As a kid my family moved into a hew housing project called Rudnick Highlands in the mid 1950s not realizing that it was cover for tunnel operations in the adjacent hillside. Without the cover the govt would have to have explained the moving of the waste rock from the tunneling operation. Massive earth movers were daily hauling rock and dropping it for house foundations. My own home was on 14 ft of fill. That is a lot of fill for a contractor to move. Moving in before the project was completed I could observe the operations going on. What was interesting was the number of guards in plan tan clothes that were on the sight. Playing on the hillside they would pop up out of the brush and tell us kids we had to leave the area which was scarey. I noticed while sitting on the hillside that empty earth movers went up a canyon in the hill and then came out of some trees across from me full of rock. yet there was no road on the hillside that could be used to get from the head of the canyon to the trees. How did they get from one place to another. Trying to get closer I continually ran into the guards who chased me away Finally reaching the trees during a lull there was only a small patch of bulldozed ground. there had to be a tunnel there was my conclusion. No contractor would have the money to hire so many guards. Finally one day I got to talk to young guard brifely He was unhappy with his job as kid threw rocks at him. he stated that he had signed up for adventure not to chase kids and he was going to ask for a transfer to something else. having said that he said I had o leave It made no sense to except that it was a military project of some kind. When my parents bought our home the contractor said that just having the money to buy the home was not enough. People had to be approved to move in. We were approved. I notice that all the people moving into the project had small kids except for the last three homes sold. They were test subjects for the greys. Finally the project was finished but interestingly enough the guards along the top of the hill were still there chasing kids away. there was nothing there but the guards still were there. Walking on the hill with my father one early Sat morning we ran into a guard who did some arm waving saying the indicated area were automatic arrest areas so did not go there. It was just wild hillside indicated or was it. While playing on the hillside. My friends and I found a line of tiny power poles 6 ft high hidden in the brush that went up to the hill top and then plunged into the ground. Looking at the connecting lines coming out of the ground they gave me the creeps as I had never seen anything like them before. They had power. As parr of the project a huge water tank had been put in that was really big Again playing we found a thick water line going up the hill to no where. they had water. playing on the hills west side we found a spur line railroad track that ended in a huge iron door in the hill. they had rail connections. Again playing we found a new storm drain that went way back into the hillside. Why? They had a sewer. Later Dr lewellyn at college of marin was paid by the air force to test the water in the near by tidal swamps for chemicals He stated in my hearing that he was finding some really strange stuff. They had pollution. Finally playing we found a gully eroded into the hill the bottom of which was paved in dark glass bricks cemented with a tough rubbery material. it was not an ancient Roman ruin it was the roof of the underground base being eroded out by accident. the conspiracy being that the base was built for the greys bys the govt and the housing project besides being a cover for the earth moving was also providing test subjects for the greys Tics me off that The rail connect was later removed and the storm drain was redesigned to not show the deep drains going into the hill side.
