www.ustream.tv/channel/live-iss-streamAwhile back Lois shared a feed with us showing the ISS. Right at this time there is a spacewalk in progress as 2 Russian Cosmonauts are setting up a boom and placing shields around the ISS to help prevent impact damage from micrometeoroids. Enjoy !

If by chance nothing is showing on the screen it is most likely because they are currently on the dark side of the planet. Footage should resume once they re-enter the sunny side. The spacewalk should last approximately 6 1/2 hrs.

Astronauts aboard the ISS will remove a faulty camera , replace a power supply box, and perform other maintenance tasks . Enjoy !

Darn it! I missed it again because I had to work all day and couldn't get on the puter. How often do they do these space walks and how do you find out about them in advance?

Darn it! >:( I missed it again because I had to work all day and couldn't get on the puter. How often do they do these space walks and how do you find out about them in advance? Sky,
I know exactly how you feel, but I fixed that problem...
Check with your TV provider (TimeWarner Cable, DirectTV, Dish Networks, etc) for NASA TV channel. Not trying to rub it in Dude, but I watch the ISS Mission coverage every night, televised live by the astronauts aboard the SpaceStation. Its great! Watch them flying down the passage-ways, working the experiments, fixing stuff outside, ingress/egress, putting out the Russian fires (did I mention that the Russians have had a few fires?). The real bummer is when ya watch a crew work up there for six months, everyday, see'm at their best and their better and then they climb aboard a down-trip and then they disappear out of our lives. Its...
I'd love to get a chance to work up there, even if I had to tuna up in one of those Soyuz three seaters. D.a.m.n NASA for not making a cheaper better Space-Shuttle. Hopefully Elon Musk's (paypal inventor) Dragon won't take too long before they get it Man-flight certified, 'cause it horsey-ups 7 in da saddle + cargo. :))

Oohhh! I would love to go up in that thing. I would even ride on the outside if there wasn't enough seats. I doubt that I will ever get up there though since I can't even see the darned thing on the internet while I'm stuck down here on this rock.

www.ustream.tv/channel/live-iss-streamAn unscheduled spacewalk is currently in progress. Astronauts aboard the ISS are attempting to find and fix the source causing coolant loss outside of the station. They will be replacing a pump as an added precaution.
