www.unknowncountry.com/out-there/high-strangeness-alien-footage-turkey ALIEN FOOTAGE FROM TURKEY High Strangeness "Alien" Footage from TurkeyThursday, February 25, 2016
This footage was taken on February 12 in the central part of Diyarbakir, Turkey. It is said to be from a security camera, but why such a camera would be moving as if held in somebody's hand is not explained. However, the way the individual in the footage walks is consistent with real movement, as is the shadow. When the individual suddenly levitates, the shadow moves correctly as well. This is graded B--Possible Unknown.
Ed. Note: We are officially very cautious, as we should be. To my eye, this is a hell of a piece of footage! www.unknowncountry.com/out-there/high-strangeness-alien-footage-turkey

Really weird . Sometimes it looks like some kind of robot or machine. Why is the ball of light under it time and time again? I agree a security camera would not be moving. Also you can tell the guy talking is looking at it. Don't speak this language. That would help some maybe. huuuuuuuuuuuuum

just my opinion, but the 'guy' appears to be lifted off of the ground by thin cable/wire. At .58 to .59 on video, as he goes by the tree, you can just about see the line attached to the 'person'. and looking at the guys (?) comparative size to the van on the street, "he" probably doesn't weigh a ton. Not that it matters much, but this street it was filmed on is extremely vacant, but you see a car wiz by at the end of the street; again, something not quite right about the film itself . . shakiness, etc.

The shakiness is not replicated in the display screen as evidenced by the time-code presented in the upper right corner. There are a few instances where one can see the frame of the display that is being imaged. As for the object in the video? It moves as though it has little or no mass. But the quality is so poor and there is no additional qualitative info so, its just another cra.ppy guess-what video. plutronus
