I do believe there are other species out there. The greys..I don't think they've changed much over the years..I don't think they need to. I'm not the only one here who ran into this garden variety of little menace. And yes...I DO DO DO have to reduce them down with things like 'thug' or 'menace' or 'creep' and YES I do know I am. Like angels or God..I hold a strong feeling in my mind..I recognize the power..feel it..but I have to reduce it to a form or idea I can handle..that I can approach because chatting with an electrified energy being is beyond my conversational skills. I 'tame' them in my mind...to interact. Otherwise..my prayers would be as hollow as one chanted from the bible over and over..lacking any projection of myself. Granted in times of great duress..I'm very fond of the Lords Prayer...but that is another's soothing prayer..not mine..I just borrow it when I'm consumed with fear. One of those..having said that..I'm fine..no more worries..get on with it things.

I suppose I have developed a lot of little 'tricks' coming from the background I did and yeah..that's probably one reason they knocked on my door The invulnerability thing..I don't mean they can't be killed..I mean that you can't do a thing with a thing until you understand it..and we don't have the mind to understand theirs...yet. Well..we may have the mind..but lack the ability to relate.. to think on their wave length or terms. That's a drawback for us. They don't seem to want to get cozy..have a cuppa and be understood. If they did..the stories like mine (which still continue) wouldn't be out there. By process of elimination..I figure A..they don't want the planet (they'd have it by simple sneakery). B..they don't want to be buddies C. They really don't want anything we have. I think they're pretty simple creep folk..don't have a lot of toys..no SUV's or Skidoo's or fine horses in their back yard..maybe no back yard. I don't think they have kids the way we figure reproduction works..and I get a blasted headache every time I think to long or deep into their 'id'. I think I have a 'block' approaching their brains. Mine or theirs..eh..doesn't really matter.

I still get the feeling you're making some case 'for' them. Even giving them attributes they haven't earned or can't possibly possess. I get squirmy uncomfortable..see flashing 'don't you dare go there' road signs when I even try to 'humanize' them...or think there might be a Mr goody bar hidden amongst them. LOL.

They are my bane..pretty much and not to change the subject but I've been having the wackiest dreams lately.

Aliens -Friends or Foes

Aliens can alter our perceptions of our surroundings.

Aliens can control what we think we see. They can appear to us any number of guises and shapes.

Aliens can be present with us in an invisible state and can make themselves only partially visible.

Abductees receive marks on their bodies other than the well-known scoops and straight-line scars. These other marks include single punctures, multiple punctures, large bruises, three-and four fingered claw marks, and triangles of every possible sort.

Female abductees often suffer serious gynecological problems after their alien encounters, and sometimes these problems lead to cysts, tumors, cancer of the breast and uterus, and to hysterectomies.

A surprising number of abductees suffer from serious illnesses they didn't have before their encounters. These have led to surgery, debilitation, and even death from causes the doctors can't identify.

Abductees often encounter more than one sort of alien during an experience, not just the greys. Every possible combination of grey, reptoid, insectoid, blond, and widow's peak have been seen during single abductions, aboard the same craft or in the same facility.

Abductees report being scoffed at, jeered at, and threatened by their alien captors. Painful genital and anal probes are performed... Unknown fluids are injected into some abductees.

Abductees-"virgin" cases- report being taken to underground facilities where they see grotesque hybrid creatures, nurseries of hybrid humanoid fetuses, and vats of colored liquid filled with parts of human bodies.

Abductees report seeing other humans in these facilities being drained of blood, being mutilated, flayed, and dismembered, and stacked, lifeless like cords of wood. Some abductees have been threatened that they, too, will end up in this condition if they don't co-operate with their alien captors.

Aliens come into homes and temporarily remove young children, leaving their distraught parents paralyzed and helpless. In cases where a parent has been able to protest, the aliens insist that "The children belong to us."

Aliens have forced their human abductees to have sexual intercourse with aliens and even with other abductees while groups of aliens observe these performances. In such encounters, the aliens have sometimes disguised themselves in order to gain the cooperation of the abductee, appearing in such forms as Jesus, the Pope, certain celebrities, and even the dead spouses of the abductees.

Aliens perform extremely painful experiments or procedures on abductees, saying that these acts are necessary but give no explanation why... Painful genital and anal probes are performed, on children as well as adults.

Aliens make predictions of an imminent period of global chaos and destruction. They say that a certain number of humans... will be "rescued" from the planet in order to continue the species, either on another planet or back on earth after the destruction is over. Many abductees report they don't believe their alien captors and foresee instead a much more sinister use of the "rescued" humans.
"In every instance from this list, there are multiple reports from unrelated cases, confirming that such bizarre details are not the product of a single deranged mind. These details are convincing evidence that, contrary to the claims of many UFO researchers, the abduction experience isn't limited to uniform pattern of events.

This phenomenon simply can't be explained in terms of cross- breeding experiments or scientific research into the human physiology... Before we allow ourselves to believe in the benevolence of the alien interaction , we should ask,
Do enlightened beings need to use the cover of night to perform good deeds?
Do they need to paralyze us and render us helpless to resist?
Do angels need to steal our fetuses?
Do they need to manipulate our children's genitals and probe our rectums?
Are fear, pain, and deception consistent with high spiritual motives?"

We tend to believe what we want/need to believe. MY experiences are the only ones I can reference..not knowing if the others are 'real' or fabricated or distorted as many are. Wouldn't matter if you quoted Valllee or God..my experiences were horrifying and that is what I draw from. I don't believe they can influence our minds to any permanent extent other than as the trauma we might have endured. I do not believe the Grey's apply any effort to make people see or think things simply because they don't think on a level to figure they should or need to. What other aliens do..I don't know about and don't believe half of the accounts I read. I am nowhere convinced about militant insectoids or upright monitor lizards or kindly (don't forget drop dead gorgeous/model perfect) Scandinavian beauties who sometimes show up to 'seduce' those they visit. I also didn't believe the happy suckers that one guy spoke at length of (who delighted in sucking up all of your good feelings)...or the hoards of greys living under mountains waiting to take over the world..(politician by politician)...or making children kept in cattle pens to their dirty work. My mind...just does not work that way if I can't see the possible benefit for the 'invaders'. We keep thinking we have something to offer..and this planet is used..tired...our technology is no where near what they would have so..that leaves our humanity/population...either for food..or some other possible use. We're so Star Trek trained..to believe other species would want to incubate us into super beings. Can't buy that either.

What someone other than myself..chooses or needs to believe...is theirs. I won't try to put human traits to..or excuse..or label as 'good' what I don't understand. (Grok) is a really good word Robert Heinlein ( sci fi author) came up with..the 'complete knowing of something' assimilating with it..but in that book they also boiled and drank their dead..to truly be one with Nasty.

I have one corner of my universe to draw on..just that. I've met no others and really I don't have a desire to. I can speak to the ones I encountered..or who encountered me...and they were not nice to me or my friend..or to Skywalker (we've compared some notes). If you read and believe Travis Walton and he is one of the few I do...they were certainly not nice to him and that's one reason I believe him. They didn't offer him candy or a fix for arthritis...they took what they wanted and left him naked by the road with some pretty horrific images in his noggin of various interred species some dead..on a rather smelly ship. Guess they were not planting kindly images in his mind..or if they did...if that's their idea of nice...don't want to meet those either.

I am on occasion ..passionate about the subject. No one can excuse what they felt they had the 'right' to do to my friend and I..that is unforgivable in a sentient species. End game.

Vallee, he helped me understand the "trickster" part. Even if some "them" don't mean to be "tricksters", and just have a whole different idea of what "they're" doing here, and our opinions are worthless.

I can remember the feeling of really wanting to get a picture for Skywalker. I didn't need one; but if I could get one for a friend, sure, why not?

And then "they" really seemed to run from me. That was weird. When I avoid "them", "they' seemed to keep coming. When I got more aggressive toward "them", "they" suddenly got "shy"? (and I am using the word "seemed"). You know the story. "They" kept coming, but a little less obvious. Camera shy?? When "they" seem to naturally make cameras malfunction anyway?

It gave me the "teaser" that possibly some human beings Could do some sort of "interacting with Them". The jury is still out on that one. But it definitely has me interested in others' experiences, and willing to talk about my own.

now, this "new" group that Swampy posted about . ., their "methodology" of studying these UAPs, and being so vocal about it, . . . gosh I've always felt that their were others that wanted to DO something about the issue, before I even read Karla Turner. . but isn't it usually secretive against secretive? Karla (for example) illistrates a combative attitude towards something she openly viewed as "evil", and she (and others) are dead. I'm thinking that us, still alive but talking about it, would assume some things about that. So, lets just change our attitude.

What else can we do? We can't force someone/something to behave in a manner that is acceptable to us. Or can we?

My Endgame of B.S. . . is agreements made. Humans do it all the time. They smile and say "yes, I understand your point, so I'll do it your way" and then they go on doing whatever works for them

I believe there are good Aliens and some are very evil. People don't know what they want so it sets them into fear. I can name a few I think are evil but then they may not be . Those red eyed aliens in South America and in Australia are not the kind to get abducted by.They even have tongues like a lizard. The reptilian is not a good alien by far. they always say the grays are helpers but helpers for who? I think maybe Walton and Billy may of hooked up with a genuine Alien being that is here for a much better reason. I feel these are what I experienced as a child. Not sure as to when I was an adult.

Those red eyed carry diseases . Has anyone here ever witnessed an alien creature with red eyes? They say they smell awful the ones that are hairy. Like the boy scout master. The whole town went out to where he witnessed a hairy being and they could still smell the stench in the air. Strange they say bigfoot does not smell very good either.I think the ones wearing helmets where you do not see much face may be what Travis witness aboard ship. And billy was able to communicate with.

If your dealing with the bug like aliens I feel sorry for you.

Well most of us here..are too old to be 'the survivors' to continue the species...maybe the kids of our kids..of our kids Aliens have made predictions to people who believed them..that they would land and whisk them away..I know of 3 incidents..and those people were sadly disappointed. So..who is responsible for 'yanking their chains?' The ghost in the ouji board? Not a clue but I don't put faith in predictions from those who won't disclose themselves publicly...generally.

End game for me. Just because we believe it doesn't make it right? Why not? Why can't there be many many answers to these questions with many having a bit part in it? We all may be right. Lois with her astonishing encounter was damaged by it. Sky with his persistent predator dreams might mean his brain isn't seeing them as warm and fuzzy..is he supposed to fight through those to some revelation or are they just a by product of his trauma..I know which one I pick. A couple of handful's of people here have had some sort of encounter or run in with either aliens or demons or beings who can cross dimensions or or or..so in this instance..I think what ever opinions we have just might be right.

Sorry I led you to think I was ending the conversation or suggesting you should drop it..no such thing. I enjoy your discourse..and I often think you're trying to work through it like every one else is. Just because I reached my 'end game' doesn't mean I dont listen to the others..or toss a nickle in too. I made a New Years resolution to work on my own spiritual center..to hunt down my 'akashic record' and figure out what the heck I'm doing here..which for awhile seems like being stuck in a time loop..same old..same old..And so far..this New Year is a blessed one indeed.

Finally I get to write about my recent UFO sighting. It happened the night of January 14th. If I remember correctly it was in Ohio and bitterly cold. I was out running late at night like I usually do and as I was cruising along minding my own business and bundled up like an eskimo when I looked up at some stars in the sky. There were two that were brighter than the rest so naturally my eyes fixated on those. As I was looking I thought about how cool it would be if one of the stars started moving and to my amazement no sooner had I thought that than one of the stars actually began to move! It wasn't just barely moving along either, it started first heading to the left, then curved upwards and then back to the left again, and then proceeded to wander around in the sky like a drunken bumblebee.

I'm certain it was not a drone, plane, satellite, meteorite, Chinese lantern, bird, bug, swamp gas or weather balloon. It looked exactly like a bright star but one that moved. The rest of the stars stayed still the entire time and there were both clouds and a pretty decent moon in the sky to compare it to. Definitely some type of UFO. Don't know which type, but one or another.

The really weird thing about this incident, (or at least I think so anyway) is that I completely forgot about it a few minutes later. I remember thinking to myself as I watched it, "Oh, cool! Now I have something to post on the forum!" and the next moment I had completely forgotten about it. Weird. It's kind of amazing how a person can be so nonchalant about something like this after being exposed to it for so long. Normally if somebody had seen something like that they would have been freaking out and running around in little circles cussing excitedly and here I was totally forgetting about it a few seconds after seeing it. I didn't remember it until the next night when I was reading Paulette's thread where she was asking if anybody had any recent experiences. Weird.

Kind of makes me wonder what other weird stuff I might have forgotten...

I rarely drive at night but sometimes I do between my house and a friend's house about 7 miles away. I always look at the sky (she doesn't have as much light pollution as we do). I wait to see if there might be a random shooting star but I also EXPECT something to start moving. It is my default. I'm surprised that nothing does. Still. After all these years. I find that...telling. I notice that in your recent experience you did the same thing. You do a lot of night driving and not-seeing things move in the sky. But still - you assume that they might.

Very interesting.

There is an intersting mental phenomenon called one time learning. Instead of gradually taking in information, one is confronted by and overwhelmed by an experience that, so to speak, sears into one's mental history. You never forget. You never forget that a bear could be around the next bend. You didn't use to feel that way - until you met the bear. Incidentally this is IMO why some people find it hard or impossible to trust anyone after being treated horribly. And why veterans of wars do not fully return to civilian status. Ever.

So we old farts carry on, telling our stories and expecting to see the stars move.

I do expect to see something. Every time I go out at night by myself I expect there to be something up there. This isn't the first time I've ever gotten a response either. Twice before a few years ago I was out at night and asked them to come down and immediately had weird things happen. I wrote about both of those experiences somewhere on this thread. I know they are still up there watching and waiting. For what I don't know but they are still there.

Bright orange. Exactly the color of the presumed (by me) ship that hovered at eye level in front of us in Round Rock (outside of Austin) and then sank down (vertically)out of sight. So it (apparently) still goes.

I had another slightly weird experience yesterday. I was working in Pittsburg (which I hate driving in btw ) and I was sotting at a redlight getting ready to make a left turn. It was morning rush hour traffic (which I also hate driving in btw )so there were ten million cars coming and going so I was at that intersection for a while.

A lady with dark hair wearing a long tan colored raincoat and carrying an umbrella was standing on the far left corner. After pushing the button and waiting for the walk signal to come on she walked across the street to the other side. I didn't think anything about it and looked away for a few seconds but when I looked back up I was surprised to see a lady with dark hair wearing a tan colored raincoat and carrying an umbrella standing on the far left corner. It looked like the exact same person and when I tried to find where the first woman was I couldn't see her anywhere.

I have no idea how the same woman got on the same street corner twice but I'm sure she crossed the road the first time. I guess that's just one of those weird moments that make you go wtf?

I had one of those a couple of years back and posted it here. I was walking down the sidewalk behind a young woman who I got to observe carefully - almost knee high boots, brown tight skirt, sweater. I was thinking (uncharitably) that if I was young and had her figure I'd not wear clothes that did nothing for her - muddy colors that didn't quite match or enhance each other. Then she disappeared while I wasn't paying attention and that didn't alarm or interest me. But then, I turned around and she or her doppleganger was behind me and walking very rapidly away. She never turned around, never passed me...this incident you posted "feels like" mine.

I had a weird experience while flying into Tampa bay recently. The plane was on its final approach to the city and was starting to get close to the ground. Outside the sky was a little bit hazy with clouds on the horizon. The ground looked typical with a mixture of land and water. Nothing out of the ordinary until all of a sudden I looked out the left side window and saw a bright green swamp below me with trees and bushes everywhere. The green was almost emerald colored. I couldn't see the sky at all so I assumed the plane must be banking a little to the left. There was no haze and no clouds at all.

I then looked out the right window expecting to see sky but instead saw a deep blue color. It didn't look like sky or water but was just a real deep solid blue. Since I couldn't tell what it was I was looking at I leaned down low to see if I could see the sky but instead I saw what appeared to be an island covered with the same emerald green bushes as before. That should not have been possible. There is no way the plane could be banking in two different directions at the same time.

Since I was now completely confused I looked left again and saw the emerald green bushes again. Still no sky or clouds or haze. What the heck, I thought. I quit looking for about ten seconds or so trying to understand what I had just saw and when I looked back out the window again everything was back to normal. The ground and water and sky were all back to normal with the clouds and haze just like before.

I still don't understand what I saw. The weird colors and weird plants and ocean lasted for about 30 seconds total. It doesn't make any sense at all though. There was no sky out either window and the colors and scenery were totally wrong. I have no idea what happened but I remember stories of planes flying through the Bermuda Triangle and seeing bright green colors and lights. I'm not sure if I was in the Bermuda Triangle or not since it isn't very well defined but it definitely was weird.

Interesting. A glimpse through the veil perhaps. So few of us are actually paying attention to what is around us anymore. Driving while listening to a blue tube conversation means that a fair bit of attention is withdrawn from visual scanning. And definitely from aural scanning. We are successfully distracted.

Very little unusual stuff happens to me anymore. But I continue to sometimes be in the right place at the right time. For example, one day last week I took a two hour telephone training by oneof the employee assistance companies I counsel for. I heard all the up to date blah blah. The "acceptable" terminology: Crisis intervention is out; the word trauma is OUT. Crisis management is now what I do. I listened I watched the power point. The next day I was called out to attend a crisis situation! Instead of an hour or two, I was there for 8 hours two days in a row. I was not seeing civilians. I was with the power structure people of a university. Deans, chair heads, faculty, etc etc.

I remembered my new words and put them to good use. They were obviously acceptable. They wanted me for a third day but I declined. I have client loyalty and don't abandon a day full of clients who have waited weeks to see me. Anyway, I said during these two days - over and over - to get support from people who can give it. So when I ask, who do you have? and woman would answer "My husband." But then give a little micro-expression of despair...I'd say, "Can he wrap his head around the fact that you feel sad and conflicted about the fact that someone you didn't know very well suicided? "Well now... people can't give what they don't have. Find someone else." So when I came home the second day, wrung out of words and not a little haunted (I lost friends to suicide in my university days), I turned on the computer and discovered that my friend Butch had died the night before. I walked out and told my husband and he said, "Well, you've been expecting him to die."

Wrong answer.

I remembered what I had been telling other people for two days and went and found some genuine support elsewhere.

Nothing apparently could keep what was happening and did happen from coming into being. But why did I chose to attend that training? Why was it me that they called? How did I get clear about what not only they, but I needed? DID ANY PART OF ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WOULD NEED IN THE NEXT THREE DAYS?

Skywalker...once again you have been reminded that all is not (always) the way it seems. That there are other places and spaces that we might enter into, however briefly. this is the basis of the faerie myths, I believe. They are there. We are here. There sometimes is here.
