I was driving to work yesterday and saw a HUGE orange orb in the sky! I took a picture of it with my cell phone. What monster could have created this? Ohhh wait... it's the sun peering through the ice fog... hehehe... (ah hah! I gotcha didn't I? ) It didn't turn out too well on my phone as I had hoped. It was a perfectly round sphere seen through the dense ice fog to my eyes... but yea. It was -40 yesterday... and it's still around that temperature right now too... Ice fog is basically arctic smog. It gets worse when the temperature drops below around -25. The colder it gets, the worse the ice fog gets. All the pollution gets trapped near the ground (car exhaust, wood smoke etc.) and appears as a dense white fog. It was so bad yesterday morning everyone was driving 20 miles an hour on the main road (speed limit is 45) because we couldn't tell if the traffic lights up ahead were red or green until we were right up at them...

OMG! That looks just like that mysterious orange orb that some people claim is responsible for global warming! Nah...it couldn't be.
