I have had a few lucid dreams, but not many. Most of my dreams are of the normal ordinary average type of boring dreams. The lucid ones a pretty cool because of how vivid they are, and also because I am usually able to control what happens to a certain extent. I can't do that with the ordinary type of dreams.

I have lucid nightmares. I can't control them when they happen. Bad things almost always happen when I have these dreams... they usually end up with me being attacked by someone.

I've had one or two experiences where I did control the dream I was having...actually recognized it as a dream and made adjustments in it but only a couple because I don't usually remember my dreams at all. The ones I have remembered are always toward morning..I suppose when my conscious level is stronger. Keep trying..in most things practice makes perfect Don't envy you Lorelei..I never have nightmares..I'd be so terrified. I remember one or two as a child and I think my brain must say..nah homie's not going there ;D

I'm not so sure I would want to increase the vividness of nightmares... Und- Ihre English ist gut. Ihre English ist besser dann mein Deutsch ist... und English is schwerer... ;D jo: You're lucky. I do envy you however.

Your english is just fine I hadn't heard about B6 to help dreaming..I use binaural sound tracks and they are very calming but tend to put me right to sleep instead of prompting dreaming. I know I dream..I just don't wake up enough to know it LOL
