Just for the record, I'm very aware of what goes on in my head. Unless I'm sleeping. You can imagine, when I first decided to give up sex (for example), it took a while to say "No" to dream characters while I was sleeping . Lol. I realized some time ago that I was either thinking very loud, or there were psychic people around me, that were hearing my thoughts. Besides, If I let my mind wander to negative things, it affects my mood . Shoot, if i can't control anything else, I may as well control myself . If possible. ;D ;D

This reality is one that ET utilize in their 'stealth' strategies in dealing with Humans, as certain ET understand Human cognitive behaviors very well, and by utilizing various understandings of how we 'remember' rather than sense, they are often able to hide from us in plain view and they/and their-craft simply 'disappear' from our cognitive-space as we 'overlay' our perception of their presence with memory instead of real-time sensory information. plutronus
Another good reason to regularly play a type of game of I-spy, that I have talked about before. The type where you try to memorize everything in an area, and then have someone either add something or take something away, and then figure out what it is. It took the Rosicrucians methods to teach me how to relax. I'm confident that I know when someone has "been in my space". Maybe that's why I do notice things like shadow people. I don't recall smelling one. . .

Anyone can train themselves to be more aware of the world around themselves..and the one less visible. It's not a trick or something special..it's just being aware. Using all of the senses instead of going through live skating.

That is to be expected..Facebook is not now nor has it ever been secure. If you do not want to be suspect...don't talk controversial stuff and don't publish on the net what you don't want someone else to see. That's just simple logic. Internet never has been secure.

I just cross referenced this moon phase for those shootings with the one that just happened last Friday and guess what, it also is the day after the new moon! wonder what this is exactly...I'm not real familiar with new moon behaviors, so I'm off to learn something more! At any rate interesting find! Thanks for sharing this...

OK just found these per washington.edu
25,568 psychiatric emergency room visits in a 13-year period: visits increased near the first quarter moon and a decreased around the new moon and full moon. Reference: Human aggression and the lunar synodic cycle (1978)
7,844 emergency calls to a suicide prevention/crisis call center in a 2-year period: the highest number of total calls was during the new moon, not the full moon. When calls for suicide threats were analyzed, there were more calls during the first quarter of the moon and new moon. Reference: Moon phases and crisis calls: a spurious relationship (1977)
Still researching
Oh, might be nothing but 911 happened the day before a new moon.

The Sheeple need to wake up, our gvmnt is sooo out of control and no one is protecting our digital-civil-liberties in our gvmnt from all the greedy corporate pigs out there who'll sell your mother to the dog-food factories to be ground up for doggy food, if there's a profit to be had, because, well the gvmnt is a major part of the problem.
Spy, spy, buy, spy, buy, spy...bye, bye American Freedom.

Yet..scientists will tell you that the moon has nothing to do with behavior. They just cannot make that leap. As for guns..and guns ...the constitution gives us the right to bear arms..and I'm not for losing any constitutional rights....trying to control firearms..will only take guns away from the ones who responsibly use them....unfortunately there isn't any way to remove the guns which represent an extension of power or ego in some people. So..there will be death from guns to others...by the unstable use of any weapon..vehicle, knife, firearm..airplane in the sky. If people want to kill others they will find the means..guns are only handier. Used to be if someone felt like killing something he went out and hunted dinner..now there are supermarkets and man should be a lot less primitive..right???

You said it, Jo. People do not know what to do with their anger.
We can teach constructive ways to deal with anger, but the stuff that simmers and simmers until it becomes a premeditated crime, becomes something evil.
Its easy to define "evil" there.
Its a lot harder to define other types of "evil". Its one thing to want to be rich and have ambition and drive to become so. Becoming rich and that being someone else's loss (whether a person knows of it or not) is a fine line.
Personally, I think that it's just happenstance that the two major shootings happened on that faze of the moon. I do believe that things about nature CAN affect us, superstitions put aside. But as civilized human beings we can and should be able to resist that natural "pull". Maybe that makes it more telling that both of these shooter individuals were younsters. When it comes to documentation of suicides at certain fazes, those types most certainly are easy to "push" in a certain direction.
Who is taking advantage of this?? Since when did wanting to kill oneself (anger towards oneself turned inwards IMO) become "let's see who I can take out with me?".
We all have been most active on this thread and the thread on telepathy, as of late. Please don't brush this off as just areas of interest right now.

Whenever something like this happens..people look for possible reasons..even in remote places. I think the aliens made him do it. Well..it's about as logical as the other stuff they're coming up with. Why did mama need an assault rifle? Why does anyone with the exception of police and military? A handgun is good for protection..learning how to use it responsibly is much more important. My point..she didn't need the assault rifle and it's capable of the kind of damage we saw much more than the hand guns. She gave the kid the instrument of her own death..and to me..that is beyond painful..it's heartbreaking. We can't govern what others do..it's impossible and it's not our job...what we can do is to make sure we are responsible and those closest to us are.....remember as Jackie Chan would say...EVERYTHING is a weapon when used as one. We also won't ever know what motivates killers..or psychopaths or schizophrenics because our minds cannot travel there.

These mass killing events aren't happening any more often than they normally do. It just appears that way because every time one does happen it gets plastered all over the news media for weeks and weeks. These wacko lunatic murderers are being made into famous people like Billy the kid and Jesse James. What young wacko wouldn't fantasize about going out in a blaze of glory and being remembered forever? We can look for causes of them all we want and probably never fully understand it. I bet there are a lot of reasons people do stupid things like that. I could probably list a hundred of them and still not name them all. Now the government is talking about banning guns and people are rushing out and buying them up while they still can so gun sales are going through the roof which makes the government talk even more about banning them which makes more people rush out and buy them...that is not a good cycle to be in.

Proof that insanity is transferred person to person as a disease. The NYPD is now going to engage in pre crime like the old movie They will examine people on the internet to see if they might be shooters and arrest them on the basis of they might commit a crime. Arrested for dangerous thinking? In whos opinion and under what authority? How can you arrest someone for not committing a crime? Boggles the mind. The best thing obama can do on gun control is walk away from it and let the dust settle. Fear of the govt has started an arms race and too many politicians want glory by fanning the flames. Japan did not try to invade the US because there was a rifle behind every blade of grass as they put it. Besides Russia and China demaning gun control in the US the Mafia now supports gun control for crime victims of the future Rudi the brute Gambini supports Obama on gun control Get them pesky guns out of the way for some serious crime.

In whos opinion and under what authority? How can you arrest someone for not committing a crime? Boggles the mind. Dangerous thinking often comes out in dangerous words. It's about time people were more careful of what they said, and if that makes us more careful of what we are thinking, is that going to be called brain-washing? Saying things like "I'm going to kill such-and-such" even in jest, has no place in our lives. Hearing kids under 10 yrs. old say this on a regular basis is not something that should be ignored. Someone should be checking the internet. It's not the journal you put in a drawer, and we are pretty lucky that some people think it is .

We are in interesting times. During a ten day period 10,000,000 guns were sold and a billion rds of ammo went with them. Gun stores are selling out on some items to the bare walls. Guns and ammo are back ordered for 6 months. All this frenzy on fears that the govt will act in a tyrannical manner regarding guns. Reuters has called for Obama to assume dictatorial powers in banning guns. Reading the comments of hundreds of citizens many do not seem to realize that Obama cannot act out side the law. He must stay within the constitution. The Bill of Rights cannot be swept aside by the whimsy of the mob. The 2nd amendment is not about hunting rights it is about having the ability to alter or abolish a govt that become destructive to our establish laws and freedoms it is about having such things as an AR 15 which is only semi auto and not full auto. The govt still has he tanks planes and all the neat toys of the military. The govt maybe a slavering dog at a dinner party but the people are in theory its master.

Just because they can't legally do it that doesn't mean they won't. The government violates the law and the constitution every day. They get away with it because they refuse to prosecute themselves.

may you live in interesting times is an Arab curse It is interesting that DHS purchased 1,600,000,000 rds of ammo for domestic use. It also has positioned armored fighting vehicles around the country all just in time for the Conn shooting and the big push on gun control. Feinsteins proposed bill would ban some items, register the rest of firearms and when you die the guns would go to the state to be destroyed not passed on to the kids. In one generation guns would cease to exist legally. How ever there is the Bill of Rights to consider. It is obvious that the purchase of guns and ammo in mass was not done to turn them in to the govt as a sign of loyalty to Obama It has as its root cause fear of the US govt. Things have gotten to the point that a major part of the population distrusts the govt to the point they are buying arms. Reading all the things I have posted previously it was becoming obvious that something was building up to a crisis. It would be insanity to provoke a rebellion by imperious gun laws. DC does not have the leadership to control the resulting reaction by the citizens. It is obvious that all this was waiting for a cause that being the Conn shooting. It was already in place and ready to go. the rest is theater playing to the mob. DHS has the ammo for a ten year war for domestic use. Since there is no visable domestic threat on the horizon the ammo has probably been purchased for a pro 2nd amendment rebellion which they are creating knowing it will happen as a result of their actions. Knowing this will happen and still creating it is a cold blooded vicious bid for power paid for in blood by American citizens. We live in interesting times

There is debate about the origin...but what I find is that it's either Chinese OR very modern made to look like a Chinese proverb..depends on where you look on the net. www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/may-you-live-in-interesting-times.html"May you live in interesting times", often referred to as the Chinese curse, is reputed to be the English translation of an ancient Chinese proverb and curse, although it may have originated among the English themselves. It is reported that it was the first of three curses of increasing severity, the other two being: "May you come to the attention of those in authority" (sometimes rendered "May the government be aware of you"). This is sometimes quoted as "May you come to the attention of powerful people." (Alternately, "important people".) "May you find what you are looking for." This is sometimes quoted as "May your wishes be granted." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/May_you_live_in_interesting_times

Curse = getting what you think you want? And also, = coming to the attention of people who could do you harm? Interesting. Sounds right. It's the whole understory of the The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Gandolf needed an open hearted nobody who really didn't want power and wasn't on the radar. I dimly remember that in one of the movie's the hobbit attempts to hand him the ring and he says, "I can't even touch it." I thought Gandolf's gentle manipulations were more apparent in The Hobbit. He would set things on a course and then let them take their own path...

Yes, they were. I loved those books. I read every one of them a long time ago when I was either high school or college. I think I might read them again. I was always wondering why they had never made a movie about it. It seemed like a perfect motion picture story. I remember there was a cartoon once but it was all condensed down into one short episode and a lot of the pertinent info was left out. I still haven't got to see the Hobbit yet.

The DHS has purchaxed 200,000 rds more of ammo for a total now of 1,800,000,000 rds for domestic use Thats about 6 bullets for the entire population of the US each. Either they are poor shots or they have plans. Read Patrick Henrys speech and note how it applies to the current day. As he said who is this war like preparation for if not for us. Also Biden was on the phone and guaranteed that by the end of Jan gun control would be a done deal. That was before the Conn shooting. A law make in New Hampshire wants conservative thinking punished by loss of legal rights. normally held by American citizens. She wants you punished for thinking., How would you judge that one? Fill out a questionaire or relie on the nieghbors opinions of you? Really it would seem to be a very open method to get even with enemies by turning them into the police for dangerous thinking That man thinks for himself arrest him for re education or worse. What would the penalty be for dangerous thinking? Lobotomy or just a brain washing like Stalin era. Think about this for a while or maybe you shouldnt as it is become dangerous to do that it seems.

I have continued to believe a collective insanity is endemic in the population especially among our elected reps. I am old enough to recall vets of the Spanish American war marching in parades. Vets from WWI and WWII were common and people clapped and held their hand over their hearts when the national flag went by with a color guard. It was common for a horse and rider to be the only thing moving of the main street of town. Flash to today. Starting out in congress is a bill to do away with presidential term limits. Obama in 2016,2020 etc. Also is a bill for reparations to be paid for slavery to the ancestors of slaves Not to be out done African countries that supplied slaves want reparations for lost labor in their countries The great state of Illinois is trying to quickly pass a gun confiscation bill that will ourlaw most modern guns. Residents will have to turn them in for destruction with out compensation etc etc etc. Since this is where Obama came from some feel it is a test run for a nation wide ban on common fire arms Such as pump 22 rifles. luger pistols, common hunting rifles and possibly revolvers as some gun control folk consider revolvers semisutos for the prupose of gun control Why did the vets who marched in those old parades go to war? Was it to hand over their firearms without compensation to a govt that considers them untrustworthy? Calls in the media for thought control, ignoring the constitution as being out of date for modern govt, setting up any president for a life term, etc it all sounds really too much like a novel about some South American country not the USA.

The UN will now be using drones in peace keeping operations. speaking of the UN a Un advisor has been coaching Obama on gun control legislation, Makes you wonder what they talk about considering Obama swore to support and defend the constitution including the 2nd amendment

Now it seems that everything from refirgerators to rice cookers will be set up wiht internet connections to report what you do to a centralized data collection point Open the refrigerator or cook rice and it will be known to big brother. It is possilbe that the fridg will record your conversations and film your search for the mayomaise. In a few months a huge data collection center in Utah will be operational It will be capabile of storing all this data and analyzing it. To what end? Lot to be said for kerosene lamps and wood stoves

The state of Illinois now is trying to track gold sales. Cash sales of gold will be illegal and records will have to be kept of who buys gold and how much. Golly whiz why would they want to do that.
