"Where were the comments? I didn't see them anywhere."
Scroll down to the bottom of each page.

They are there sky. At least on this computer. You must be on a certain page. The front page has no number lit up..among the 1 through 7.. My computer when I click the link it came up 7. I backtracked down to 1, then one more backpage you are there. .. But when I click the link the second time it was on the main page. Wierd..

I still don't see any comments. I scrolled down as far as it would go but there are no comments anywhere. How come they show up for everybody else?

I clicked on the number countdown, it worked fine to me.
Agree with most of it. Reminds me of my IFO series. Much of what is discussed can perhaps be attributed to basic scientific igannance (lack of inspiring science instruction in public schools) in a scientific age you cannot avoid in daily life. Yet, contrary to the intent of that web page - if you still eliminate 90 to 95% of all UFO reports, there are still cases which even 'grant based science' should not ignore.

I'm surprised that helicopters aren't on the list. Around here, they fly sometimes fly rescue missions looking for lost people or people hurt out in the bush. During the day, they fly over highways to observe traffic as well.
And for that matter, regular airplanes who have their bright landing lights on in their last pass of an airport. I figure a lot of the UFO sightings around Abbotsford and Vancouver are this variety of IFOs.
And the Sartecs from the base here (elite military parachuting team) do night jumps into the ocean with flares attached to their heels - so that they can be more easily recovered by the assist boat.
When we used to work on our boat and be out on the water at sunset - the low sunbeams would catch and flash off another boat window from miles away. A very bright light would suddenly appear on the horizon and then disappear as the sun continued to set or the boat changed its angle with us (or us with it).
Out in the bush, one might see very bright lights as some people poach deer and elk here with spotlights. These too would suddenly disappear.
I'm glad to provide these additional IFOs in partial proof that I don't think everything and anything is a UFO even if the person telling the story genuinely believes it was. But not being able to prove that something is true DOES NOT conclusively prove that it was not true. It only proves that there was inadequate evidence to prove anything.
I'm sure that in the case of Dr. Mullein, his disparagers dismissed his glowing raccoon and lost time as a hallucinogenic artifact/flashback. And as for his house guest who also experienced strange occurances on the path to the outhouse - well hysteria is contageous, isn't it?
No one seems to require that the nay-sayers PROVE their cases, although some do. It seems to suffice to discredit a witness, even if they are professional observers like airline and military pilots, policemen, air controllers in towers...these people often lose or at least endanger their jobs in reporting. When someone says, I've been the military and a pilot or groundsman for 40 years and I've never seen anything like what I saw over that field...that doesn't seem to have any more weight that some guys on a camping trip who saw something over the lake. And if there IS evidence (and we all have read about missing evidence - tapes, photos, etc) it handily disappears. Or the agency that collected it disappears (like the transformed Mufon).
I propose another catagory: MIFOs. (misidentified flying objects)

gads you collect conspiracies like a darned magnet LOL I didn't do anything, Jo. I swear I was just sitting here minding my own business. I still can't see any comments. I even tried with my cell phone...nothing. I wonder why I can't see them? Oh, well...I can probably guess what they said. Let's see...weather balloons, swamp gas, airplanes, sleep paralysis, tinfoil loony-toons, blah, blah, blah...
