Because the MIB intimidated her not to do an autopsy? Maybe?

Well....politicians into black magic? Nah..that's not that weird...sigh Remember...there IS power in numbers..the strength of the individual is magnified exponentially...so...no more strange than a congregation praying for a healing. Wonder what would happen if a congregation (well intentioned good guys) prayed that black magic would be ineffectual...hmmm

Yes, praying (with good intentions, good love, and the hope of God's will to "fit with the intent") can do things like that.
I don't have any "personal" proof, but I have a few "stories" . . .
Here's one:
the church I go to ACTUALLY has a prayer night. Not another night for a 'sermon'. We buddy up and pray for people that were announced that they needed prayer- like at beginning of "service", 3 people are mentioned, and then we "buddy up" for a time. One night that I went to recently the pastor asked for anyone to stand if they needed prayer, and then he went around the room and people told what they needed. There was no microphone and it was hard to hear people around a "congregation" room, so the pastor told us to jot down the ones we heard, or could relate to; whatever.
Some young grandparents asked for prayer for their grandkids- it had been revealed to them that their daughter and her husband were actively doing heroin while raising small kids. I have no idea what THAT entails, and I wasn't there at THAT particular prayer night. But pretty creepy.
Everyone prayed on a Tuesday night, and on THursday, the police came to their home (daughter). By the next Tuesday, the kids were living with their grandparents and the parents are in jail . . . sounds kind of "weird" or "shoddy", if you are the suspicious type (me), but the prayer request is now "what do they do next", and praying for a "power of attorney". . . I am confident that if some sort of "twist" is involved here, blackmail whatever, things WILL NOT go as planned . . .
but the hopeful thought, is that sometimes people "get clean" and clear (proper thinking) after being in jail for awhile. . . we'll see.
I've HAD personal things happen like this to me, or people I knew well, But I'm pretty new to things happening so "public" like this . . feeling you've actually helped someones' life, so quickly, . . . you don't always get the details . . .

Max Spiers death does seems unusual to me. All conspiracy people I have met are as absolutely paranoid as they come, and they seek like minded and convert others too, which makes their behavior all the more 'normal' surrounded by those similarly like minded. They sell their books and have their websites...all are fear based to the max! The wish of every conspiracy theorist is to die the way he did sadly, which makes him a martyr and makes the survivors all say....he must have been close to 'the truth'.
But his comments and concerns to his Mother, just a few days before he died, and the 'black vomit' (blood) indicates possible cancer or cancer induced by a lethal dose of radiation poisoning. Or severe stomach ulcers (stress / paranoid?). Remember the story about the poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poisoning_of_Alexander_Litvinenko
Alexander Litvinenko died as he was about to expose Vladimir Putin in the west. Did Spiers die in a similar way? If the symptoms related in the story are actually true (the internet is so loose with facts unfortunately...especially conspiracy theorys)....it does look suspicious. In his photo, he does look healthy, young, his face has good color and no apparent health issues from what limited perceptive we have.
Hope a real objective autopsy report will be forth coming. But will it be objective and untainted? And again if it is.....would any conspiracy person believe the report anyway? I doubt so. Also, again was he really healthy before this incident? What does any medical history show about him? A court would have to get a summons to release confidential medical records. Could he have been diagnosed with a fast moving cancer, and was terminal, kept it secret from everyone close to him....and arranged his own passing to appear he was assassinated to vindicate his own beliefs? A 'Valhalla' death for the Conspiracy minded....
Are there conspiracys out there? Yes. Are all coincidences conspiracys? Hell no. Just more food for thought. Could Spiers and Litvinenko died similarly? If Litvinenko's case has credibility, and Spiers eventually turns out lacking credibility, will it be because Speirs was talking about UFO's...that 'big media taboo'? Many in the UFO 'belief system' or 'UFO speaking tour circuit business' can be their own worst enemy.

Thank you, Steven.
Lets say, an autopsy is done, he has cancer, and maybe he even knew that he had cancer and an estimation of how long he could live. An estimation including time with treatment, and an estimation if he does nothing at all.
Still saying that it is cancer, are there fast-growing types that can be given to people? THAT is a whole other conspiracy; and maybe just as effective on an individual if the person that gets this type of cancer is someone very near and dear to them, but raises less "conspiracy" suspicions.
I agree with the thought(s) that this man looked healthy. Someone with cancer or heart trouble/blood pressure issues most likely shows some symptoms in their appearance. A young, active person could die from things that don't show beforehand. Such as an aneurism or a burst appendix . . . look how many fairly young people are dying of a bout with pneumonia.

The human body can be pretty tricky JC. The reason I mentioned cancer..was from a good friend of mine who was fine or seemed so until this black diarrhea started and she started vomiting black as well. Took her to the hospital, three days later she was gone. She was 34. No other symptoms prior but she had stomach cancer. This is from a medical article: It's the cause that remains the mystery. Ulcers, cancer, poisons, etc etc. I might figure one of those except for, as Steve says, his warnings to his mother. She said he was worried. Now there are diseases that can make you paranoid..and there are ways to kill a person too that would cause those symptoms too so... without an autopsy it's impossible. Still black magic??? Maybe I'm so used to this stuff..it wouldn't surprise me much to find a president playing with an ouija board, consulting a psychic, or much else for that matter. Granted the religious public would be shocked to their toe nails and want a thorough exorcism..

From the link in my original post.
"On 3 November 2006, Litvinenko (under the name of Edwin Carter) was admitted for further investigation at Barnet General Hospital, London. After being moved from his local hospital in north London to University College Hospital in central London for intensive care, his blood and urine samples were sent to the UK's Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) for testing. Scientists at AWE tested for radioactive poison using gamma spectroscopy. No gamma rays were detected, however, a small spike was noticed at an energy of 803 kilo-electron volts (keV). The BBC reported that by coincidence another scientist, who had worked on Britain's early atomic bomb programme decades before, happened to overhear a discussion about the small spike and recognised it as the gamma ray signal from polonium-210, which was a critical component of early nuclear bombs. On the evening of 22 November, shortly before his death, his doctors were informed the poison was likely to be polonium-210. Further tests on a larger urine sample using spectroscopy designed to detect alpha radiation confirmed the result the following day.
Unlike most common radiation sources, polonium-210 emits very little gamma radiation but large amounts of alpha particles that do not penetrate even a sheet of paper or the epidermis of human skin, thus being invisible to normal radiation detectors. This explained why tests conducted by doctors and Scotland Yard at the hospital with Geiger counters were negative. Both gamma rays and alpha particles are classified as ionizing radiation which can cause radiation damage. An alpha-emitting substance can cause significant damage only if ingested or inhaled, acting on living cells like a short-range weapon." Hours before his death, Litvinenko was tested for alpha-emitters using special equipment.
Shortly after his death, the UK's Health Protection Agency (HPA) said tests had established that Litvinenko had significant amounts of the radionuclide polonium-210 (210Po) in his body. British and US government officials said the use of 210Po as a poison had never been documented before, and it was probably the first time anyone had been tested for the presence of 210Po in their body. The poison was in Litvinenko's cup of tea. Those who had contact with Litvinenko may also have been exposed to radiation."
If the mentioned exhumation of Spiers body by his mother in the UK, and the lengthy autopsy exam (mentioned several months now) be an indication of more than 'natural causes' the length of time waiting for the results might suggest. The UK would be best place for that, since it was the authorities in the UK that dealt with the earlier Litvineko case in the UK too. But a long shot...they would need to specificly look for that, since this type of radiation is not detectable using Geiger counters set up for detecting gamma radiation. But would Alpha radiation spikes as mentioned above be possible to detect so long after the Spier's death too? If radiation poisoning was considered found, it is a method of poisoning not many but a few specific groups or organizations in the world would have access to - materials as radionuclide polonium-210. World governments with with nuclear programs whether for military of peaceful uses. But that is getting ahead of facts for now.

Viktor Yushchenko: 'Every politician in Ukraine who turns to the West ... www.independent.co.uk › News › People The Independent Oct 14, 2015 - The poisoning of the Ukrainian opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko in 2004 was a shocking act. Images of his face, disfigured by lesions and ..._____________________________ just trying to stay a part of the current conversation . . . IF this was a "conspiracy death", whomever definitely couldn't use "suicide" as a fake measure to kill Max Spiers. It seems he was newly married and maybe even expecting a child on the way. But using "poison", especially hard to obtain poison, seems to be a "give-away" of political motivations. But just how hard is it to obtain? I mean, we have those instances with tainted tylenol and anthrax . . . on a "UFO" personality it would definitely SEEM to be making a statement (I'm just talking about using Poisons in general), and of course there is always the fake drug overdose (even if best friend swears that they never saw them use drugs). This guy probably received some threats and/or possibly felt threatened (even if not for real, there are "crazies" that will threaten people). And told those close to him to be suspicious if he suddenly dies. an "accident" can be arraigned, etc. - and, if he WAS revealing secrets or knew something he shouldn't, getting hit by a car accidently would raise my eyebrows

If say polonium-210 was used on Spier, the perpetrators are banking on the very unlikely probability of detection in any autopsy. Doctor and Scotland Yard Geiger counters missed the first time with Litvinenko. Only by incredible good luck they detected that small spike and by great good coincidence another more experienced scientist over heard to be able to interpret that spike correctly. Just by being in the right place at the right time...his theory checked and further exams indeed confirmed. What would be the odds in Spier's case too? Spiers at least has a historical preceident earlier in Litvinenko to refer to.
But if discovered, who could be capable of that kind of assassination would be a very small list.
What was Spier's website exposing before he died?
Problem also is, INTERPOL is very overwhelmed now with Terrorist threats all over Europe. Its a huge mess. Various European governments vary in how much they are willing to intrude on a citizens right to privacy without cause. Reluctance to probe deep into everyone are many....most are historical ...particularly Germany. Also, most country's cant afford that level of surveillance...but the United states can.
The intelligence agency's of the members of the European Union cannot communicate with each other. Known and watched terrorists are passing check points with ease, and there are no real checks at different European country's borders.....so in that back ground atmosphere, UFO's are last on any list to investigate a possible murder of a UFO whistle blower. The UFO community is desperate for any acknowledgement by the establishment. Authorities are not interested in crazies who in a sad backward way get their thrills hoping their meaningless lives are worth surveillance over. As Gertrude Stein used to say....'There is no there there'.

I've been trying to do a little research on this but due to all of the lazy bloggers out there who just copy what other people write and change the wording slightly I keep getting conflicting and useless information. What I did discover though is that the dude was supposedly vomiting a black liquid the day before he died, which could either be internal bleeding or bile, which often is a dark color, and he also complained of having severe headaches the days before he died. By sheer chance I stumbled upon another case of a person who died with the exact same symptoms back in 2007, also from Britain although that has nothing to do with it. It was suggested that liver disease was the cause of that death. I then did a search through some medical websites to see what other health conditions could cause black vomiting and headaches and was surprised to discover there were more than 120 possible ailments that could have produced those symptoms. Most of them were natural ailments, although poison was mentioned a few times. An autopsy of Max Spiers was performed when they got the body back to the UK and the physician declared the results "inconclusive" which could mean anything. It takes a while for toxicology results to be processed but since the death occurred in June they should be back by now. From what I read on the numerous lame and lazy blogs the police have declared the investigation is still not complete. My own personal feeling on all of this, without any solid evidence to go on, is that the guy probably died of some natural illness. He obviously knew something was wrong with him because of the headaches and nausea, but because he is a conspiracy theorist he immediately jumped to the conclusion that somebody was trying to kill him which would explain why he sent the cryptic message to his mother about being in trouble and wanting her to investigate. What he should have done instead was go to the hospital. I would imagine that being in a foreign country, plus his natural conspiracy generated paranoia, is what caused him to hesitate on that. That is what ended up killing him. Since dark vomit is usually a symptom of a serious health condition if he had gone to the hospital immediately he very likely might have survived. Personally I think that if this guy had not been a UFO/conspiracy researcher his death probably would not even have raised any eyebrows...but then again...maybe that's what the assassins wanted to happen.

Sky,
Bile is dark green not black.
When my daughter was in the pediatric ICU the nurses told me to keep an eye on the drain bag coming out of her abdomen ( after they remove the right lobe of her liver and gallbladder) to make sure it didn't look dark green because bile was a dark green and that would signify a life-threatening bile leak.

Bile can turn black under certain circumstances like liver disease or alcohol consumption or other things. Internal bleeding could make it black also.

My theory is a bit like yours Sky but you would think that an autopsy would pick up on any of the more 'known' reasons for the symptoms. Cancer or liver problems would show up in a physical autopsy. That leaves things less easily detected like toxins. Was he poisoned or was he just picking up on natural symptoms and afraid. From what I've been reading..he was 'pretty far out there' in his beliefs..not so much on UFO's but of his own 'super soldier' recalled memories and according to his fiancee..his research into the politicians and celebrities uniting to perform black magic or some kind of black magic cabal of celebrities and politicians. Not to be confused I guess with the celebrities who practice Chaos Magick..that's the new kick..the postmodern version of occultism that shows you how to create your own rules for reality. At any rate there are websites like this one freedom-articles.toolsforfreedom.com/max-spiers-mind-control-recovery/ and others on what he was into. Maybe from his 'super soldier' days there was an implanted poison that would trigger in his body if he remembered too much. Ok..that's a lousy thing to say and I wasn't serious but...if you believe in one direction it's not an impossible stretch to believe in that. I would not be one to say any of this is impossible because I've learned of so much that IS possible that I once would have laughed at. Possibilities are out there we don't have a clue of..I'm positive of that. Some I don't think I want a clue of to be honest Every good witch (and I am one) knows..you do NOT mess with the wrong power groups. Maybe they do. Think they could have resurrected Kennedy for awhile to sort out the political troubles ahead. 'sigh' I mean if they're not going to be useful.... I detest unsolved mysteries.

Anything is possible I suppose. I remember reading about a guy who was some corporate big wig who developed colon cancer and died. Later on somebody by accident found a radioactive disc sewn into the seat of the dead dude's car. That's how he got the cancer. And the radioactive thingy didn't put itself there. There are a lot of people in the world capable of killing someone and all kinds of reasons to do it. Murder isn't always obvious.

Very true. If he were killed by plutonium or something along that line..it would take someone who had access to that kind of goody ..which narrows the suspect pool down a bit. I'm not sure we'll ever know about this one.

www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/uk/max-spiers-man-investigating-ufos-and-alleged-coverups-vomited-black-fluid-before-he-died-inquest-hears-35299700.htmlMax Spiers: Man 'investigating UFOs and alleged cover-ups' vomited black fluid before he died, inquest hears 'Your boy's in trouble. If anything happens to me, investigate,' said deceased's last message to his motherPublished 16/12/2016 Conspiracy theorist Max Spiers vomited two litres of black liquid before he died, an inquest has heard. His death caused widespread suspicion among his friends and family, who said he had been investigating some “dark” things. The 39-year-old, from Canterbury, was complaining of illness before he was found dead in Warsaw, Poland on 16 July. He had been due to speak at a conference. Despite not performing a post mortem, an investigation by the Polish authorities found Mr Spiers died of natural causes – a verdict met with dismay by his family and colleagues in the conspiracy community. In October, The Independent revealed that the Foreign Office would not be investigating the death. They said the procedure was the responsibility of the Polish authorities. However, an inquest was opened in Canterbury after a British post mortem was unable to establish a cause of death. “Mr Spiers became ill with a high temperature and was weak,” said coroner’s investigations officer Caroline O’Donnell, according to the Kentish Gazette. “The following day, Mr Spiers vomited two litres of black fluid.” Ms O’Donnell added that the friend he was staying with called a doctor who tried to revive him but later pronounced him dead. The coroner, Alan Blunsdon, said he was awaiting a report from the Polish authorities and was hoping for funding to run forensic tests on Mr Spiers’ phone and computer. His mother, Vanessa Bates, has been pushing for a thorough investigation into her son's death, and has reached out to another prominent conspiracy theorist, David Icke, for help. Two days before he died, Max Spiers allegedly told her: "Your boy's in trouble. If anything happens to me, investigate." Ms Bates, 63, told the Daily Mail that when she was given her dead son's laptop computer, it had been wiped, adding to her suspicions. Mr Spiers had made a career out of investigating UFOs and alleged cover-ups. Ms Bates said he had recently moved on to investigating politicians, business people, and celebrities. The inquest was adjourned and will be continued in February 2017. www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/uk/max-spiers-man-investigating-ufos-and-alleged-coverups-vomited-black-fluid-before-he-died-inquest-hears-35299700.html

Conspiracy theorist and UFO hunter – here’s what we know His mother, Vanessa Bates, believes her son's investigations into UFOs and government cover-ups may have something to do with his deathBy Hannah Crouch 16th December 2016 THE MOTHER of a conspiracy theorist found dead believes his investigations into UFOs and government cover-ups may have had something to do with his death. Vanessa Bates, who is the mother of Max Spiers, received a text message from her son days before he died which said ‘If anything happens to me, investigate‘ – but what do we know about the UFO hunter and conspiracy theorist? Max Spiers was found dead in Poland and it was ruled that he died from natural causes despite no post-mortem examination being carried out Who was Max Spires? The 39-year-old was originally from Canterbury and went to school with Orlando Bloom. As well as having a brother, Josh, and a sister, Becky, Max also had two sons. He had lived in America for a few years but moved back to Canterbury recently to live with his mum. Max died in Poland on July 16 where he was due to speak at a conference. The world-renowned conspiracy theorist was said to have been probing into the lives of well-known figures in politics, business and entertainment. His body was found on a sofa and it was ruled by Polish authorities that he died from natural causes despite no post-mortem examination being carried out. An inquest at Canterbury Coroners opened in December after his body was repatriated. A post-mortem at Margate QEQM Hospital, Kent, was unable to determine how he died. In a statement, coroner’s investigations officer Caroline O’Donnell said: “When they returned, Mr Spiers became ill with a high temperature and was weak. “The following day, Mr Spiers vomited two litres of black fluid. “The friend called a doctor who attempted resuscitation before pronouncing him dead.” Max had set up a blog called ‘Where Truth Meets Heart‘ where he posted his thoughts and ideas. Since his death, family and friends have continued to post quotes from Max about what he believed in as well as tributes. His sister Becky has also posted pictures and memories of her brother which includes his interest in wrestling as a child and the love he had for his siblings when they were growing up. What did he believe in?Max made a career out of investigating UFO sightings and alleged cover-ups. More recently, he was said to be probing into the lives of well-known figures in politics, business and entertainment. A quote from Max on his blog says: “I’m very excited to begin this journey and I will be blogging my journey and findings in a way that I’ve never done before. It’s time to disintegrate the last vestiges of the thinning veil for good and I hope this blog will be a tool to do so. “We can’t be stopped now and I’m going to go into considerably more detail than I ever would or could on FaceBook.” He also said: "My personal belief is that everything that is going on ‘outside’ of myself is an immaculate reflection of what is going on ‘inside’ of myself. "This has allowed me to find answers to questions in the immediate world around me. "The entertainment industry is too full of ego traps and smoke and mirrors to give me any direct information." mysteriousuniverse.org/2018/08/ufologists-computer-was-mysteriously-wiped-clean-after-his-death/ Ufologist’s Computer Was Mysteriously Wiped Clean After His Deathby Paul Seaburn / mysteriousuniverse.org/author/paulseaburn/August 14, 2018 On July 16, 2016, British ufologist and conspiracy theorist Max Spiers died in Poland days before he was to speak at a conspiracy theory conference and just after allegedly vomiting two liters of a mysterious black liquid. Before he left England, Spiers sent his mother a text message: “Your boy’s in trouble. If anything happens to me, investigate.” That investigation is ongoing and Spiers’ death has still not been solved. Now, a new twist emerges. During a pre-inquest review last week, lawyers for Spiers’ mother revealed that her son’s laptop computer had data on it at the time of his death but had been wiped clean when it was returned to her. Apparently, the SIM card from his phone was also either erased or removed. Who is behind this and will it be resolved before the inquest in Poland in January 2019? The pre-inquest review was held at Guildhall in Sandwich, Kent, on August 10, 2018. The attorney for Spiers’ mother, Vanessa Bates, requested that the members of the Polish emergency services to appear as witnesses at the inquest, most likely to explain how such a strange death could have been ruled to be due to “natural causes.” He also wants to know if disciplinary actions were taken against any of the police officers involved with the case. However, no request caused as much mayhem as the questions about the missing computer data and phone SIM card. “The way in which they were returned and what was done to them is clearly one of the big mysteries. The family has no knowledge whatsoever of what the results of that analysis were. The issue is the Sim card and what was on it. Without sight of the report, the family has no answer to these questions.” Neither does anyone else. The attorney asked that Spiers’ girlfriend at the time of his death, Monika Duval, be in attendance at the inquest. Spiers was found dead on Duval’s couch and she was considered to be a suspect by those who thought he was murdered, as was Spiers’ fiancé back in England. “He was very fit and healthy when I said goodbye to him. Everything that we have in terms of health records before he went were that he was in great health. This was an enormous blow. I miss him dreadfully.” Vanessa Bates and others were shocked by Spiers’ sudden death and the inquest is supposed to focus on how and why the investigation into Spiers’ death and his autopsy were so mishandled by Polish officials. With the questions about the computer data and the phone SIM card, there will obviously be questions about the conspiracy theories that Spiers was probing into the practice of “black magic” by well-known figures in politics, business and entertainment, or that this lifelong ufologist was actually a “supersoldier selected at birth by aliens.” Coroner Christopher Sutton Mattocks said the four-day inquest will be heard starting on January 7, 2019, at the Archbishops Palace in Maidstone. He said: “It is extremely important that when we start everybody is completely ready for this and we have all the information available.” Will they be completely ready? Will the missing data be found or explained? Will they clear up the mysterious death of ufologist Max Spiers? Or will the mystery deepen? mysteriousuniverse.org/2018/08/ufologists-computer-was-mysteriously-wiped-clean-after-his-death/
