Thank you for posting this, Paulette. It's strange, but I don't remember reading most of it when it was on Ufomania. I normally read everything that was posted. I understand how you feel about Stiver. I feel the same way. She used to be a really good friend and a wonderful person, and I know that deep down inside she still is. She is just under a bad inluence right now. She put all of her faith in JJflash at the expense of the rest of her friends. The thing that hurts me the most about all of this is that I lost the trust that she once had in me. It still makes me sad to think about it. I wish her the best of luck.

OMG paulette. It's like I'm reading MY story except for small details here... We were upper middle class folks. My Mom was an alcoholic. (Another reason for the babysitting.) Same here... Same here. Climbing trees and fighting with the other boys in school... laughing at the girls who would put on makeup etc. Same here. Math was below average... my 7th grade English teacher couldn't believe it when she saw me reading "Brave New World" when I was 13. I wrote a novel between the ages of 12 and 15 about aliens. My parents were so proud... I don't have learning disabilities, but I have vision difficulties... (I hate math... lol...) I was always afraid of Robots... and people coming into my bedroom in the middle of the night... Sounds like you did some sleep-wallking. I still do that though. Maybe you almost got badly hurt or something and your parents were afraid... or... maybe they looked in your bedroom and saw you were gone, and looked around for you, then came back and you were back in bed because of "visitors". ~shrug~ I know that would have scared ME if that had happened to my niece while I was taking care of her... Same here. I read sci fi books beginning at age 10 with the Tripods Trilogy... and continued to read them through middle school and high school. Same here... I never had nosebleeds though. I had my septum straightened when I was 17... very painful operation... I do have sinus problems though. I often had sleep paralysis and lucid nightmare as a child. Waking up screaming was a normal thing for me to do then... and still happens now sometimes. That's scary... I would do that stuff all the time too, my mother would always come running... I have acted out dreams... but only when someone wakes me up while sleepwalking. It's happened maybe six times in my life... interesting... Wow............ cool..... I also feel that I should add here about your fear of elevators. I was afraid of them too for awhile, but I'm used to them now. However... when I was 4 I have a horrifying memory of DisneyLand (The happiest place on Earth.... right? ) My father decided to take me on the Matterhorn (hey i spelled it right on the first try yay!!). We got in the little car, I had never been on a roller coaster before in my life. After the ride started and started going down the mountain, I started screaming in hysterics. I remember (vividly) I was staring down at my feet and watching the lights move around them as we would plunge into darkness. It was horrifying. It was like I was outside of my body. I screamed so much and got so upset my FATHER started screaming too for them to stop the ride. They didn't of course...

I don't know if touched has read this or not but he might find it interesting. thanks sky ! Yes, I just read it all and I find this VERY interesting Paulette,, wow ! It seems imo anyway, that it not only started at an early age for you, but your children also ! I too remember something since I was very young, and as odd as it may sound, Im almost convinced it happened before I was born. You can read about this in the forum in the dreams section titled"dream or reality?". Im convinced that you and your children have had encounters . Your daughter saying that she came from the moon and jumped in your stomach will hit home once you read about the thread above, at least I think it will, it sure did for me reading about how she describes it anyway. It seems youve had an interesting journey through life with these encounters !! Thanks for sharing Paulette, after reading this, It makes me want to write out my life experiences although ive mentioned most of them, theyre just scattered about throughout the forum

"I wandered alone far from the house, sometimes accompanied by the family dog. We moved away from that house (my first UFO experience?) when I was 6 so I know I was little. When I was out on my own, I was comforted by nature - by trees, birds, etc. I talked to them and they talked back. I did many things instinctively which I later read about as shamantic practises and also Wiccan. No one told me - I made circles of smooth white stones, carefully selected. I concentrated on things to make the world go away...." Hi paulette! There is a lot more here that I sure can reference, and already have in my personal thread. I like the way you think and explain things, and I don't think any of your experience is "weird" for any specific reasons. I hope you continue to share jcurio

Folks - thanks for reviving this. I realize that it is a bit scrambled (with other people's comments) but I'm going to leave it as is. I'm glad that others here feel that they resonate with certain parts. It is substanciates what I typed on Steve's thread - I have been afraid at times but never said I loathed ETs and also never described what they looked like. I had hoped that the hypnotic regression would address that (and the woman who hypnotised me seemed disappointed that I didn't come up with a description). But what I have is what I have. I will only add - typing that on the Mufon forum TERRIFIED me. I thought I'd be judged crazy or even that the MIB would show up and escort me away for a brain wipe.

2014. After assuming that I had everything written down here, I read a post today that talked about punctures/needle marks, bruises etc. and suddenly another piece surfaced.
It was 1975 or 6 and I was working at Shoal Creek Hospital as an adelescent worker and med nurse on an intensive psych unit. I had wondered who worked before me in that job as the staff were very tight together (socialized after hours) but her name wasn't spoken or if it was (and I for sure have forgetten it) there was a silence. Turns out, I eventually found out that she was helping herself to the drugs in the med. room and injecting them on the spot. So people were testy about the possibility of someone being interested in stealing and using drugs.
So imagine my concern when one day I woke up and there was a huge circular bruise over the vein on my right arm. It wasn't sore, I hadn't seen it the day before but it sure stood out. So I faced the music, went in and talked to the day supervisor and showed it to her. I said I had no idea how it had gotten there; it didn't hurt; it wasn't there the day before.
She was understandably skeptical and painted it with betadene/iodine disenfectant to see if she could see a needle mark. There was none visible. In light of my my total innocence she suggested I wear long sleeves until it went away. The med room had random visits from her for awhile but again, I had nothing to hide and she got that. I didn't think about it anymore.
Now this occurred in Texas and there are black widow spiders there whose bite can cause a target-like bruise. Lyme's Disease tick bits can do that as well - but Lyme's Disease hadn't made it to Texas yet. And black widow bites HURT at the time and often the victim feels unwell and fluish for days. I felt nothing.
At the time, I lived alone in a small, almost cabin, on the edge of a city park. I had had various experiences around Austin and I remember a dream in which the room there was bathed in orange light and I was told to go to Canada. A long story and not directly in the time line of the mysterious bite or puncture over the veins on my right arm.
I now wonder (from far in the future) - was this really a bite. Or was I sampled??

I think we remember a "bite" because there is pain involved. No pain, or other such sensations on onset, but yet there are "marks"; decidedly weird. Even though I have become quite forgetful, if I run into the corner of a table with my thigh, I mentally think "that's going to bruise" and then I'm amazed when it doesn't. Other anomalous bruises, I rack my brain to think of what I did, and have to wonder if possibly its something I did by simply "sleep-walking" . I'm halfway through reading this thread (again) and thought you might find this interesting: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emma_Bull

I get quite a few weird puncture wounds and unexplainable cuts. Often the punctures will show up in the same location on both sides of my body at the same time. The cuts I usually wake up with in the morning and there is still fresh blood on them. And about two weeks after my first abduction experience I woke up in the night to feel something jab me right in the spine. It felt kind of like what a spider bite would feel like...I never saw any spider though. Never been bitten by one before or since then either. If it was a spider the timing was sure one heck of a coincidence. If it was the little grey space pirates I don't see why they would still be jabbing me after all these years though. Could they not get enough samples with the first few jabs? What if they are not just taking samples though? What if they are injecting things also? I read a theory once that humans are being used to create antibodies for diseases that the aliens have no natural immunity to. They inject us with the viruses and we make the antibodies for them and then they use that to inoculate themselves against the diseases. I suppose anything is possible. There's really no telling what those space clowns are up to.

Next time it happens, I hope to get a picture of it. Your logic sounds "sound" to me. I had previously (sorta) figured out that the MRSA virus was in my nose, even though most of the boils (breakouts) were on my upper back (remember?). I kept getting rows of "breakouts" in a line from my nose to my ear, on both sides of my face. We have a natural drainage tube that way, and that's exactly what it looked like. You may not have meant your comment about the punctures and possible virus testing like this also, but if you (them, whatever) inject something in a central spine location, you'd expect it to go equally to both sides? Think of the commercials where they try soap on one side of the face, and something different on the other? The last 2 identical wounds I had were on my outer thigh, about mid thigh. One of them healed up like a regular (?) wound, the other one had several small scabs that wouldn't go away for a long time. I had just decided to try compound&W on it (for a wart-like virus) and it went away.

one more thing that is personal to me, but hopefully keeps stirring memories for You, Paulette, and others . I've had my blood pressure taken quite frequently lately; each doctor's visit, where for a while there it was every week. Those little, round, bruises showed up soon after. On the underside of the arm that had the cuff, between my elbow and my shoulder. That mystery solved? Not quite. It doesn't explain how these marks show up when I haven't been to the doctor.

Ahhh intrepid leader...you bring up things I don't want to think about at all. I already figured they're up to no good for us..so the good must be for them. So maybe we're human petri dishes...yipeeeee

Somewhere here in the galaxy that is TEOR I have a series of posts about my past memories. I carefully transferred them here from the various other boards we were on (Mufan being the first). I did various searches here and suspect they are too far back to retrieve. I hope that isn't so. If you can find them, put this with them please.
A NEWLY RETREIVED MEMORY
Terry (husband) and I are driving back from a lovely Christmas dinner (2015) at someone else's house. It is freezing and there are newly formed frost crystals growing from the snow banks - long pointed crystals. I say to him (totally calmly): I used to have a Viewmaster when I was really little. The round film thingme's were inherited from my older brother. I remember a guy on a rearing horse. But my favorite was a picture of people standing in a space ship with a view outside. They were cruising over a frozen world with long ice crystals that shone in the light. I always really liked that one.
Then I got that intense creepy feeling. Was that really on my viewmaster? Movies about space and aliens were STILL IN BLACK AND WHITE in the theatres. There was one on TV later (Space cadets?) also black and white but I was older then. Did I REALLY HAVE a color picture of a winter scene from the window of a ship? With long white crystals that glittered in the dark?
Terry just said, "Maybe not on the Viewmaster." I kinda remember that there was a whole story, but I only remembered this bit. I was late 4, early 5? I don't think the Viewmaster came with us to Texas when we moved. (I was 7 then.
Mostly though it was the disorienting feeling of finding something in my mind that did not fit. PS. I could only really see the sparkling crystals in the headlights (ergo bright lights).
And that's my Xmas TEOR story.

Very odd. It can be difficult to sort memories from childhood. Just last week the boyfriend told his dad he remembered the dog pulling him on his sled. His dad said no, that never happened. On the way home the boyfriend said, "huh. I thought for sure that was an actual memory... Maybe it was a fantasy..."

Maybe his dad doesn't remember it correctly. It could go either way.

did you guys read the recent article posted over on parallel universes?
THAT got me really thinking about memories also.
Reference : the Berenstein Bears. I ALWAYS knew them as STEIN and you can include me in the crowd of wondering whether it was pronounced STEEN or STINE
(and part of my personal theory why I still dream so many wild dreams- I can always say to myself "I must have dreamed that")

The German pronunciation of stein is st-eye-n. Stien would be "steen" Shrug.

Cool! That was interesting . . .I often write words for myself in wrong spelling, but how they are pronounced . . so that I always pronounce correctly . . . so thanks! but in this case, the spelling of what I (and a bunch of other people) recall as Beren STEIN, is now spelled, on old books and everything! as BerenSTAIN. Its so WEIRD! Why do so many of us carry "incorrect" memories??
