I was in my bedroom just now. There is a small hallway connecting to the bathroom. There is a small window about four feet off of the ground. I was on the bed, watching television and the hallway is to my right. I just saw a basketball sized orb go by the bathroom window. Not fast, not slow. It was so bright that my right eye could not see for about a minute afterwards. I screamed and hubby went outside. There is nothing there. The window is about 20 from the ground outside. I am totally freaked out. Trying to breath normally. Just so scared now. We live in the middle of nowhere and our nearest neighbor is a half mile away. There are no lights here except for the light near our driveway on the other side of the house.

Mia, I know the anxiety, scared feeling you're going through right now all too well. Im so glad your hubby is there to comfort you. I wish I could say the right thing to make you feel secure, but I honestly dont know what to say except that since it didnt harm you other than spooking the begeezers out of you which is completely understood, that most likely everything is going to be o.k. !
I have pictures I would like for you to see at another time, I know right now its probably the last thing you want to see at this time, but Ill send you a p.m. in the near future so you know where to look.
If its any consolation, your in our thoughts and prayers ! Cliff

WoW! Was it a ghost orb or a ufo orb? I really don't know how to tell the difference between the two. I guess a ufo orb would be brighter...I guess. What color was it?

Glad to you see back Mia. Well, considering this orb seems to be radiating it's own light (blindingly too it seems), it is definitely not a dust particle in a digital photo either in this case. The height of the windows and the remote location eliminates a number of other possibilities. Both you and your husband stick close and keep casually alert. Don't let the situation control your life. They or what ever it is seems as curious about you too. It is okay to be afraid some, but look on it as an adventure too, that way it might help you cope seeing & facing it head on. Whatever happens or doesn't happen, might as well face it that since there seems little you can do about it anyway. If your an experiencer, they have already thrown you their worst. I would be more afraid of any prowlers of the human kind. I wish I could see something like that up close. The most strange thing I ever seem to see is the rotating colorful lights of the garbage truck going down the street filtering through the home bedroom blinds, like that's real exciting. Steve

That's definitely very scary Mia. ~hugz~
Thank you for being brave enough to post about it here. I also would like to know what color it was.

Hi. Last night was pretty bad. Hubby didn't see it. The light blinded me in my right eye temporarily. I screamed and we went outside and there was nothing. Nothing. Hubby went out and tried to shine a light in the window and could only create a light on the ceiling, not a direct ball of light through the window. The window is actually maybe 3.5 feet from the floor of the bathroom but about 20 ft from ground outside. There is a porch beside the window as well. I called my MIL and casually asked if she had seen any lights, maybe from cars and she said no. She said she had seen some lightning in the distance but this was way to bright to be lightning and was a definite round shaped light. Also, no light came in any other windows. We have no curtains or blinds so it would have if it was lightning. When I saw the ufo this past spring, a blue orb came out of the front and was coming toward me. This orb was white. Hubby doesn't believe as he has never seen. He wants to though. Nothing else happened last night. I had a hard time sleeping and am worn out this morning. There are just no lights near here for it to have been something like that. We are surrounded by fenced in pastures and the only road would not allow any light to come in the window. The only lights I have seen from that window are headlights and they are close to the ground. I am not interested in being involved in anything. This is not a rush for me and I certainly am not excited about it. I don't want it to happen again.
Thanks for everyone's replies. I am just trying to make sense of all of this.

I suppose it's possible it could have been "ball lightning." Basically it is lightning that takes the form of a ball and just kind of drifts around wherever it wants to go. A lot of times they follow power lines. It's a pretty rare phenomenon but it does happen. That's about the only "scientific" explanation I can come up with.

Yeah, no way around it, this would be frightening for me. I have felt "spot-lighted" before, but not in the comfort of my own home . I'm so sorry, Mia. I understand not being able to sleep well afterwards. Even with a caring husband nearby. Have a few weird things been happening lately? Did you feel like you were expecting something to happen, and then just when you relax and watch tv. . .? I realize that what I'm about to say is small comfort, but I believe in focusing on one issue at a time. Even though the window is 20 feet off the ground, out in "the country", would it feel as intense if a "light" was trying to show through a blind, shade, or curtains? There are times I feel vulnerable sitting in a lighted house with the darkness all around. My kitchen has two doors onto the patio that I've talked about.

Hi everyone, and thank you for your kind words. Nothing else has happened. It wasn't 'ball lightning' as I never even saw lightning- my MIL did and it was from another direction entirely. We have no window treatments, only bare windows. and are surrounded by electric fences and farm dogs who look after our livestock. It is understood by everyone in a 20 mile radius that entering any private property is at your own peril here. Farmers all around, everyone respects everyone and we all look out for each other.
The blinding in one eye is what has me upset but now, eerily calm. It was so blindingly white and I believe there was a blue outline to it but that could have been from the effects on my eye. And the lights were out in the hallway to the bathroom. The bathroom sinks are in what I have referred to as a hallway and a door leading to the walk-in closet. There was no way it was anything seen around here. We have had some horrible lightning storms this past spring and I am very familiar as to what any lightning would look like. We have 100 year old oak trees that do break up light coming through the windows and this was like a million watt spotlight gliding past the window.
Everything was so dark at the time so the light was especially visible.
One more thing- it specifically passed by the window, it didn't flash. It started on the left side of the window and passed by.

Mia, Derived from own studies of the various forms of the 'orbs' that folks report, determines what one experience. While, ball-lightening is in fact a scientifically explained natural electrical phenomenon which has been replicated in the laboratory, it is likely that the 'orb' you saw, was most assuredly not ball-lightening as explicated by those few things you reported.. Also, I'd like to point out, that ET ALWAYS rely on the law-of-confusion (RA Material, Vol 1, pg 79, par 1) when operating in conjunction with Humans. A classic trick ET use, is our inherent awareness of natural events, which ET by 'cloning' elements of those natural events, literally either disappear from our conscious awareness of their presence, or prevent us from effectively disclosing it to others. Luminous-orbs are often seen when its been raining or where there was 'currently' lightening transpiring, or there has been lightening in the area of the sighting. If you had described this experience to an orthodox scientistic investigator who is ET behavior uninformed, they would likely have discounted the entire experience as having a prosaic explanation, simply due to what you said: It wasn't 'ball lightning' as I never even saw lightning- my MIL did and it was from another direction entirely. Bob Bigelow refers to them as the 'tricksters'. Luminous-Orbs are of particular interest to me, and I'd very much appreciate it if you could describe in more detail what you saw, such as approx diameter size of the orb and its shape (was it round, elliptical or tear-drop shape?) and your best guess as to the orb's distance from you. Did the 'glow' of the brilliantly self-luminous ball illuminate the surrounding area, such as the yard below or other structures, fence, etc? And although it seems that the time was after sunset, what time was it may I ask? What were you and yours doing at the moment just before the time of the sighting? And your eye, what is wrong with it? What do you think happened to it? Are you still having problems with the eye? Which eye? Left or right? Can you recall your thoughts around the moment of the sighting, but prior to the time of your initial awareness of the sighting? (what was your OM's thoughts around the time, but prior to the sighting? Or perhaps a guest's thoughts, or the children's?) What's curious to me, is why you were allowed to see it? Are you PSI-intuitive? Sincerely and thanks, plutronus

Mia, I have witness two blue ball lightning which came through my window during a thunderstorm and came toward me right into my face if I had not felt on the floor quick, it blew up everything in our home. and our wiring had to be all done over again , house orbs floating across the room in front of me and into a wall twice, they were orange. Also the type I got on film by accident this past Christmas above a home I was filming which had a beautiful light display. I can tell you for sure all three were from a different source.
But when you mention basketball size it made me wonder as none of what I witness was this large. Only the ball blue lightning was soccer ball size. It would of scared me also.
Did you hear any kind of noise at the time? .
Did you see a doctor about your eye? I surely hope it is ok now.
