This shows we do not know our past. A watch was found I read many years ago. band and all, inside a rock dated millions of years ago. We know nothing of things a few thousand years ago. How will we ever understand millions and billions of years ago?

Not a single item listed on that page is "unexplained."
I guess that's what was meant by "overkill."
First post.

Welcome to the forum, harte. Most so-called "unexplained mysteries" actually do have explanations. It's just that the average person outside the scientific community never hears them, or doesn't want to accept the mundane explanations that are offered. It's much more exciting to believe in ufos and aliens than swamp gas and weather balloons...even on the rare occasion that it really is a weather balloon. Some of those "mysteries" that were listed are interesting though. They could use some more looking into.

I didn't see anything that I haven't read a hundred times before. Claptrap, I say.
