The City of Arvada is a Home Rule Municipality located in Jefferson and Adams counties in the Denver metropolitan area of the U.S. State of Colorado. The whole area of Colorado (Pike's Peak, Colorado Springs) has underground installations with missles, storage, etc. They were probably testing something the rest of us don't know anything about.
