Awwwwwww... they took down the Rammstein demo song. I guess it was illegally obtained... ~sticks out lower lip~
Can't say I blame them really... they want to make money...
But... of course since I am a Die-Hard Rammstein fan... I will buy the album anyway when it comes out.
Even if I have to beg on the street to get the money when it's below zero... I will do it... ;D

I watched this and was perplexed. This is not a live performance. There is an invisible Xylophone player (or a vibrophone player... or a glockenspiel player... something like that...) there is an invisible organ player, and an invisible tambourine player. Still sounds good though. After reading what you said about the song not being a live performance I decided to do a little bit of investigating. It turns out that you are right--it is not a live performance. In fact, it's not even a real band. The song was recorded by a trio of studio musicians and was a blend of several older songs they had done with some new vocals and keyboards. They released it as an afterthought on the B side of one of the singles. The song surprised everybody by going all the way to number 1 on the charts so they quickly put together a fake band called "Steam" and had them touring the country doing lip-sync performances while the recorded song played in the background. It's kind of amazing the things we learn here. That has to be one of the most popular songs at any sports arena in the country but I never would have guessed its history. Here's some more info on Wikipedia... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Na_Na_Hey_Hey_Kiss_Him_Goodbye---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Good catch to both Sky and Lorelei ! After watching it, like lorelei mentioned, there are many instruments missing. The drummer is way off beat, the guitarists arent even close to strumming the right chords, and the singer doesnt even appear to know the words, lol, much less lip sync ;D

That's probably why that "band" didn't last very long. It is still a good song though...especially when the Cardinals lose a game.

I love this song. This video has some very inspirational images in it too. It also has some that are heartbreaking.

I used to like this song too... until they started to play it on the radio all the time. Unfortunately, that ruined it for me and I get annoyed by it now... It is a good song though...

And just think...tomorrow I get to watch the Dallas Cowboys stink up the field. What a wonderful time to be a sports fan in Texas.

This song is for the Texas Rangers who for the second year in a row have let me down. Both teams did an incredible job throughout the series, game #6 will go down as one of the greatest Imo,,, the entire game was head to head all the way through,,,one I'll never forget . Kudos to both teams !

This is another of my favorite songs from the 70s. I love the part with the violins. All we are is dust in the wind...

Carry on My Wayward Son... one of my favorite songs to play on Guitar Hero... ~smirk~
I am one of the few people who can play and beat the first three games on expert. I showed the guys in the band what I could do with that game once (grabbed the controller away from the drummer's teenage son) and they all gaped at me and the screen.
The rhythm guitarist said, and I quote, "Dude... she's CHEATING! She HAS TO BE!"
The drummer's response was, a proud smile and, "Yea. That's OUR keyboard player!"
lol... fun song to play though. Very good song.
Here's someone else playing in on expert from youtube. I could have done it better but... meh...

OK... last one I promise... lol... Another extremely fun one... I remember the first time I tried to play it I "bonked out" after the first five seconds and I was like: (o.O) Fail? So Soon??? REALLY?!?!?! AAAARRRGHHH! OMG... look at all those notes.... AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! ... it only made me that much more determined to beat it... lol it was a heck of a lot of fun though after I practiced it... for many many hours... lol...

Try this. It is traditional Indian way of singing with all the 'raagas' and all.
The singer is Shankar Mahadevan. The song is for 3 minutes and is titled "Breathless".He sings without drawing breath or pausing for more than 2 minutes. It is unbelievable.

Sorry Srinivas. As a singer (not a very good one but I've done lots of breathing exercises while singing in choir) this is not true. I heard him taking quick and shallow breaths during certain segments, either on the "s" sound or on the vowels. I must admit though, he was probably gasping for breath when he had finished this song... still a very talented man and an amazing feat... just not as amazing as I thought it would be.

I wouldn't know but to a layman like me.. it seems quite real! Also as I checked out on the net - there are doubts if he performed it in one single breath but he did perform live on a few occasions.... I don't think 2 mins + is humanly possible is it? Esp. with the high notes he is singing?! You know my knowledge levels on music.. hehehe.. Regards, Srinivas

It's fine Srinivas. I don't think it would be possible to do all of that on a single breath. That would require phenomenal diaphragm control... he is certainly very good at hiding his breaths though...

He only tells part story in the original breathless song.. so in the 2nd, he finishes the story.. Regards, Srinivas
