Wow... I don't think I have ever seen Auroras so intense before in my entire life! Thanks Lois!
It makes me wish even more it had not been overcast and snowing here when it happened... ~pout~

Lois, some of them are probably satellites... the film is time lapsed so the time seems to be going much faster than it actually was... that's why you can see the stars moving too.

I didn't know the auroras were visible from outter space. That looked pretty cool though. I wish I could go up there and ride on that space station for a while. I bet that would be the experience of a lifetime.

Yea Sky, the Aurora takes place in the Ionosphere... the very top of the Earth's atmosphere. I think the ISS is actually closer to it than we are down here... not sure though don't quote me on that I'm too lazy to look it up right now lol...
