I don't understand how they managed to come to the conclusions that they reached in that study. They claimed that a pair of galaxies are 500 million light years apart and they studied those galaxies over a fifteen year period and they are somehow able to tell how much further those galaxies have moved away from each other? In fifteen years? How far could they possibly have moved in fifteen years? Are they now 500.1 million light years apart from each other? Do we even have scientific instruments that are so precise they can even make those kinds of calculations or are these scientists looking for things that aren't there and seeing what they want to see like old Harold did in the Bible? I don't get it. I just don't see how they can possibly reach those conclusions.

I dunno Sky. When physicists talk about finding the 'God' particle..they aren't speaking of being able to see it..but some trace whisper that it was there. I don't understand that one either..but it's all measured in nanomicrocosmic fractiles (Jo made that up because she has not the words)..the math proves it so. Since I don't speak math beyond the basics and grudgingly that..I can't grasp it. I trust they are smart enough not to be mistaken

According to what I read in the article in order for these people to be right about dark matter they are saying that Einstein would have to be wrong about gravity. That's a pretty strong statement for them to make. Einstein wasn't exactly a retard when it comes to physics. I realize we have made a lot of advancements in science and technology since then but if they are going to say that Einstein is wrong then they had better have proof to back it up.
