.
Later, he tries to tell others, but he has trouble doing so. In the first place, he can find no human words adequate to describe these unearthly episodes. He also finds that others scoff, so he stops telling other people. Still, the experience affects his life profoundly, especially his views about death and its relationship to life."Five years later, researcher Kenneth Ring made the first documented attempt to establish a chronological order of NDE features. Using a sample of 102 NDErs he constructed the 'Weighted Core Experience Index' (WCEI), and proposed a 5-stage temporality sequence of NDEs: (1) “An experience of peace, well-being, and an absence of pain,” (2) “a sense of detachment from the physical body, progressing to an OBE,” (3) “entering darkness, a tunnel experience with paannamic memory, and a predominantly positive effect,” (4) “an experience of light that is bright, warm, and attractive,” and (5) “entering the light; meeting persons or figures.” However, apart from Ring's effort there has been very little scientific research done on the 'temporal structure' (ie., the sequence) of NDE elements. So a new paper, "Temporality of Features in Near-Death Experience Narratives", is a welcome addition to the NDE research corpus. As the paper's authors note, "investigating the temporality of NDE features may permit to highlight relationships and connections among them and, more generally, address the challenging question as to whether the patterns of NDEs are regular." www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2017/11/daily-2-cents-weird-creature-in-indiana.html 'The Bus Is Full'Wednesday, November 15, 2017 Posted by Lon Strickler / plus.google.com/+LonStrickler I recently received the following account: This little event took place in 1985 when I was seven years old. I was not in the room when it happened, but my father and mother, along with other relatives, were. My paternal grandfather lay dying of cancer in the living room of my grandparents’ house which was located in Northern New Jersey. The situation was irreversible, so he was brought home from the hospital along with a portable hospital bed to put in the house. In addition, a hospice nurse was visiting twice a day to make sure his final days were as comfortable as possible. I remember seeing him for the last time and he was completely unresponsive - hooked up to an IV because he wasn’t conscious enough to eat or drink. In addition, he was on heavy pain medication which added to his coma-like state. Two or three nights after he was was brought home, my parents were at the house with my grandmother and my father’s sister, aunt, and uncle. They were all together in the house keeping a sort of vigil over my grandfather who was expected to pass away at any time. Then, all of a sudden, my grandfather sat up in bed and stared at the group. My father said he appeared as lucid as could be, and when he saw everybody he asked in a clear, calm voice, “What’s everyone doing here?” Not knowing how to respond, my father replied, “We’re here playing Canasta” (a card game which used to be popular, for those unfamiliar). “Oh,” my grandfather said, apparently accepting of the answer. What he said next is the interesting part. He went on: “A bus just came for me. The driver said that the bus is full, so he has to drop off the other passengers before he comes back to pick me up.” With that, he immediately lay back down and fell back into the subconscious state that he had been in for the past couple of days. Twenty minutes later, my father noticed that my grandfather had stopped breathing - he had passed on. - Keith in NJ www.phantomsandmonsters.com/2017/11/daily-2-cents-weird-creature-in-indiana.html

alien-code.com/2018/05/14/aliens-beyond-life/ ALIENS BEYOND LIFE May 14, 2018 by Alien Code / alien-code.com/author/1ej7ch/Would you have ever imagined that in the waiting room of death there are extraterrestrials willing to accompany us in our transit to the next life? Or that the afterlife is, in reality, a colony of spacecraft from other worlds? Is it because the ancient gods, to whom we still worship, belonged to an alien race? In La prueba (Planeta, 2016), the researcher and collaborator of Año / Cero Mado Martínez explores an unprecedented variant of near-death experiences (NDEs): its close relationship with the UFO phenomenon. I met Dimitre S. Assenov through the scientific dissemination magazine Ispectrum Magazine. Based in Salt Lake City, in the state of Utah (USA), this Bulgarian engineer in Geology and Hydrogeology did doctoral studies in Nuclear and Environmental Engineering, and accumulates great knowledge of engineering and nuclear physics. In addition, he has a master’s degree and will soon obtain his well-deserved doctor’s degree (Ph.D.). One of the things that most interest you is the deceleration of particles. Terribly concerned about the environmental impact of nuclear energy, Assenov is very committed to finding solutions in this regard. It was he who designed and patented the Nano Flex HLW technology, a safe means to recycle and dispose permanently, and much cheaper, of all nuclear waste of the highest toxic level. To give you an idea of the potential that Dimitre has in your hands, I will tell you that their technology can convert all the waste of the Fukushima nuclear disaster into feldspar and leave crop areas totally clean, because that’s what your Nano Flex does HLW, convert toxic waste (of various types) into feldspar (most common stones on our planet). Honestly, I know few men as smart as he is. You will be asking saint what I am telling you about all this. The reason is simple: Assenov confessed to me, these and other discoveries are part of a mission that the aliens entrusted him. And all because of an NDE. THE LAST BORDER It all started in 1967, the day Assenov had an NDE that would change his life forever. The seventeen-year-old had a damaged ear and was taking a medication called Torecan. Assenov entered the hospital with symptoms of stiffness and shortness of breath, until he lost consciousness and felt himself die. At first, he left his body and was able to contemplate himself lying on the hospital bed. The doctor told his father that Dimitre was dying, and that there was nothing they could do to save him, because they did not know what was happening to him and the medical tests they had given him did not shed any light. I WAS FLOATING At one point, a nurse told the doctor: “Give a belonal [atropine, a compound of belladonna] to the poor creature so that it will at least have a decent death.” It was the last thing Assenov ever heard. He was floating at ceiling level, watching himself lying on the bed, watching his father cry while his friend, the doctor and the nurse watched him, but he did not hear anything. He did not feel his body, nor felt connected to him. I just had a feeling of tranquility. He noticed that the air was electrified and saw a few small flashes of light. After, everything changed drastically. He entered a dark tunnel with a kind of centrifugal and rotating force. He gave the impression that inside the tunnel there were some kind of rings through which he was flying. He realized that he could see through the walls of that tunnel, that he could see the space, but it was also a dark place. As his passage through the tunnel accelerated, he glimpsed a very bright spot in front of him. Immediately, he saw passages of his life that happened more and more quickly, as he was approaching the time of his seventeen years. At the end of the last of those passages of his life, he jumped from the tunnel into a bright, white and fluorescent space. «That space was so bright and relaxing. The light was so bright and electrifying that I could see it as flashes of small particles rotating slowly. I was flying slowly through this light, as a bank of fog could do around you, “recalled Assenov. It was then that he saw the being who appeared before him dressed in white: “He appeared out of nowhere before me, he was an old man dressed in a long dress. It offered a wet look, with no defined lines on the face, as if it were a holograph. He started talking to me, although I could not hear his voice, but everything he said echoed in my brain like an echo. We were talking for a long time and, in the end, He told me that I could not stay there any longer, that I had a mission to fulfill and that I should return. At that time he did not tell me what the mission consisted of, but he told me that they would let me know when the time came, in great detail. Then I would know everything I would need to know. It was slowly disappearing in the bright light. I tried to ask him, but he interrupted me by telling me that he would know all the answers when the time came ». The time has come. Assenov was left alone in that space of light, trying to investigate everything that was around him, the nature of that glow, etc. His determination to want to see more things, because that was what his mind had focused on, was satiated with the appearance of a small window that opened before him, through which he was able to see in a different dimension than I was hardly able to explain myself, although he did tell me that it was similar to being inside a hexagon: “And there it was like seeing everything under the lens of a supermicroscope, everything had larger and more detailed dimensions, different structures of movement that I managed to understand. Several decades later, I saw them again in dreams ». After a while, that window closed and was absorbed back through the tunnel. In the first place, and after that, Assenov was able to open the window at will and lean out to see anything he wanted. After that window disappeared and was replaced by an unusual ability: “I could see through people’s clothes, even through their body. If there was an area of the organism that did not work well, I saw it as a bright brown color with a spongy texture […] I soon lost interest in reading books, because after the first ten pages, I knew how the story and how it ended, inexplicably, as if I had read it before. I was often able to predict what others were going to tell me, what they thought or what their intentions were. This seemed so fascinating to me that I secretly enjoyed playing with this skill. Another of the changes that I accused was that I started having dreams in which I predicted what would happen, in many cases several days in advance. Dreams, moreover, became a great source of knowledge. I saw drawings, explanations, ways of doing things. I was able to anticipate the death of my mother. My behavior became analytical, as if it did not exist, calm and cold, nothing surprised me ». CYCLICAL HISTORY Assenov told me he had been talking about many things and for a long time with that being who was dressed in white, and this is where we got to the heart of the matter, in the things he said and in what happened next: The man in white told me in detail that the earth had already been visited four times before. The reason: a transitional experiment, roughly. The human race was implanted. It does not come from monkeys. Those four times corresponded with four races. The fifth was from a mutation. This visit would correspond with the end of the solar year, when all the objects of the solar system meet on one side of the Sun. It would also correspond to the relocation of the solar system in the galactic arm. […] We are currently almost at the end of the last cycle. It remains 5.5% for it to end. » When this engineer told me all about the four races before us, I immediately remembered the famous theosophist Madame Blavatsky (1831-1888), a freemason co-founder of the Theosophical Society and its greatest discloser. Blavatsky, in his book The Secret Doctrine, defended an “antehumanity” with many points in common with the ancient Aryan legends. He spoke of four races before ours. The fifth race would be the one that originated in Atlantis. Regrettably, these stories were badly cut in the Nazi minds. he defended an “antehumanity” with many points in common with the ancient Aryan legends. He spoke of four races before ours. The fifth race would be the one that originated in Atlantis. Regrettably, these stories were badly cut in the Nazi minds. Also the Mayans, Aztecs and other Mesoamerican peoples believed that there had been other worlds or suns before this, each identified with a certain race or human species. Later, Assenov entered fully into extraterrestrial matter: “The aliens came to earth and implanted the human embryo. Once they began to reproduce, they let the process run its course. They hoped that the life expectancy was greater, but it was not like that. At first the aliens left some of their own people in charge of the mission. Life expectancy was so short that it almost became extinct. A genetic extension was necessary. They mixed with the human females to reproduce, but there was not much luck and, at 43,200 years or so, they also became extinct. The next step was to program some humans through a complicated process of abduction … … Many of these cases were in the NDE group. These humans were discreetly programmed and ‘released’ as members of a survival clan. At present, they do not reach five percent of the total world population, but this number is already capable of governing the world when the time comes […]. The aliens among us work to establish a context of order before the time of contact arrives, in order to avoid the panic and altercations that took place in previous visits. They work diligently to involve enough mutants in the system through the NDEs in order to establish the aforementioned order. ” After these confessions, the engineer revealed to me the nature of that mission that the “man in white” that was found during his NDE told him that he would know in due time: “Until now I have received two instructions. The first was to move to Salt Lake City to be part of a group of contactees – Assenov kept the name of this group anonymous. The second instruction I received was that I devote myself to developing the technology to recycle toxic waste. To do so, I received information in dreams: details, drawings, theoretical explanations, etc. I did it like that. And now I am waiting for new instructions, although I do not stop receiving information every night ». RECORD X OF THE ECM The story about the plans of the aliens for humanity that this engineer revealed to me almost terrified me. The first thing I did was to get in touch with the IANDS, an entity of which I am a member, and sit down to review their file of testimonies carefully. And the second, consult the archive of the Foundation for the Investigation of Near Death Experiences (NDERF, for its acronym in English), with which I have been in constant contact for years. It took me a long time to discover other cosmic narratives directly related to aliens, but the effort had its reward, because I found many more cases than expected. Here are some of them: «[…] I remember that I rushed through a black tunnel and, as I was accelerating, I heard voices. I expected my turn before the light. Somehow, I was told that it was not my time. I complained, and then they took me from the end of the queue and gave me a guided tour of the city of light. There was a library filled with an overwhelming number of books. They showed me a river that looked like glass. They also showed me an immense door with symbols, and I remember that I identified one of them, although right now I could not say which one it was. I also had a paannamic view of my life. And I remember that I was with aliens in a spaceship […] ». (Anonymous story, NDE due to suicide, IANDS file). «[…] I hyperventilated and stopped breathing. I felt as if some aliens were moving me away from the earth towards the light, which was like a tunnel, but maybe they were guardian angels. I felt a lot of love and beauty. It was a feeling of peace. I did not want it to end. They gave me a choice: go back through the tunnel and live or move on through this tunnel. I entered into a kind of negotiation deal because I wanted to know what would happen to my mother, my husband and my loved ones if I decided to die, and then I saw my future, a future that I had not yet lived, I saw myself having children and doing all the Things that I still had to do. I realized that it was not my time yet. I remember that I was thinking about how we lived on earth, and how we were humans, and what our existence on the planet was like, but I was thinking from a higher level. I felt I had to return […] and I started to breathe back to earth […] ». (Story by Jacqui C., United States, file of the NDERF). «[…] I wanted to return with those angels, or extraterrestrials, whatever they were. […] I believe in angels, extraterrestrials and other dimensions. […] I knew how the universe worked, that God is probably extraterrestrial, that negativity is only a matter of the body and that, apart from Him, you are only the love of the purest […] ». (Lynne H., ECM as a result of a delivery, file of the NDERF). After this brief tour around these experiences, I am assailed by a doubt: does this writing form part of supposed extraterrestrial plans? After all, according to Assenov, the aliens use the NDE to program some humans in order to spread certain messages and carry out their plans. I do not know, and if I stopped to think about it a lot, I think it would drive me crazy. And you? alien-code.com/2018/05/14/aliens-beyond-life/

www.dailygrail.com/2017/05/memories-of-near-death-experiences-are-more-real-than-real/ Memories of Near Death Experiences are ‘More Real Than Real’by Greg / www.dailygrail.com/author/greg/Friday, May 19th A new study of near-death experiences (NDEs) has given a scientific footing to the oft-reported effect of the experience feeling ‘more real than real’ (e.g. ‘‘My death experience is more real to me than life”; ‘‘It was more real than real: absolute reality”; ‘‘I have no doubt that this experience was real. It was vastly more real than anything we experience here”.) Intrigued by such accounts, long-time NDE researcher Dr Bruce Greyson and co-author Lauren Moore set out to investigate the reliability of these strange memories of another world encountered during a brush with death: Several factors commonly associated with near-death experiences may cast doubt on the reliability of memories of the event: (1) NDEs often occur in the presence of cardiac arrest, which often produces some amnesia for the event; (2) they may occur under the influence of potentially psychoactive medications, which can alter memories; (3) they usually occur in traumatic situations, which are known to influence the accuracy of memory; (4) they are usually associated with strong positive emotion, which may influence memory; and (5) they are sometimes reported long after the event, a factor that has been shown to reduce the detail and vividness of memories. All of these factors have raised questions about the reliability of memories of near-death experiences. In contrast to these reasons to question the reliability of NDE memories, near-death experiencers themselves usually harbor no doubts at all. In fact, it is the norm for near-death experiencers to describe the NDE as ‘‘realer than real” or ‘‘more real than anything else I’ve ever experienced”. Greyson and Moore administered a test known as the Memory Characteristics Questionnaire to 122 survivors of a close brush with death who reported having a near-death experience. The test is based on findings that memories of real events tend to contain more perceptual information (e.g. color and sound), more contextual information (e.g. recall of the surrounding time and place), more meaningful supporting detail such as emotional information, and and fewer elements that are bizarre. NDErs completed the questionnaire for three different memories – their near-death experience, a real event that occurred around the same time, and an event imagined around the same time – so a comparison could be made. The results were surprising: NDE memories were ranked ‘more real’ than the real events: The data from this study suggest that memories of NDEs are not comparable to memories of imagined events. Memories of NDEs were rated higher on the MCQ than memories of real events, which in turn were rated higher than memories of imagined events. Our observation that MCQ scores are higher for memories of a real event than memories of an imagined event are consistent with previous studies by Johnson et al. (1988) and with what would be expected in comparing memories of real and imagined events. The fact that MCQ scores were even higher for NDEs suggests that they are recalled as even ‘‘more real” than real events, which is in line with how NDErs describe them. Our findings are consistent with those of Thonnard et al. (2013) and Palmieri et al. (2014), both of whom concluded that recollections of NDEs were suggestive of memories of real experiences rather false memories of imagined experiences. www.dailygrail.com/2017/05/memories-of-near-death-experiences-are-more-real-than-real/

Leading Near-Death Experience Researcher Bruce Greyson Signs a Major Book Dealby Greg / www.dailygrail.com/author/greg/Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 The field of near-death experience (NDE) research – like many other ‘fringe sciences’ – has its fair share of opportunists, people who care more about making some money than getting to the bottom of the mystery. There are a few scientists, however, who command respect – from not just people interested in the topic, but also their scientific peers – such as resuscitation expert Dr Sam Parnia, and Dr Bruce Greyson, Professor of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the University of Virginia. When it comes to the NDE, Bruce Greyson is an authority – he has been actively researching near-death experiences in an academic setting for the best part of four decades, is a founder and past-president of the International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS), and for over 25 years was the editor of the Journal of Near-Death Studies. I was lucky enough to interview Dr Greyson as part of the research for my book Stop Worrying! There Probably is an Afterlife, and his responses to my questions showed both the passion he has for his area of research, but also his careful skepticism. For example, when I asked him why, as a scientist, he got involved in such a ‘heretical’ area of research, he replied that “once I understood that near-death experiences are fairly common events (reported by 10-20% of people who come close to death) and that they have profound and long-lasting effects on experiencers’ attitudes, beliefs, values, and behavior, it became for me a valid area for scientific investigation.” And on further questioning about whether his passion for the topic meant he was a believer: When it comes to whether he thinks the NDE is a glimpse into some sort of an afterlife however, Greyson is more circumspect. “We have a lot of data leading us toward or away from various hypotheses, but we are very far from understanding all the factors that contribute to people having NDEs”, he confesses. But Greyson’s carefulness in not jumping to conclusions applies equally to prosaic answers put forward by skeptics as solutions to the mystery of the NDE: he notes that none of these explanations have been supported by any research evidence thus far – and most of them are in fact contradicted by the evidence currently available. The NDE remains a scientific mystery. Given Bruce Greyson’s depth of knowledge on this fascinating topic, his own ‘on-the-ground’ investigations of near-death experience accounts, and his wonderful, grounded approach to studying them, I was therefore very excited to learn that he recently signed a major book deal to share his journey with readers: After: A Skeptical Scientist’s Journey to Understand Life, Death, and Beyond reveals the evidence from 45 years of research and interviews with more than 1,000 people, suggesting that consciousness is not produced by the brain and may continue after death. Susanna Wadeson, head of non-fiction, acquired UK and Commonwealth rights for Transworld from Caspian Dennis at Abner Stein while US rights were sold to George Witte at St Martin’s Press by Doug Abrams at Idea Architects, both in major deals at auction, for publication early in 2021. Translation rights are under offer in multiple territories by Camilla Ferrier at the Marsh Agency. Greyson said: “Most people struggle with questions about the meaning of life and death and what may happen after we die. Now, for the first time, science is bringing some clarity to these questions and what they mean for how we live. I’m thrilled to have Transworld working with me to bring this message to a wider audience.” Wadeson said: “Dr Greyson’s work is unique, and his proposal is compelling, fascinating and provocative. This book will appeal to all those searching for more about near death-experience, to popular science readers, and to those interested in more philosophical questions about consciousness. And what is particularly appealing about the material is the journey we take with Dr Greyson the scientist as we read. This is very exciting.” The only bad news is that it’s not due for release until 2021! Really looking forward to this one, and so very glad to see a fantastic researcher being signed up by a major publisher. www.dailygrail.com/2019/04/leading-near-death-experience-researcher-bruce-greyson-signs-a-major-book-deal/

www.coasttocoastam.com/article/man-emerges-from-casket-two-days-after-being-declared-dead-recalls-vivid-nde/Man Emerges from Casket Two Days After Being Declared Dead, Recalls Vivid NDESeptember 19, 2022 By Tim Binnall / www.coasttocoastam.com/pages/tim-binnall/In a wild story out of Nigeria, a man was declared dead and set to be buried, when he suddenly came back to life two days later, crawled out of his casket, and recounted a vivid near-death experience wherein he visited Heaven. According to a local media report, the amazing story began on September 5th when Godwin Ugeelu Amadu sought medical treatment for severe chest pain. While visiting the doctor, his condition worsened to the point that he apparently appeared to have passed away and he was subsequently declared dead. Fortunately for the man, he had given his children strict instructions regarding his burial, which ultimately may have ironically saved his life. Amadu insisted to his family that he not be embalmed and that he should be buried two or three days following his death. The man's children dutifully followed his instructions and set about having his grave ready for services on September 7th. As Amadu had served as a doctor for the village where he lived, his son Jacob explained, "sympathizers around the community were crying while others assembled in different locations discussing the sad event of his passing." After mourners paid their respects at his open casket, it was brought into a nearby building to prepare the box for burial, which is when the man's tale took a shocking turn. "We suddenly saw the casket shaking and eventually fell and my father woke up to the surprise of many people in the village," Jacob recalled. The sight of Amadu inexplicably alive again understandably shook the mourners, his son observed, "a lot of the men and women who had gathered ran away, believing that it was his ghost." Jacob tentatively approached his father and soon realized that he was still alive, albeit shaken by whatever he had experienced and, as such, he initially remained silent. It was not until a few days later that Amadu recounted what had occurred and his account is truly breathtaking. Amadu indicated that at the moment of his perceived death, his chest pain suddenly stopped and he felt a profound peacefulness come over him. "The clouds opened up and I saw something like a giant golden satellite suspended in space," he said, "there I was greeted by a 75-foot-tall angel who stood in front of the gate." Alongside this entity were two similar companions, who convened with each other and "later allowed me into the city of Heaven." Amadu claims, upon entry, he was greeted by "a childhood friend who died 22 years ago" and provided him with a proverbial tour of the ethereal realm, where the new arrival encountered other departed loved ones and even some of his ex-girlfriends. Similar to many who have had near-death experiences, Amadu said that he also had something of a 'life review,' showing him "all the events leading to my death." His visit to the 'other side' was brief, however, as soon "Christ appeared and raised me up from death," whereupon the man felt the sensation of waking up and being extremely cold. "Heaven is indeed an interesting place," Amadu mused, expressing mixed emotions about having to leave the awe-inspiring 'other side,' where, he said, free food is in abundance and the denizens "are all there enjoying life to the fullest." As one might imagine, the man's story has made him something of a sensation in his village, where he has given up work as a doctor in order to devote "the rest of my life on earth to the service of God." www.coasttocoastam.com/article/man-emerges-from-casket-two-days-after-being-declared-dead-recalls-vivid-nde/
