Interesting, sunbow. I'll take a look at your stuff when time permits. Science fiction is my first love. I loved Dan Simmons' Hyperion series, and a few years ago I picked up his books about trans-humans in the future: Illium and Olympos. You definitely have established a rather interesting premise with your main work.

Somehow I thought science fiction is a good way to write about some possibilities with regard to the UFO and ET subject and be way out there without trying to defend any ideas. While no one knows what is really happening, I would surmise that the universe is old enough that some of the races are so advanced that we can not really comprehend where they are at. I also think that the whole idea of intelligent machines, or as in my novel, one linked intelligent machine which is all pervasive with various aspects or nodes, is missing from the UFO discussion. I call it the Brilliant Machine, which could be taken in various ways, from seriously to sarcastically. The intensity of being mortal is one of our greatest assets.
I read Hyperion book one when it came out twenty years ago and still remember quite a bit from it, the mark of a good book. I have been devouring UFO literature, but am ready for more Sci-fi, so thanks for mentioning these.
