I'll keep my eyes on the skies for Auroral activity... ~grin~
Haven't seen it in awhile.

So far it's already jamming radio and satellite signals in China and it's likely to effect our neck of the woods also. Bet there is more UFO activity as the sun gets more active. Why do you think there will be more UFO activity?

Because I think they like cosmic events...it interests them. Supposedly our sun is going to kick up such a fuss in the next year that Dr. Kaku predicts it could set us back years technologically speaking if steps aren't taken to minimize damage. NASA warns the solar storms would hit Earth like “a bolt of lightning” and cause severity among the planet’s health, emergency and other essential services. Even a country’s national security could be threatened. |
www.digitaljournal.com/article/293396www.theusreport.com/the-us-report/dr-michio-kakuthe-physicist-who-should-have-a-tv-show.htmlI think that when things really start to get active with the sun otherworldly 'scientists' might be on hand and much less visible It seems to me (only by observation) that the earth is undergoing some huge changes. Weather patterns are shifting and the sun is stretching and yawning. I think there are enough signs to say we're heading into a period that will be of interest to others too.

Here is the latest activity: Sun Eruption Creates Spectacular Plasma TentaclePublished March 26, 2011 Space.com NASA/SDO/GSFC SDO captured this nicely rounded prominence eruption from March 19, 2011 as a prominence became unstable and erupted into space with a distinct twisting motion.A NASA spacecraft watching the sun has caught a dazzling view of a solar eruption that launched a vast tendril of magnetic plasma into space. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the sun tentacle, which scientists call a solar prominence, on March 19 as it erupted into space with a rounded, twisting motion. The eruption occurred over five hours as SDO watched the sun in the ultraviolet range of the light spectrum, SDO mission scientists said in a statement. The solar observatory watched as the prominence twisted up from the sun and expanded, then became unstable. Ultimately, the sun filament lost cohesion and its particles streamed away from the sun. "Prominences are elongated clouds of plasma that hover above the sun's surface, tethered by magnetic forces," SDO mission scientists explained. The sun is currently in the midst of an active phase of its 11-year solar weather cycle and has kicked up a series of powerful eruptions and flares in recent months. The SDO spacecraft and other space observatories are keeping a close watch on the sun to monitor is solar weather activity. Is there any chance these increased solar flares could have something to do with th increased earthquake activity?

Absolutely Sky! It will not only effect earthquakes (tectonic plate activity) but the volcanoes, the amount of electro-magnetics in the air, all sorts of things! Get ready for an interesting ride.

Electro magnetics will effect just about everything including..our own mental processes to a certain extent. We're effected by lots of things..power lines..just about any magnetic field (which..did I mention that the LHC (large hadron collider) is the second largest magnetic field on the planet? The biggest is the earth's core). I find that a tad disturbing. I also find disturbing the things I'm reading about HAARP and it's electro magnetic beam and it's potential for causing quakes (albeit rumor..unsubstantiated). I'm pretty sure if true, ' the government of the people'..wouldn't substantiate it anyway HAARP makes very interesting reading. Good grief..I'm starting to sound like a conspiracy theorist (nice way of saying I'm starting to sound nuts).
