I went to a talk on Thursday night - I surprised myself by not turning back in spite of driving rain and no dinner. It was put on by a group in a town about an hour away who seemed to be seekers of various types - into alternative medicine, realities, states of mind, etc.
Paul Elder was a very unprofessional speaker who wrote Eyes of an Angel, had been involved with the Monroe Insitute in Virgina and still teaches there and offers courses here in remote sensing. He said he was involved with Project Star Gate (USA) and hung out with Dan Graft (Pentagon Stargate rep), Pat Price (?) Paul Hellier (?) and that he still does remote sensing work for the Canadian RCMP and USA CIA. Oh...and Commander Edgar Michell. He met those folks while at the Monroe Institute. He said a lot of stuff in the two hours so I'll go fast in no particular order:
They give remote sensors various GPS co-ordinates - nothing else and have had some agreement about underground large alien bases located at: Mt. Hayes Alaska, Mt. Perdida, Spain, and two more in Zimbabwe and Australia. All in remote areas hidden in mountains. We might try Mt Hayes in our own experiments.
He said we (the Powers that be on Earth) were told not to explore the moon anymore because their are things there (alien) that we aren't supposed to talk about. Presumably a lot of people in high places know though, including NASA.
He said there are 4 species regularly on earth and we are actively working with two - greys of various sorts.
He believes he was chosen to be a remote sensor because of a near death experience he had while drowning at age 9 and in which he lost all his fear of leaving his body.
He was a particularly unpolished speaker - really not what I'd expect a dissembler of fake info to be like. He looked terminally shy, had a frog in his throat within moments of speaking and did something weird with his hands. (I was in the front row). He held them out in front of his body with his fingers splayed - like he was holding something or like maybe they hurt? It was disconcerting to me. I tried NOT to look at him too much, as he seemed sensitive to observation. He wasn't able to get his audio-visual equipment to play the video he wanted at the end of his talk - we just got the sound of Debrek Chakra (?). He was flustered about that.
He offers courses nearby under the name of the Monroe Institute - 7 days including all seminars, meals, lodging and shuttle service to the nearest ferry (about a two hour drive for 1,695$ (Canadian). That is actually inexpensive for the amount of time and such. There is also a 6 day Gateway program which might be a pre-requisite to the other one - $1,995. I think that one is in his home town of Port Alberni (the picture on the brouchure looks like it; it doesn't actually say.) This one involves group work and other facilators. He had some of his graduates in the audience but didn't point them out. A lot of us looked like old hippies - the room smelled unmistabably like pachouli and sandalwood (no doubt good for those higher vibrations.
Anyway, here's a website: www.monroeinstitute-canada.com
