It does not resemble a monkey to me either.. More like a possum in a way Look at its tail.. That color.. Wow!! it is amazing. I feel sorry for him.. Poor little creature. Wonder what they are feeding him?

When I first saw the picture I thought it was a ferret because of the ears... but it has slit pupils like a cat... it's really interesting looking. Here's a picture of a ferret: Lois: he's a baby and appears to be a mammal, so they're probably feeding him formula... ~shrug~ I dunno though.

The little critter is something called a spotted cuscus. It's a marsupial from the Australia area. Aaron probably has one has a pet. australian-animals.net/cuscus.htm

It does look like a ferret or a Bush Baby. Did you see the articles other photo, look at those feet it has. It is cute, but as a pet I might choose a ferret till we know more. Definitely a tree climber to this layman. Steve

Ahhh... I guess I should have read the comments at the bottom of the page... good work sky lol... your ability to read amazes me... it's something I don't know how to do I guess... =P
I guess Chinese zoos don't see too many marsupials... huh?
