You can see the other insects at around the 1:20 mark in the video. what flying insect could be that big? i always thought the larger the insect the less likely it could fly... according to the information on it... "We can see several important things about it. For instance, it does not flap which tells us is not an insect or bird. Its mostly oval in shape, but its shape seems to change. Its also very curious about things. It comes close to several places landing on the house roof and almost on some branches. During this whole time never once did I see it flap any sort of wings. Very odd, but many glowing and non glowing orbs have been seen close up and reported this year. Often being baseball in size. If this is an alien orb, it looks more like an entity than a ship."

Dragonflies get quite large and they don't have wings that visibly flap.

I also disagree but...assuming, for argument's sake, that this is a giant dragonfly....what sort of 'giant dragonfly' glows the entire time it is flying?

I also disagree but...assuming, for argument's sake, that this is a giant dragonfly....what sort of 'giant dragonfly' glows the entire time it is flying? I'm just playing devil's advocate here. It's not actually "glowing"... the camera is picking up light reflecting off of the insect- like the "glowing" insects also filmed in this video. A dragonfly's wings flap so rapidly it cannot be seen by the naked eye- nor a camera. The only way you can see a dragonfly's wings flap is with a high speed camera and you play it back in slow motion. This video was obviously not recorded in slow motion...

Alien-like entity hovers over Spain - VIDEOBy Dirk Vander Ploeg - July 18, 2013 This is a very fairy like glowing orb that is moving through the neighborhood that was originally reported in June 2013. Source: www.agoracosmopolitan.comwww.ufodigest.com/article/alien-entity-over-spain-0716 I paused the video several times around 1:02 (when it crosses in front of the white building). I actually get a "response" from the metal it goes in front of at this point (a sort of red flash). Can someone explain that to me? Also, I can see both a dragonflys wings move, and a humming bird. A humming bird wing motion is like just seeing a movement in the air next to its body. A dragonfly wing movement is a lot more apparent than that. I'm sorry. I don't mean to call anyone else blind. Maybe the dragonflys here are different. They don't need such rapid wing movement here to stay warm

I didn't see any other insects. Am I going blind already? Ummmmm, there's a couple. Doesn't make sense why there isn't more. . . . I mean, if they are just glowing insects. . . Sky, check out the video at 1:02 please

The first thing I look at when watching a video is the people who are in it...either on the video or behind the camera. You can tell a lot by looking at how they behave. If the video is a hoax it is pretty easy to tell because most people who make hoaxes are not professional actors. From what I can tell by looking at this video is that the guy filming it believes that he is seeing something unusual. I can tell that from the sound of his breathing and the way he moves the camera, especially when he loses sight of the thing for a few seconds and then hurries to try to find it again.
I can also see quite a few insects now that I actually watch the thing closely. Not sure why I didn't notice them before. They all look white but can't tell if they are "glowing" because they are very small. The big one looks kind of like an insect too. The way it moves is very similar to a butterfly, especially the way it kind of flies around here, there and everywhere. It kind of sort of looks like it is fluttering too, like it has butterfly wings.
I also notice that the sky in the background is very bright because the sun is setting in that direction. It's possible that the sun is illuminating the flying thing and making it appear like it is glowing. The "glowing" of the object could be caused by the camera. If the light setting is taken from the trees and things in the foreground that are in the shade than the camera would cause the sun, sky and anything bright to be very white. That could explain why it looks like it is glowing.
I also looked at the red flash that Jcurio mentioned and I do see a little bit of red there. That might also have been caused by the camera. I notice that the glowing thing does appear to have a little bit of a red color associated with it everywhere it goes. The weird shape of the object could also be caused by the camera. When I was watching some of the videos that Shami made I noticed that some of the things flying by had a shape very similar to that one. That might just be the way the digital camera makes it appear.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that this is probably just a butterfly being illuminated by the sun. That's just an educated guess though. Not saying that is a positive ID.

Thanks Skywalker! I watched the video again, and the "glowing orb" could have also been a piece of paper, the way it fluttered about. . . . so, having some intelligence to it, it must be a butterfly! If it was some sort of "alien", it appears lost and confused. Possibly a misfit left behind. Lol. You didn't come right out and say "hoax", but if this is only what a butterfly looks like on film, in the right light settings and environment, then whoever was filming saw it as a butterfly. How can we ever trust photos, etc.?

I see my hummers wings when they come on my Porch. Lorelei watch one of my humming bird videos. Also those darn dragon flys are all over my fishing line when bank fishing. Have watch them my entire married life this way. The sun is shinning down on them out over the water in front of me. Yes I see their wings but they are very close to me.

On the contrary, I have no preformed opinions of anyone here as I am relatively new to this particular forum. I take all of ya'll seriously I agree, this moves like an insect and other insects also appear to glow in the video. What's puzzling me is the sheer size of it.....at one point it passes by a window pane and appears to be the width of the pane. At another point it passes by the light over the door and appears to be similar in size. It could be that the glow of the object is making it appear much bigger than it is....I dunno, it's interesting to me....I'm not ready to definitively say butterfly ;-)

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Nobody thinks you're an idiot, Lorelei. I certainly don't because I was agreeing with you. It does look like an insect in the way that it moves around. I think the bright light from the sun is distorting the image a little...kind of like it is being overexposed because the camera is taking its light reading from the shaded part of the background. Jcurio was thanking me because she sent me a pm asking me to look at a specific part of the video and part of my response was an answer to her question. I'm not definitely saying that it is an insect because I'm not 100% sure. There were a few unusual things about it, like the way it continued to "glow" no matter where it went. Even when it dropped down into the bushes. You would think that if it was sunlight illuminating it that it would only glow from a certain direction. That thing never quit glowing no matter where it went. I'm still inclined to think it's a bug though just because I've seen some of the bugs that Shami filmed when she was pointing her camera towards the sun and they looked almost identical to that one.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Obviously I'm the idiot. Me, thinking that I can honestly joke and be sarcastic about something that looks entirely alien to me. Seriously. For all I know, from :38 on it looks like an intelligent piece of Paper. I should have said Drifting, instead of "fluttered about", because there is no wing flap that I can see. #1. I never turn on the sound while watching a video based on a sighting. Too distracting for my brain. #2. Lorelei has explained to me more than once about her vision. Yet she can see insects in this video, that I only saw numerous when I made the video show in full-screen mode. #3. I'm so "new" at this hoax thing, that I half expected Steve to get on here, laugh at me, and explain that this "orb" was only a laser pointer superimposed, somehow. #4. I am truly baffled by the "light flash" as the object goes in front of the metal bar on the white building. To me, it is an "electrical response" between 2 possibly electrical objects, that was somehow caught on film, due to the oddity of the glowing object. I will also go back and look at the size changes that Niki pointed out. #5. " If this is only what a butterfly looks like". . . . Then how can I EVER judge /trust photos and videos, etc?? This "one" looks real to me. I guess I got the attention I wanted. I do appreciate that. I rarely comment on videos of the unknown, and I still would like someone to help me understand how to tell a hoax from something legit. I'm not watching these things just to be entertained. When they look "fake" to me, I don't watch any farther. I do come back to what I thought was a "fake" video on here and read ALL of you guys comments, hoping I can learn something! I wish Lorelei had "joked" back with me. I can dish it out, and I can take it. My form of "humor" sucks so bad, that I couldn't even get the "Friday Joke" going!

Nowadays it is REALLY difficult to tell the real videos from the fake ones. I work in video, and sometimes even I can't say one way or the other. I don't think this video is a hoax, necessarily. It may be a natural object (insect, bird, etc) or it may be something unexplained. We can't say, or even really tell one way or the other, without getting our hands on the original uncompressed video, which might hold more clues. Then again, it might not. So I have to go by what my common sense tells me. Common sense says, it moves sort of like an insect. It glides and seems to flutter in spots. And yet, it's huge. So, that little part of me that likes faeries and sprites and the paranormal and the extra-dimensional says it could be real, too. The wonderful thing about discussing something on a forum is that each of us is entitled to our own opinions, we have the right to express them, with or without humor. And I don't see any idiots here.

I don't think the video is a hoax. I think the dude saw something unusual and filmed it. That's the same thing shami does. Some times it turns out to be bugs and birds and some times not. I personally think this one looks like an insect because of the way it moves and the direction the sun is shining from but it may not be. I couldn't say for certain just by viewing a video though.

It's a large insect. All the other insects appear to be glowing as well. The video seems to depict early morning, --one can hear dogs barking, which is a common morning canine behavior, accompanied with the other nature sounds. The sun glow-rays are from the right side of the screen which can be easily seen about midway through the clip, especially via the yellow vegetation, note the bright side and shadow position, and if one watches closely, all the insects/pollen? have digital camera-edge blooming (are pixelated) and are illuminated from the right, while the object which has caught the observational attention of the camera operator, (likely knows the difference between insects and something that is observationally strange), that object's camera-edge-blooming 'glow' is uniform and seems to have one denominate edge which isn't on the sun side, but upper left. Also, notice that the insects(?) are long and thin, appearing pencil-like, while the object is roughly spherical, at times, which is not characteristic of an insect or a bird. While one can see what appears to be several semi-stationary humming-birds holding position over some vegetation in the right side of the screen, for reference.
I don't know what the object that was cam-corded was and as usual, there is little of informational value presented along with the unidentified object...all in all...it is essentially of little value as result. It only shows the essence of the video-taker's awe.
However, it raises a question, --can manufactured machines become 'entities'? If so, what could be the circumstances of such a thing?

So if I say it's a large insect like a dragonfly I'm an idiot because dragonflies flap their wings rapidly and yet when skywalker says it's a butterfly (who flap their wings much more slowly) that is perfectly acceptable to you, huh? Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. I tried to visualize the difference between a long thin insect with semi-transparent gossamer like wings (DragonFly) flapping rapidly and that of, let us pretend for a moment, say a black & yellow winged butterfly, with long and skinny body, but whose wings are not transparent, and the larger of the specie, wings (due to their wing geometry, fragility and mass) do not flap rapidly as do DragonFly wings. I asked myself, which of the two long-thin bodied insects if brightly illuminated in the early morning sun-rays, would edge-pixelate a digital camera's sensor more? A butterfly of course, but, then, in the clip, it would been moving quite fast to cover the distance that the object transited between the buildings as depicted in the video.
So, its my opinion, that its likely that the object is not an insect simply due to its visual obliqueness. Could it be a piece of paper flip-flopping around? Also not likely, as the object changes its general contour, but not its obliqueness. Remember a sheet of paper 'floats' on a breeze because it has air-molecule 'lift' but only when horizontal, but the obliqueness of the object is at right angle to the camera-ray axis during the entire video sequence, it would need be edgewise to the camera axis to float and be carried on a bit of a breeze too (which is absent in the surrounding foliage), so its not likely paper.
Remember, if this isn't a hoax meaning that the video sequence has been cooked (somebody grabbed frames, manipulated them using a photo-editor at the terminus of the clip). However, assuming that the clip isn't hoaxed, the camera operator used their intellect, which caused the camera to be picked up and to be pointed at the object. Was it a bird?, a sheet glinting paper?, an insect?, Micky Mouse? glowing in the sun's rays? Would y'all video a glowing sheet of paper floating by your building? And post it on the 'Net as evidence of ET?
Seems there's a bit'a non-think'n going around & its not isolated to just one, but is caused. A plague of monotonous nothing interesting replete with scores of bad useless videos droning us into mindless complacency about something happening.... BWTF IS IT?
Heh heh heh....

Alien-like entity hovers over Spain - VIDEOBy Dirk Vander Ploeg - July 18, 2013 >This is a very fairy like glowing orb that is moving through the neighborhood that was originally reported in June 2013. It is my opinion that the video is that of a daylight luminous-orb. The object in the video exhibits characteristic motion (erratic motion vectoring) consistent with known luminous-orb behavior. Also, luminous-orbs frequently change their geometry, at times have been both seen and recorded 'disintegrating' into thousands of individually glowing replicant motion bits or reintegrating into larger than original size luminous-orb structure. In one video (in a millionaire's ET object video collection), hundreds of grapefruit sized luminous-orbs integrated into a 10 meter disc-orb which then tilted from parallel wrt horizon, one edge of the disc upward appx 35º, and on the slant axis jerk-accelerated rapidly, disappearing in a second or two.
Luminous-Orbs also, due to their internal luminosity, cause digital camera sensors to 'edge-pixelate' which is seen in the video.

plutronusFor what it's worth, I thank you, Plutronus . For some reason, I do consider you an expert opinion. From your technological know-how, you sound sure of yourself, and your diagnosis of this video. Obviously, I was pretty sure of myself also, but I can't explain why. Again, I also very much appreciate every one's attention to this thread. Ultimately, I want no one to feel like an idiot, especially myself (of course ). Videos and other's ideas very much contributed to a positive outcome on this ! I mean that! Several of you took the time and effort to scrutinize and try to debunk this video, and that's what your efforts mean to me, that you honestly tried. It doesn't make you right or wrong, or less capable of "diagnosing a video" later today. As Plutronus says, " What Is It?". Calling it a luminous orb does not answer that question completely, or what it was doing here! Please, please, every one continue to express your ideas and include other information that validates your point. If you understand how much this helps someone like me, surely you understand that you could be helping the public in general.

For myself, your point hits the proverbial nail...well two of'em, right on the head! The key question is, --what is it that they are doing here? What is the agenda? Ya can rest-un-assured that its not for our benefit, else why do they hide from us? Luminous-Orbs, while their full behavioral characteristics remain at this juncture unknown, they are obviously, 'down-in-between-the-Human-houses' personal Human monitors for ET. But a really disturbing realization is the behavior of the photo-orbs. The nano-size orbs that are only seen in photos (post-acquisition). Through various sources (including my mother's statement the week of her passing re; her fear that, "ET are out there, waiting for me", during her disclosure of no-code hospital status), it seems that these objects may follow 'us' through our life-death-life cycles. In any case, they (both luminous-orbs and photo-orbs) are frequently imaged in grave-yards around the plots of the newly buried.

Mysterious 'fairy circles' in African desert: Here's a new theoryJoseph Castro LiveScience Sep. 5, 2013 Fairy circles are circular patches of perennial grasses with a barren center that emerge in the deserts along the southwest coast of Africa. Here, numerous tracks of Oryx antelopes crossing fairy circles in an interdune pan are shown in an aerial view. The bizarre circular patches of bare land called "fairy circles" in the grasslands of Africa's Namib Desert have defied explanation, with hypotheses ranging from ants to termites to grass-killing gas that seeps out of the soil. But the patches may be the natural result of the subsurface competition for resources among plants, new research suggests. Grasslands in the Namib Desert start off homogenous, but sparse rainfall and nutrient-poor soil spark intense competition between the grasses, according to the new theory. Strong grasses sap all of the water and nutrients from the soil, causing their weaker neighbors to die and a barren gap to form in the landscape. The vegetation gap expands as the competition ensues, and the grass-free zone becomes a reservoir for nutrients and water. With the additional resources, larger grass species are then able to take root at the periphery of the gap, and a stable fairy circle develops. [See Photos of Mysterious Fairy Circles of the Namib Desert] "It's a really good theory because it accounts for all the characteristics of fairy circles," including the presence of tall grass species, Florida State University biologist Walter Tschinkel, who was not involved in the study, told LiveScience. "No other proposed cause for fairy circles has ever done that." CONTINUE READING: www.nbcnews.com/science/mysterious-fairy-circles-african-desert-heres-new-theory-8C11080009

aeonsnaugauries.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/faeries-are-aliens.htmlSaturday, November 9, 2013 Faeries are Aliens Posted by JDJarvis Think about it carefully; think of their strange heads, almond eyes, odd circles, twinkling lights, and mysterious ways. They are older than us and yet invisible and apart so much of the time. Well, that’s because faeries are aliens. Up the airy mountain Down the rushy glen, We daren't go a-hunting, For fear of little men; Wee folk, good folk, Trooping all together; Green jacket, red cap, And white owl's feather. Down along the rocky shore Some make their home, They live on crispy pancakes Of yellow tide-foam; Some in the reeds Of the black mountain-lake, With frogs for their watch-dogs, All night awake. They are little men who haunt the night in dark woods and remote places where hunters fear to go. They consume odd and exotic foods that would be unlikely to sustain us. Many fairies avoid the sunlight as the unshielded rays burn their alien skins. Their forms vary and they are able to conceal themselves among mankind. aeonsnaugauries.blogspot.com/2013/11/death-turnips-and-other-saucer-men.htmlAmphibious Watch-things of the Space Fairies Slime covered amphibious things silver grey to jet black in coloration they are left to guard hidden bases and cloaked saucers. Any terrestrial being that touches their slimey hides must save vs posion or become rendered by the anesthetic goo. If trapped outside during the day they will suffer 1-4 points per round until they find darkness, deep shadow, or water deep enough to cover themselves a foot or two. High on the hill-top The old King sits; He is now so old and gray He's nigh lost his wits. With a bridge of white mist Columbkill he crosses, On his stately journeys From Slieveleague to Rosses; Or going up with music, On cold starry nights, To sup with the Queen, Of the gay Northern Lights. They dwell far afield and are long in the tooth. Their domains are of the stars themselves and those parcels of land they have set upon. Some of those “high hill tops” are flying saucers in disguise. aeonsnaugauries.blogspot.com/2013/11/saucer-and-ufo-configurations.htmlCONTINUE READING: aeonsnaugauries.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/faeries-are-aliens.html
