The South African govt wanted to confiscation farms in South Africa without paying for them. This was against the constitution so they changed that to allow such. 170 farms are on first hit list to be taken by the govt to split up among the locals. More will be taken later. At the same time they want to raise food production and to encourage foreign investment in SA. Local Dutch farmers have been there 400 years but they are looked at as foreigners now. Russia has offered them free land in Russia and some are leaving to go there as the murders of Dutch farmers continues to rise. I have always found the history of SA to be interesting much like our own wild west as the Dutch moving north met the Zulu moving south looking for new food sources The Dutch and the Zulu arrived in SA about the same time and had a troubled history to put it mildly. No one cared about SA until diamonds and gold were found there then it was a stampede for wealth that involved finally the Rrit Govt Good place not to invest in for awhile as it is very corrupt

Personally, I wonder how long this has truly been going on (the raiding of farms in SA).
If it’s new, what is behind this “new uprising”?

The history of SA is very interesting to me from the Zulu wars, the Boer war and up to the present time. The Zulu were a very powerful tribe with a well organized army divided into divisions of about 6.000 warriors and they were used to winning. Shouting Usuthu (kill)they would charge home as the head of a bull while wings of the army would act like the bulls horns and swing around the sides of the enemy trapping them There was always a current of conflict between the Zulu and everyone else as the Zulu considered the other tribes dinner. The famous gold and diamond mines that have been a source of much money are closed as no one knows how to run them and the skilled workmen have left. China is looking at the rights to mine the gold and diamonds. The politics in SA is run by the ANC and EFF It is the good cop bad cop game as both are controlled by the Zulu the ANC is the public face while the EFF is involved in the murders. Keeps the ANC clean in the media. China is involved in SA stirring up the locals to create chaos and in the smoke and dust to grab real wealth and power as they did in Zimbabewe. Britain was asked about the land siezures and said it was OK with them as long as it was legal. They changed the constitution to make it legal Why ask Britain at all The first farm taken has rich coal deposits as spice to the cake. Follow the money trail

Well by golly the head of the British govt wants to invest money in SA. The lure of the closed gold and diamond mines bearing fruit. She has arrived in SA with train loads of money and she finds no problem with confiscating farms from the Boer farmers without confiscation. On that subject the SA govt now wants all firearms turned in Some how I can predict the future in SA. Farm confiscation and firearms confiscation point to civil war in the near future. Given the vast difference in numbers of people the Boers will put up a noble fight to the end and lose. Pushing on the farm confiscation the EFF is hoping that some thing will spark resistance and if the Boers resist they were told to turn in their guns so force is justified Britain has already cleared themselves of any involvement. Reminds me of 1930s Germany Its like two wolves and a lamb voting on whats for lunch. the Boers are people and they are being pushed extremely hard by the EFF. They want an excuse to hit the Boers hard. In this case the term Boer is loosely applied to all Europeans in SA. I had a job offer to work in SA glad I turned it down

It often seems that when you are down that every hand is against you. The international monitary fund has declared that its OK with them if the SA govt rips off the white farmers in SA. Just as long as it is legal and in the open With that standard muggings are usually in the open. For years everyone said "Never again" about such open race based attacks on a people Now when it shows up in all its bare fanged snarling glory every one backs off and says OK with me just dont involve me. Whats changed in reality Nothing same old attitudes as 1930s In the bush nothing has really changed that much since the Zulu wars The world seems to be abandoning the white people of SA to their fate. Faced with this the people have no choice but to defend themselves. I dont want to over sell my point but I have seen the photos my father took of the battle field in the Pacific where he was Nothing you have ever seen in film or books even comes close to them I would not wish that on anyone.

One part of the population of SA has not been heard from that being the East Indians who usually operate small businesses in SA. They have a stake in all this happy fun time If the whites leave they will be the next on the shopping list An aspect of giving the land to small holders is that the small holders will probably not have any tools to work the land. The tractors of the farms are suitable to work a larger farm but the will have to be used in small jobs. who pays for the fuel and up keep costs Most likely the small holders will have sharp sticks to work with initially and how will they replace worn out tractors It all sounds peachy keen but it is returning to a more primative form of farming likely to feed the small holders family but the city dwellers may get thin in the bargain. Zimbabwe tried this and went from a food ezporter to a food importer to feed its population.

It seems the foreign shop keepers are also being chased out of SA. Their shops are looted right down to the metal items stolen for their scrap value. Locals who rent to them are threatend with death if they continue to do so. If you aint a homey you have to leave town. This has the effect how ever that there are no shops to buy things from now in some areas. the xenophobia in SA is bringing down the country fast. Mean while a white farmer is killed every five days as they are being forced to leave the country also. The US is not taking any such as they are "racists" The EFF sponsor of much of this happy stuff is having problems as the leaders fight for power among themselves the body guards of on leader firing on an others supporters.

the recent confiscation of farms in SA has other African countries watching They think it is a great idea. Just take the land and not pay for it is growing in popularity in Africa. Free booting has always had its followers as a way to instant wealth There could be a wave of asset confiscation over Africa in the near future

There seems to be a split in the Zulu nation and it is not a monolithic body with one mind. Faced with land confiscation the European farmers stopped farming and suddenly the Zulu king has realized there is no food growing to feed the people. Famine is facing them if the farmers do not farm. the great diamond and gold mines of SA were taken over and are now closed as no one locally has any idea how to run a mine. The SA navy was taken over and the ships are at the dock broken down. etc etc etc. Seeing this the Zulu king now sides with farmers and wants the land confiscation stopped immediately his people have to eat as he says. Interesting turn of events.

Getting in on the confiscation band wagon a town in SA plans to take without payment several hundred acres of farm land for building low income housing which in SA can mean many things. Ignoring that the Dutch have been in SA for 400 years they say its their land anyway. such free booting has resulted in the White farmers of SA not planting crops to feed the nation. Major problems are ahead for the common people of SA who have to eat regardless of politics

Only members of SA tribal groups can now apply for a govt job All others in SA are banned regardless of ability to do the job. The SA farmers who will face theft of their legally owned farms tried going to court to use the law for protect but the case was thrown out of court and the theft continues of their land and property. The land and anything on it is forfeit Britain and the US are willing to invest in SA but anything built there is subject to confiscation on the whimsy of the ANC. The great diamond and gold mines are closed and not being maintained. the railroads are slowly being sold for scrap metal by thieves ripping up the spurlines. Any metal such as fencing, statues, building decorations etc is disappearing The SA navy is tied to the docks mostly out of commission for lack of repairs Its a good place to be from as they say

Oranized crime and associated racism in alive and well in SA. The govt there is rewriting the constitution to allow the taking of private property legally purchased and owned without compensation by the govt. European farmers will lose their land as a result It is was me I would sow the land with salt and put sand in the crank cases of the farm machinery and salt the wells One snarling tribal woman member of the govt saind White man your time has come. Meanwhile judges and lawyers in and around the Joburg court house have been beat up and robbed by supporters of the land grab as a warning to support it If not white blood will be spilled they tell the victims of their attacks Cute.
