It is easily lost in all the window dressing going on in our society that all this conduciveness is going to come to a sudden end some how. Way back when I was a little kid and first moved to Novato with my family I was aware that our society and humanity in general no longer existed. I sat on the hill where the greys have their base and looked out over the city of Novato and thought to myself I had to remember all I saw and heard for an anthropologist who lived in the hill. I loved the culture I saw but it was long gone and no longer existed and the greys did not know why. Simply put we were dead. We were as primative as the indian cultures of the west but I loved the culture. This implies time travel by the greys and they some how came back to that time to study why were died out. Since I am rather old now the end may not be that far off. Perhaps the greys will intervene and keep us going or maybe not. I had the impression at the time we had died out 500 years ago. Exactly what reference point that would be I do not know. The new thing in warfare is viruses engineered to be very deadly. Like the common cold in war of the worlds novel that killed the martian invaders. A mistake in that research would do the trick rather nicely.

What amazes me about you is how versitile, or resilient you really are 😊.
I dont know if those are the right words.....
But on the thread where you talk about being on the pipeline and enjoying wandering the forest, not a soul for miles, there is NO FEAR in your voice.
NO FEAR, of unknown animals or creatures that MIGHT be in the woods. No worries of getting “lost”.
No, those aren’t the right words.
