Australian-made 3D-printed sternum and rib cage implanted into NY patientA New York woman previously diagnosed with a rare bone cancer has received a 3D-printed sternum and rib cage produced by the CSIRO and Anatomics. Tas Bindi By Tas Bindi | October 19, 2017 -- 00:07 GMT (17:07 PDT) An Australian-made 3D-printed sternum and rib cage has successfully been implanted into a 20-year-old New York patient who had been diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) announced on Thursday. The 3D-printed titanium and polymer sternum and rib cage was produced by the CSIRO in partnership with Melbourne-based medical device company Anatomics. The patient, Penelope Heller, had to have her sternum removed after being diagnosed with chondrosarcoma in 2014. While the cancer was successfully removed, Heller's replacement sternum and rib cage that was developed using off-the-shelf solutions made post-operation life painful. In August this year, she underwent additional surgery to replace her implant with a customised sternum and partial rib cage made from 3D-printed titanium and combined with Anatomics' PoreStar technology, which is a porous polyethylene material providing "bone-like" architecture to facilitate tissue integration, the CSIRO said. "3D printing allows for advanced personalisation of implants so they uniquely fit their recipients, as well as rapid manufacture, which could mean the difference between life and death for a patient waiting for surgery," the Australian government-backed organisation added. The problem with that is that guns exist. You can't just erase the technological know-how to make them. And as long as somebody (criminals) want them, somebody else (criminals) will provide them. If the bad guys have them the good guys will need to have them too. The only way guns will ever cease to exist is when somebody comes up with a new method of killing people that is cheaper, easier and more effective than using a gun. At that point "gun control" will happen on its own. When is the last time you heard anybody talking about bow and arrow control? Hi SkyWalker, When the gun-control subject is broached, one often hears the common retort, 'the criminals will always have guns', or 'only the criminals will have guns, and another I often hear is, 'guns can be home made'. Ues it true, handguns can be home-made, a modern handgun can be made using a mill, but I ask you how many people have a mill at their disposal or would know enough about gun technology to make a functional handgun? Or, one can fabricate a very simple, and primitive handgun. Here's an example... When I was attending highschool in El Paso, Tx, a couple of years after Pres DonkeyCrat Johnson gave 16 blocks of the business district of downtown El Paso to Mexico, at the request of the Mexican Government (they always side with the enemies of the US, and was the instigation of the US declaring war on Germany because of the deal the Mexican government made with Hitler). The only barrier between El Paso and Mexico after moving the border, was a 10ft tall chain-link fence that the Mexican hordes pushed over in a mere 12 hours, as reported in the El Paso news at the time. El Paso, a sleepy little European US Military base town, virtually over night became an increasingly more dangerous sh.it-hole. The Mexican horde crimewave had begun in America. In my Highschool, the Mexican kids, in metal-shop, instead of learning how to mill engine blocks and pistons or learning how to make tools, etc, were fabricating shivs (long thin knives) using screw-drivers for the base material, and breaking off people's telescoping car radio antennas, to have the barrel material for making a primitive .22 caliber handgun. There were both shootings and knifings at our highschool on a regular basis. These were the 14 ~ 18 yro teenage Mexicans. Kids. The 'Dreamers' horde is moving into all of the States of the US along with their out-of-control (why should they behave? Our constitutional stalwarts protect them, as though they are citizens with the right to be as.sholes misbehaving in our country), car-stealing, robbing, raping, child-molesting, carjacking, drive-by-gang-shooting-initiations, giving crack to schoolyard kids to addict them, religious ritual torturing of black-cat pets, Human and child slavery, home-invasions, importation of drugs, murdering, tying horsetails to telephones...beating the horse to death with clubs for entertainment while the Mexican neighbors are watching and eating popcorn (happened in San Fernando a couple of weeks ago)...Mexicans are influencing our elections, Mexican centric American cities are demanding to be shielded from federal laws and are becoming so-called sanctuary-cities (today's newspaper headline, Gov Jerry Brown signed an official sanctuary status shielding MexiCalifornia from US Federal Immigration Laws), 'sanctuary-city' a phrase coined in Los Angeles by Mexican clerics of the local Catholic Church, an institution that abhors contraceptives, the religion to which most Mexicans adhere, they also embrace wierd sacreficing religions too. The Catholic Church was creating sancturaries, hiding Mexican foreign-nationals from the US Immigration authorities 20 years ago. Yet the Mexican foreign-nationals, and Mexican amnesty-'citizens' demand to have constitutional protections as though they are bonifide American Citizens. The rogue sanctuary cities still demand the federal welfare funds, that support all those Mexican 'Dreamers'. While the horde are doing as they please, just as they were doing in that sh.it-dive country of theirs, Mexico, that they come from. Sorry about the Mexican horde rant. Its a huge social problem, one that was entirely preventable, and was promoted primarily by the DonkeyCrats for the sole purpose of swinging the votes in their favor, and by unthinking un-American corporations and other greedy Americans who don't give a hoot about about anything except their own selfish monetary agendas. How many teenager jobs have been lost to Mexican foreign-nationals? When I was a kid, for pocket money I mowed neighborhood lawns along with my hangout-pal buddy Jimmy Washington (Nigerian-American). Yes its seems true, to me, that only the bad-guys will have handguns in the banned-handgun scenarios. However the magnitude of the handgun homicide problem could be greatly diminished by banning only the handguns. Its a numbers deal. The difference between millions of people having handguns, and the ever decreasing (after handgun banning laws are passed) numbers of publically owned handguns being used to kill. As I said before, the process would not be an instant-coffee one. The process would likely require a great expanse of time, possibly several generations of people before the concept of not having the right to own a functional handgun would be generally accepted in the public mindset. And yes, there will likely, always be a **FEW** criminals that would have and use handguns for crime activities. Remember the tommy-guns used by mobsters in in the 1920s? Only a dozen or so bad-guys had'm. Now lots of folks have machine-guns. But remember, banning would be the difference between the millions of now and the future few. It literally is unsafe to walk many of the streets here in our country, due mainly to the proliferation of easy access to handguns. There was a time in the United States (before the huge foreign-national Hispanic invasion began, and Nigerian-'Americans' were allowed the right to own firearms), when it was safe to walk the streets. Cars did not have ignition or door locks. People did not have to lock their houses typically. And if there was a murder somewhere, it was national news. One murder. Here in LA there were 16 handgun homicides during this past week, and 2 last night. 4 in Anaheim, 12 in Sacremento (large Hispanic barrior sanctuary city)...its like that virtually **EVERWHERE** in the continental United States. As for cost, handguns are not cheap. The average price for virtually any American manufactured handgun starts around $300 and goes up from there. The more sophisticated firearms, mainly not being handgun varieties, start around $1200 and prices go up from there. Amunition isn't particularly cheap either. More expensive per weight ratio than gasolene. Me? I love to shoot guns. But frankly, I do not own any. I watched and learned what was happening around me due to folks having having handguns in their homes. I was reared in a family tree of gun owners and users. My father, a retired US Military officer who fought in the streets of Germany where both his mother and grandmother played as children, owned several different handguns including his .45 service pistol. My mother, a native of Tucson since 1920, where her mother eventually permanently resided, via the railroad. Grandma was owner of a vaudevillian stage sharp-shooter troupe. The troupe lived and commuted on trains, traveling from venue (towns) to venue (towns) and train-stops/stations, living out of their so-called 'train-cases'. She developed asthma and stayed in Tucson as there were medically effective therapies or drugs available and only the dryness of the air in Tucson enabled her to breath. Grandmother owned hundreds of handguns, rifles, pistols, shotguns, etc. I have family photos that are quite remarkable. I grew up around guns and I know about these mecha. All through out my life, with the exception of my own direct family, I have heard of dozens of close to me, people being killed accidentally, purposely killed and killing with handguns. One of my fathers 9 siblings, middle brother, Gershan, was accidentally killed by an 'unloaded' handgun while it was being cleaned, it was given them as 'gift' by a friend of my father's mother. My neice's boyfreind, while being incessantly needled by my bit.chy neice, took a handgun, in front of her, put it into his mouth and blew his brains out. That's why I questioned the photo of Paddock lying on the floor. Where was the blood? Maybe they cooked the photo? Maybe he poisoned himself or suffered a cardio infarction? When I was a young lad, (we lived in a US Army city), the kid next door got out his father's service pistol and was playing with it, Hollywood TV was constantly producing cowboys shooting cowboys (where ever the money is, those stinky DonkeyCrat Israel-First Americans who run Hollywood and the fake news-press, are the rats who shape the American mindset, they don't give-a-hoot about us...remember that), the kid was playing cowboy, pulled the handgun up and shot his baby brother. In highschool, there were a few ruffians, it was afterall, a Texas cowboy town. There was well used branch on the hanging tree in front of the downtown courthouse, I used to lean up against on Saturdays. The school I attended had a large population of birther-Mexicans, their mothers being pregnant, waiting across the border, until just a day or two before birthing, crossing over (thanks to Pres DonkeyCrat Johnson's passage of the birther-law in 1963), popping their pups on American soil, automagically creating another pro-DonkeyCrat American 'citizen', (a strategy employed in virtually every DonkeyCrat dominate election since JFK's win when the El Paso Tx voting polling stations were over-run by bus-loads from Mexico). My mother was a poll watcher. Nothing was done about the matter, wasn't important enough to be on the 'news'. The DonkeyCrats recently stated that there was no 'evidence' of voting fraud. Hah hah hah, what a bunch of BS. There's rampant voting fraud in every election, in every state. Anyway a few ruffians gathered, in an unused music room at the highschool, five teenagers, having one .22 revolving pistol handgun, played a game of chicken...'Russian Roulette'. Putting one round in the revolver, spinning it, and each in turn placing the gun against their (moron) head. One of them, Wally Kretz, blew a hole in his head. (lots of blood everywhere) The list of handgun killing stories are like a winding highway moving endlessly through the ages of handguns. The greater the number of handguns, the greater the number of killings. Its simply a numbers deal. Reduce the number of handguns, commensurately reduces the number of killings. And the numbers of bad-guys having guns will also decrease with time. Probably by that time everyone will be walking around with rayguns instead!!! I want a Phasor!! Guns kill. Its their only purpose. plutronus

The problem with gun control is..you never will get the guns off the streets..they will exist in the hands of gang members and the underground until heII freezes over. Only people who would be armed would be cops and robbers..yeah. Oh and go on down to Texas and tell those good ole boys to hand em over...or Idaho..there are some pretty right extremists in that neck of the woods....and hunting isn't on their minds. There are a LOT of 'sick' people in the world, confused people, desperate people, terrified and paranoid people..seems to be a human thing lately. But some people figure it's perfectly fine to sell guns to those with mental problems. Not mentioning names here donald..but gee whiz..give the good guys a fighting chance would ya. And in England the Bobby's don't even carry guns. Seems to work for them. It isn't the gun...it never is..it's the nut holding it. It's just harder to kill a group with a sling shot. Or anyone for that matter. SlingShots are illegal, can't buy them anywhere in US, anymore, not since all the lawsuits caused by people using WristRocket 'slingshots'. And ya don't see kids putting each other's eyes out or broken car and home windows as result either. Police use of firearms in the United Kingdom: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_use_of_firearms_in_the_United_KingdomJCurio, One of the problems in the thinking of so many Americans is that we have to come expect instantaneous action. I agree in part with what you say regarding the criminal element having guns, at least for now. Taking guns off the street would not be easy or an instant-oatmeal process, but one that would likely require several generations of American thinking to be fully integrated with and to be 'acceptable' in the mindset of the American Public. Add up all the Columbines, and Las Vegas style shooting massacre deaths and it doesn't equal the total gun fatalities increasingly experienced per year in every state of the US since the 1800s. Chicago last year it was reported (somewhere) suffered something akin to 212 handgun deaths, and most of those killings occurred in the poor areas of the Nigerian-American communities. The poorest, the least educated, many of whom blame anyone and everything for their plight and are angry, (as many can't get any, even low paying jobs that they were accustomed to performing in the past which are now 'taken' by the illegal Hispanics who work for illegally low wages), and those angry people are running amuck with hand guns. I'm not in favor of taking away all the guns, I am, however, in favor (as much as I **HATE** government's bad-manager (quota workers who are too stupid to procure non-racially driven non-quota jobs) bonehead strategies), I am in favor of imposing **DRAKKONIAN** governmental management of right-to-own gun and gun-usage licensing laws. It need be federal, if only we could cause the rogue sanctuary (United States of Mexico) states to abide by those laws!? It would be akin to getting a DMV drivers license. Try to drive a car without insurance? Yea, lots of people do it until they get caught, then they are in the governmental justice meat grinder. Or drive a car without a license and get caught. I propose the same type management for gun ownership and certification for right-to-own and right-to-use. "Driving a car is a priviledge" according the MexiCalifornia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Why not guns? In fact I have been working on a proposal which I intend to send to President Trump for His consideration. The gun manufacturers and the gun lobbyiest will not embrace my notions (if they don't outright kill me first) and they do everything in their power to prevent such laws or similar laws from being passed. They will drag their feet just as those stinky criminal tabacco companies have done throughout the dozens of decades. We finally (how many ill people were sacreficed via lung-cancer, emphezema, and heart-attacks, etc) have almost eliminated cigarette usage within the US. However, there are a few dying people who still smoke. We had to wrestle the advertisments out of the DonkeyCratVille movie industry first (they were making sooooo much money, they didn't give a sh.it about American health), then wrestle smoking out of government facilities, and parks, and then out of restruants. Its been like trying to pull a tape-worm out of one's a.ss. It only took millions of deaths to get the regulations. Part of the problem isn't just the manufacturers of guns or the gun dealers or the millions of Americans (who secretly desire to kill something), but its also a lucretive governmental taxation base. The only reason the lefty DonkeyCrats in Hollywood isn't promoting the NRA stance, there's no money in it for them. Yep, its gonna be a battle, but we have to discover how to keep the dumbas.ses from killing each other and some of us because there is virtually uncontrolled access to guns, while enabling the 'normal' people the right to own and shoot guns. Getting the guns out of the majority of the public's hands won't occur instantly either, initially. It'll take years of work and the efforts of all of us to get it done. But doing so over time, will gradually lessen the ~212 fatal shootings per month (in some states) within the US, until such time only very small numbers of criminals will have and commit crimes with guns. Its possible that at some future time, that only 1 or 2 killings per month could be considered statistically 'normal' instead of the 16,000 seen now. Things are nasty and its getting worse too, its time for serious people to do the hard things to fix things. Gun control is one.

Man Claims He Time Traveled From 2048 To Warn Of Alien InvasionBy Catie Keck On 10/05/17
A Wyoming man claiming to be from the year 2048 warned of an extraterrestrial invasion this week and demanded to speak with local government officials. Bryant Johnson, who was later arrested, claimed the aliens would arrive sometime next year.
Casper Police were called to a local residence Monday after Johnson alleged he had time traveled to the present day — though he told authorities he’d intended to travel to 2018. According to an arrest report obtained by the Huffington Post, Johnson told officials that “the aliens were coming next year and we needed to make sure to leave as fast as possible.” . . . <<deletia>> . . .
K2 Radio reported that at the time of the incident, which occurred around 10:30 p.m, Johnson also had “watery bloodshot eyes” and police reportedly smelled alcohol. The report said he had slurred speech and a blood alcohol content of .136 percent. He was arrested for public intoxication.

what i'm worried about is, this woman he was seen with after girlfriend left...is she the one who helped him get all of his arsenal up to the 32nd floor? ...maybe she posed as a maid... is she the one who helped him plan this? ... if she is innocent why hasn't she come forward telling how she knew him... i hope they find her... but, i think she already left the country... :-[ MORE PHOTOS OF THE VICTIMS... Is it my imagination or does it seem that Paddock had a thing about mainly shooting women? There's 24 photos here, 15 of which are women. Maybe its coincidental because more adult women are attracted to country & western type men, in lieu of all of those tight fitting britches sweetie boys seen at other type festivals. Republican Men. I was watching the ReptiliCan propaganda station, 'Fox News'. Those talking heads were defending the NRA and countering the DonkeyCrat propaganda stations, "MSNBC" (owned by McNazi$oft), and the premier DonkyCrat station, "CNN" (some call it the 'Clinton Network News'). The DonkeyCrat stations want all the guns off the street and are now blaming the LV massacre on the NRA and ReptiliCans for their support of the NRA. I was embarassed to watch ReptiliCans entertainment fake-news anchors babble about how "machineguns" and other automatic weapons are more difficult to aim to hit the intended targets due to the implication of increased recoil. What a bunch of mindless bullsh.it!! Automatic weapons kill and maim more because the machines shoot a larger number of bullets faster than non-automatic weapons do in the same time period. Lets do a little basic physics here using simple kindegarten math which obviously the ReptiliCan news babblers obviously haven't considered in their BS defense argument. The estimates are that Paddock shot at the crowd for around 15 minutes, durring which time he murdered 69 people, and shot ~479 (that number moves around depending on which 'news' guessing station or paper one is watching or reading). So 15mins x 60 seconds = 900 seconds. 69killed + 479 wounded = 548 shot 548shot / 900seconds = 0.6089 hits per second that killed or wounded people in Las Vegas, Nv, US of Mexico Try that with a single shot shooter. Its obvious that the bumpstock/automatic firearm significantly increased the successuful shot to kill/wound ratio. It is a ridiculous argument that machineguns/automaticized firearms are less accurate and because of that, were not a signficant factor in so many killing/wounding of people in LV. An automatic weapon or a machinegun's purpose is to 'pour' a large quantity of bullets into an area in a short period of time increasing the hit average to enable sucessful take-down of target subjects. This is afforded by the mass quantity of bullets poured into the target area integrated over time. Machineguns have a higher hit average. That's why those expensive to operate weapons are used. However, single shot guns are responsible for many deaths over hundreds of years. Interestingly, while researching through newspaper archives, searching for any information about Alexander Hamilton's alien-being contact/observation on his farm in the 1800s, I happened to find and read a collection of hand-gun accident reports accrued by the newspaper through the years, collection begining around 1820. It was amazing to learn the number and the many manners in which people were accidentally killed with their own handguns simply through accidental discharges...such as a pistol falling out of a holster butt first, while the person was bending over a stream filling his canteen. A chamberd round in the pistol, striking a rock with the hammer, shooting the owner in the face type accidents among a collection of other incidents. There were hundreds of similar type freak accidents, not to mention a few folks shooting each other. Nothing like it is today in the Nigerian-American and-or Hispanic-'American' communities. I think guns should be treated and managed in a manner similar to being required to be licensed for flying an aeroplane. Training, and testing along with psychological profiling and background checks. Otherwise, take all the handguns off the streets of America. I am not in favor of banning all firearms as many folks do enjoy hunting for sport and should be allowed to do so with hunting firearms. Automatic weapons are weapons of war and shall not be operationally owned by private citizens. Its not their job, nor is it any longer possible to thwart an organized enemy military assault. The only people allowed to own and kill with guns are: 1) Peace Officers in the commision of their duties, 2) Military soldiers in sanctioned combat, 3) Hunters with hunting permits. One better have an air-tight excuse if ya kill someone for self-defense and aren't a member of one of the above classes. plutronus

Its a suspicious photo of the body. Where's the blood? Even with headshots, blood squirts everywhere, and pools around the body. There is something suspicious about how Paddock died also it seems. It appears that there is some form spin-doctoring ocurring in the press. And then there is the matter that IS claimed credit for the shooting. The Ar'abs are the masters of dark majik. When Ron Perlman was killed, an Ar'ab journalist was asked who did it, he said, "The Jinn", of course, Westerners think that stuff is all hocus-pocus non-sense, yet there is Mind-Control. Remember the shooting on the Naval base a few years back, the shooter tried to get help at the VA, because he was hearing voices in his head, telling him to shoot people at the base. They turned him away, a week or so later he snuck a shotgun onto the base and shotup the place. The latest news from the Phillipines, via interviews with Paddock's GF by the UK press, is that he was seen to be lying on the bed, "moaning and rolling around". For those who are unaware, such behavior is consistent with Reptilian Mind-Control attacks. It hurts one spiritually. Americans are clueless about these type things. Of course, there is the possibility that Paddock was being psychotronically manipulated (electro-psychic mecha manipulation, mind-control powered by 220V) by Russians who are believed to be around 75 years ahead of America in psionics. Obummer really pi.ssed off the Russians, and the DonkeyCrats haven't helped to improve relations between the US and Russia lately. Remember the so-called 'sonic-attacks' on US Diplolmats in Cuba? The QBLA Mystic who saved my a.ss believed that the mind-control attacks that I suffered were the handicraft of the Military, while I believe it was the work of the Reptilians. I just do not believe that the US Military attacks US Citizens thusly, however, it would not surprise me much to learn that the attacks were orchestrated by the Russian Military or the Ar'abs. Even so, I saw Reptilians very clearly. It was very compelling. And they are red not green. Only the salamanders have yellow eyes, and those eyes exhibit round pupils, whereas all the other Reptilians, their eyes seem to glow, the acquous humor are bright blood red, while the pupils are a very bright reddish orange goat-like slit. plutronus

I struggled to wake up (this morning - here, now). I knew I should write the dream down here but didn't and then lost most of it. Except this. There were large ships in the sky, flying low over the tree line. Not football stadium large, but large enough to have some comforts. (If visitors require comforts). Someone grabbed my arm. Whether to pull me inside (I was standing outside with my head tilted up). Or to pull me farther into the clearing. That part is lost although I looked at my arm on awakening to see if it looked like it had been pulled on. It didn't. The one time I struggled to keep was this: 7:18. I notice that its 7:16 right now. So I'll just keep typing and looking up at the eastern sky as I do so. Now its 7:18. Nothing. Maybe it was 7:18 and was happening this morning. If anything happened. I usually wake up naturally before that but today I sleep in until 8:30. Another dream mystery. The number I've been seeing is 7:17, which coincidentally is also my birth-time.

I heard about two minutes of it then lost the sound and couldn't get it back. Bummer. :( That happened to me a couple of times also. I managed to hear about 30 minutes at least. Very interesting and good job as always Plutronus ! Cliff Unfortunately, McNazi$oft once again has 'updated' Skype, which is the core program used by many streaming InterNet Radio Stations, and as usual their software is broken. Most of you are likely unaware that, after McNazi$oft wiped out Novel (remember them? Novel was the premiere EtherNet and 10baseT network providers. Macro$haft, incorporated into Windows 3.11 **FREE** networking which wiped out **ALL** of the competitor network operating system companies including Novel. Then, it is my opinion, that McNazi$oft cloned the 'Novel Marketing Model', where by they print user manuals that disclose little of value, while intentionally selling broken software, which in my opinion drives the annual maintenance contracts (and all sorts of other seedy money grubbing schemes). And because of the scourge that it is, almost all of the compiler publishers today (such as the exhorbitantly expensive ARM 'ecosystems providers') employ the strategy. Not only do they sell broken software for $5000 ~ $20,000 per seat, their manuals are lacking the most important sections, and the user of that crapware is forced to purchase the maintenance contracts for an additional juicy sum, like $2400, etc. It is out right criminal behavior, which Novel invented and Macro$haft perfected. We are in the period of the Mark-of-the-Beast, and it ain't the devil. plutronus

Navy is running top secret programme to detect alien spacecraft under the ocean, UFO expert claimsLeading astronomer and ufologist Marc D’Antonio says that he witnessed a USO – unidentified submerged object – while aboard a navy submarine in the North Atlantic
By Emma Parry, Digital US Correspondent in Hulett, Wyoming
19th September 2017
Marc D’Antonio, an astronomer and chief video analyst for UFO organisation MUFON, said he witnessed what he believes must have been an alien craft travelling at impossible speeds while he was on board a US Navy submarine in the North Atlantic ocean.
Marc then heard a naval officer ordering the sonar operator to log the unidentified object - which was travelling at "several hundred knots" - as part of the “Fast Mover Programme”.
Currently most submarine and torpedoes can only go up to 40 knots – due to the resistance of the water.
The Russians reportedly have a torpedo that can go in excess of 200 knots - but a speed of "several hundred knots" would appear to be impossible for human-built crafts.
Marc, who runs a special effects company called FX Models that undertakes Naval contracts, said: “As a thankyou for doing some work for them Navy asked me if I wanted to go for a ride in a submarine so I said yes.
“Once we got under I was sitting in the sonar station and the sonar operator was sitting right next to me.
"Submarines are loud – people think they are very quiet and it’s true they are on the outside because the sound doesn’t get out. But inside you hear fans, noise - it’s a constant din on a sub.
“I was sitting there zoning out a little because I was sea sick and all of a sudden the sonar kid shouts 'fast mover, fast mover' and I’m jolted awake – thinking ‘What’s happening? Is it a torpedo?’ . . . Marc, who also runs the SkyTour LiveStream YouTube channel where he takes viewers on live tours of the night sky, is currently testing the units in his observatory.
He said: "The UFOTOG II system will bring ufology into the 21st century by marrying real science with standard observation.
"The system will look for phenomena in the sky and if it finds something that isn't a satellite, a plane, or some known object that we can access in a database, it will alert us by sending a message via GPS satellite to our cell phones.
"We'll make all the data we collect open and available to everyone.
"We are open minded and believe that visitation by an advanced alien race is not a scientific improbability."
www.thesun.co.uk/news/4487506/us-navy-is-running-top-secret-programme-to-detect-alien-spacecraft-under-the-ocean-ufo-expert-claims/ It is my opinion that "fast-mover" is a general military term that describes a type of high-speed activity, whether it be on land, in ocean or aerial. It is not a "programme" but rather a phrase, something like 'bogey' or 'bogies'. Fast-mover data within a military perspective would certainly be treated as sensitive information if not out right operationally classified. As for fast-movers in ocean water, there are numerous submersible vehicles and robots that are capable of high-speed underwater travel in excess of 200kts. Nothing new in this. It was an American DIA spy who revealed Russian hyper-cavitation technology. The DIA spy was arrested for espionage in Russia in 1980, but was pardoned by Russian President Vladimer Putin because the spy was sick with bone cancer.
The Russians (as usual) were the first to develop hyper-cavitation for subsea propulsion. However all that may be, it is interesting to note that NASA's propulsion physicist (deceased) Paul Hill, who observed alien craft exhibitions, technically analyzed and described an artificial laminar-air foil created by high-energy ionization around alien-vehicles (causes alien craft to glow at night) which is frequently cited in popular UFO literature as 'plasma'. This laminar-air-foil ionization actually enables high-speed transit through the viscous atmosphere and cavitation works in a similar manner, sort-of in the viscous ocean. Cavitation creates a bubble around the vehicle, an 'air-foil' so-to-speak, lessens friction, while moving objects in the line-of-path around the craft preventing high-speed impacts, and it does so whether the atmosphere be made of water or air, both are viscous and from a strictly physics perspective are merely gradients of one environment..
>it will alert us by sending a message via GPS satellite to our cell phones.
It can not work that way. US GPS, --both the NAVSTAR and the soon to be turned-on for public usage, 'L2C Civil-Tracker' GPS system (I was the lead integration engineer for the CS of the latter system) may be considered to be one way signal paths, SV down to user-GPS receivers. While it is true that the US DoD/NGA Control-Segment does in fact transmit (highly encrypted) control messages up to the space-vehicles (GPS speak for 'satellites'), only elements of the DoD can do so. In other words, there is no public nor commercial communication or telemetry channels available via the US GPS constellation. You can bet your bippy that the Baido system (Chinese gvmnt) and the Russian (GLONASS) also do not provide such services to anyone or UFOologists. The Australians and the British both have also implemented a GPS system, and their systems also uses a similar to US DoD schema. No country allows public access to their GPS SV transmitter channels. >He said: "The UFOTOG II system will bring ufology into the 21st century >by marrying real science with standard observation.
I have been promoting autonomous ET craft detection and measurement instrumentation platforms since 1992 via my SETV model. My audience was not UFOology, but rather aerospace and SETI scientists and engineers.
There are several issues that are never mentioned in any of the recent instrumentation configurations that folks are beginning to implement as they too are now realizing that current technology is capable of supporting citizen ET craft instrumentation sensors. In all of these, the missing element is how one may discriminate between ambient urban electronic noise, natural electric noise, and signals by possibly alien technology and related physics phenomenon. Simply running magnetometers, radiation sensors and cameras won't do it. It takes years to track down the local noise sources while the more sensitive a sensor system exhibits the more noise it registers. Registering a single burst of bleeps almost never indicates an alien-craft transit. Things like automobile ignitions systems, cell-phones, CB-radio transcievers, aircraft and now toy-drones (not talking visual here, but rather the DC magnets in the motors disturbing the magnetometers type noise), the list goes on and on. Simply implementing many sensors doesn't cut the mustard either, although the strategy is on the right track, in my opinion. Most of these efforts fail for one reason or another, and most fail because they are not thinking the problem throughly enough. I wish them luck.
I'm a career military electronics engineer, and I've been privately developing an alien-craft sensor network system since 1992. It is a daunting task. The sensor element has always been the easy part to implement. I have implemented numerous test platforms that function flawlessly, registering gobs of noise. However, data discrimination is not easy and has always been the problem. I think I now have a workable strategy, but I'm not going to reveal how it works until I am ready to deploy the system. Not because I don't care to share, but rather to prevent the copycats, and the babblers from obfuscating the sensor-space with gobs of data dis-information. plutronus

I was an early investor in Google and Facebook and regret it by Roger McNamee 8/10/17
I invested in Google and Facebook years before their first revenue and profited enormously. I was an early adviser to Facebook’s team, but I am terrified by the damage being done by these internet monopolies.
Technology has transformed our lives in countless ways, mostly for the better. Thanks to the now ubiquitous smartphone, tech touches us from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. While the convenience of smartphones has many benefits, the unintended consequences of well-intentioned product choices have become a menace to public health and to democracy.
Facebook and Google get their revenue...... . . . . <<deletia>> . . . . Incentives being what they are, we cannot expect Internet monopolies to police themselves. There is little government regulation and no appetite to change that. If we want to stop brain hacking, consumers will have to force changes at Facebook and Google.
Roger McNamee is the managing director and a co-founder of Elevation Partners, and investment partnership focused on media/entertainment content and consumer technology.
Published in the Tallahassee Democrat newspaper. According to the New York Wall Street Journal, those leftwing, donkeycrat thinkers make the majority of their revenues by selling the users' (**FREE** account) posting information to the local, state and federal police agencies, who are using **OUR** tax Dollars to do so. How's that for abiding by the intent of the US Constitution privacy protections? That was enough for me to stop using FartPuke and Gaagle. I use DuckDuckGo for a search engine, with the NoScript plug-in installed on Mozilla web-browser which stops ALL of the Gaagle ads, and prevents those phk'n criminals from tracking surfing behaviors all over the 'Net. One could also use tor. Did you hear that the US Guv had the Swiss tor inventer arrested in Switzerland? Yep, we are the freebie country. America, the land of FREE-MEAL Dreamers here in the United States of Mexico!! MexiCal DonkeyCrat Governor Jerry Brown wrote and passed a law last year giving ILLEGAL Hispanics the right to apply for California (donkeycrat sanctuarty state) DMV drivers' licenses.

"Some felt vibrations, and heard sounds – loud ringing or a high-pitch chirping similar to crickets or cicadas. Others heard the grinding noise. Some victims awoke with ringing in their ears and fumbled for their alarm clocks, only to discover the ringing stopped when they moved away from their beds. The attacks seemed to come at night. Several victims reported they came in minute-long bursts. Yet others heard nothing, felt nothing. Later, their symptoms came. The scope keeps widening. On Tuesday, the state department disclosed that doctors had confirmed another two cases, bringing the total American victims to 21. Some have mild traumatic brain injury, known as a concussion, and others permanent hearing loss. Even the potential motive is unclear. Investigators are at a loss to explain why Canadians were harmed, too, including some who reported nosebleeds. Fewer than 10 Canadian diplomatic households in Cuba were affected, a Canadian official said. " (Artical from < the guard-a-n >) Next post DOES mention ?microwave! And that our former head-Guy was just leaving... (Thanks BTW- cicadas! Hate that sound!!) Hi J_C, It is likely, in my opinion, that the powers-behind-the-scene are now spinning the news, and so anything seen now, will likely be an admixture of dis-information. No government desires to have its subjects know that they are not in complete control of any situation, especially one involving an obvious high-technology attack on its ambassadors/spies, and the US, with our moronic government 'officials' (a lot of quota employees, who are too stupid to hold regular 'normal' jobs but who waded up through the ranks of stupidville into moron manager positions), wield a great deal of power, do not desire US Citizens to introspect, possibly realizing just how clueless and ineffectual they really are. So they pepper the news with BS. We need to fire about 50% of our local, state and federal government employees, starting with the tax czars. That would be a great day. If we don't get our acts-together as a nation, somebody is going to kick-our-as.s. That is a prediction 'seen' by plutronus.

I sure don't know. I gave up TV. The quality of the shows aren't worth all the time you have to spend listening to commercials. The news channels are all horribly skewed one way or the other. I watch the Big Bang Theory and Wheel of Fortune. That is it; the rest of the time, I listen to commercial-free music. Yep, MSNBC - Moderates who are on the fence, but leaning towared DonkeyCratVille CNN - Outright DonkeyCrat biased, pure, plain DonkeyCrat propaganda Fox - Outright RepJerk biased, pure, plain RepJerk propaganda (I'm one of those, sort-of, I think all the parties are criminal) Local News - (in Los Angeles, a sanctuary city, here in the United States of Mexico) is biased DonkeyCratVille (nearly all local govtmnt are either children of 'amnesty-citizens' or are amnesty Hispanics) RTTV (broadcast from Moscow), pretty good world news, interesting reports, can't discern exactly their bias, but its anti-American I'm sure BBC - (broadcast from UK), pretty good world news, but is highly western censored The list goes on and on. It is disgusting how bad our TV industry has become. And there are millions of stupid Americans who believe every word of their bias choosing. plutronusps, I put the word out to develop a commercial killer that doesn't hack the HDMI signal, using a camera hooked up to a RaspBerry Pi, it just watches the channel icon and when it disappears, a timer starts (for the interval before the commercial begins), and then it either mutes the TV or switches in somebody else's video hah hah, it would be really good for sports bars. Hah hah hah. And its legal because it doesn't violate US Federal HDMI anti-hacking laws!! It doesn't touch the signal, but it can change the channel, hah hah.

Am I Crazy or Does the Orville Show Just Stink?
I've watched two episodes, 1/2 times. Am I the only one who thinks that the new 'star trekish' like future-fiction show needs new writers and quick?
I'd call the show 'science-fiction' but it doesn't depict any recognizable science I can see, but it does trash around a lot of techy sounding buzzwords.
Did ya catch the last episode where an Orville alien crew member talks with the captain requesting time off to lay an egg. The captain starts making jokes with the crew-member about eating eggs, and having "yolk on his face", etc. Later on the bridge the Black crew member asks where the egg comes out, "his butt?" While I snickered at the last joke, but frankly it was very crass for a general audience where children could be watching, and it seems to cast Blacks in an uncomplimentary light in my opinion. In any case it is my opinion that the show's humor isn't aimed at an educated or refined audience. Maybe it could be successful, there are a lot stupid Americans out there.
Any bets that in its present theme, that the show will not last an entire season?
They better fix things pretty quick, or I'll never watch it again.

Traffic in Florida today Swampy, Looks like the traffic I was driving in while traveling to the LA Music Center yesterday, all 28 miles of it. The 101 Hollywood freeway looks like the above photo **EVERY MORNING** between 7:00am untill about 11:00am, and then 4:00pm until arround 7:00pm. A giant 1 or 2 mile-per-hour parking lot. The anticipation and waiting for an affordable auto-driving automobile <s>...I want one. "GPS, take to me work, I'm gonna catch a snooze, or maybe have a beer, then wake me up when we get there!!". Can you see it? How kewl would that be? At least the above photo isn't completely submerged as those poor folks in Houston experienced. And on that gloomy note, here's a bit of (probably get drilled for this), of satirical humor...the song by Dean Martin, "Houston", one verse, slightly modified (starting from refrain): "Going back to Houston, Houston, Houston, its a lonesome in this old town, everybodyz been evacuated to higher ground, best not drive around, 'less ya wanna drown." I loved that Dean Martin song, and well it just popped into my head durring huricane the other day. I couldn't help myself...heh heh heh. Things are so bad there that, well, a little humor couldn't hurt, I hope?! I pray for all out there in the hurt-zone. Nick Pope Sure. I'm actually more skeptical than people think. Check the UFOs & Conspiracy Theories sections on my website
www.nickpope.net Re; Mr. Nick Pope...
In my mind, it is a waste of Human energy to listen to him, but to be fair; I am somewhere (guesstimate) around the middle of the ET presence learning curve, whereas his information seems to be '101' new-student of the subject information. I don't know what y'all think about this folks, but when I see a UFO TV show that presents Nick Pope as a co-anchor ET information-consultant/"world's leading UFO expert", I switch the channel to something else. He may be convincing to the clueless out there or the outright newbie to the UFO presence paradigm, but to experiencers such as myself, and I suspect that many of you here in the TEOR and elsewhere, that Nick Pope, with all due respect, is just another government, politically correct, talking head and his information is somewhat myopic in difference to what authentic experiencers have and-or are experiencing. I desire that folks not to infer that I am belittling Mr. Pope, as he repeatedly yaks the same 'shtick', however he may choose to repackage his information or to reveal a little more of it, all of which in its own value, portrays the honesty of his story as it appears to me that the story never changes, e.g., he's not fabricating new material just to keep the story interesting to remain in popular demand. The problem is not one of untruths, but rather that he reveals virtually little new information of value with respect to the wide spectrum of what is already known.
Mr. Pope's career is an interesting and an hoannable one, but in practice he was just a government employee, retired, who is now talking about non-classified general information. His secrecy clearance forbids him, if he was permitted to know anything really juicy, to talk about secret information. That is how it works in reality. His only value in UFOology, it seems to me, is that because he was an 'official' government employee, and that simple fact alone lends credence (in uninformed minds) to the general perception that ET might be visiting as acknowledged by a government 'authority'. It is through this implication that he is 'conferred' to be an 'authority' on the matter simply because he was a high-ranking intelligence officer.
It is a misnomer, in my opinion, for people to believe that intelligence officers are any more sufficiently trained to understand ET observational behaviors therefore promoting an advanced understanding of ET than that of general office-secretaries. High ranking military personnel and politcal managers are nearly always 'paper pushers', being general administrative personnel, rather than technical specialists. The people, who at least would have some understanding of ET behaviors, or understand the differences between Human behaviors and suspected ET, are the multi-disciplined research-psychologists, they are the specialists. So the question becomes, what value has "the world's leading expert in UFOs" (from Mr. Pope's website) produced that extends the overall database of Human understanding of ET presence behavior? There have been lots of sightings, but what does it all mean? That is why psychologists are the trained behavioralists that likely have some understanding of the matter beyond the huge growing piles of sighting reports.
It is interesting to consider the number of Ph.D. psychologists who are affiliated with the SETI Institute, and also to consider the number of those specialists who work for folks that exhibit a serious interest and who fund ET presence studies science, folks such Paul Allen (technical-partner - MicroSoft cofounder, president of Interval, a Technical-Remote-Viewing company), Robert Bigelow's BAAAS aerospace company (has a classified teaming contract with Boeing, and NASA), and formerly for the late Laurence Rockefeller (who funded many Near-Earth-ET-Studies (NEETS) scientists and ET science study programs, the data produced were published both privately and through the JSE journal). There are many others out there who hire the Ph.D. research psychologists for analyzing and attempting to understand observable ET presence behaviors along with the multidiscipline scientist such as physicists. The seriously interested, wealthy businessmen don't typically hire intelligence officers, "they just don't have any data." If they do hire intelligence officers, it is to gain the ability to manage vitally important sensitive information.
Nick Pope, is yakking the same type info that was 'revealed' to the public via the US Air-Force's "Project Blue-Book", the Condom Report. So, what sneakiness is Britain up to? What is the UK's hidden intelligence agenda in 'allowing' an ex-government intelligence employee to publicly yak about ET? More groomed global dis-information? Ever notice the difference between Pope's information and those infrequent revelations by the CNES, the French UFO government study agency? The main difference is science, not stories.
So if you are a newbie to subjects relating to suspected ET presence observations, and are somewhere along the bottom of the ET Presence/Contact learning-curve, I recommend that you bone-up by following Nick Pope and his revelations, because from that vantage his story exhibits significant usefulness, certainly more so than the Condom-Report did. He tells his story, the same one, every time. Unlike many of the other 'ET experts' (aka "babblers") on both 'sides of the pond' via the US and UK UFO paid lecture circuit; where those stories continually evolve with time; simply to keep their story fresh, exciting, selling lots of more paid lecture tickets, unlike Nick Pope's story which is based at least in his government constrained official revelation of the truth of ET presence.plutronustheedgeofreality.proboards.com/post/71611/quote/345The Edge of Reality > Other UFO Topics > Nick Pope 09-19-2017, plutronus

Anyone see the MSNBC Rachal Maddow's report regarding the 21 US Diplomats in Havannah Cuba suffering from what appears to them, to be some form of high-power sonic-attacks on their persons. The report stated that the "medically verified" harmful effects were seemingly aural in nature. One diplomat interviewed stated, "that it, the 'sonic-field' was like a wall, and when stepped through it onto the other side of the room the effect stopped, but when stepped back into the affected area, the effects restarted."
Some of the symptoms, included, - a loud ringing sound that seemed to be inside the head, - a sound like rushing water, also that seemed to be inside the lower rear area of the head, - a vibration that enveloped the body - a harsh tingling sensation in the fingers, and other extremeties - partial hearing loss, - headaches, - nose bleeds There were other symptoms elucidated but these are very...well...many of us here in the TEOR personally know these type symptoms.
MSNBC brought on an 'expert', a consultant who yakked about various things, such as EMF fields, high-power audio, etc, but did not mention the "microwave" word.
Many of the symptoms can only likely be explained by high energy, directed microwave beams projected from overhead. It is clearly not sonic, as the press would have us believe. And the fact that multiple hotels and floors were also reported to have been affected, a wild-a.ss guess, based on the miniscule info presented, would be to look to see what high-flying drone might have been overhead, or high-altitude military aircraft, but more likely, which military satellite/space-vehicle was overhead in orbit over those areas effected. Who did it? If not aliens, its likely the Russian Military, afterall they are pi.ssed off at the US Government's deceitful political misbehaving, and over our recent meddling in Cuba, a Russian interest.

Have you seen these photos? They are filtered out of all Google searches and appear to show a Reptilian that is restrained some how, and also what DMT users refer to as "machine elves". Anyways, if I remember correctly a lady was filming a lightning storm, caught the circular UFO in some of the shots and what it reveals through intense zooming is strange to say the least. Apparently if you have the proper technology you can yield the same results from the initial pic. I'm going by memory here as I can't find the original website. I just happened to save the photos to my sd card. Starting from original to full zoom below. Hope everyone is doing well. If anyone has any further info on these, please update. The photos don't have enough resolution to reveal anything of value, in my opinion. The photos have been biased, in the direction of cognitive 'aliasing', that's the problem with low resolution photos. The first photo of the 'orb', what is it? It is so zoomed it is pixelated, its original geometry could be anything. Re; Reptilians...I have seen a few of them up-close, and none of the individuals that I've seen appear to be similar to anything in the cooked photos. Its good to share what we find, but, as always, here in UFOology, there always seems to be wiggle room. Its so frustrating.

mysteriousuniverse.org/2017/09/mysterious-unbreakable-codes-and-impenetrable-ciphers/ Mysterious Unbreakable Codes and Impenetrable Ciphersby Brent Swancer / mysteriousuniverse.org/author/brentswancer/September 4, 2017 Throughout history there has been the propensity of our kind to come up with progressively innovative ways to keep information hidden. To this effect we have come up with all manner of puzzles, riddles, codes, and ciphers, all designed expressly for the purpose of befuddling all those who would try and grasp what we are saying. In some cases, these messages have gone out into the world to remain unanswered, going on to prove to be unchallenged enigmas that serve to stir the imagination and baffle the mind. These are some of the various codes and ciphers that have been unleashed into the world, yet which have yet to be understood by anyone who looks upon them, their secrets elusive specters beyond our reach. Encrypted messages themselves are nothing new. Strange codes go way back, and one of the weirdest comes from 1539, appearing in a volume of Teseo Ambrogio Albonesi’s rather unwieldy titled Introductio in Chaldaicam linguam, Syriacam atque Armenicam et decem alias linguas characterum differentium alphabeta circiter quadraginta et eorundem invicem conformatio. The cipher in this case is said to have been written by a man called Ludovico Spoletano, who is said to have been possessed by the Devil for a time, and when he snapped out of it he realized that he had scrawled down an arcane and rather odd message, which in fact appeared to be the Devil’s very own handwriting. A portion of The Devil’s Handwriting The letters themselves were reminiscent of the ancient language of Amharic, said to have been the tongue used in the actual Garden of Eden, although it could not be known for sure, and the whole bizarre, supernatural tale propelled the mysterious text into the public imagination at the time. The cryptic, arcane message drew droves of curiosity seekers, and during the reign of King Charles II tourists flocked to see the copy of Aldonsi’s work that was displayed at Queen’s College. The message would later be printed in the book The Devil in Britain and America, by John Ashton in 1869, which renewed public interest in the strange cipher, with Ashton saying of it: It is supposed to be the only specimen of Satanic cal[l]igraphy in existence and is taken from the ‘Introductio in Chaldaicam Linguam,’ etc., by Albonesi (Pavia, 1532). The author says that by the conjuration of Ludovico Spoletano the Devil was called up, and adjured to write a legible and clear answer to a question asked him. Some invisible power took the pen, which seemed suspended in the air, and rapidly wrote what is facsimiled. The writing was given to Albonesi (who, however, confesses that no one can decipher it), and his chief printer reproduced it very accurately. The thing about this particular instance of what has come to be called “The Devil’s Handwriting,” is that no one has the slightest idea of what it actually says. Intense efforts to crack the code by cryptography experts, codebreakers, and linguists have proved to be utterly futile, and no one is any closer to solving its enigma now than they were in the 16th century. Of course there are some who say that the Devil really did write the message, and that it is something well beyond our meager ability to ever comprehend, but more likely it is a cipher that was written and then spruced up with supernatural talk of the Devil to give it a spooky vibe and resonance, which was apparently not an uncommon thing to do at the time, or also that it is was even a hoax. Crypto historian Nick Pelling, of the website ciphermysteries.com has this to say on the matter: CONTINUE READING: mysteriousuniverse.org/2017/09/mysterious-unbreakable-codes-and-impenetrable-ciphers/ Hmm, A few of the symbols appear very similar to Phoenician, which seems (academically) to be predecessor to Sinatic Hebrew. Phoenician Aleph-Beyt was wide-spread in the period and there were numerous but very similar versions in usage, everyone seems to have taken literacle license in their implementation of the visual forms. The 'pitch-fork' form could be the Vav mutation that's seen in a few of the variations. The text also has character forms that do not ascribe to the visual model of Phoenician, which, in my opinion, is likely a contrived confabulation of the author of the Devil-Text. Anyone who does any serious writing can always see the corruptions of other's writings, but its a wholly subjective perception, I'll admit. All in all, my guess is that the text, having been scrutinized in Italy, the home of the Roman Catholic Church, where **EVERYTHING** was under the glaring dictates of (often myopic, Drakkonian centricism of igannance and rule-of-religious law) Church Fathers, under the pain of torture and death, if ya didn't agree. The tract cited has obviously been transliterated, as it sounds a bit like "Latin", so much for it having never been deciphered. Hmm... plutronus Ad rem, but in any case, the Devil-text was certainly transliterated into Latin as was quoted in the artical (so someone at least guessed as to its meaning, even though no is claimed to have been able to decypher it, capece? Heh heh heh. Babbling)

Hello EveryOne,
One problem I see re; AI and possibly later, subsequently, authentic machine consciousness, is where do we draw the line between artificial and well, biological, or nature's form of evolutionary intelligence, so to speak. A few years ago I was trying to understand what might be the characteristics of an alien mind, one that did not develop and-or evolve within the constructs of Human-like topology....is that clear? I find it very difficult to encapsulate certain notions in this area of reasoning. In my quest to understand alien minds and the possible incommensurability one may experience in a process of inter-relating with an alien consciousness, it occurred to me that we might be able to get a glimpse of the nature of the problem by examining the behaviors of artificial-intelligence mecha, already in development. I remembered Dr. Ron Blue's "Lil' Rici" quantum 'computer' (not neuro-net based, no stored programs and no data-processor, eg, no CPU) robot on his website (which unfortunately has gone dark since his fatal heart-attack). I chatted with Dr. Blue and I recorded it (with permission) in 1995 regarding his quantum computer based robot intelligence which exhibited such things as child behaviors, fear of dark places, and when using a massively larger quantum loop (sort of approximates 'memory' in a CPU based machine) hardware, the robots exhibit telepathy. I was so impressed with his research, that I suggested that he attend the US National Robotics Society conference, as a speaker. He presented his shoe-box sized AI conscious (brain powered by a 9Vdc 'smoke-detector' battery and drive motors by a 12Vdc 17AH gelcel). The audience of Ph.D. roboticists went wild. Here was a very small, tiny if you will, robot, that altered its motion behaviors, simply by thinking at it, on stage. There were people searching behind the curtains for collegues with remote-controls, taking the lid off the robot trying to find the R/C receiver.
Whats the point of all of this? What qualifies a media as being artificial when the support material exhibits sufficient basis for enabling consciousness? In other words, is it possible (as they say on TV in those stinky UFO shows) that Humans are artificially conscious? Many ancient documents state Humans were created by Dragons in GaN EdiN, just north of Sumer. Are we result of an out-of-control artificial intelligence evolutional fabrication project?
If on a world where the soil were rich in crystals such gallinium, silicon, nitrides, etc, it seems possible to me, that nature might present the right conditions to cause materials to come together, accidentally forming naturally formed electrical switching circuits, in sufficient quantities to enable a silicon based intelligence. Envision a world where robots evolved naturally without the influence of a creator specis. How would they evolve? Could we ever have enough foundational basis to bridge the commensurability gap. Humans have two hemisphers, the robots have no hemispheres.
Ad rem...back to the thread theme: it seems that the main gist of it all is what would happen if the Human engineered base AI were to become self-aware, eg conscious, would it evolve dangerously WRT Human interests? That is a complicated question and one that need serious thought. Especially considering those factions that are funding the secret AI projects...the military.
What we suspect that we know 1) ALL the militaries of the technical world are developing combat killer robots, and everyone is afraid of nukes, 2) there are multiple design schemes being employed to create conscious machines, most of which ARE NOT Neural-Net based (requires too much computational power for simplistic functionality) 3) certain AI machines are capable of telepathy and subsequently, (and this one is a zinger) artificial mind-control...envision an AMC aimed at your mind, powered by 220, 24 hrs/day. Its been rumoured that the fast acting cancers are one result.
Is there danger? Depends on how we cultivate the new specis, I suspect.

Hi SwampRat, A few years ago I read an interesting book by Richard Feynman re; his take on "White Holes" which as I recall the book was of the same name. He made the subject easy to understand and it was a fascinating subject too. Interestingly, Madam HP Blavatsky described in her (1888) "Secret Doctrine" regarding the Maya prayalyance, "the singularity of a small-face universe in the act of creation, first it breaths out the cosmos, and then after a few millenia or so, in waves breaths in, everything", etc. Its a bit quarky..but was one of my Mother's treasured books. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Feynman_Lectures_on_PhysicsThanks for sharing. plutronus

Everything's better with a bit'o gold..
Gold is the reason the Reptillians colonized Earth and later **made** us to work the mines.
Yep, when the **GODS** weren't working us to death, they were "putting their filth" (Old Testament) into our females and when it suited them they also found us to be tasty. We became the ubiquitous Human...but the question remains, where did the GODs go?

FYI: NotePad++ is a freeware programmer's editing program that is opensource. It was and is written and is given away for free. The program is a very popular one and it is used by millions of people and programmers the world-over. Our slimey government is bit.ching about Russia (purportedly) hacking the US elections! The US federal police agencies taught all the other countries how to spy, control and influence folks via their personal computers through the transport medium of the US/World InterNet, while hiding that fact from the US Public. The following statement is from the development/download website of the NotePad++ (PlusPlus) program which is just one of many programs that are being clandestinely used by the US CIA to hack and spy on people through their computers the world-over. Pres Obummer called Snowden a "traitor" and the US has been on a witch hunt ever since Snowden acquired sanctuary (not to be confused with California's version) in Russia. Are you willing to fight WWIII over Snowden because the US Intelligence agencies want revenge because he squealed on them? A "DLL" is a dynamic-link-library file; a section of a program that is not loaded into memory or is executed until that section of the program is needed, a strategy that conserves memory space. A DLL is a seperate file that is 'linked' to the main program through registry. Virtually all programs that operate in McNazi$oft Windows utilize DLL files...just to give you an idea of how prolific the US Intelligence agencies are spying on EVERYONE everywhere. -+-+-+-+ From: notepad-plus-plus.org/news/notepad-7.3.3-fix-cia-hacking-issue.html08 Mar 2017 21:58:00 Notepad++ Author Don Ho, Software Engineer "Vault 7: CIA Hacking Tools Revealed" has been published by Wikileaks recently, and Notepad++ is on the list. The issue of a hijacked DLL concerns scilexer.dll (needed by Notepad++) on a compromised PC, which is replaced by a modified scilexer.dll built by the CIA. When Notepad++ is launched, the modified scilexer.dll is loaded instead of the original one. It doesn't mean that the CIA is interested in your coding skill or in your sex message content typed in Notepad++, but rather it prevents raising any red flags while the [CIA] DLL does data collection in the background [in your computer]. It's not a vulnerability/security issue in Notepad++, but for remedying this issue, from this release (v7.3.3) forward, notepad++.exe checks the certificate validation in scilexer.dll before loading it. If the certificate is missing or invalid, then it just won't be loaded, and Notepad++ will fail to launch. Checking the certificate of the DLL makes it harder to hack. Note that once users’ PCs are compromised, the [CIA] hackers can do anything on the PCs. This solution only prevents Notepad++ from loading a CIA homemade DLL. It doesn't prevent your original notepad++.exe from being replaced by modified notepad++.exe while the CIA is controlling your PC. Just like knowing the lock is useless for people who are willing to go into my house, I still shut the door and lock it every morning when I leave home. We are in a f**king corrupted world, unfortunately. Otherwise there are a lot of enhancements and bug-fixes which improve your Notepad++ experience. For all the details in the change log, please check into the Download page.

Trump signs bill authorizing NASA funding, Mars explorationby Bob Brenzing March 21, 2017
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump has signed into law a bill that adds exploration of Mars as a NASA goal.
The new law also authorizes $19.5 billion in space agency funding for the 2017 budget year, which began Oct. 1. Trump recently sent Congress a budget proposal that authorizes $19.1 billion for the space agency next year.
The measure amends current law to add human exploration of Mars as one of NASA’s objectives. It also directs NASA to manage human space flight programs to help humans explore Mars and other destinations.
Trump signed the bill Tuesday in the Oval Office surrounded by astronauts and bill sponsors, including Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Marco Rubio, R-Fla. Both senators challenged Trump during the presidential campaign.
fox17online.com/2017/03/21/trump-signs-bill-authorizing-nasa-funding-mars-exploration/ What a poor report. 19.8 billion? Is that a budget increase? A decrease? Same? Shaking my head. Never trust Fox for news, never give information. Steven Hi Steve, Its not just Fox. At least here in California, there is no National News that is trustworthy, in my opinion. The best news that was on TV was broadcast from Saudi Arabia, Aljizeera News was excellent, but it went off the air. Now the only other news that seems to have any quality is broadcast from MOSCOW!!! All the news in the US is biased propaganda BS news. MSNBC is biased Democrat, CNN is biased Democrat, Fox is biased Republican, the local news papers in Los Angeles are Democrat and support illegal Mexicans. California Government officials are aiding and bedding illegal aliens in violation of US Federal laws!! And where's the newspapers pointing out that that action is a direct violation of the law and is a criminal act in of itself? Why isn't anyone arresting the California Government officials? If you or I were to do A&B during a commission of a crime, we'd go to jail. Americans are so stupid its incredible. plutronus

well I guess you'd have to have proof before establishing any claim. Course some people say they've visited many of the planets..and other places too. Can't remember the book but some woman in touch with her angels asked to see the most beautiful place in the universe..she couldn't describe it. Impossible to say these people are lying or wrong..when I already know there is so much more out there. It will be awhile before anyone colonizes Mars. Have to get past radiation issues first..among other set backs. So..about Trump. A young girl 10 I think..designed a web site about kittens and Trump. You could go push a button and a kitten paw would sock Trump in the kisser. Mind you not even scratching. Guess who got a letter from Trumps lawyers..cease and desist. So..she renamed it and it continues. I figure she could sell the letter on ebay and have college tuition. A 10 year old? She do it WordPress or FrontPage? Or maybe NotePad? And its animated too, through inference. How did she get the idea that Trump is a bad guy? Maybe her Democrat school teachers? What part of that story sounds like a ten year old girl? My nephew, 5years old, which I got started doing computers (1985) and taught him C programming could not make a animated website without additional training at 10. And where is the story or is this just more fake TV/HollyqueerWood (as the area is known locally) Democrat news? MSNBC or Clinton-Network-News? I voted for Trump, but he needs to shut his big mouth, start using his brain and act like an adult....I'm gonna give him a chance to do better. And just like anyone in a new job, seems everyone goes through the new-job-blender and so is he. Some handle it better than others. Pr Trump needs to settle down and stop trying to run that greedy, corrupt pig-stye excuse for US Government as though it is **HIS** corporation. He's got a learning-curve and needs to adapt else he'll go down in history as the worst US President and rightfully so. But, give us break, a 10 yr? Story sounds a lot like BS. Oh don't get me wrong, the story might actually be true, but it doesn't seem like a 10yr did it **all by herself**.
