Hi All Im new here but have every now and then been on here for a read. Ok for days now people I know have been spotting UFOs and I am a very active satelite spotter ( For years now) I have been recording all the weird stuff on vid here is a link to some of my vids I dont have all of them on You tube, but... Is It just me or are there more and more sightings the past few months ? The other day my wife saw a UFO and trust me she DOES NOT believe in UFOs, but this thing freaked her out. she said she saw a white burning ball going acrose the sky in broad day light and she had a witness this was just on Tuesday past. Anyway here is the link Thanks and great Forum. Im uploading another vid as I type this Oz

Amazing video... especially when the object begins to flash... Question: What language is that? It sounds very Germanic to me...

From what I've read, Afrikaans close to German, but closer to Dutch and English. All four of these languages are classified as "Germanic". Not the same, but similar.

Lore: Yip Your Bang on Here is last nights vid We got 3 UFOs following each other. One, the front one keeps going Light and dark! The funny thing is on some of the objects the are as bright as the stars around them on the Night vision but are completely invisible to the eye WEIRD! We spot them with the NV. Just goes to show how much we miss, spotting. On the vid there are lots of objects going in other directions just look carefully Sorry for the shacking Have a look at top left corner It is going in the opposite direction...so not a satelite. Oz

Oz Welcome to TEOR ozzee ! Great footage and good job filming these objects ! Whatever these things are their #'s seem to be increasing . Im curious as to how much field of view there is in this image from last night. Is that the constellation of canis major , cygnus, or centaurus? Just curious. Thanks for sharing ! If you have more footage, it would be appreciated too. This seems like a good method to use for catching these things on film whatever they are. Keep up the good work ! Cliff

It seems the skies there are showing similar activity to what Ive been seeing here over S.W. Missouri . This is very interesting ozzee ! . If you dont mind me asking, what types of cameras or telescopes / telephoto lens are you using ?

"Is that the constellation of canis major , cygnus, or centaurus? Just curious" Yes it is Touched! Well spotted and some over Orion. To be honest its just my Fujifilm Finepix XP and a pair of NV goggles. I just put the lens over the eye piece of the NV. I do the same when filming the moon with my 12" telescope. I can zoom 12x over the 12" telescope I have some vids Of stuff that look like Cranes MOOOVING on the moon, No ###t! and other objects, strucktures, towers, buildings all sorts of weird stuff. and all just with the 12" and my camera. . I'm scared of posting them on You Tube!! Look in my channel on You tube I have one vid of the moon just to be silly and that vid is not even zoomed in with the camera. Try it if you guys have a telescope and a decent cam you can zoom in more than the telescope can do on its own !!! There is no doubt some strange stuff in the Sky over Australasia. Ill Have some vids soon I just need to get then ready Thanks All Oz

Just be careful. Somehow keep your credibility. Get ready to be "trashed" for hoaxing. Don't feel pressured. Take your time, and all that. I know you know all this, but I myself have to remember that patience is a virtue. I appreciate what you are doing!

Orion is one of my favorite constellations and one of the first ones I learned at a young age. A 12 inch telescope? Nice !! Thats what Im hoping to purchase in the near future. I cant wait to see these videos you have. I love this kind of stuff. Especially when you find something like structures ,,,,cool !! Thanks again !

I take that most people on here are very open minded. So I happy to talk about it here :>) but yeah... I was lucky with my 12" I got the mirror for $300 and built my own telescope. Its a F4 mirror so it does coma a bit

Hi, Ozzee. I like to think that most people here are pretty open-minded. We try to be anyway. I recently purchased a telescope also. It's nowhere near as big as a twelve inch but I've seen some pretty cool stuff with it. I need to get some night vision also so I can see even more cool stuff. I'm always on the lookout for cool stuff. Thanks for posting your videos.

With your interests in spotting satellites, the f/4 is a good mirror to have ! With lower magnification and a wider field of view it makes it easier to spot and stay on moving targets while filming.
It is also good to use a mirror with this focal ratio to view comets, various nebula and objects like the andromeda galaxy. I bet the pleiades look awesome through that scope, as well as the crab nebula and the double cluster in perseus. Very nice pics of the moon too and thank you ! Great job !
Good job building the scope too ozzee . Impressive . Is it a newtonian ?

Touched, It sure is. Yeah you are right its just the coma is a little bit of a bother but Im gona get a corrector soon Ive tried following satellites, but its not easy LOL. McNaught WAS AWESOME!!! The pic of the moon is one of my worst ones Ive got some Vids were it looks like you are orbiting the Moon!! Here is a pic I took of a Ufo thru my 12" When I was doing some early evening moon gazing. Yes I know its a bit POO. I saw it going right accrose the view and followed it as much as posible ( Prob just a satelite) I left them BIG so you can zoom better Looks creepy. Oz

Whatever the thing is in that photo it looks kind of like the thing I saw last summer in New Mexico. Here is an enlargement of ozzee's photo (on the left) with an enlargement of the one I saw next to it. (on the right) Notice the similarities? They are both white with what appear to be two large rounded thingies. The one I saw was just hanging motionless in the sky though. How fast do you think that one was moving?

Pretty slow I could Thru the 12" take lots of pics before it moved out of view. When looking at it (not thru the 12") It was moving super slow! That is freaky the "same" sighting in 2 different countries on opposite sides of the planet :0 So cool!!! Its the middle of summer here and the FREAKIEST thing ever, its snowing on the South Island of New Zealand this is unheard of, its summer !! Ill see If I can find some more stuff in my ufo sightings folder. I am posting a vid on YT Of the moon to show how close I can get have a look in the first few seconds of the vid in one of the crators Im not saying which one. See if you can spot some thing weird in it And post your thoughts Look at about 0:30 its clear as day!! Oz

That's kind of weird that you are having snow in the summer because here in the states we are having a really warm winter. There haven't been any major snowstorms yet. They are actually saying we are having a snow drought.

WTH is up with the weather Man!! My sister's husband is deployed in Afghanistan somewhere and he posted on facebook that it was snowing there this morning... lol... Weird weird weather. We are actually having a real winter this year. The last six years we've had unusually warm winters. It's going to be -45 every night through next Saturday. Not looking forward to it... By the way Ozzee... -45 is pretty much the same in either farenheit or celcius. Around that temperature the two are exactly the same, they meet... it's either -40 or -45... don't remember which one...

Is that what you are talking about? That was kind of cool when you zoomed in with the camera. I didn't know you could get closeups like that just by using a camera zoom. I'm going to have to try that.

Its awesome, the stuff you can see just by doing that.
Have another look you will see the thing in the center of crater has a taller shadow than the rim of the crater its a tower its got a wide bottom and long slender top. thats no way a rock formation!!!

Does that thing show up in photos that other people take? Other people must be able to see it also.
